At Bonne Nouvelle we spent 4 nights. It's a typical Parisian hotel - the room was small, with an even smaller bathroom and tiny lift (for 1 person with a backpack or 2 pulling the belly). Nevertheless, the hotel and its interior are charming. The room was cleaned daily, same with changing the towels - that was even too much. On top of that, the bed was very comfy which was an additional plus after long hours of sightseeing. Quite surprisingly there was also a coffee machine in the room! The neighbourhood is perfect if you don't want to waste your time on the commute - walking distance (10 mins) from the train station Les Halles, 20 mins from Louvre. A lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. Definitely recommended and would love to come back when in Paris!

We stayed in room 62 on the 6th floor, family of 4. Small 2 person lift up-to 5th then flight of stairs (great winding staircase - kids loved it!) Room was a reasonable size although the sloping roof and beams made it feel slightly claustrophobic. Great bathroom, a third of the size of the room. Double bed and sofa bed (decent mattress but not as comfortable as a normal bed), limited storage, tea and coffee making facilities, safe and fridge (neither of which we used). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Situated halfway between Gare de Nord and the Seine and right next to Strasbourg St Denis metro station this has a great location. 20 min walk from Gare de Nord and 25 mins to the Louvre. Plenty of bars, restaurants and coffee shops in the immediate vicinity, we ate local every night. Definitely check out ”Julien” restaurant on Rue du Faubourg Saint Denis for some authentic French cuisine in a beautiful old French dining room. I would stay here again.

Point of View = 30's American Tourist We came to Paris as part of our second leg of our vacation and stayed at this property for 5 nights / 6 days. Here is a quick summary: Pros': 1.) Good Air Conditioning At first, we didn't think the air conditioning worked as you can barely hear it and it didn't turn cold for a while. We realized afterwards that it did work but it takes a long time to cool down. However, if you keep it running at the desired temperature, it will hold it. No issues after we understood how it worked. 2.) Good Travel Location Lots of bus stops around and the Strasbourg St. Denis Metro is a 1-2 minute walk from the hotel with a lot of useful metro lines to get to multiple tourist destinations. Really useful. 3.) Friendly Staff Staff were pretty excellent and was helpful in most situations. No issues here. Con's 1.) Room is super small This is again for American standards. Just keep in mind you will not be able to have your luggage open at all. We had to constantly open our luggage's, unpack what we needed, and reclose them up so we had space in our hotel room. I think this is normal for living in the heart of Paris but took a lot to get use to. 2.) Bathroom Although remodeled, I think it was bit dirty as you'll see mold around the edges where the water comes out and some broken tiles. The service everyday tried their best to clean it up and it was relatively clean but keep this in mind. 3.) Stairs There is an elevator in the hotel but its small and a bit slow so we opted to take the stairs. The stairs are small/windy and are NOT lit up at all during the night time so be careful when going up and down the stairs. They really should install some battery-powered lights around the stairs so its more visible and more safe. 4.) No sound proofing You can easily hear the people in their rooms. You will get use to it after a while but just a forewarning. 5.) Lady of the Streets outside the hotel If you research the Strasbourg St. Denis area, there is a history of Asian lady's of the streets in this area. We see them frequently when we walk out of our hotel. If you don't like this or don't want your children to be exposed to them constantly, you might want to reconsider this specific area. 6.) Breakfast I would not recommend the breakfast for 20 EUR per person. The food was sp**** and unappetizing and you can easily go to a Boulangerie that are so close to the hotel and have a meal for 2 for 13 - 16 EUR. NOTE: For Paris hotels, there is a Tourist Tax for each person / each night that is not included when you book the hotel. You need to factor this into your budget as well. At the time of writing, since Hotel Les Theaters is a 4-star hotel, the charge per person/per night is 2.88 EUR. Overall, I don't think this was a bad hotel and it had its charm. However, please note the pro's and con's and make the decision yourself.

The location is great, the bustling location is just a 20-minute walk to the Louvre. Hotel decoration is very good, typical French style, room size is OK, not too small. The breakfast was ok, although the variety was small, but the taste was ok. I will stay here in Paris later.

The hotel is billed as 4 star, but we were disappointed. The receptionist was excellent and helpful, but to start with the lift was not working. They did send someone up with the luggage though. The decor was oppressively red, the room small and so were the towels. Tea bags and biscuits were missing from the complementary tray on the first day and there was only one Madelaine between two people on day two. The shower was good, but hard to dry with size of towels. The pillows were small and uncomfortable. Breakfast was extra, but dining area did not look very inviting, so we declined. While the location was not far from the centre, the room was quiet.

Without breakfast, the Paris hotel features a small room with no extra beds, a high house and a large bathroom. There is a kettle in the room to boil water. Going down the door downstairs is the supermarket, you have to eat. There is no parking lot on the side of the road on the avenue. Going left for 5 minutes is the Grands Boulevards station of Metro Line 9. It is very convenient to travel.

It's a great hotel. I got wine and a sweet card when checking in. I took photos at the Eiffel Tower with the hotel's red umbrella, attracting many people. The visual effect was very good. The room was clean, and there was a small balcony. It's suitable for taking photos.

The hotel is in a good location, the rooms are large and clean, new, and the public order is good. The hotel lobby is a glass sliding door. You need to swipe your room card to enter. The room was flat with 2 large boxes without pressure. The toilets are also very large. There are 2 sets of L'Occitane in a house, and a large bottle of mineral water is given away. Walk to the LV main store for 2 minutes, and make early purchase without pressure. It only takes 2 minutes to the Hermes George Avenue branch, and Bulgari is also nearby. If you want to buy luxury goods, you can put it back in the hotel before you continue. Do n’t worry about safety. 7-8 minutes walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe. The only bad thing is that the front desk called me at 10 o'clock in the morning on the day of check-out. This is a bad experience ... The hotel can help call a taxi to the airport. The hotel said the price was basically the same. The cafeteria and gym are located in B1. There is a Royal Treasure in the hotel, not sure if it is the same as Shanghai.

Stayed at Hotel Panache for a week at the end of February and had a great experience. Sophia and the reception staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. It is is a great location, within walking distance of Montmartre, Opera Garnier and the big department stores, the Louvre/Palais Royale and other popular areas, as well as very close to Grands Boulevards metro. Yes the rooms may seem small etc. by North American standards as per some other reviews, but don’t forget you are in Paris in a 19th century building and the rooms are comfortable and charming. It was an amazing base for a week of adventures around the city. Also excellent restaurants, bakeries, shops in the area everywhere you turn, and pharmacies within a 5 minute walk where you can have your vaccine certificate converted into a passe sanitaire (on the corner of rues Cadet and La Fayette). We will definitely return, à la prochaine!

For us, as a family we decided for the first time to book apartment hotel, rational , multiple rooms as traveling with kids , bigger Space overall , all in one apartment rather then separating in two rooms hotel , price for location Location of This place is unbeatable , 1 min form famous chance Elise, metro station , walking distance from rest of main attraction in Paris , restaurants from all kind all around. Further more the beds were very comfy , clean , WiFi excellent , staff were great ! ... the only thing I will mention is that there is one bathroom in this apartment , so for a family it might be challenging sometime , beside all was great , if going to Paris defiantly will return

Our room was absolutely tiny and looked nothing like the pictures. The shower had mould around the screen and the bathroom could barely fit one person standing. Breakfast was minimal, freshly cooked croissants was a huge plus but other than that, very little variety and not very fresh, the pineapple looked on the turn and the cheese and meat looked straight from a supermarket packet. Fortunately we weren't there for the hotel but still, it wasnt cheap for two nights and I had expected more.

I stayed at this hotel during my first trip to Paris in the 1990s. I continued to stay there every year until 2005, when I stopped traveling to Europe for a few years. In 2018 I returned to Paris and Hotel Emile under its new ownership. They had really done a lot to spruce up the hotel even before COVID 19. My husband and I love this hotel because of its great location. The metro is just across the street. There is a great cafe downstairs on the corner and a grocery store, pastry shop, boulangerie, fromagerie, librarie, etc. all within less than a 10 min walk. It is on the edge of the Marais, the best place in Paris for night time wanderings, in my opinion. And best of all, the hotel is clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There is a real warmth and family feeling at the hotel. I wouldn't change Hotel Emile for the Hotel Charles V!

Stayed here for a June trip to Roland-Garros, and the location was ideal, between 15th & 7th. Good metro stops, restaurants, market. The price is a little higher than listed but that's true for any place nearby this time frame. And the comfort of the room made up for it. The proprietors are wonderful, great service, nice breakfast. To our surprise, when we left behind an inexpensive hat, they mailed it to us in the Languedoc at no charge. Thank you!

It’s really bad! Platinum Member! The hotel turned out to be a bad air conditioner! The weather of thirty-five degrees is not air-conditioned! Suggestions, the lobby manager is very unfriendly and free breakfast and a few bottles of water? ? ? ? But for a few single Indian guests (just I know) to checkin the same day! And the manager protested and told me that our compensation is breakfast! I will never live in this intercontinental again! Service facilities are not as good as China's one star! ! ! !

Breakfast was very French, yogurt oatmeal coffee white cheese apple puree bacon, I ate with the old French lady next to me. What she eats what I eat haha. It is a small room of 9 square meters, but it also has a separate toilet and bathroom, which is good. Living alone is really suitable. The staff is also very nice and speaks English. But there was no inspection when checking out. So I dropped my earphones ...

A budget 3 star hotel. It is more convenient to take the subway station for about 7 or 8 minutes. The room was small, except for the bed and luggage, there was no place to go. Breakfast is just like nothing, no surprises. The wine station is very close to Chinatown and it is convenient to eat Chinese food. There is a small memorial hall nearby, which is cheap and good, but sometimes there are many people. In short, if the requirements are not high, it is good to live.

Overall satisfactory, but the room is still not spacious. It's farther than I thought to walk to the Eiffel Tower, but it's okay because the subway is close. However, on the first day, I was assigned room 133, but I couldn't sleep until 1:30 because it was on the upper floor of the bar.

They are scarce but they can be saturated. We had room 602. There is a teapot, a fan, a refrigerator, a TV without Russian channels) The only minus is the floors in the bathroom. They are ice) The view from the window is not bad and the main thing is not noisy. Near the hotel 5 metres subway) the hotel recommends. Next trip we choose it again)

I'm afraid of the Korean people's night I've used for the first time and I'm using it now because I'm rushed to book at a private house. The staff in the lobby were really friendly and warmly greeted, and explained enough information to me. Basic room but not narrow toilet, shower booth was also large enough. It only takes about three to five minutes to walk from Paris Gare de Lyon to the hotel, which is very convenient. Did not have breakfast at the hotel, but there are Starbucks coffee around the hotel, there are many restaurants, and there are also many restaurants in the train station that can solve breakfast. The rooms are small and exquisite, and very quiet. Considering such a convenient location, it can be said to be very cost-effective. Bonjour!! Where do I begin? The staff was phenomenal, Leanne checked us in and she assisted us on many mornings. She was always very pleasant and helpful . In the late evenings Fawzi and Alexander assisted us. Fawzi was very informative, kind , and just a overall great person to chat with during our stay. Alexander shared different areas to check out and recommended this amazing French restaurant that is a walk from the hotel called the L'Abreuvoir. There was a great balance with everyone even those that worked the mornings and prepared the breakfast, and also the housekeepers. Kindness goes a long way and we felt so welcomed! :) The rooms were in perfect condition, clean and our room had a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. We are definitely coming back in the future there is no other place we’d rather go! Thank you to all the staff at the Hotel Eiffel Saint Charles! ;)

There is also a good bathroom and shower. Breakfast is a continental buffet and there was a good selection of breads, cheeses, cold mets etc. The Metro station is a shirt walk away and there is a laundrette directly opposite. About 500 meters from the subway station, the second last station on the 4th line, belonging to the subway line 1 area, buy the cheapest 1.9 subway ticket to the major attractions in the city of Paris (recommended to buy 10 a book at a time, an average of one Zhang 1.49), triple room, the room is quite small, only one box can be opened, the shower room and the bathroom are separated, the bathing room is not wrong, the bath room is too small, and the water leaks out, but the price is also in Paris. Can't ask too much. Breakfast 6 euros a person, croissants are delicious, there is a tram next to the subway station, a few stops to the Chinese area, there are many Chinese restaurants, but the Chinese area is more chaotic, more black people, more drunks, after eating black It’s better to go back to the hotel.

Waffles, eggs, sausage, ham, soppressata, fresh squeezed orange juice, delicious coffee and cappuccino, dried fruits and nuts, granola, assorted jellies and preserves, yogurt, fresh baked chocolate and plain croissants, danish, and mini apple turnovers-yum! The Ibis conditions are quite good, but the surrounding environment is too bad. When we heated the food at the front desk, because of the large amount of luggage, we managed poorly. We didn’t know when someone had taken a bag and was stolen some cash. One person ran back sweating and said that he saw someone taking our bag and he was chasing it back. Then we checked that the cash was gone. But the two of us were too stupid, and thanked each other. Later, the people around me should be the thief... Then we contacted the hotel right away, the hotel expressed anger, but we finally had no right to monitor even the monitoring, who did not know who to take How to get it, can't recover it. Although there are a lot of French policemen around the market looking at the market, everyone said it was useless. . In Paris, I really want to remind all of you who have just come, pay more attention.

Second time staying at the Ibis Bercy village and didn’t disappoint. Value for money hotel in a great location, enhanced by a recent interior refurbishment. Management is welcoming, service quick and efficient. if you only want a base to explore Paris or nearby, the rooms are basic but well laid out, with a great shower and comfortable bed. My stay was to participate in the Paris Half marathon, the nearby Metro station and food venues in Bercy Village made the Ibis an ideal choice. Continental breakfast was included and great start to each day. Pastries, fruit, bead, eggs, yoghurt, fresh juice, tea, coffee and cereal. There’s a small Carrefore five minutes walk away, lots of food options nearby though the alibis also has food and a small bar. Premier league football available on the TVs upon request. If you walk twenty minutes under the rail tracks, Bercy has plenty of great eateries, shops and bars. I’d recommend the local cheese shop!
