Also in each room there are slippers and other necessary things. The spa is really good and the treatments are excellent. The staff is very friendly, from the owners, restaurant staff, cleaners. Breakfast was good.
3.53km from downtownFirst of all I need to introduce some facts about myself I visit Istanbul every single month for at least five days since the past five years I am very familiar with the majority famous five star hotels in the city I stayed in Windham levent for the first time last week. And I am extremely impressed from the amazing facility and the very convenient and central location The hotel is centralized in the famous levent area with an amazing views of the city , the hotel is also connected with the nearby mall and in less than five minutes walk there are more than 3 malls around The room was very well equipped with a very decent size area and a very nice and fresh bathroom ( just missing an espresso machine) :) View from my room was amazing as well. The hotel staff are very eager to help and satisfy the guests, which is typically a very good sign in any new hotel meaning that there is a very big potential for more room for improvement in the future The hotel has a very affordable valet parking as well as free parking area. The hotel has one of the biggest and most equipped gym I’ve ever seen in a hotel Mr Hakan the front desk manager was very welcoming and gave great attention to my requirements and made my stay memorable Most probably I will make this hotel my second home and will be my choice in Istanbul Normally I’m very picky but it’s very hard for me to find negative points in this hotel
3.53km from downtownThe hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly It was great. I want to go to Dame again. I was especially happy with the upgrade of the room. Recommend I didn't have breakfast I wanted to eat Istanbul street food
3.95km from downtownNot bad, the price is relatively high. Breakfast is not bad

3.03km from downtownHad a one night stay at the hotel during a brief business trip to Istanbul. The main reason for choosing this hotel was the location and price per night. When the surrounding hotels (Hyatt and Wyndhams) were going for €120+ per night, this was around €50 and in my opinion, better than the premium brand neighbors. The checkin was excellent with the COVID-19 precautions very evident. We were given complimentary masks and social distancing was encouraged. The room was spotless and there were seals on the doors to say the room was sanitized. After a great nights sleep on a good bed, the breakfast, which was included in the price was freshly prepared, excellent and huge! Parking was free outside the hotel and as it was in a leafy side street, was a very quiet neighborhood. There is a large range of restaurants, pubs and clubs within fifteen minutes walk of the hotel. Highly recommended and we will return
4.62km from downtownLocation - This hotel seems a little removed from everything in Istanbul - but it was near where we were working. I often like to walk around the locality and there was a neighbourhood down the hill to wander into. Reception - well mannered useful multi lingual staff. Concierge usually around to help with baggage. Room - very nice / glass partition to bathroom, fresh cleaned each day, had 2 beds, wifi functional and fast. water, kettle, Nespresso machine, minibar. Fitness - Fairly good size exercise room with weights, jogging, cylcing, rowing, mates for workouts. For after - steam room, sauna and swim. Massages on appointment. Robes and slippers provided. Restaurant - in house - Azzur was very good, and the breakfast will not let you down! Staff were always welcoming Business - there are a couple of computers in the lobby for printing from USB if needed Walking out of the street - The hotel is on a main freeway. There are couple of boring sanitised shopping malls up the road (about 1km walk) with a few German and UK chain stores in them. Walking back through a maze of back streets I found many cafes, bakeries, a few mosques, general household stores etc.

2.81km from downtownBecause my wife wants to buy a MM coat, I chose this hotel for a special stay. It is close to the Grand Canyon and Zoru. I can go there. The front desk is warm, the breakfast is rich, and the taste is very good. It is the most in the country for ten days. It’s delicious.
2.94km from downtownIt is wonderful and I will stay here next time.
5km from downtownThis is our last stop. Compared to the hotel that stayed the day before, I feel that I have finally settled in a regular hotel! I feel that everything in this hotel is so reassuring. The facilities are really old. The front desk gave us upgraded suites. The lighting in the house is a little dark. The bathing position needs to be washed in the bath with a shower. The bath is not used, maybe only This room is like this. The whole is still good, there is a bus stop not far from the door. If you need to do a bus to the airport, you have to go to the bus stop opposite the hotel to take the ts5 bus. It takes about half an hour.

We stayed in Laila last week. We stayed in the top floor. The room was nice, clean, just the sheeting was not really comfortable as it kept slipping from the bed. Also the water in our toilet kept running nonstop, so it was wasting a lot of water and also it was noisy. The elevator was not working but thst can happen at any hotel :) There are many shops and restaurant around the area and literally its about 10 mins walk to the Grand Bazar and Blue mosque also... we even used the shuttle to the airport which is 10euros and was really happy.
I picked this hotel as it had great links to the heart of Istanbul and it did not disappoint! Just 5 minutes walk away from a main metro station as well as great bus links (if you feel adventurous!) I stayed with my young family and the hotel provided interconnecting rooms of a double and twin room. I would recommend to all!
Sultan Ahmed Mosque
I had the best time, the staff are amazingly friendly and I made a lot of new friends, if I ever come back, it will for sure be at this hotel!! Location is also really nice with everything you need around. Highly recommend it!!
pretty, clean and too have restaurants, but no cold time to get rm605,,,o5 number,,,because my room is very hot no must air ,,, outside is very cold but the room look like cooking, make me so wake up so much time to get cold water shaver, window is inter window,,just equal to no window, and hotel use central air ,, condition, cold time never open, if have just hot air, I suggest the hotel need set a independent small condition for this no window room it is better,,,我用中文說一次，酒店美， 裝修也美， 天台可看到海，但冷天就不好住，特別無窗的605，或什麼5號房，因內空氣不流通，是內窗，內窗根本放樣用，無新鮮空氣，他用中央冷氣系統，冷天不開，就算開都熱氣，如你開就是熟食再熱火，外面好冷我內就是熱到睡不到，要冲冷水涼，這樣房應該加獨立細冷氣機，
Sultan Ahmed Mosque
It's hard to find it for the first time. It is recommended to take a taxi, especially at night. The terrain of Turkey is not accurate for navigation on uphill and downhill maps. It is difficult for you to find. Leave your luggage and walk around, and then walk by yourself when you are familiar with it.
Nice people at the front desk. Breakfast is okay, the price is 3 euros, pay when you check out. I stayed for two nights. Every day someone cleaned it. The heating was very good. The clothes I washed at night were covered with radiators and they were dried the next day.
Although I live on the basement floor, there are windows, so the air is not bad.
The price is cheap. When it was set, it was 100 or 108. Later, it was already 200. Hahaha, the price depends on luck. In short, it is recommended! Very close to the blue mosque
This hotel was HORRIBLE. To start off, the washroom sink kept overflowing and flooding the washroom, the shower was so tiny we didn't even understand how we could possibly shower in there. The room was so tiny, the area was not that great either, it was a dead area. However we didn't let all of these things get to us, and enjoyed our trip regardless. What made me mad is that I left my headphones in my room, underneath my pillow. When I came back at night, I couldn't find them. I emailed the hotel and said "I cannot find my headphones can you please ask the cleaning lady.. they were expensive". I said to ask the cleaning lady because I was afraid that when the cleaning lady changed my sheets, maybe my headphones got taken away with them OR maybe she placed them somewhere else. Shortly after she came upstairs and started screaming (in a different language, no idea what she said), and the hotel manager called and said "I accused her of stealing". First of all, no I did not. If he contacted her and asked her if she had stole the headphones, that's on him. I never used the word "steal" once. So, if you're asking your staff if they stole, maybe that's questionable on your part and your staffs credibility...why did your head go towards "stealing" the minute I asked where my headphones were? I later found the headphones placed on the table - which by the way, if you are cleaning someones room, you should put their belongings where you originally found them. What was mind boggling in this whole situation is when I rated the hotel, I gave them a 3.3 rating, which is generous on my behalf considering the washroom was leaking, it was tiny to the point we couldn't use the shower, the hotel staff didn't know a word of English which made it hard to communicate, the headphones situation pissed me off...but what was mind boggling was, the owner of the hotel texted my father and started cursing at him for giving a 3.3 rating. 3.3 is pretty generous considering the service we received, ALSO if you are unhappy with the customers rating, you learn and improve from it, you don't contact them and start cursing and yelling at them. NO ONE BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!!
We loved staying here, the room is cosy and there is a nice balcony to look out. Reception and porters are really friendly and helpful. One things is there are three Beethoven hotels in the same area so it gets a little confusing but they are not too far from each other. Breakfast was great with a lovely selection of fresh food. Try the trilece cake, was so yummy! Rooms were lovely with fridge and complimentary water bottles. There was also a safe. The bathroom was nice and clean with also good toiletries. The cleaner was pretty thorough and i mean thorough, putting cables in drawers, moving our suitcases and hanging our coats up to clean! I am glad she cleaned properly but not sure how i feel about people touching my things. One thing which i was really not hppty about was the spa lady. She was extremely rude when we went to use the pool. We asked for towels and she said we have to use room ones when there were clearly some there so had to go back up to room to get them. I then asked about the jet into the pool and she said its off so i asked why and she just shrugged her shoulders. She was really not helpful, considering she was just sitting there on her phone the whole time and is the reason why i am giving 4/5, what is the point of having such a useless staff member? We chose this hotel for the pool and spa so this was disappointing for us. Otherwise we loved everything else and the spa lady was not a reflection of any of the other staff who were all lovely. The location of the hotel was great and the tram stop was not too far walk, about 4/5 mins. I believe it also possible to walk to main attractions in half an hour. I would visit again but if the spa lady acted the same I would complain this time.
Sultan Ahmed Mosque
The hotel is a couple of streets away from Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, which makes it a very central place for you to enjoy the touristic attractions. Besides, it is located in a calm street so you don't get that busy traffic in front of the hotel. The owners are a lovely couple who makes you feel at home. Zeynep Hanım's special side dishes (Turkish meze) flavour up the breakfast which is already very rich. Derviş Bey's calm and trustworthy smile is also another reason to feel the warm hospitality. All the staff members in the hotel have that big smile upon their faces. You can feel the family atmosphere in every detail. The room was clean. My bed was really really comfortable and the terrace had a panoramic view of the Bosphorus that I won't ever forget. The concept of the hotel is also dreamy, embedded with names of different literary figures. I can assure that you will be going on a journey that you will always look back to.
We found the hotel to be neat and tidy. The staff are great. Nearly got stuck in Turkey because of Coronavirus lockdown worldwide but the staff was fantastic with dealings with Turkish Airline when flights was cancelled unannounced. They were able to get them to re book our flight because of language barrier. No Kettle in d rooms permanently yet we have two for my family used. I don’t know why, but the WiFi keeps going on and off. The breakfast is consistently same thing during our one week stay and it becomes monotonous. Would have loved sausages and baked beans if possible. Hotel is right inside all the markets. I will surely lodge here again and I strongly recommend.
Sultan Ahmed Mosque
Hotel location is good. excellent service. Also very clean. The bathtub on the photo is actually not available, and it can be seen that it was taken off.
Sultan Ahmed Mosque
I recently stayed in Olimpic Hotel with my mom and aunt. It is located in Sultanahmet- right at the heart of the greatest sites. Five minutes of walking will take you to the famous historic mosques and other must-see tourist destinations. The hotel is also located close to the trolley and the streets are full of taxis which you can catch on your own or have the hotel arrange. The breakfast is great. The personnel are warm and kind, eager to help whenever they can. I felt safe and while the hotel is not luxurious, it is welcoming, clean, and is of adequate renovation. It has a terrace with a beautiful view capturing the Bosporus and mosques. The friendly and warm environment make me eager to return to this hotel anytime I’m in Istanbul.
The surroundings are great and the feeling is in the upscale affluent area. A lot of good restaurants, eating and shopping are very convenient. It is also close to the subway, and the hotel is just 50 meters away from the entrance to the underground passage of the subway. Hotel facilities are well maintained, breakfast is especially worthy of delicious and rich! Overall, this hotel is good value for money, but it does not reach the 5-star level, although the door is hung with a five-star sign. By the way, the only minor shortcoming is that the front desk and the waiter are average, not enthusiastic, and feel a bit cold.
Is the second time that i stayed at this hotel, and really enjoyed it. The rooms are very clean, and the staff is very helpful. They have a good position too, about 15 minutes walk to go to the center of the city.
Hotel service must give super 5 stars, great location, just next to T1 station, walk to Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque 7-8 minutes! The new airport is on the bus line 17 to the sulnahmet station. It is a mosque. It takes a few steps to get to the hotel! We arrived at the hotel at 8:00 in the morning and actually gave us a room. We could also eat the breakfast of the day. After the afternoon, we had afternoon tea and it was great!
Key points, key points: His family can call you the nucleic acid test personnel to the room for nucleic acid test. You don't need to go to the airport and you don't need to go to the airport, which saves worry, money and time.
I stayed at this hotel during the epidemic. I personally think that the location of this hotel is particularly good. It is safe and quiet. The key is that it is very close to the famous scenic spots, the Grand Bazaar, the Blue Mosque, and the Sophia Cathedral. There is no scenic spot to eat around. Expensive over there. Both the hotel staff and the people around are very friendly and welcoming. During my stay at the hotel, the staff provided warm and thoughtful service and helped me contact the vehicles to the airport. I took a taxi myself to 204 lire at his door), helped me print out the documents I needed, and called the nucleic acid test staff to the hotel for me to do the test. The key is that the price is the same as the airport, and I did not overcharge me. Breakfast is not an optional mode, but is made directly on the plate. Although it is a bit simple, it is full. As far as the price of the hotel is concerned, it is very affordable.
Highly recommend this hotel, I hope you all have a pleasant journey and have fun.
This area is already a partial, but in order to travel, but the hotel is of high grade, the price is super reasonable, the breakfast is also very rich, the facilities are also high-end, and the hotel is very environmentally friendly.
Sultan Ahmed Mosque
The location is very good, it is very convenient to various attractions, can be walked, suitable for couples and families.
And the hotel is very clean, and the owner is warm and friendly, every day he asks if we need help. Every employee inside is very kind
Seagulls can be seen flying over from the breakfast balcony; stay, children love it
The boss gave us welcome drinks and small desserts.
Next time if I come to Istanbul again, I will still choose here
Sultan Ahmed Mosque
I feel very happy about this hotel.
The location is perfect to access tourist attractions.
In five minutes by walk , you can see Blue mosque and Ayasofya.
Many hotels and restaurants nearly, no fear to walk down night streets.
Room condition also good.
Clean & Water pressure strong, hot water Ok.
Most impressive thing is the attitude of staff.
Considerate,sensitive!... No words to express!!
Make me wanna come here again. thanks again.
Reasonable price also makes me happy
If you wanna be looking for 5stars hotel, it isn’t good choice, but if you feel comfortable about cozy space, no more suitable places likes this.
Sultan Ahmed Mosque
Excellent location near the ''Sokullu Sehit Mehmet Pasa mosque'', a historical place from 1571. Two minutes walk to the Hippodrome (the historical racetrack), 5-minute walk to the Hagia Sophia Museum (the former Greek Orthodox Christian patriarchal cathedral, later the Ottoman imperial mosque) and the tram (which connects you with the port for the cruises on the Bosphorus and the Golden Horn), 10 minutes to Topkapı Palace Museum. Everything it's around. Great hotel in Sultanahmet district. I stayed in February 2020 in this hotel. All the staff were lovely and very helpful. Excellent breakfast each morning, rooms were cleaned daily. I would definitely stay in this hotel again. They also have two terraces, one on the ground floor for breakfast and the other on the roof, so the smokers do not suffer. Thanks to everyone and in particular to Deniz for all the information and the help offered with the warmth.
Sultan Ahmed Mosque
The view of the hotel terrace is invincible. The photo is taken on the terrace. The service is very good. The first morning, I received a free breakfast. There are many kinds of breakfast. The room is slightly small and very soundproof. I want to be careful. Overall very good, recommended.
2 stops away from the exhibition hall, convenient without luggage
It’s just taking a taxi back from the exhibition hall because it’s too close and often refused to board
It is recommended to go to the airport at least 4 hours in advance. Istanbul often gets stuck in traffic. We just set off 3 hours early and missed the plane.
Taxis in Turkey are very tricky and will charge indiscriminately. Obviously, the high-speed toll is charged at 12.9, and the high-speed toll is charged at 120. Public transportation is recommended. Was slaughtered more than 300 lire
It’s okay, living comfortably, that means renewing the room must be booked in advance, otherwise even if you live, you can’t renew it without a reservation.
Sultan Ahmed Mosque
Me and my boyfriend had a lovely stay at Cigno Hotel in Istanbul. We planned to stay one night, but end up staying two. The hotel is just a 15 min walk away from all the main sightseeing places. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable and clean. We really recommend this place for a stay in Istanbul, especially for this great price! :)
It was my father in law’s first holiday in Istanbul . I recommended this hotel for him and for my wife. This hotel is located near by the Grand Bazar, the Blue Mosque, Ayasofya Mosque and boat tour. The room was lovely and clean, the only negative being that the storage space was too small for a double room. The breakfast was amazing , such a lovely choice and the staff were always there to help with everything. The Restaurant Manager Tolga and staff always greeted us very warmly every morning. The Reception Team were always helpful (Talat and Nuriye ) and the Night Manager (Mr Nevzat,) was very professional and helpful. I will recommend this hotel for everyone if you want to see istanbul..
Centrally located near Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, Haggia Sophia, etc very close to a subway and tram stop that can get you anywhere you want to go. Simple, clean room with good firm bed. We enjoyed the Turkish bath, sauna, and hot tub (they are included) and massage (extra reasonable fee) in the spa area. There is also a restaurant on the top floor with nice views.
Sultan Ahmed Mosque
A really nice boutique hotel situated within easy walking distance of the cultural sites of Istanbul. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is fresh and tasty! Yes, a lot of what I have said above is the same for many hotels, but do they all have warm and friendly staff? If you stay at this hotel then you really do get the complete package. Hotel manager Isa bent over backwards to help me in my requests, I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone, if you have marked it as a possibility then I urge you to do it!
Perfect hotel to stay in... Strongly recommended to stay in. Near to metro and bus station. Friendly staff.. Very good looking rooms Perfect services Near the IDO station where u can go to bursa and other areas.
I stayed here for 2 nights (24-25th Sep) with my wife and had a fantastic experience. The guys at reception (Muhammad & Ahmed) were professional and super courteous, the room was small but tidy and the location was ideal for exploring the central Istanbul and the historic sites that are just a few hundred KMs away from the hotel. The tram stop was just around the corner as well which could take you to almost all major parts of the city. I see people pointing out the small rooms but you got to factor in the location which is literally 7 mins walk to the most sought after tourist attractions of Istanbul (Haghia Sophia and Blue Mosque). I can bet majority of the hotels have similar sized rooms since the property value must be sky high for such a locality. And I bet most of these hotels charge more than what Sirkeci Ersu does for rooms with the same specs. One thing that I'd like these guys to work on would be their breakfast. Lmited and same menu - can get really irksome for someone staying for multiple days. Having said that, it's not a deal breaker for me and I'd definitely stay here again if and when I happen to be in Central Istanbul.
Sultan Ahmed Mosque
Don't be fooled by Google Maps, because you won't find that sign. The location is first-rate, right next to the Blue Mosque, and the surrounding atmosphere is very good, suitable for opening. If you have obsessive-compulsive disorder, don't live there. Those who lively can't sleep before two o'clock in the morning, there is nothing wrong with that. Breakfast used to be included, but now it’s cancelled. And the on-site reservation is 20% cheaper than the online price
Sultan Ahmed Mosque
The breakfast at the hotel was quite good and I had a lot of cherries. The hotel is located very close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, a few minutes walk. It’s not good to live underground, but there is a cat in the middle of the night. The pillow is a bit dirty and the rest is okay. The hotel brother is very good, like it.
