|5.41km from city centerAs recommended by my friend, we stayed here for almost a week as we’re going to some locations near Cubao during my vacation. We were assigned almost to the highest floor where we had an amazing view of the bustling city of the metro. I have no issue with the apartment, the room, toilet, and the facilities are great. If you’re staying, always take note of the timings with garbage disposals. There’s a 7-Eleven at the building’s entrance. It's really convenient to buy things and bring them to your room. The pool access has a limited number of people only. I didn’t get a chance to take a photo of our room but it was spacious.

great, functional hotel :)
overall excellent overnight stay
v close to concert venue
comfy bed lots of sockets for remote work
the gelato at indulge was SO good
con
arrived at 4pm, and yet my room was not ready for check-in
released by 5 pm :S
front desk explained they were at 100% occupancy
fully understand but management will need to look into housekeeping perhaps ??
front desk advised me to ask for late check out to compensate the delay
was offered comp late check out until 1 pm only next day
i had to kindly ask if they could extend until 2pm and they agreed
on another note, in-room dining bit slow
ordered bottled drinks and cutleries at midnight and was advised it will take 45-60 mins! i offered i will just get it from the restaurant downstairs as i could not wait that long but they insisted it will be delivered and they managed to get it down to 20 mins -fine by me
also ordered in the morning, took them almost half an hour to deliver 2 bottles of water..

|5.63km from city centerThe Good 1. Staff - Thanks Ms. Erika for the pleasant check in experience and for the quick assistance on our bathroom issue, and Ms. Meek for the swift check out. 2. Room is HUGE - Got plenty of space to sleep, eat, work, exercise, relax, etc. 3. Great sleep - We loved the massive and comfortable mattress. 4. It's situated on top of one of the best malls in Quezon City. Accessibility and convenience is definitely not an issue. The Bad 1. Room smells bad, foul odor is coming from bathroom - Definitely not a great welcoming touch. Managed to report this right away. Air freshener was able to somehow mask the smell but sadly, it's not the best solution to a favorable outcome. 2. Corridors are in dire need of deep cleaning. There were paper bits and other kinds of dirt on the carpets. Neither Good Nor Bad 1. PARKING. - complimentary parking is offered to hotel guests. - hotel guests share parking area with mall goers, so there will not be a shortage of parking spaces. - there is no direct access / lift from parking to hotel lobby and vice versa, so this might be a slight inconvenience. 2. No food and beverage outlets in the hotel - but do you really need one? I mean, hotel is located on top of a mall. There are plenty of food establishments in Robinsons Magnolia. The Verdict The hotel needs to improve on its cleanliness issues to attract more quarantine and leisure guests. It would be a waste if they are not able to capitalize on their strengths (staff, room size, location, rates, etc), just because CLEANLINESS is pulling them back.

|7.2km from city centerThe hotel is on a small street, very quiet, almost heard the roar of the Philippines' unique car motorcycles. The room has a refrigerator, microwave range hood, which can be simple to cook. If you stay for a long time, you can bargain with the boss, which is much cheaper than staying in a hotel. |2.39km from city centerWe stayed in Verjandel Hotel in Quezon City for three nights. We used their conference room for our two-day training for young people. I was accommodated to this big and comfy room on the third floor of the hotel. The room was clean as well as the comfort room. The food is delicious. They have a restaurant and a bar just when you enter the main door of the building. They also have a gym at the second floor. I got a little problem in the internet connection because during that time, the facility was fully booked. So, a lot of people are connected to their free wifi. But, the guy from the front desk office assisted me on my connection issue. But then, over-all, it was a good place to stay.

|4.55km from city centerNewly opened hotel in the heart of Quezon City. Looking forward for an Ascott experience during our trip back in Manila. Rooms were quite new & good choice of room amenities. Had a variety of food choices served in the restaurant during breakfast and I’m satisfied. A lot of things to improve with your staff and provide an Ascott service which I know would be better as they do their jobs :) Improve your internet service. Experienced intermittent connection during my stay since I’m also working remotely. A short but memorable experience.

|2.97km from city centerThis was my second accommodation in Axiaa Hotel Manila in Quezon City. The hotel was just few steps away from our office. This time, my room was a single-bed room at the back of the hotel. The same, it was clean and comfy. I always provide the management thru the sales executive with my comments and suggestions for the hotel, especially the provision of a table and chairs for the rooms of their guests who visits the hotel for business. Anyway, this hotel is good for business and pleasure. Salute to the staff.

|6.9km from city centerIts a good stay because it was near to our itinerary though we had barely slept, because there are tiny cockroaches roaming around. We also hope that the aircon can be adjusted to guests preference. Otherwise the location is good 7 eleven is just across the road and near to restaurants. And its very safe because there’s someone who is assigned at the elevator. Staff are courteous:)

|3.56km from city centerFor someone who needs a base to explore Quezon City whether alone or with a travel companion, Red Planet Hotel in Quezon Timog offers a budget-friendly and safe accomodation. While the cheapest rates do not include food services, there are a lot of diners, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance. There are also a bunch of convenience stores around ready to serve you. Getting booked-in was very simple just taking a few minutes. Unfortunately, the internet signal was not good enough to conduct zoom meetings, and a maintenance of the hot water system occurred during my stay. But overall, the relaxation and comfort, combined with the security, cleanliness and general quiet provided, made the stay a top-class experience.

|3.75km from city centerI am based in California and I work for one of the most prestigious universities in the US. I am writing to let the public know about a positive experience I just had with the Hive Hotel team. After watching a Noel Cabangon show at My Brother’s Mustache (lobby of Hive Hotel) on Sept 30, 2023, I inadvertently left my bag containing important documents, checkbooks, and cash. Just an hour after I left, I got a message from Hive Hotel saying that they have my bag and that I can claim it in the morning. I got back all my valuables inside my bag, no less. What a great example of true Filipino work ethics and character! More power to the Hive Hotel team!

|4.61km from city centerGood location! Very near to Araneta City just by walking 5 minutes bcs near the bridge connecting to Araneta. Had a late check in around 12 am and the receptionist did a good job and friendly in handling the check in process.
For room (mine is 701), the air conditioner is leaking 😩 And the ceiling rail has old dirty that need to be replaced. Please take note on this. No weird smile or anything. Overall the room kinda look old especially the bathroom, the towel smelled wet, we can hear the other people beside our room arguing on the moro😓 But yeah, the price is cheap and 3 stars hotel so expected. But hopefully can take note on the cleanliness! Thank you. Would probably book this hotel again next time if I attend any concert in Araneta city

|4.03km from city centerThe hotel is located near 7-11 and fast food restaurants. In fact, you can obtain food from all directions facing the hotel lobby. The room is clean and transport options are easily available.
Water can be refilled at each level's lobby. There is also a small infinity pool that overlooks the city.
Overall, the location of the hotel is fantastic. Do however note that during peak hours, it might take a while to detour back to the hotel by taxis and the traffic conditions in Manila is always bad.

Quezon City
|2.83km from city centerIt's next to North Ave MRT station and the Trinoma Mall. Very noisy location . As soon as you walk into the entrance, a foul sewerage type of smell hits you. Not a nice welcome..!! Girls on reception are efficient but not particularly friendly. I think they don't enjoy their jobs. I was escorted to my room to view the lighting levels because I requested a brightly lit room with a window. There are many hotel rooms in the Phillippnes without windows, something to be mindful of. I wasn't happy with the dim yellowy light bulbs but the supervisor kindly replaced a few with brighter whiter bulbs. Kudos to him. But there was an overpowering smell of fresh paint coming from the closet in the room. Despite getting it cleaned and sprayed with freshener, the smell never went, hence I couldn't hang any clothes in there for my entire stay. No restaurant in the hotel just room service that brought food wrapped in cling film. Food quality was not too good. The reception and kitchen staff don't seem to understand that a vegetable chow mein shouldn't have meat in it. ”no meat” doesn't seem to register with them. The 24/7 store next door was convenient for snacks and drinks. The only saving grace for this hotel is it's proximity to the MRT station and the mall.

The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a family get away. I can also say that this is one of the best branches of Hotel Sogo! I will surely come again and recommend this to others! Kudos to the management of this Branch you did a great Job!

|4.15km from city centerPersonally the room size is decent. There's enough space for you to move around. Practical layout and they provide hair dryer, study table, big TV, clothes hanger, Large wall mirror and a very comfortable bed.
Plenty of electrical outlets!
Negatives:
1. Comforter cover is very old. You can see ang feel it's browning. Feels warn out!
2. They provide kettle and 2 mugs but no teaspoons.
3. Soup/Shampoo dispenser covers keep falling off.
Overall I would stay here again if not with family that requires facilities etc. Perfect for business trip and internet speed is very fast. You can connect multiple devices with no problem.

|4.02km from city centerSequoia Hotel Upon checking in, I was asked how many will be staying in the room and I said 3. The receptionist pointed out that breakfast is just for 2 of which, I didn’t have a problem with. He asked for payment for 2 nights which I paid using my card and asked for Php 2000 cash deposit which I said I’s rather be put on hold from my card. Oddly enough, we were only given 1 key. I thought maybe there was already a card placed in the card switch socket in the room but when we got there, there was none. So, was the assumption is that we each one of us open the door every time someone goes out and comes back? I requested for an extra key which took time so I made another follow up. After a couple of mins wait, someone knocked and I don’t know if they were trying to be funny but 2 staff were holding out 2 keycards when I opened the door. Seriously? Room was small but nice. There was an electric kettle and cups, the usual hotel set up but they didn’t have complimentary coffee and tea set up. A small thing for Php 4200 per night rate. On our second night, when we came back from a wedding, it was so upsetting to discover that our keys didn’t work when we came back to our room. I asked reception why and she said the key expired. Again - seriously? You get 2 nights room payment but cut the key for 1 night??? The lady didn’t even apologize but rather, said she will check on the person on duty when I checked in. Then - no updates already. After the key incident, imagine finally being able to access our room and discovering that it wasn’t cleaned. I called reception, spoke to a guy and again, I was told that “he will check on Housekeeping”. When asked if my assumption is correct that all our rooms remain uncleaned, he said “most probably, yes.” WHAAAAAAT? Waited and waited to nothing so I called again and a lady answered. She told me yes that they are already checking on what happened………….. so I asked her what I should do - am i waiting for someone to clean? Am i waiting for their feedback on what happened? Ang labo. Also reported na din our AC that doesn’t cool and is noisy. In fairness, Maintenance people went up right away. But they just told us that “every so often, when the AC / room reaches it’s max temp, the AC goes to eco mode”. What are they talking about? The AC never reached a cool mode since we checked in 24 hours ago. Room attendant finally arrived and cleaned our rooms one by one. Of course, we have to do room hopping while cleaning was on going. Convenient right? Not. Cleaning was so-so - used cups were not replaced. You’d still see a paper on the floor. Bathroom sink wasn’t wiped. But then, at least the room was “refreshed” for the night. Too many on duty on a Saturday at the front desk - apart from the 2 ladies (there was a 3rd too) at the desk. There were 2 gentlemen walking around the lobby, doing nothing. There was a time they were just standing with the bellman talking. When a lady (guest) asked for taxi assistance, all
