It's pretty good, there are many kinds of breakfast, and the taste is good. The room was clean, but the mirror of the dressing table in my room was facing the bed, which was a bit scary. The location is also very good, in the block, very quiet, there is a bar street nearby, there are also convenience stores, pharmacies and so on. Take a taxi from Red Square 10 minutes. The English at the front desk is very good and the service is very enthusiastic. It is very helpful to ask for directions and change change. PS room service is awful and expensive

Great! ! The room is still not small, but the addition of a bed for three people is a bit crowded. The service was very good. I lost the immigration paper. The young lady at the front desk also accompanied me to the police station to report the case. It was very embarrassing to get it for a long time. All in all, it was a great stay at Hahaha!

The Mayakovsky Hotel, located in one of the most beautiful districts of Moscow - Patriarch's Ponds, will provide exceptional comfort and atmosphere of stay thanks to a unique concept and professional execution. His style conveys the mood of the era of the famous futurist poet Vladimir Mayakovsky, who lived nearby. The stylish interior, decorated with reproductions of paintings by Kandinsky, who pursued the principles of futurism in painting, provides an amazing mood echoing the creative mood of the Patriarch's Ponds. In addition to the stylish interior and excellent location, the Mayakovsky hotel is, of course, a high level of service, comfortable rooms and helpful staff. Staying here everyone can feel like Mayakovsky. The hotel offers 19 rooms of various categories. Each room has: air conditioning, safe, telephone, digital TV, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, kettle, bathroom with shower or bath, hairdryer, slippers. All rooms have carpet flooring.Hotel services: taxi call, laundry service, office services, luggage storage, Wi-Fi in public areas of the hotel.

We booked a room with a jacuzzi specifically because we wanted to spend a romantic evening. The location of the hotel was very convenient, the center, you can walk until late and enjoy the beauty of Moscow at night. Everything was great until we got back to the hotel and got water to start the jacuzzi. Firstly, the bathroom itself was covered in someone’s hair, we didn’t notice it right away. But when they turned on the button from the jacuzzi, there were pieces of dirt, rust and hair. It was 12 o’clock at night, and at 5 am we were leaving for the airport, so we went to bed upset and thought that in the morning we could talk to the reception and they would reimburse us for the damage (they would deduct the difference between a regular room and a room with a jacuzzi, which was broken and spoiled the mood. It was not convenient for us to move to another room at night. We paid an extra 5000 for this jacuzzi. My boyfriend is from another Norway, he was shocked by the lack of service (because he himself works in the hotel business) and the disregardful attitude. Because we were told that They can’t help in any way, we had to contact us at night and they would have moved us. But this is not convenient!! Where is the customer focus?? Why is this hotel rated 9.2??

Hotel starts with customer relationship !!!! Not about any 5 stars speech can't go ! Note the birthday of the wife on the patriarchs and just conveniently walked to get to this hotel , so it was chosen but for nothing ! ! Unfortunately forgot one passport the spouse told about it to administrator Daniel , he said that it is only possible to solve the issue so , Send him personally on the map of the collection of 5 thousand rubles in any other way ! ! We were mad at this attitude , although we could order and in half an hour we would have brought a passport to a taxi ! The administrator says let's make a return , we agree with the confidence that we will get the money back ! And we leave to the hayat which is 10 minutes drive ! The manager calls further , says he will deal with and on the trace of the day will call , waited for the call all day eventually I call myself , and she says unfortunately the camera sound doesn't write and at all my staff can't say so ! ! If the manager promises to call back and does not call back, I am not surprised that the administrator requires five of the customers at the entrance to the hotel !!!! Bomji !!!!

This morning, my young man and I arrived in the capital and immediately went to our art-hotel Sofit to leave the baggage on the rehab and walk around the city. The nice girl behind the bar reported that our room had already been released by previous guests and we could settle down sooner as soon as the number was cleaned. After leaving the phone number for communication, we went for a walk, and then settle down in the room two hours before the time limit. It was particularly pleasant because we already wanted to rest a little. Our room, on the fourth floor, with retro-images of the main characters of the favorite many (and me personally) film ”Caucasian prisoner” pleasantly surprised, it turned out to be very bright, clean, with interesting mansard windows and a pleasant color solution. Clean drinking dishes, water and tea, towels, slippers and personal hygiene - everything in our room was present, as stated in the information on the website. The room itself was comfortable, The location of the hotel has been pleasant at all - the brightest and most interesting places of the capital in pedestrian accessibility. We are pleased that we have chosen the art hotel Sofit for coming to Moscow!

The first thing to note is the magnificent location near the Boulevard Ring. The hotel is small (4 floors), very cozy, there is free parking in the courtyard for hotel guests. The most important points for living are perfectly observed - very comfortable beds (the quality of sleep is important for me), daily cleaning and perfect, compact but well-functioning bathroom (the water pressure in the shower is good). Good soundproofing. Delicious breakfasts (not a buffet, order from a special menu to choose from). On the downside, the restaurant could offer water for breakfast with coffee (not provided - you can choose one drink!). For dinner, we went to a restaurant (Narval) at the hotel once on the first day (due to the late time, they did not have time to go anywhere else) - the portions were tiny at fairly horse prices (for 700 rubles they brought a piece of meat the size of a 5-ruble coin, chopped 1 mushroom and cut 2 (!) baby potatoes in halves - well, at least the potatoes could not be greedy. It was the cheapest dish in the restaurant. For 4 glasses of orange juice and 2 such portions of hot, we laid out 3.5 thousand - too much for such a modest dinner. But this is the only negative If you dine in a place of your choice, I see no shortcomings in the hotel.

Rested in this hotel with 18-20.06.2023, room 906. Of the pluses it is certainly location. It was very convenient and quiet. Staff on the resepschen guest room. The number is classy. quiet, modern, everything is good, but the service at them in the cleaning of rooms is suffering. I think the cleaning staff forgets that you have 5*, not 2* or 3*. Cleaned us a room, changed our bed linen, put us new shampoo and even left half used. But friends, how can you clean up the room and not remove the garbage from the bucket? But it's all tiny. How could you pick up the glasses from under wine and not return them back? How? !!!!!! You exactly 5*? We had to drink champagne from glasses for water because at 1 a.m. I didn't want to bother you. It's a straight capet as we didn't like it. Cleaning 2 points and also forgot to return the glasses. About the mini bar. ) What does it mean to leave a pledge on the receptacle? You have the cheapest room cost more than 10 thousand rubles, you have a hotel 5*, probably to come to you for a holiday far not poor people to ask for a pledge. Nowhere did I meet this, but maybe I would use your mini borough if it was open. And so it was closed. (And also of the downsides: in the corridor sometimes felt cigarette smoke. It's very bad. The overall result is: Get out who worked on June 19th in room 906 and either fine him or issue a check-list in the native language of the cleaner so that he can't miss anything. You don't have 5*100%. We went to Kazan after your hotel to Marriott Kazan Kremlin 4* and I I would say your staff should learn from them how to clean the rooms properly. There was everything perfect. I recommend that you finish this item and you will have 5*.

Ideally located on Pushkinskaya square, the Peking hotel is a Moscow institution ! Historic building in Stalinian style, large rooms with heigh ceiling, original paintings and a classical decor, the hotel is a little « in its juice » but still full of charm and atmosphere. We enjoyed a deluxe room on the Garden ring : it was large and cosy. The housekeeping service is excellent and very professional. Breakfast on the ground floor with a rather basic buffet but pleasant staff overlooking the room. The only minus is about the reception staff both unprofessional and not pleasant, to say the truth we felt that the ladies were really not enjoying to have this job. Nevertheless, the value for money was great and we recommend this atmospheric place.

I have been living in Moscow from 2018 - 2020 and was a long term resident of Marriott Aurora and Marriott Grand hotels. Due to Covid-19, January 2022 was the first time when I came back to Moscow after a long period of time and had decided to choose Marriott Grand for my stay. The hotel is located right on Tverskaya Street walking distance to the Red Square, theaters, many other cultural locations, and the wonderful Depo Luxury Food Mall in Moscow. It is also very close to the Belaruskaya train station which has the Aeroexpress directly to/from SVO airport. What differentiates Marriott Grand hotel from many others are the staff which are always there to help you with anything that you might require. The front desk staff are always accommodating with any early check-in and late-check-out requests and the concierge is always ready to help with restaurant and other reservations. Additionally, the hotel has a great buffet breakfast, nice restaurants, and also great room service which is available 24 hours a day. The gym and spa center on the -1 level is also really great, it has a wonderful gym equipment, swimming pool, sauna, and hammam. I wanted to also complement the hotel for it's cleanliness, from the lobby, the elevators, the hallways, and of course the rooms, it is a pleasure to see how the cleaning staff are always making the hotel look tidy and clean for the guests. Overall I really would recommend this hotel to my family and friends and hope that this review can help others on Tripadvisor to make the hotel selection in Moscow. Thank you once again Marriott Grand staff and General Manager for making our stay so wonderful! We are looking forward to staying with you again during our next trip to Moscow.

Excellent location. Silent (no trains can be heard). View from the window to the office building. Parking is paid 1200 yards per night, but it is always available (unlike Select Hotel). Excess (shoot hat, toothbrush, etc.) in the room is not- ask for resepshne. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby( Uryuk my favorite - a little further, but delicious there very!). And here breakfast is poor. (This is the minus for which I lower the estimate. 1000r per person is expensive. Although the eyelid, becon, cheese, the simplest fruit- vegetables you will find there. Coffee is good. But! You can take a combo in a chocolate for 300r - it will be the same, only with a view to the wonderful park in front of the Paveletsky station(by the way, I recommend walking there certainly: very nice, fountain dancing and singing for classical music, watching area, shining rings-wheel, generally beautiful decoration). Yes, the entry under the slagbaum can not be noticed, so slower and with the navigator look)).

I want to express my opinion about this hotel. I came on a trip so everything was paid by the company. As for settlement, there was no delay in settlement. Rooms: furniture is old, very tired, doors scratched. But, mattresses with pillows are very convenient, sleeped better than at home. The bathroom furniture is cheap but clean, not old (except for pins, and dispensers for napkins), the closet holds on two top bolts, when opened, constantly departs from the wall, that and look will fall off. Hot water lives in general, pressure is weak, half an hour adjusts, the hike is boilers. Food: it's something....I won't see, but it's not delicious, on the three, cheap food, meat there is not recommended, watery, frozen, low quality. A hammock man behind a bar who doesn't know what a service, dressed in a vest and jeans, came to me for breakfast, and said that ”we haven't taken it, we should first mark, then have.” He came to me with a list and said that there was no such name) had to look for his name and show it to him! This moment was outrageous if you need to ”notice,” you and the front desk at the entrance put with the person to be clear at once, That you have to approach him. At a price too expensive, though I didn't pay 16,000 for two days with breakfast, and one disgusting lunch. Location is normal, from the metro to go 12 minutes.

I spent NYE in Moscow. My stay in Sadovnichskaya hotel was amazing. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and attentive to all requests. Olga on duty at the reception desk on NYE was very nice. The rest of the staff at the reception desk and the restaurant were doing their best with a friendly smile. The food was super delicious. The location of the hotel is 10 minutes walk from the Red Square. I had a very good impression and I will definitely be back!

“+” Great hotel location in the heart of Moscow. All the major Moscow sites are walkable, there are many different cafes and restaurants around. The hotel (including its rooms) are updated. My room (#431) was big. I liked the room’s design, it is simple and cute. I felt totally comfy in my room. Two Twin Beds were comfortable. Wi-Fi was working fast. I liked the hotel’s staff, every single person was sweet and friendly. Also I would like to point out the great job from the housekeepers. They were always fast and helpful, when I needed something. “-“ Nothing really to say here. My room was not soundproofed well. If people were noisy in the corridor, I could hear them. Also the plug situation in the room could be better. There were no power sockets around the bed (only a USB one which did not charge my gadgets fast). And the last thing is cheap bathroom amenities, which didn’t smell that nice.

Near MCC and Metro Izmailovskaya. The rooms are tidy and the price is reasonable. Perhaps because of this, in the evening you will have to stand in line for a good check-in. The food in their restaurant is no frills, but everything is edible, there have never been any problems. Still, the TVs in the rooms would be replaced, otherwise they show so-so. The rooms are warm.

The hotel itself is located on 4 stars at the entrance, but also on 1 is not pulled. He went for 3 nights and because it was cheaper to break 2 bookings. The hotel looked good, a little cheaper apartment in the business class house. When I arrived, I took the payment for both bookings and settled in the cap. Not very convenient, but I think OK 3 days I will survive. The table is not available, and I need to work, and the lobby is 10 squares, so I will give business trips not ice at all. But all the details, on day 2 the staff call me in the room and say that the departure is up to 12. I explained that I had 2 bookings paid, as much dissatisfaction was at the end of the wire. After I came up and asked for information before the calls, I got the answer: ”Okay.” You serious??? No apology, just a hamstring. Well, there is no cleaning, I asked why. I didn't hear anything clear: first they said that cleaning once 3 days, then after a day. After all they said to clean up. I went on business several times, but cleaning is not. And when I came with the products in 18.00 they allowed to clean up. I do not recommend this place because there is no service here and normal relationship is unlikely to wait. Yes, the luggage they keep a limited time, then the supplement. And it is stored under the stairs!

We had 2 super rooms 1106 and 1206 for 2 days, with kids 5 and 8, and one of the teachers for dance for the little girl. We had a tournement we atended in Moscow, Crokus hall. The rooms are great, the kids can run, and hide, and play as much as they want. The barthroom, is sober and small, if you see the enormous room , but it we sufficient. The TV channel, I would like to request a children channel please, we could not offer the kids to watch the tv. Breakfast was fantastic, close your eyes, kame a wish, and it was there, it is a pity we where in the hurry alll mornings to attend the competition, there where many reasons to just sit and eat and relax with a great view on floor 25. The staff, very friendly! Housekeeping, super friendly ladies, and very polite. Now room service, we love to go out for dinner, but we where tired, kids too, so we ordeed room service, the FOOD was fresh , very tasty, it was served as in a restaurant, very very enjoyable, we loved it, the kids too! I hope to return here man times, and hope we have more time to enjoy everything! But thank you for all! It was fantastic!

I would like to especially celebrate the administrator Albina. Now about the room. We got on the 4th floor. The room is not bad, clean. There is a teapot, glasses. The fena wasn't, but we asked and gave us girls on the respiratory. Thank you for that! Well now about minus!!! Hearing is just a gesture, both nights that we had been there listening to orgies in the neighboring rooms, the feeling that it was happening under our door. The hotel surprised its functional rooms. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Utig, the board is smooth, the teapot, the refrigerator, the safe, the water in the hall. Very clean everywhere! It throws into the eyes. Every day cleaning the room and changing towels. A wonderful polite and responsive staff at the recipes and bar. We forgot the phone in the hall on the table. And in the evening we were returned completely loaded and apologized for failing to answer calls!! )) Beautiful kitchen of the main menu and standard breakfast. I want to give a few recommendations to the hotel administration. In a bar where everyone is having breakfast, include music or entertainment channels, not political broadcasts, News and transmission of Malysheva about diseases. Then all the appetite is missing!!)) And, down the stairs or up without waiting for the elevator, it is very difficult. It turns into a quest. confusion and maze. We lost twice. That should not be. This is a breach of fire safety standards. Do something with it please! And everything else you have at the height!!! We have a great pleasure staying at your hotel.

Overall rating is ”Very Good” for the price and location. Not an easy approach, and taxi took some time to locate it. Though the address is Staropimenovskiy per 11/6, the entrance is located on Vorotnikovskiy. There is no lift, so best to travel light, but receptionist assisted us carrying baggage to our rooms and on departure, bringing it down. Good facilities - microwave and refrigerator. Clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Close to metro and centrally located Baggage room for checkout for late evening departures Reception said we could wait in restaurant until 7 pm as we had a night train to catch, to Saint Petersburg. It seems the manager was not too happy to see us waiting in the restaurant, and probably for not ordering any food or drink. Perhaps the manager appeared rude as we were there, as the receptionist said we could wait in the restaurant, and there weren’t any customers waiting for our table! Good selection for breakfast, though not buffet. The single person took orders, cooked/prepared and served in fairly decent time. She does a great job. By the way it is at least half an hour from Red Square, bur the public transport is pretty good, especially the metro.

We were about to arrive early from Istanbul. Turkish asked us for a PCR at the last moment, we had to lose the flight, buy another and arrive at night. We are from Argentina, where Rublos doesn't sell. The airport bank was already closed. We went to the hotel and we had the dollars to pay for the 3 rooms reserved and Rublos to pay for the first night. Despite being tourists, not speak Russian, having traveled from morning to night and it was late, they told us that we were left right and we would change silver. We walked over an hour, we lost, we asked people how we could, we were exhausted. We had to note the address and explain it changes to flowers or pharmacies. Or they should go, because once I learned, I saw it was easy. We lost a lot of health. I don't understand as a hotel, it is not prepared for that. Thank you for we went. I don't recommend Russia to any foreigner with this complication. Let's take the dollars and change them or wait a day or be with us. And let's give them more guarantee than leave them $2,000!!! and passports.

Very enjoyed staying at the hotel! Before the trip there were fears, after reading negative reviews, so I am glad that the worst expectations were not met. The location is chic, 2 minutes from the 3rd exit of the metro station ”Lomonosovsky Avenue,” next to the Botanical Garden of the Moscow State University, Vorobyov mountains. Staff attitude liked. I asked to settle us with a daughter in 11.00, As the train arrived at this time. and it is difficult for her to wait (disability). We were ordered in 5 minutes, the surcharge was not taken! The room was on the 7m floor, with a chic view on the MG.” The room is spacious, separate beds, TV, refrigerator, cabinet, mirror. The bathroom and the bathroom are small but all clean. A little teapot in the room, but there is a cooler on each floor. I liked the food. Breakfast Swedish table, from 7 to 10. Starting with 12.00 starts to serve complex lunches (500 r, very tasty and beautiful, the kitchen Russian and Uzbek), from 16.00 complex dinners. You can also order meals on the menu, ice cream, etc. You can pay everything by card. Staff international, all polite, there is a corporate style. The eastern girls - waitresses not only have clothes similar, but also hairstyle (on one day the coats were wrapped in the same way, in another beautiful beams). The price is normal, not the cheapest hotel, but quite budgetary. Still of the pluses. The building is old, Soviet, and there is no terrible hearing like in modern hotels. We haven't heard anyone at all. Small minus sleep quality: noises the highway, when the window is closed is not critical. On the low floors it is probably stronger to hear. In general. We and my daughter found our option of accommodation in Moscow.

The location is also very good, there is no elevator, I met a Russian electrician and helped me carry my luggage, really very gentleman. When booking, I didn't see that the bed was small. It should be that the room type was not selected.

The hotel has a regular bus to the subway station, which is super convenient. The attitude of the front desk is also very good. It does not matter if you can't speak Russian or English. The Korean food downstairs is delicious~ the room is clean and the heating is adequate in winter. There is a mall near the subway station, which is also very convenient. The Christmas atmosphere in winter is also very good. It's also safe~~

Hello. I went to Moscow in March 2023 and stayed at this hotel. Overall I liked everything. The territory is large, next to the water with ducks and swans 🙂 The numbers are clean, the truth fen is old (who is used to laying hair phenomenon - better take your own) 😃 There is a restaurant with delivery to the room. The only thing I add is that the taxi is usually stopped on the road opposite the entrance to the hotel. Go not very close, entrance through the security. And if you still settle in a building with a standard room (about 30 square meters), it is to go through the transition in the hotel itself. 🙂 only for lowering one star.

Everything about this place is just perfect! . Close to Line 1, few minutes walking distance from Krasnoya Varota Exit 2 station. Great neighbourhood and easy to find. I think I've never stayed any place more clean then this one. You get everything you need, slippers, towels. It is a small room but spotlessly clean with comfy bed. Everyone was so friendly and polited, breakfast was tasty and fresh. I would stay here every time.

Well, let's start with the fact that the hotel business is a service, and here the service is directly at 50-60hg. Starting with the respiratory you will feel it, cold communication without health-thank you-please. And at 22:15 you will be told that the kitchen is not working, and the bar itself is until 23:00. And the washing of dishes with sounds will begin , the division of wages between colleagues , the rough female social voice both with customers being from different countries and with colleagues at 1150 rubles each . And it's all with the presence of guests in the hall :) Tell that three stars , which is expected , but the service is a service! And the number for 4780 with a simple smell of cigarettes, with a semi-old mattress , of course not a wau. When booking it is necessary to think at least a couple of times.

Excellent hotel! Friendly staff, clean room, modern interior. Hotel is 10 minutes walk from the Tulaj subway. 5 minutes walk - embankment. Despite the fact that it stands right along the Warsaw highway in the room, there is absolutely nothing, noise isolation at 5+. The price for such conditions is excellent!
