A classic hotel with a taste of history. It seems to have collapsed many times, but the history of this hotel, which has risen from there, has made me want to overcome the difficult times in Corona. The garden is wonderful, the view of Mt. Fuji from the room is of course wonderful, and the air is clear and calm. The azaleas are larger than you can see in the photo, and when I walked around the garden, I was surprised that many of them were taller and that there were stocks of academic value. I made a reservation for this hotel from 3 weeks in advance, looking for a place where I could see Mt. Fuji slowly and quietly, also as a birthday celebration for my husband who loves hot springs. As a result, it was a great answer. Breakfast. It is a plan with dinner, and at the reception you will be informed whether to choose Japanese or Western. I chose Western food for dinner and Japanese food in the morning. I'll wait for a while, but it was very delicious. My husband used the hot springs many times, and there was also a sauna, so I was happy that I was able to get rid of my tiredness and my skin became smooth. As for corona measures, the use of lockers is restricted, and there is a device to prevent the population density in the hot springs from increasing. Also, when passing through the entrance before check-in, there is an automatic body temperature check by infrared sensors for all people, so I was able to send it out with confidence. I also booked and used the beauty treatment salon on the 4th floor after check-in. The treatment was very good and I was able to spend a very luxurious time. At the beauty salon shop, I bought various coasters made by a parquet artist, oils for beauty treatment salons, aromas blended with the image of a mountain hotel, CDs, etc. Enjoy the afterglow of the hotel. Since I came by private car, I was able to visit the Narukawa Art Museum → Onshi Park → Hakone Sekisho the next day, and although I walked a lot, I had a fulfilling time. Next time, I would like to visit even in the beautiful season of azaleas.

A hotel that is astonishingly beautiful must have a five-star praise. The service from the hotel to Odawara is free. Ctrip will call to confirm with you, so rest assured that the appointment time is just fine. The drop-off service must be confirmed at the hotel front desk. You can choose the time to go back. Everything is perfect. Don't worry. After brushing Hakone, I encountered a cloudless sunny day, and Mt. Fuji no longer hugged the pipa half-covered. After checking in at the front desk, the sister patiently took us to the room to introduce the facilities. When I opened the curtains, I felt that everything was worth it. The lake of Ashi is shimmering, the top of Mount Fuji is snow-capped, and the color of the lake and the mountain are mutually interesting. The so-called picturesque scenery is just that. The room is very large, much larger than the Japanese-style room with 10 posts and 4.5 posts yesterday, facing the lake view, the light is perfect. The location of the hotel is one of the few places on the shore of Lake Ashi where you can see Mount Fuji. It is more correct than Jiasong's view, but the price is more advantageous. Kaiseki cuisine is quite comprehensive, and the price / performance ratio is also high for half-boards with more than 3,000 and less than 4,000. There are two hot springs. The building is open to the public. The other building can only be used by guests. The pool is not large (like most hotels in Japan). The facilities are first-rate. Sterilized packaging, drinking water in the locker room, free drinks in the hotel guest lounge, and intimate service. The open-air breeze is directly opposite the lake, and you can also watch Mt. The restaurant in the restaurant offers snacks, and the produce is very good. Soba and udon are not inferior to the online red shop in the mountains. There is also Chinese service, which is very delicious. Also look at the hotel room layout, all rooms should be lake view, so rest assured when booking. In addition, the hotel also has a circulation pashi to Moto-Hakone. It is also a good way to choose to go from Odakyu to this place and take a cable car to go around. Well, great, I want to come again.

During our six years in Japan, this was the first and one of the last ryokans we stayed at . After experiencing other ryokans all over Japan, this is still one of our favourites and worth revisiting. The hospitality, food, and service is still one of the best compared to other ryokans and it is one of the more foreigner friendly/accommodating ones. I wish the outdoor onsen was a bit bigger but the private ones are worth renting. Highly recommend, especially for the sumptuous dinner and breakfast meals.

The trip to Tokyo from Hakone is very relaxing. Take the bus directly to the shore of Lake Hakone, the hotel is very good, just next to the tour boat of Lake Ashi, and walk to the hotel in two minutes. Facing the lakeside hotel of Lake Ashi, it feels like it is in Switzerland, the sun, the lake, the mountains in the distance, the relaxed people, the room is upgraded. Half can see Lake Ashi, half can see the bird house, everything is beautiful. The service of this hotel is still very good, the Japanese uncle brought us to the room, followed by a Japanese aunt wearing a kimono to tea welcoming ceremony, introducing the in-room facilities and asking for bed making time. After dinner, I found that the Japanese-style bed had been laid. Put on a bathrobe to go to the hot springs, the moonlight is very clean, you can see the lake and the mountains, the breeze, the whole person is very relaxed. Wake up the next day, the sun is already full, and once again, make a hot spring and start the perfect day.

An unforgettable experience! I have always dreamed of watching the scenery of the garden while soaking in the hot springs in Japanese hot spring hotels. Later, when I found a hotel that met such conditions, I realized how difficult this dream is. The best thing about the private soup is that it has half-price activities. Although it costs two nights, it is equivalent to the price of one night in the high season. Upon arriving at the hotel, I felt very quiet and comfortable. A very characteristic hotel in the local area, with an old-fashioned western feel. The quality has nothing to say. The hotel itself is an attraction, you can savor it carefully. Although the house is old, it is still very clean and warm after later renovations. The only thing that doesn’t feel good is that the local Japanese waiters are quite aggressive. Although they are polite on the surface, they speak abruptly. There are contrasts before and after the reception of foreigners. The attitude of receiving Chinese people is much worse. #Featured Items# #breakfast#

Very good hotel, especially for breakfast and dinner. The hotel environment is good, quiet and fresh air. Unfortunately, I ca n’t go to the golf course. There is a course outside the window, but I ca n’t see it. There is no place to walk outside the hotel. I can walk inside the hotel. There is parking lot, the hotel is located on the mountain, it is not convenient to come out, but it is suitable for self-cultivation. Like other Hakone hotels, there is no washing equipment such as a washer-dryer, which makes it inconvenient to stay for a long time.

We were a family of 6, 2 adults and 4 children. This was our first experience in a ryokan and onsen. We thought the employees were so friendly and the room was incredibly clean and nice. The bathroom and toilet are separate. The bathroom is so spacious and has all the amenities you would ever need. There is a lot of closet space and the sleeping room is huge. There is also an outdoor patio area. We had dinner in a separate room since we were also travelling with other family. The set meal was delicious and included shabu shabu, beef to grill, sashimi, salad, amuse bouche, sake, and dessert. So yummy. The yukatas provided are lovely patterns and very comfortable. The onsen was very clean and had 2 indoor pools and 2 outdoor pools. In the showering area, there are mostly sit-down options but there is a Western stand-up option as well. They also swap the men and women onsen areas so that you can experience something different. The attendants working in the onsen locker rooms are so friendly and kind. I love that Japanese hotels are so thoughtful, providing so many things in the shower and "locker room"--high quality shampoo, conditioner and soap; hair ties; shower caps; qtips; facial wash; lotion; hair styling products. Everything is purposeful. There is also a little arcade for kids to play in to change things up. There are vending machines for drinks as well as ice cream. There is a gift shop that has a wide variety of souvenirs. The breakfast buffet was very big and had many Asian and Western options. However, we didn't think it was particularly delicious, compared to other Asian hotels we've stayed in. There were a few things that we did like, but it wasn't a big percentage of what we saw. The Japanese-style omelettes are exceptional though, so don't miss those! Overall, we loved our first onsen and ryokan experience at this hotel. We would come back for sure!

A tax of 150 yuan will be charged on the day of check-in, and luggage can be stored for free. The hotel is very clean. You need to change your shoes when you get started. There is a large shoe cabinet at the door. There is also a separate large kitchen with pots, pans and pots. Many foreigners like to buy something to cook at night and have a very lively atmosphere. The restaurant also has a lot of space. The public hall is large in size and there is a small balcony outside. It is good to have a cup of coffee and breakfast in the morning. The hotel has free freshly brewed coffee in the morning, as well as free tea bags. Breakfast can be bought in advance at a nearby convenience store. I live in a mixed superior dormitory with 7 beds. Each bed has lockable drawers. You need to bring your own lock. The space is still quite spacious. The store will provide new bed covers and pillowcases for travelers. Paved. A big towel is provided free of charge during check in and can be used for hot spring bathing. In the evening, everyone rested early, and there were no guests who stayed in the middle of the night like Tokyo, so the whole was still quiet. The hot spring pool is not large, but the whole environment is still very good. The first time I took a hot spring, the experience was very good, and the bathroom was very complete. It was a very fresh experience for me. The hotel is located on the middle of the mountain. The station on the slope is Taino Chaya. The station on the slope is Zengwutang. The hotel is located between the two bus stations. . If you go to Hakone next time, I still recommend this place.

Take the H line at the station, get off at Taiping Station (remember to press the bell in advance), and walk for a while (within 10 minutes). There will be a small slope, but because we do n’t have luggage, it wo n’t matter. You can mail to the store in advance and you will pick it up at the station. The staff are all Taiwanese, so there is no problem in communication, and they are particularly enthusiastic. If you don't know where to go, you can consult the staff. The rooms are particularly large and clean, with separate toilets. The bath is in the hot spring area below, which is actually very convenient. I think toilet independence is the most important thing. The balcony is super big, the view outside is very nice and quiet. Breakfast is also very rich, just book in advance with the day before. For dinner, we ate at the next stop of Taiping Station, where there are supermarkets and restaurants. According to the staff, because the uphill sightseeing train is under repair, otherwise the small train will be closer to them. Overall, very satisfied, the hot spring was very comfortable, it was a little hot at the beginning, and everything else was perfect. Very cost-effective, highly recommended

It is very close to Hakone-Yumoto Station. When you go there, you can't take the mountain train. It is not convenient to go to Sounzan and Gora, so it is very convenient to choose this one. The room was clean and dust-free, much better than the Wonderland sanitation and facilities I used to live in! The decoration style is not old! There is no problem in communicating with the receptionist in English. After checking in, I will take you to the room (there are hotel facilities on the coffee table, there are Chinese, you can look at it), and then there is a little older aunt reception, the aunt mobile phone comes with a translator Software, communication is also ok. When you come to the room, I will help you make tea and recommend you to have Japanese refreshments. After staying one night, I changed a total of 4 kinds of tea sets. The table setting for breakfast was great, and I was quite used to it. There is only one open-air soup in the soup, and there are time periods for both men and women. When we go, there are very few public soups and open-air soups, so go to the open-air soup and try your luck. Private soup is to add extra money, whichever you want to see For the outside scenery, choose daytime foam (pola's shampoo is very light to wash hair). Overall, highly recommended! This hotel is definitely worth staying. Good location, 5-10 minutes walk from Yumoto Station. Garden is great, everywhere is a good place to take pictures. Check-in and dining in Japan are billed based on the number of people. Don't pay too much attention to bad reviews. The so-called musty smell is actually the smell of the mat on the floor of the room, which feels like summer. We stayed here 3 nights in a room with a private onsen on the upper floor of the annex. What a relaxing and lovely setting to bathe looking out on the garden and hills beyond. We had one evening meal at the hotel restaurant. It was exquisite (with a price to match!) The other nights we walked to nearby noodle and more basic restaurants. The hotel staff drove us to the Glass Museum and the bus stop with a few minutes notice. The provision of a local mobile phone to use during our stay was unexpected but useful. The king-size bed was very comfortable. There was limited space to store clothing and luggage, but this was a minor issue. A couple of chairs on the upper level to sit down and put shoes on would have been good, as the room entrance was a bit cramped once a few pairs of shoes were taken off there. The lobby downstairs was our favourite communal space to access the complimentary afternoon drinks and snacks while we planned our next day. We did not realise it would be difficult to leave before 8am to catch a train at Gotemba, however staff organised a taxi to Odawara station that left in time for us to get to Tokyo before 9am. We would stay here again if we get the chance.

The hotel is a 2 minute walk from Sounzan station, and if needed, they provide a shuttle to Gora station. Currently the cable car and rail system was down so we got there via the shuttle buses from the Yamoto- Hakone station. (Tip: take the bus to Sounzan.) We stayed in the twin room with tatami area and elected for sukiyaki beef dinner for 2 nights. Each room had its own theme, and has its own private, dedicated onsen. The onsen is not in the room, however one has to walk a few stairs outside the main building proper which may be slippery in rain/ snow. Its worth it! We tried out 2 different onsens - one twin circular cedar tubs, the other a rectangular tub, both with an adjoining room with hot bed to lie down. Each cubicle has its sink, wash, bathrobes, towels BUT no toilets. Settle that first :) Windows open and you can gaze out the forests of snow as you soak in tranquility. Food was superb. The food was scrumptious. It was just too good: I am describing 2 nights dinner here - where can you have spiny lobster, abalone, snow crab legs, sashimi, tempura, fish, beef, - decadent ingredients! Breakfast was also very filling, the constant "more rice?" "more miso?" made sure you were never hungry. The room price includes beer / soda, water in the fridge. Try their sake! The quaintness, quietness, & authentic Japanese experience made this onsen worth a definite repeat in the future. Slightly old taps/ sinks but that's part of the charm! The location of the hotel is slightly off, the traffic can only be by bus, which makes us have some difficulties in the evening when we rushed to the check-in, because we missed the bus and had to take a taxi to spend more money. Because of the partiality, the advantage is quiet. There are some shrines, celebrities' former residences, and ancestral halls around the hotel. Because of the remoteness and the rain, I have no one to go when I go shopping. Unlike other popular attractions, I don’t see them when I see them. The hotel has a long history and the equipment is naturally old, but there is no problem in use. The only downside is that the heating conditions in the public areas of the hotel are slightly worse, and some areas are relatively cold, but it does not affect the overall situation. Breakfast and dinner are very good, and you can't finish eating. After the natural hot spring is washed, the skin is smooth and delicate, and the bathing environment is also good, both indoors and outdoors. It doesn't matter if the room has a bathroom, it is enough to go directly to the hot spring bath. Traditional and style rooms sleep on tatami, because the order is three-person standard, so the doll sleeps more than enough.

Very good stay experience, there is nothing wrong with your point. The hotel has a total of 8 rooms, the rooms are very large, and each room is equipped with a butler. Come back to the housekeeper every day to help you pick up things to the room, then prepare refreshments and ask you to prepare some dinner. Dinner is a Kaiseki cuisine, a lot of roads. However, it is necessary to remind families with children that children are too small to eat Kaiseki, and we all buy food from outside. If you prepare your child separately, you will pay an extra 10080 yen a day. Let's talk about hot springs, bring hot springs in the room, come back and put in water. After dinner, you can soak, or you can go outside public. I have no one to go to the public soup pool for three consecutive nights. In short, not bad money can go to experience, definitely worth it

There are also many special drinks and local products on the first floor, as well as public transportation tips (there is a hot spring volcano in Hakone itself, the local government will adjust the surrounding routes at any time according to the warning, please understand in advance)

It is not recommended to go by yourself after dark. It takes 10 minutes to drive from Xianshi Plateau to the hotel, but walking along with Google Map that night is just like a horror movie. It is dark with white smoke on the ground and few street lights. I called the hotel front desk several times for help, and constantly transferred. No one really gave any help. In the end, I went to another hotel by mistake. The front desk took us out for a while and pointed us in the middle of the night. The shuttle bus reserved by the hotel is too early. Odawara at 2 o'clock and Hakone at 3 o'clock are generally not suitable for people who stay at the hotel at night. I called them at Gotemba Station for help, and they switched lines several times without any help. In fact, as long as you take the w line to Xianshi Plateau, and then the hotel is the most convenient, but if the hotel front desk can not even understand this basic information, you have to wait for me to ask people who are familiar with bus, I am really Speechless. In addition, after check-in, I didn't give pajamas, but later I gave pajamas instead of belts. Speechless! I think the front desk staff is the most official staff I saw in this 11-day trip to Japan. They are all smiling and not trying to really help you. Maybe it is because there are few foreign tourists in the hotel. Also note that restaurants cannot wear Japanese-style pajamas and slippers, which is also very inconvenient. Many high-end hot spring hotels or comfort types are You can make a good soup and go straight to a meal, hey. One more thing, it is not convenient to get cash! Here at the station, Rosen can only use domestic cards to cash out. Go to the bank or walk the whole family for 15 minutes! The staff of this hotel is also unclear. In general, it is really not suitable for foreigners, and it is too inconvenient. One more thing, the station at Gotemba is stop 3 at Otome Exit. Do not look at google, the pit is big! The journey takes about 45 minutes. Of course, there are advantages: the breakfast is delicious, the hot spring is comfortable, and the environment is beautiful If you are not bringing children, you can check in during the day if you have enough time, or you can book a shuttle bus. However, the overall service is not too much to see the Chinese feeling, it is really either prejudice or a cold smile.

Hakone Yumoto
Overall it was a very good experience. This hotel is directly opposite Hakone Yumoto Station. This is very important, which means that you can stay at the hotel regardless of whether you are just coming, going or playing around. You do n’t have to carry heavy luggage around . ps This hotel checkin time is after 2:30, so please pay attention to the time. For the room, choose a double room for one night and one night room, respectively in the main building and Rainbow Plaza. Generally, double beds are recommended. The rooms are relatively new and the beds are comfortable. . I didn't try breakfast, but the family was very satisfied. This is a hot spring hotel. Hakone's hot spring is very comfortable. If you don't like the public hot spring pool, you can book a private soup for 1,000 yen for 45 minutes, which is a very considerate price. The most popular thing about this hotel is that there are vending machines just a few steps away from the house, and there are some cute little decorations that can sit and enjoy the scenery. Highly recommended

First of all, the location, if I take the minibus from the Yumoto station to the hotel, I will report directly to the hotel name when I return to Japan. I don’t pay attention to which line the bus, the driver will ask you which hotel to go to. In addition, from the hotel's last big slope to the main road, there is a bus stop, Okumoto Station, which can go to Yuan Hakone Odawara and Hakone Yumoto. The second hotel facilities are very good, the hot spring is to go to the soup, you need to walk through the promenade, there is a lounge on the second floor of the soup, you can experience it, and the hotel itself has a big bath. The third dinner buffet is very rich, sushi steak, tempura is not limited, breakfast is also very good, but at 9:30. The fourth hotel has a Taiwanese waiter and is very patient with questions and answers. In short, all aspects of the experience are very good.

1. The location is considered to be the innermost in Hakone, and the mountain tram has been suspended recently, and the cable car to Togendai will also stop after 4:15 in winter. Basically, you can only go directly from Hakone Yumoto by TAXI. The fare is about 6,200 yen. 2. The reception and service of the hotel itself are impressive. There are even female players who specialize in serving Taiwan and Chinese guests. The rooms and hotel environment are impressive. The ancient style has a strong artistic style, which is very amazing 3. The waiter introduced the hotel and learned that the predecessor of this hotel group was mainly French catering. It has only been involved in hotel operations in recent years, but the conditions of the hotel are indeed impressive and highly recommended 4. I don't know if it is because of the evening It is related to the morning, and there is no view at night. In the morning, because of the heavy fog, I did not see the expected view of Mount Fuji. It is better to take a bath directly in the room. 5. The meal at this hotel is highly recommended, regardless of whether it is dinner or breakfast. I was very impressed. In the same week, I only used Michelin-starred ingredients in Roppongi, Tokyo, but my girlfriend and I felt that the restaurant's cuisine is better than Tokyo's one-star level, and the price is very satisfying. (Taiwan, China, Britain, the United States, France, Japan, Vietnam have visited many French restaurants), but the level of dining at this hotel is definitely worthy of praise and expectations. If I go to Hakone again, I will definitely return Stay one night at this hotel

Lake Ashi
Overall it's good, but it's already 5 o'clock when we arrived at the hotel. It was dark at 4 o'clock in the afternoon in January in Japan, so the view from the observation room was basically night. The hotel room is very large and comfortable. The only thing that is not good is that the bed is moving. Although it is not affected when lying down, it will shift when you are sitting, and the impact is not great. I sent a small fruit and a green tea bag. I feel too little. There should be one or two small snacks. It feels much better. The surrounding area has a nice view. There is a footbath with a view outside. There is a bath with a view inside the hot spring. If you still have a chance next time, be sure to enter the hotel during the day and enjoy it again The hotel's buffet dinner is okay, and it ’s enough

The tour was free for six days and five nights, and a group of four people. The hotel stayed at the hotel was booked according to the online review and was very satisfied. Here, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Ctrip and Ctrip.com, and share my experience with you. The next day, Hakone Onsen B&B, selected Miyeon Hall, Tokyo Bridge Subway, Odawara train to Hakone Yumoto, and a small bridge, 10 minutes walk to the hotel (the first road is not familiar, take the BUS, no need) . Both rooms have private soup springs, there is no reservation for public soup springs, the interior is wooden structure, very clean, the receptionist is the president, the English communication is no problem, after the shoes are taken away, a day aunt leads us to the room, with a lame English, Chinese and Japanese tell us that breakfast is enjoyed in the room, public soup spring men and women and how to distinguish between time periods, etc., understand. There is no reservation for dinner, there are many convenience stores near the hotel, it is not difficult to buy fruit meals, German beer and so on. Just after the rain, barefoot walked to the outdoor private soup spring, there is no smudge on the soles of the feet, the cleanliness here, I do not know how many years later we can reach. At night, it is not recommended to go out. Get up early in the morning and feel the folk customs here. The pupils have changed into summer clothes, shorts/skirts, passing by two grandmothers. They will say Nice to meet you and welcome... at 8:30, return to the hotel for dining and dining. Before, my companion was dragged out of the bed by my aunt and uncle. I heard that it was very uncomfortable. I was up early and was not affected. Parents who are used to getting up late should be careful here, because they must check out before ten. Prompt, the bed and breakfast here is 10 o'clock check out. Five-star praise was given here.

Hakone Yutowa is located about 200m from the Hakone Gora rail station, which is the end station for the OH railway. (However at the time of writing the mountain railroad is still out of action from the typhoons in October 2019, i.e., 3 months ago, with a replacement bus service running but failing to keep up with demand, causing delays of an hour or so for our arrival and a great deal of confusion around the Hakone region.) This hotel/ryokan was heavily refurbished, reopening in August 2019, and I think the prices are probably still a bit lower then they will be in the future. We had a deluxe 2 — 4 person room, and it was more spacious than the photos revealed, with mountain views from two corners. There are two western style double sized beds set up on the (plastic?) tatami floors, plus a deep bath separate from the toilet, and a classic ryokan style lobby to the room. Although it didn’t brand itself heavily as a Ryokan, it would easily classify as a modern version I think. The hotel has pristine onsens for men and women, including sauna. Each onsen has a couple of bath choices, although speaking to my wife these seem a little different between the men’s and women’s. The onsen were spacious with more than enough room to cope with the peak times. Yukatas can be selected on arrival and were commonly worn around the leisure spaces and to breakfast/dinner. I saw criticism on TA that the dinners were expensive for what they are. They are expensive (6,600 Yen PP during our stay), however this was pretty much close to a Kaiseki style menu, including Sashimi and hot pot, plus a buffet, plus all you can drink self-service Sake, Beer, Whistky, Sochu. We opted for this one night out of four, which was great for the experience, and we felt like we got a lot value out of it (and a bit off a hangover), but also enjoyed eating out of the hotel the other nights. We ate out at some of the better Gora restaurants and spent a good deal more than 6,600 each. That’s a good segway onto the staff. Like everywhere in Japan they tried very very hard, and were unfailingly helpful and polite. English was enough for most things, although a bit variable across the front desk. Miscommunication did lead to one amusing error where we asked to book an outside restaurant for one night and ended up booking it for all four nights of our stay. We were blissfully unaware of this until the second night and we got a phone call which wandered why we weren’t at the other restaurant. It only took two phone calls and a visit to the front desk to sort things out. They were also very helpful by letting us do some laundry in the adjacent condo block, even thought it’s not normally accessible by hotel guests. I felt this was above and beyond since they had to accompany us to let us in. Other reviews mention the great common area library with drinks. This has mostly Japanese books, of course, but more than a few interesting English books, including translations of famous Japanes

Opened the third floor (B1-2) old store for more than 40 years, there are a total of 11 rooms. There is no fun around a small lake. The 5 rooms are duplex with stairs and the spa is separate from the bedroom. The best scenery is Sora, almost four floors, the function rooms are separated, but a lot of stairs need to climb. The hot spring is on the top of the building, and the entire Xianshiyuan scenery is unobstructed - but there is no ceiling covering. We live in the kaza wind, the big flat, the scenery is only the other side of the forest, but it is not bad to climb the stairs. Before the check-in, the store will clean the pool and put the hot springs. If it is with breakfast and dinner, it will be sent to the room, but the taste is just like it. The appreciation of the food is very shallow. The store said that the weekend room was almost guaranteed one month in advance. We stayed on Sunday night and took a leak, but the price of the store also rose by 30%. In addition, although it is full, but almost no other guests. Privacy is very good. From the hotel to the taxi to go to Gotemba outlets for about 5,000 yen, about 15 minutes, are mountain roads. The traffic is a bit inconvenient.

To be honest it's a bit expensive, even at this price point it still feels very worthwhile. Booked Ji Ji's room, the beginning of the check-in is an antique experience, check-in and check-out in the room, equipped with two brothers full service, one of them can speak Chinese, the other English is very slippery, and various explanations. The room comes with a hot spring, but I still made a reservation for the private soup in the shop, because it is a couple outing and the public soup is not interesting. Check-in immediately at 3 o'clock, take a nap after soaking, and start kaiseki at 6 o'clock, explain the dishes one by one and then eat them. The younger brother will serve for two hours. Dinner is an extra charge and I need to charge extra. I ordered two glasses of plum wine and added up to about 10,000 yen. It's time to take a break to make a private soup appointment, which is much larger than the one that comes with it. Don't have a flavor at night. The supreme and rich breakfast is served at 8am, and you can have a rest after a break. It ’s not blowing, the experience during the trip is worthy of endless words.

Began to book a room. The companions who accompanied me booked it with me. They quickly received a reply, but I was told that there was no room. I am very anxious, after all, my colleagues went out to play together, but Ctrip's handling method made me admire, each communication will inform me of the current progress and the time of the next response. The problem of the room was also solved as soon as possible. The customer service attitude was so much to say, but also helped me to send an email to the hotel to request. It is recommended that everyone travel later to book on a platform with customer service, which is guaranteed. Talking about the hotel, it is really comfortable, the temperature of the private soup is superb, and the bathing in the winter is not cold at all. Breakfast and dinner are also very rich, personally I feel a bit general, after all, the price is over there, we still feel that the overall cost performance is good. The room was clean, warm and most importantly Japanese. The next visit to Hakone will still be scheduled at Ctrip. Call Ctrip's customer service
