|0.16km from city centerGreat location, only 5 minute walk from centre of town. Hotel is clean and staff are really friendly. Not all rooms have the facilities mentioned on the website which was disappointing and in my personal opinion, it could do with a little bit of TLC by the Maintenance dept. Not major, just little things. Shelf in shower hanging off holes in floor etc. Im a very fussy eater but choice of breakfast was good. Its not a place to go if you're looking for english breakfast as it has traditional buffet choices on offer. It could do with more variety for mains, but thats just personal preference. Something to make a note of if you have mobility issues. The pool is not really accessible unless you have someone to help you in and out. The steps are very deceiving and deeper than expected. They do cater for a lot of cancelled flights so lots of coaches coming and going and late arrivals. Nil was very helpful and hospitable and makes a huge effort to welcome you to the hotel. If you're looking to stay in on an evening, there's a range of entertainment provided.

|0.87km from city centerThe hotel is a small family run business. Alp and his team couldn’t do enough for us. We were waited on hand and foot from the delicious traditional Turkish breakfast (other options were available) until the bar closed late in the evening (premier league football was available which was a bonus for us) The rooms were spotlessly clean with tea and coffee making facilities and a very well stocked mini bar. There was even a pillow menu and room cleaning was available daily if requested. The swimming pool is salt water so no nasty chemical smell and the rocking seats were fantastic when looking for a shady spot. The hotel is just a couple of minutes walk to the centre where there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. We had a brilliant holiday and would definitely recommend.

|0.6km from city centerMy husband and I visited for 18 days in September. Arrived later than scheduled (2.00am) but Ali the owner was there to greet us, with a smile and a cool beer! Apartments are very clean and a good size. Ali and his whole family made us feel very welcome. The food we tried was excellent, prices good. Minta apartments are approx 15 minutes stroll to the town and have beautiful views from the balconies. Ali also owns twin villas (a 3 bed and a 5 bed) to rent, a few minutes away from Minta, he kindly showed them to us before we left and they are lovely, so much so, we have booked to stay in the 3 bed one for 2 weeks in June next year. Looking forward to returning to beautiful Dalyan and seeing Ali and his family again. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

|0.69km from city centerWe arrived at the Turay early hours of the morning via an organised transfer with the hotel, lovely air conditioned bus. When we arrived we were quickly shown to our rooms and settled in. Having visited before in 2019 before ownership change we knew roughly what to expect from the hotel. It’s a short 10 minute walk into town which is perfect for us. The new owner to his credit has made amendments to the hotel which have improved its quality. The staff were amazing, from the cleaners, to the bar staff (Salah) and the restaurant staff (Tomas) and others. The chef in the kitchen was fab at breakfast making fresh omlettes and eggs. Unfortunately the Management gave off a vibe of them and us - meaning the staff were constantly on edge, they all seemed very anxious incase they did something wrong, the few conversations I saw between staff and management were not pleasant. They work so hard, seven days a week and do a fantastic job it made me sad to see them so worried. There were inconsistencies in several things, meals we ordered once when ordered again came completely differently, prices for late check out and boat trips varied dependent on who you spoke with. We previously had a fan in the second room as no aircon in their (and two childrens bed) we didn’t have this on this occasion, we did ask at reception to be told no they don’t have any. Yet later in the week another family complained and they went and bought them one! They had an older daughter. I guess our small children were an inconvenience. The owner told children off for playing too loudly in the pool (there were a lot of children) and no one could understand why, it was lovely to see children who didn’t know each other playing like they should! On leaving we had paid for a private transfer and were advised of a pickup time and to meet at reception we did this and 10 minutes after the agreed time no one was there so we had to go and find someone in the restaurant - the son and his owner came back rather swiftly looking a bit panicked and explained that his son would be taking us back to the airport in his car. I felt unhappy about this as it was not what we agreed or paid for but unfortunately we were not in a position to argue as we would have been late for check in. Overall we had a lovely holiday, made by the lovely couples and families we met at the hotel who we will stay in touch with, and the lovely staff - however the attitude of management means we will not be returning to what was a little piece of paradise when we first visited in 2019. I understand from other replies to feedback on here the owner plans to make it adults only, we definitely felt families were not what they were looking for at this hotel, which is a shame as 70% of the guests were just that.

|0.3km from city centerWe have been going to Vira hotel for about 4 years as a family. For me, the coves, deprivations, cleanliness and natural beauties of that region are a world heritage for me. Definitely a must see beauty. The hotel is a family run business with my brother Gökhan and his wife Nazlı. We chose to stay with the bed and breakfast concept and I think this is the most logical option. The cleanliness of the rooms, the presence of friendly people, and the adequacy of breakfast. We left the establishment satisfied every time we went. Breakfast is also very good, bacon salami, spring rolls etc. The most beautiful thing is the sincerity of the operating family. If you think of going to Dalyan region, let it be the first hotel you will look at. Happy holidays everyone

|0.86km from city centerThe location of the hotel is excellent, right on the banks of the river. Breakfast with a view to the river, boats and tombs are just super, what is necessary. Stop in the theoe with her husband for 3 nights. Walking to the center and along the embankment - excellent. The room is small, we had a deluxe with a double bed and a balcony, a room on the 2nd floor. All rooms with 2nd bed are on the 2nd floor and with two single beds on the ground level. Here it is not comfortable, along the path, which includes residents, staff, and the view on the fence, and behind the fence immediately follow.Hotel. I liked a comfortable bed, change of underwear. I didn't like: the constant smell of sewage from the indoor room, it is not to solve the change of the room, because they have not made the right communication and there is no hydrosol! It is necessary to change it. Also, the walls are very thin and hear how they do need, cough and wash the toilet in the next room behind the wall, it is very bad. Breakfast is good and varied, but it didn't like that there were no hot dishes, or eggs, all only cold snacks, cold milk, no microwave even to heat. The room has no tea, teapot, etc. dinner in the hotel normal can be ordered, average prices in the city and even lower, which is pleasant. The hosts are excellent but you should invest in improving infrastructure and sewerage.system.
Conclusion: If we go again, the hotel will not choose from the smell of sewage and thin walls, not very comfortable.

|0.53km from city centerWe stayed at Konak Su for a week in September, it was lovely. The pool is large and clean, the breakfast was great, the staff are lovely (especially the guy who worked the bar). Its a quiet and relaxing hotel only a 10 minute walk from the main ***** and river. The rooms were fairly small but plenty of room for us as a couple, the beds were firm but comfortable and the bathroom was great with a large shower. There was a fridge in our room that didn't work which was a shame but we didn't really need it, and the wifi didn't work at all while we were there but we were told this was an issue with the wifi in the area. The air con in the rooms was fantastic (and free) however I think it would be helpful if the hotel provided a warm/thick blanket, as it was too cold with the air con on, but still too warm with the 'fan' mode on, and the blanket provided was very thin. It would have been perfect to sleep with the air con on but under thicker blanket/duvet on the bed. Another highlight was the animals, the owners dog Chico was lovely and the family of kittens/cats that frequented the hotel were adorable, we spent much of our time cuddling or playing with the kittens and we miss them dearly!

|0.25km from city center Clean and friendly. Rooms were bright, nicely decorated, great for what we needed. Comfy beds. Safe £1 per day, aircon included in price. Mosquito screens on patio doors. We had a ground floor room, which gave direct access to the pool. 5 mins to centre. Lovely pool, walk-in, or side steps. There are plenty of sunbeds. Traditional Turkish breakfast, freshly prepared pastries, cereals, egg cheese, and meat. Plenty of choice. Good choice of drinks. Great staff. Would recommend.

|0.91km from city centerWe had an excellent stay at ARP Hotel, Dalyan. This hotel is a hidden gem right on the edge of the Dalyan Lake and looking out across to the ancient Dalyan Tombs. Owner Berk Özgen and his team of staff cannot do enough for you and go out of their way to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. The rooms are well equipped with regular towel change, bedding change and room cleaning. In high season I believe the boat service from the town centre to the world famous Iztuzu Beach will pick up and drop off at the hotel dock if requested. And then there's the fabulous, included Turkish Breakfast, which it has to be said is fantastic, including eggs, fruits, various cheeses and lots more all freshly prepared by the team.
