Absolutely loved this apartment. I was not expecting such a lovely open living area, beautifully decorated and so inviting. The bedroom was lovely and very comfortable. The 2 ladies we dealt with were so helpful. They let us leave our bags even though we arrived way too early. We were flying early the following morning, before breakfast was due to be served but they kindly left us everything we needed in the fridge and set the table for us so that we could grab a nice breakfast before our flight. Highly recommend this apartment. So convenient to the tower and the cathedral. This was our favourite place of 6 different apartments, b&b, hotels we stayed in on our 16 night tour of Italy.

The hosts were fantastic. Andrea checked us in, gave us all the important information including places to visit in Pisa and restaurants (we tried Alle Bandierine from this list and it was amazing!). There is a lift in the property which is very useful. Our first room had a kitchen attached, and there were complimentary crackers, drink and biscuits for our arrival. Unfortunately there was a water leak in our bathroom due to a broken pipe under the sink (these things happen!) but the hosts reacted in the best way and we were moved to another room within 30 seconds (a bigger room too!). It was all very smooth and they were very accommodating. The room was very spacious and comfortable. There were two locked doors before entering our room and the wardrobe was locked with a key so we felt very safe leaving our things. The breakfast was served in a pretty room with the other Andrea hosting this time. A good selection of continental breakfast! We left our luggage with the hosts after checking out and picked up later. The location is perfect for exploring everywhere on foot. I would definitely recommend staying here whilst in Pisa.

We totally loved our stay here. We wished we had booked longer than one night. The host was so accommodating and helpful. She recommended a wonderful restaurant (it was my birthday so even better) and the place was clean, quiet and great parking right up front. We had a hard time finding the location (which we found in most cities in Italy) but she came and met us and helped us drive right to the B&B. I highly recommend staying here in Pisa. I love this place. I spent 4 nights here for New Year and 2 nights last month. I had room 7 both times so the second time it was like coming back to my own bedroom. Maybe a coincidence but a nice touch if it wasn't. It's right in the centre and my room was huge. I needed to study last time and had a large desk to do so. Great wifi. The bathrooms are shared but there are so many so you rarely wait for one. The whole place is immaculately clean. Espresso machines in the corridor for complimentary coffee. Thank you for this it's really appreciated. And the cost of staying was amazing. Such good value. I really enjoyed both of my stays with you.

We flew in to Pisa Airport and got the shuttle to Central Station. It was about a 15 minute walk to the hotel and an even shorter walk to the Tower. The owner had kindly agreed to a 1pm check in. He texted us details to find the keys and let ourselves in. The Poetry room was on the ground floor off the shared kitchen/breakfast room. It was a good size with a large double bed. The ensuite had all the essentials with toiletries and hot water for the shower. We only used the shared kitchen to make coffee but it seemed more than adequate. Despite being on the road it was quiet and we slept well. I can't comment on the aircon as we didn't need it. The Wi-Fi worked well. We like to look after ourselves and eat out but felt Michelle was only a text or call away if needed. It was perfect for us.

I spent one night in Pisa in October and was extremely satisfied. Rosa could not have been nicer and more helpful. She went over the map in detail of Pisa, explaining areas I should not miss and where I would find good restaurants. The room was very large and the bed was very comfortable. The train station is a short distance away and while I was waiting for the train the next morning, I turned around and Rosa was standing there with my phone charger that I had left in the wall in the room. I was so appreciative that she did that. I highly recommend this B&B.

I rushed to Pisa for one night and the location was very good. It took only five minutes from the hotel to get on the train (running). The room is small and the facilities are old. If you just want to check out the Leaning Tower of Pisa, you can consider it in the morning when you go to the Cinque Terre by car. After all, the hotel can be stored free of charge. I came back from the Cinque Terre to Pisa and took my luggage to Florence.

The host greets us at the door, and takes us up to his appartement at the 2nd floor (there is a very small elevator). There are two rooms in the appartment, and you share the bathroom with the guests at the other room (one bathroom with toilet/shower, and one small bathroom with a toilet). The room we got was spacious, clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the breakfast room has all the food you ever knew you wanted. Also good for those with gluten intolerance. The appartment is a 8 minute walk from the Central Train Station in Pisa, so it’s very well situated. To the the Tower of Pisa, it’s a 25 min walk. Two cats also live in the appartment, and they create a very homely feeling. I definitely think that this B&B is very well worth the money.

I'm not really sure why this place isn't marked more highly on trip advisor. I've just had a really comfortable night's stay here and was able to get up, have breakfast and chill out. We have a massive room on the bottom floor at the street side of the building and haven't been disturbed at all. When we arrived yesterday we were let in almost straight away and the owner was contactable via telephone and what's app. He let us in and showed us around. There is fresh cake in the morning and all the tea and coffee you can drink. The kitchen is also there all day too if you need to cook. The accomodation has a lovely big back garden (yard) and there are orange and lemon trees growing outside. Seems like genuine Italy to me. There are vending machines if you need them so you dont need to pop out at night if you want a juice or a snack. There's even a coffee vending machine if you dont want to brew your own. Shower room is shared, but I was okay with this before booking. We booked through Ryanair rooms as I dont really trust other booking sites any more. We paid the owner directly on arrival and could have paid with cash or card. No problems. Would recommend if you want a genuine Italian stay. Extras are a TV in the room and towels are provided.

Definitely not “luxury” but it was clean and comfortable. Seems to be the luck of the draw. Maybe better for couples than families. Downsides: 1. It wasn’t clear which room we were allocated at booking. We emailed & specifically asked for a room with a bath. At first they responded saying we hadn’t been allocated the room with a bath. We thus emailed back asking if we could have a bath as we were travelling with a 1 year old. We chased again & said we would need to change accommodation if this couldn’t be accommodated, but would assume that this could be accommodated unless they advised to the contrary. Upon arrival we were told that this hadn’t been arranged so we were regrettably left having to wash our baby in the sink! They then denied having received our emails - even though they’d responded to one & the emails were all in the same email chain. Their response was a shrug. We took their word for it & got on with it, however. 2. We had prepaid 48 Euros per day for breakfast as the Arts Cafe sounded lovely. However we were told on arrival that the Arts cafe was closed. No explanation was given as to why we were only told upon arrival. We reluctantly therefore agreed to try the apartment’s own breakfast at the same cost. They then proceeded to provide our 1 & 4 year old children with coffee (yes, coffee!!) to drink with their ham sandwich breakfast. 3. We politely declined their breakfast the second day & asked for them to refund the breakfast sum of 48 Euros pre-paid for the second day. They said they couldn’t do so. No explanation as to why. 4.We were allocated the room atop 4 flights of stairs. Not the easiest with a young family and no lift.

This is a great little place out of the hustle and noise of the city, but only minutes away. Spacious rooms queen size beds ( a little firm for me, but very comfortable), Air conditioning works well and is quiet. Quaint dining room with excellent complimentary breakfast, the table is set before you get there. Super friendly staff that goes out of there way to greet you and see how your day is going. Dinner is also very good. The dinner fare is traditional Italian, great selection of wines and a reasonably stocked bar if wine is not your thing. This also looks to be a great place to do a destination wedding or other event. They've had a couple events during our stay an it looked like all had a great time. They had it beautifully decorated, music, food and drink, but you'd not know it when you went to your room. Great place overall. Ciao

We had an overnight in Pisa due to a flight arriving at 9pm and stayed here since it was close to the train station and cheap, and I was told we could check in late at night, if needed. We arrived to the B&B around 10:15pm and check in was no problem (but we had to call since buzzing downstairs didn't get a response). For the price, I simply don't see how anyone can complain. If you expect the Ritz for like €60, then you're not being realistic. We had a double bedroom with private bath, and it was clean, spacious, and comfortable for two adults and a three year old. Breakfast was nothing special, but again, for the price, don't expect a chef making you customised omelettes. Breakfast had freshly made coffee, boiled eggs, fruit, packaged baked goods, and a few other items. We were an easy walk to the tower and got to see it before heading out to Florence around noon. Everyone at the B&B was super nice. At least one person commented on the lady at reception living on site. She appears to have an apartment connected to the B&B. I don't understand the issue, as many B&B's you stay at have the hosts living on site. She was perfectly nice, just speaks limited English, which is fair considering she lives in Italy. All in all, for a short trip in Pisa with a great location for seeing the main sights and getting to/from the airport and anywhere else by train, this place is great.

I have stayed here numerous times when catching an early flight from Pisa. The owner has 2 buildings, the one nearest to the airport by 100 metres has just been upgraded to 4 modern & comfortable bedrooms with private bathroom. The old 5th bedroom is now the breakfast room. These rooms are more expensive than those in the 2nd building where bathrooms are shared but everything in both is spotlessly clean & very comfortable. Nice little bar opposite for a light meal. Will soon be staying there again!

Well, do NOT read the other reviews. They are old and dated and not right at all. This place is beautiful. We stayed 4nights apartment was lovely and spacious and had everything you need for self catering. They provide hairdryer, towels and some small toiletries also. The pool is beautiful , they’ve had it completely redone, there’s loads of space for sun beds, the pool is warm and stunning ( see pics) and we spent a lot of time here. There is free WiFi so we listened to music and totally relaxed. We had breakfast on with our apartment which was fantastic as you didn’t need to worry or wake up early, this was 830-1030am He restaurant though... stunning!!!!! Our last meal here and it was brilliant. The chef is lovely, explained everything and the standard was top class London restaurant food. So very impressed . And wish we had eaten here more. The owners speak little English and try to communicate as we do in poor Italian! They waited up for us as our flight was late and even gave us a lift into town when we couldn’t get a taxi!!! The shop is a 5 min walk away along with another bar. The place is a 25 walk from the tower which we did once but at 36 degrees a killer!!! Taxis range from 8-12 euros The city can be done in a day and we found restaurants ok and on average , for two people around 50 euros. The taxi system is not very good in Pisa so be prepared to ring one and wait but it’s all part of the experience. All in all an absolutely top class holiday and we will be back to this place to stay ...maybe not even to go back to the city!!!

This hotel was absolutely fine for what we needed - somewhere to sleep and shower, basically. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful and sold us our bus tickets so we could get into the centre of Pisa from the bus stop just a few steps up the road. The breakfast offering was fine - no hot food, but plenty of other things to eat and all tasty. The room was fine, kept fairly clean throughout. My only criticism would be that it got incredibly hot in there. We had unseasonably warm weather while we were there, but the windows were the sort that didn't have brackets to keep them in place, so it's either closed or WIDE open - not what you want with insects about. The unit over the door was more of a fan than actual air-conditioning. Putting that on full basically moved the air around and made it just about possible to sleep, but only just. The walls were incredibly thin which meant our noisy, inconsiderate neighbours were very audible. However, other guests are not the fault of the hotel, so I haven't marked down for that, just thought it was worth mentioning. If you're a light sleeper, I'd recommend taking earplugs. The location, as others have said, is a little bit out of the centre of Pisa, but given just how close the bus stop is, and how cheap the buses are, it wasn't a problem. Download the "Teseo" app to get live updates - though there is a printed timetable at the bus stop. There's not much around the hotel at all, other than the Pennymarket and a little row of shops with a bakery and a pizzeria. It was very much a pizzeria for locals, but I always think that's a good sign! We used it one night since we'd had a day out and weren't ready to eat dinner, so we went back to the hotel, then went down there one evening - very nice, and the man I suspected was the owner/manager was very friendly, and the food was delicious. Well priced, too. Overall, if you're looking to save money on a more central hotel and are happy to catch the bus into the centre, then I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place. If you're looking for something upmarket, then I'd steer clear.

Have breakfast, breakfast is good, there are croissants, yogurt, milk, cereal, bananas are only big. The facilities in the room are general, the towels are best to use their own, the front desk brother is quite nice. There is a terrace where you can see the roof of the attraction hall. I was too tired to fall asleep shortly after I left my luggage at the station to the hotel. . The advantage is that the hotel is right next to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. If you have breakfast in the early morning, you can go to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. At that time, there are very few people, you can shoot it casually! It’s not so casual when people want to shoot more. Go to the auditorium and visit the auditorium until 10 o'clock. The bad place is that it is a bit awkward near the small market, and there is basically no sound after 9:00. Because going to Florence will see countless churches will not look at the aesthetic fatigue. If you are not staying in the Cinque Terre, consider this store, because it is enough to play pizza in the morning, check out before 11:00, train to Florence in an hour at noon, and take a half-day trip to Florence, lunch, 4 pm You can walk to Michelangelo Square to see the panorama of Florence, haha

There is a parking lot nearby, but the parking lot is not a safe. After parking for one night, the car was severely scratched around. Fortunately, we bought all the insurance we should buy. The parking fee in Europe is expensive, 20 euros a night. An hour usually ranges from 5 to 7 Euros. The hotel looks like a home in China, small and humble. There are more black people around the hotel. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa.
