|1.03km from city centerHo soggiornato un fine settimana presso l'hotel Due Torri con la mia ragazza. Che dire se non SPETTACOLARE. Pranzi e cene da ristoranti stellati, cura per i dettagli e acqua termale rilassante. Su consiglio ho anche eseguito un fango e un massaggio, in quanto dopo alcuni esercizi in palestra mi sentivo un po' contratto. La visita da parte del medico termale è stata meticolosa e professionale con esame obiettivo completo di torace e addome, misurazione della pressione, della frequenza cardiaca e un' anamnesi delle patologie ben fatta. Il medico mi aveva già anticipato che l’effetto per una sola seduta non può essere completo ma lo consiglio a tutti comunque come momento di relax e benessere. Davvero un'ottima esperianza anche per giovani come noi che cercano un momento di relax.

The quality of the meat was great, the deserts amazing. The food was like in a Michelins star restaurant. The Hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very clean and cozy, I also liked the Aqua di Parma staff in the room. all the staff is great. Especially, Roman, Fabio, Elisa and many more. Ludmilla did a wonderful Job, facial of Biological Recherche, Mani and Pedicure, Massages. Also the hairdresser is very cool and did a fantastic job. The temperature in the hotel was good, warm and cozy.

Filled with a tremendously talented and dedicated team who treat you like family and aren’t satisfied until they have knocked your socks off:) From the moment you pull up outside until you turn in your keys and bid arrivederci to the AMAZING team at the Abano Ritz Terme, be prepared to be blown away at every opportunity. The ambiance is sophisticated and serene. The pool and the grounds are opulent and oh so soothing. The spa team- ok I’m out of adjectives. Suffice to say I felt pampered. I felt valued as a guest (which unfortunately does not happen as much these days as if used too.) The food?!? OMG THE FOOD!!! Exquisite!!! I lived learning about the mineral springs and deposits at the base of the Eugenian Hills. My body and soul were recharged and I was so surprised! I’ve been told that one needs a full week for the mudpacks to do their thing completely. In just a few days my aches and joint pain disappeared. Would love to spend more time in the unbelievable swimming pool there. My husband and I are already planning out next visit- which will be a full 7 days (at minimum). Do yourself a huge favor- reserve a week at the spa and be prepared to be dazzled ❤️⭐️💝

|1.24km from city centerI’ve booked my bachelorette party with my mum a few days earlier than my wedding, to give ourselves a nice moment of relax. Not that I was expected anything particular, but from a 4star hotel at least some congratulations.. but no, nothing. We have arrived in the morning, and for one hour earlier of the check-in they’ve charged us 15€ each to start use the swimming pools. I’ve booked for my mum a mani/pedi with semipermanent to do 2 days after, than 2 scrub massage and inalhations; all went quiet well apart the fact that when today my mum asked some semipermanent colors, they did not have pretty much anything. The beautician proposed her only mani/pedi but the price was higher than expected, so she decided to skip the services. At the check-out we went fully charged and the manager, after 10minutes of ridiculous discussion, gave us the 50% discount on it. We went out completely disappointed, nervous and felt deceived. On top of it: glass from the bar broken, spoon at breakfast with still trace of lipstick. Really bad experience, they did not care at all about their client’s experience, but more they try to charge extra money. I will never raccomand this hotel to anyone and for sure I will never come back.

I recommend it because the staff was really nice and careful (we went with a little baby and we have set the room nearest to the elevator, with the bathroom instead of the shower and with a perfect cub - attention gratis, not discount and that makes the difference!!).

Sauna e bagno turco presenti e funzionanti. La struttura è molto vecchia e una delle due piscine avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione. All'arrivo abbiamo pranzato nella sala da pranzo al piano terra in un angolo della stanza dove il tavolo era appoggiato ad un muro imbrattato di schizzi alimentari. Consiglio la tinteggiatura, è davvero abominevole! Nell'insieme ci siamo trovati bene, ci torneremo. Un grazie alle ragazze della reception, per la cortese accoglienza!

The room I was assigned was swelteringly hot, making it nearly impossible to sleep or relax. With the temperature outside reaching a scorching 39 degrees Celsius, the room felt like a stifling 35 degrees. It was evident that the hotel was aware of the inadequate air conditioning as the provided blankets were as thin as bedsheets, providing no warmth whatsoever. When I approached the staff and requested a different room with a functioning AC, I was disappointed to find that the situation was no different. The lack of action taken by the hotel to address this issue was disheartening. It’s clear that they were aware of the problem but failed to provide a suitable solution. Considering the uncomfortable conditions and the hotel’s disregard for guest comfort, I strongly advise against choosing this establishment for your stay. Save your money and seek out a more accommodating hotel that prioritizes guest comfort and provides proper amenities.

The difference cmq is in my opinion the staff. nice, available and really patient. In the room, at the reception, bar, pool and rooms. The basic idea is that there is a certain philosophy. |0.7km from city centerWe were for 2 nights. The hotel is partly renovated, the rooms are hospitality. The room was cleaning was quite good. We found hair in the bathroom. The bed is very small. Breakfast is good. The staff is very nice. The swimming pools are large and pleasant. The first day in the pool was very much chlorine. Probably they had wrong dosage. They were much better in the next few days. The coat and the fabrics are provided for payment. 10 euros for the towel. Dear, but it is still of excellent quality fabric. Alternatively, you can use your own towel. The hotel is to be Adults Only, making it quiet to use swimming pools. The swimming pools are open at different times and all are working only at a few moments. The swimming pools are closed at 20 in the first days of the week and at 23 in the weekend.

I felt immediately relaxed as I entered the property and welcomed by the highly professional and courteous staff. Secondly, the room, the pool and spa areas, the food and oh my goodness live music performed very well by the young lady and the gentleman (I failed to ask for their names) while I wait for the dining area to open. The piano virtuoso who entertained the guest during dinner and the attentive staff at the dining and breakfast areas! Finally, the best treat of the weekend for me was the spa area served by their amazingly sweet, kind and skilled masseuses (Anna Maria and Anna Maria). Thank you to both Anna Maria's for the excellent customer service and the most relaxing treatments you both have provided with such care! I feel rejuvenated! I must mention one particular lady I met in the hallway (I failed to ask for her name) who got my attention when she stopped me and asked if I would like to change my robe for a size smaller. She then knocked at my door and gave me 2 smaller robes!! I, thank you greatly and apologize that I did not get your name. Someone paid close attention to ensure not only comfort but safety of a guest! I could've tripped over the long robes I had and fallen on the floor or stairs! Again, thank you!!! I will return and will highly recommend!!!!

|0.86km from city centerThe hotel has a very nice classical equipment. Unfortunately, the service has not promised us at all. Not suitable for families with children. When check-in we had to know that we had to pay extra 100,- EUR per night for our 5-year-old daughter in our booked Junior suite. She does not need extra bed, breakfast a bread and has needed 3 towels in 4 nights. The service staff was very unfriendly and had no grace yet to speak well. Something was wrong with the booking. I think I have been looking for a hotel room for 2 adults and a child. I wasn't surprised that only 2 people were on the confirmation, because we in Germany pay per room and not per person. The lady then accompanys us to the room. When we asked her to put a bed over both beds, she said no problem, went and was no longer seen. Before she had insisted to bring us into the room and explain everything to us. So we were not explained either WiFi or the beautiful SPA area. Also at breakfast the staff was very distant. I felt that the other guests were treated much more friendly. I think we weren't the hotel's target group. We'll never return there and I'm annoyed about the 1400,- EUR we paid for 4 nights. We wanted to use the hotel to get some recovery after long metering days. That was not the case.

I also want to note the unforgettable view of the mountains from the 8th floor of the hotel. The Spa was wonderful and the stuff are very nice and friendly. I want also to thank Olesea and Norghe the operator of thermal assistant for his professional skills. The pool is open until 23.30. And so after our day trips it was very nice to dip in the pool in the evening. I liked everything. Thank you for such a wonderful holiday.

The balcony is not there, the window goes to the roof, the window on top of the bathroom goes to the general corridor. The sound isolation is very bad. The room is clean, the air conditioner works. The safe is not available. The refrigerator is not available. The TV is on the desktop. It's the impression that the warehouse has turned the clock room. There is an open pool with hydromassage, close at 21. On the street 300 meters from the cemetery, 15 meters from the bus stop.

|0.59km from city centerHotel in ottima posizione, personale molto attento, professionale, educato e gentile. Cibo di qualità, servito in quantità e con cura. Purtroppo è la struttura che lascia un po' a desiderare e necessiterebbe e meriterebbe una ristrutturazione accurata. Le camere sono ampie col bagno finestrato, che non si trova molto facilmente negli hotel. Gli arredi però sono abbastanza datati. L'area piscina interna è piccola, il distanziamento tra le persone e' minimo, c'è molto rimbombo che si acutizza causa ospiti maleducati che tengono il cellulare con la suoneria, e la voce a volumi elevati. Ci sono cartelli ma non tutti li rispettano. L'assenza di un assistente bagnanti che tenga più puliti anche i bagni e faccia rispettare il silenzio, si nota e farebbe la differenza. L'unica piscina comunicante con l'esterno è abbastanza ampia ma gli idromassaggi non erano tutti funzionanti e in molti punti mancavano tessere di ceramica del rivestimento. Altra pecca la zona sauna/ bagno turco/tiepidarium piccola stanza con obbligo di tenere la porta aperta su un corridoio rumoroso con passaggio continuo, carenza di asciugamani a disposizione di chi usufruisce dell' area soprattutto della sauna, ho visto persone entrare in sauna senza nessuna protezione tra il legno e il proprio costume, lasciando notevoli chiazze di sudore. Dentro la stessa stanza, la macchina del ghiaccio era sempre spenta, così come la lampada di sale. Dispiace vedere così poca attenzione e cura, ma sicuramente il periodo di alta affluenza avrà inciso sulla qualità di certi servizi. Le potenzialità ci sono e spero che a breve vengano messe in evidenza con qualche investimento.

|0.7km from city centerIL PEGGIOR (E PIU SPORCO) IMPIANTO MAI VISTO! Entrati solo per la piscina termale, no hotel, quindi giudichiamo solo quello. Pagati 60€ in 3 per entrare alle 16:30. Dobbiamo uscire dall'hotel e percorrerne il perimetro (in esterna) per accedere alle piscine. Arrivati non riusciamo a capire dove cambiarci perché la porta da direttamente al ”bordo piscina” e siamo increduli al dover entrare con le scarpe per accedere alle uniche 2 stanzine (monoposto) che fungono da spogliatoio. Nessun armadietto per riporre le cose. 4 sdrai in croce a bordo piscina (strettissimo) oppure le sedie da giardino bianche. Nessun posto dove appoggiare zaino, scarpe, giubbotti, ed è un problema perché essendo così stretto, per terra è ovviamente tutto bagnato ovunque... Notiamo qualcosa che sembra un termosifone spento e proviamo ad appoggiare gli zaini momentaneamente: c'era uno strato di polvere umidiccia che al contatto si è trasformato in fanghiglia. A proposito di fanghiglia: il bordo piscina interna è (come comprensibile) completamente sporco dato che gli spogliatoi non hanno un'entrata separata. Entriamo in piscina e notiamo che sulla parete verticale, a filo acqua, è presente un generoso strato di grasso della pelle (schifosamente visibile anche nelle plastiche che separano la piscina interna da quella esterna). Nessun bar, solo una macchinetta automatica (eccerto, nuoto sempre con il portamonete!). In tutto ci saranno 50 posti (20 lettini e 30 sedie di plastica da giardino) e quando siamo arrivati erano tutti occupati (solo da asciugamani, mica da persone...). Non sapevamo dove metterci e NESSUN bagnino o staff ha aiutato (non abbiamo visto proprio nessuno che non fosse cliente al bagno con la cuffia!!!! Ma il bagnino non è obbligatorio?). Scopriamo così la sala di sopra dove un prepotente odore di scarico diesel che rientra da qualche bocchetta del muro rende l'aria irrespirabile. 45 secondi di bagno. 60€ in 3 con una bimba. SE NON SIETE ATTREZZATI PER RICEVERE BAGNANTI CHE NON SIANO CLIENTI DELL'HOTEL... ALLORA SEMPLICEMENTE NON FATELO!!!

The reservation was very uncomplicated with spa appointments and amendments made very efficiently and effectively. The highlights of the hotel go to the wonderful hospitable staff; from the front of house to the cleaning staff. The hotel felt away from 5 stars with weak breakfast offerings, bathroom toiletries, and the poor selection of antipasti buffet (especially at lunch). Lunch and dinner food offerings were wholesome and tasty highlighted by professional and attentive waiting staff. Our suites and rooms were well maintained however Wi-Fi was poor to non-functional. The outdoor wellness area was well maintained with the pool attendant actively around. The 139-bedroom thermal hotel is well located and we enjoyed the electric car charging station. Recommended if you are a first timer of a 5-star hotel in Abano.
