I loved staying at Hotel de Buci in Paris. My mom and I went to Paris for a fun trip and we stayed at the hotel. I speak French but my mom doesn't speak a lick of French whatsoever. The staff at the hotel speak English perfectly, so it made our jet-lagged, brain dead check in run smoothly. I know this hotel is a little bit on the pricier side; after all, there is a lot of competition in Paris for great hotels, but I love the vibe of a boutique hotel. I cannot express how incredibly wonderful the staff was the entire time. Sanjay is the concierge and he is wonderfully knowledgeable about great eats, attractions and other accommodations in the city. what I liked most about this hotel is that they also offered a portal wifi router (for lack of a better word) that I could carry in my purse so I wasn't using all of my data trying to access my emails, locations, or text messages. The rooms are sizeable. Enough for a double bed or queen and some extra space for luggage. The closets in our room were immensely helpful for storing and hanging our coats and clothes. I absolutely loved the location of the hotel too. It is in a great neighborhood in Paris and I never felt uncomfortable walking around. In fact, it was a fairly lively neighborhood even at midnight when people are sitting outside brasseries and having a drink. Even with all of the hustle and bustle on the streets below, once we turned in for the night and closed our blackout curtains, it was as if you were in the countryside part of France--very very quiet.SOLD OUT

We are a family of four with two children. We stayed at the Artus in the first half of March 2020, in the Exclusive Suite on the 6th floor of the hotel. This is a boutique hotel and we always felt like VIPs while we were staying there. The suite can work as a large couples’ area or as two connected rooms for a family set-up. Both rooms have a private sink and toilet; the master bedroom also has a jacuzzi and a very luxurious shower. The tub and shower are open to the bedroom. There is a nice balcony which runs the length of the room and has lights (it took me three days to find them - look behind the curtain on the closet side). The layout of the suite makes this a larger-feeling, more flexible and more private space than you would think for the description on the website. One important thing to know is that the suite does not have air conditioning. I struggled between 4- and 5- star review for this reason. It’s nice and romantic to leave the windows open in Paris, but there is city noise (traffic, sirens, bars) and the doors between the rooms can bang open if not properly secured. The neighborhood is great. It’s a tourist neighborhood (a stylish salesperson at the Apple store told me it was cute that I was trying to speak French). A huge variety of cafes and restaurants are nearby and busy, with outdoor seating spilling across the sidewalks in the evenings. The language you hear walking around is French. There are so many great places to eat and drink in walking distance that I won’t try to list them all, but try KGB for a gourmet meal and La Dernier Goutte for a couple of bottles of wine. The breakfast was very good! Buffet style, every day offered: bacon & sausage, fresh pastries, fresh crepes & baguettes, fresh fruit, smoked salmon, prosciutto, artisanal jams, milk, juice, cereal, and an impressive selection of French cheeses. The coffee was served in individual pots and it was lovely. The space is pleasant and roomy. I strongly advise you to get a breakfast included plan because it is a great value. The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. All hotel staff spoke excellent English. Sanjay the Concierge is so well reviewed that I was excited to meet him. He was very helpful getting us on our feet in Paris, and the rest of the staff consistently went above and beyond as well. TIP: Get the breakfast if you have the chance to add it to your reservation. It was a very good value and a great convenience. TIP: Let the hotel arrange transit to/from the airport. We took the taxi In and took Artus’s chosen driver out. The driver service arranged through the hotel was much better than the taxi and well worth the additional cost.SOLD OUT

We had a very relaxing two-night stay in a charming, quiet and comfortable room facing Saint-Germain market. One of the key reasons I chose this hotel to stay at in the first place was it's convenient location to several of the sites I wished to visit. Easily within walking distance to the Louvre, the d'Orsay, Notre Dame, Shakespeare and Company bookstore and several Metro stops, I was won over by the wonderful staff, the quaint rooms and their continental breakfasts. I was greeted with a smile every time I returned from one of my excursions, and found the desk clerks extremely helpful. There are lots of wonderful restaurants in the area and it was a reasonably taxi ride to the Eiffel Tower. I would highly recommend staying at the Hotel de Fleurie while in Paris, and I plan to stay there again whenever I get back to the city of lights.SOLD OUT

Location of course is fantastic and this hotel offers a free breakfast that was a great way to start each day. Unfortunately after a night out with my husband on our first night, the evening clerk stopped us at the front desk on our way in and scolded us for taking our room key with us. We had not been told it was custom to leave the key and instead of telling us to please leave the key next time he got into an argument with us and continued to yell at us saying “if you lost the key what would we do, we have no way to replace it.” I posted a review that evening expressing how I felt, and how disappointed I was that my first night in Paris ended by the clerks bad attitude. The next day, a different receptionist stopped me to say that she had read my review and wanted more details on the situation which I gave her. She said it wasn’t a big problem to leave the keys or not which is why we weren’t told to do so and that they had problems with this evening clerk previously. Still, no apology for his behavior or anyone asking how they can make it right. On top of this, that next night on our way out of the hotel for the evening, we were stopped by the same evening clerk again who had clearly heard of our bad review. He harassed us as we were leaving the hotel and I felt so extremely uncomfortable leaving him our room key, we almost didn’t leave the hotel that night. We spent the rest of the night saying we didn’t want to go back and deal with him. Worried by what he might do or say. This hotel was nice, but unfortunately this is the SERVICE industry and we are the clients paying per night. To treat your guests in this way is simply uncalled for. Finally, when we checked out, a different receptionist apologized for everything and sent us on our way. We were glad to be leaving this hotel, not Paris of course. There are many many hotels around the area. Read a few more reviews which I also noticed a few had written about poor service and front desk employees being rude, and make your own judgment. Unfortunately for us, service means a lot to us and can sometimes make or break the experience. We will not be staying here again nor will our friends and family.SOLD OUT

This hotel is such a gem in the heart of Paris! The staff was very friendly and hospitable, everyone spoke English to me. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was simply amazing. The pillows were so fluffy, i wished I could have taken them with me! I definitely recommend this hotel for your next trip to Paris! I cannot wait to come back. I wish this hotel could be rated 10/10 for it is simply the best hotel in Paris. Just had a 7 night stay at this lovely little hotel we had a fab stay was made to feel very welcome.All the staff were really friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble for them.The rooms were really cute comfy bed everything you need ,breakfast was included for us with a fantastic choice of meats ,cheeses pastries ,fruit and loads of extras we haven’t had before in our visits to other hotels in Paris. We were very well welcomed at the Odeon and definately recommend any travelers. Hotel staff are very welcoming and carefull on giving information, advices and tips on our stay. They all speak english (and other languages) and are happy to help on learning the French language. The location is perfect, very easy to acess with the subway, lot of nice places that you can go in a walking distance (such as the Louvre, and Notre Dame, the Pantheon), and if you like to walk, you can even walk to Champs Elysses and etc. Even tough we we're very well treated by the whole crew (an Italian young fellow, Stela - who speaks good portuguese, a very friendly middle aged Sir who I forgot the name), I do have to make a special compliment to TOMAS, a french young fellow who works at the reception, who was just above the average! Excelent on giving cool advices and information on Paris and French, He even helped us print our PSG tickets, just an example of how well treated we we're at Odeon. Not satisfyed on teaching us how to get to places, he would go outside on the street and point us exactaley the directions! Free snacks and juices on the lobby are also a plus. We visited Paris with our family including 2 kids (8-year old twins) in late November. We had connecting rooms which was perfect for our family. There were so many things we loved about the hotel. The rooms were lovely and spacious, especially for Paris. The beds were so comfortable, wi-fi was excellent, with very quiet soundproofing (we never heard anyone in adjoining rooms, so I hope our neighbors would say the same about us!). The pool and sauna were beautiful and a nice retreat on the chilly, drizzly days. The breakfast buffet was SO delicious. All the staff were very kind and thoughtful. They surprised us with little chocolate treats for our kids at breakfast on our first and last days. They brought us little gifts to our room each day that were totally unexpected (we are regular guests, not VIPs!). The overall atmosphere is charming, such that it naturally encouraged our children to behave properly, at least in the public areas. Finally, the location of the hotel was absolutely perfect--within easy walking distance to major attractions and innumerable restaurants and cafes, but still slightly away from the busiest areas. We fell in love with the Hotel d'Aubusson and would love to return again soon.FromUS$500.00

This is a delightful hotel in central Paris, full of elegant charm and serene character. I stayed here for one night in mid June as a stop over between Barcelona and The Hague (train from Barcelona to Paris and then to the Hague via Brussels Midi the next day), mainly to catch up with a friend who lives locally (just across the road). With its rich bright tapestries, renaissance art works (paintings, vases and sculpture), Louis XVI and Regency furnishings and individually designed rooms, I felt as if I was staying in a small palace, an exquisitely regal find in central Paris. My room was charming with its exposed timber ceiling beams, it provided a medieval ambience combined with the comforts of contemporary living - a fine double bed, high pressure shower and air conditioning (which was needed given that there was a heat wave in Paris at the time of my overnight stay). The staff were wonderful, particularly Carlos on reception and his welcoming and professional colleagues in the dining room who provided the most delicious breakfast. I could have stayed there all morning. I had a problem with a potential double charge on my credit card the next day due to withdrawing my AMEX too quickly from the merchant terminal. Carlos was so kind and emailed immediately after I checked out to reassure me that there had been no double charge and only one transaction had been posted. It is that level of service that would make me return and stay again. The hotel is on the slightly expensive side, but Paris is costly. I suppose I noticed this because I was travelling all over Europe using the same Euro currency and noticed major variations in hotel and accomodation costs between countries, but I still feel as if this hotel represents good value. I definitely recommend Hotel Saint Germain des Pres, and would have been happy to stay for much longer than one night - two or three weeks would be ideal!FromUS$239.00

Stayed here for 2 nights as a group of 6 sharing 3 rooms to celebrate a special family birthday . Despite emailing them directly well ahead to not mention the other guests in the group at check-in ,who were arriving separately, they had not bothered reading the email and totally spoilt the surprise for my husband by immediately mentioning the group booking! I found this very unprofessional. The hotel is in an incredible location and that in itself gives it 3 points . The rooms are very small but we knew that on booking from previous reviews and was perfectly ok as we knew we’d spend little time in the rooms . The bathrooms on first look seemed modern if small but we soon realized the shower screen was filthy with black and green mould all along the bottom and up the hinge side plus a lot of black mould on the tiles and limescale. This is purely down to poor housekeeping . We did not have breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on this . One other point after we’d checked out we left the hotel only to be called back about when we were going to pay when in fact we’d paid in full in advance through Agoda , they should have checked all this When we handed back the keys. As a base for sightseeing it’s brilliant, friendly staff but very basic no frills hotel.SOLD OUT

The hotel location is very good, very close to the Arc de Triomphe, a five minute walk to the subway station can also take a direct bus to and from Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airport. Facilities breakfast also fully reached the four-star standard, the gym is relatively small. The front desk is more enthusiastic. There is a little brother who can speak Chinese, which makes communication more convenient.

I regret the booking of this hotel. The gentleman at the service desk when I checked in was incredibly rude and condescending throughout the process. The room was as small as expected however the beds and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. The shower had minimal pressure. The AC whenever it was turned on left a gathering of dust over everything in my room. Whilst it is located quite a distance from the centre, there are several stations close by which is handy, unfortunately the food options close by the hotel are terrible. I left the hotel after three nights instead of the five I had booked and paid for.

Good location, nearby Carrefour, franprix and other supermarkets! I live on the 2nd floor facing the street, and it is very quiet at night, but the sound insulation between the room and the room is really average. The room is not large and has a balcony (not every room, so it is best to leave a message to tell the room with a balcony when booking) ), There is also a door in the bathroom sharing a balcony with the room, so the balcony is quite large. The hotel only provides shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer. Slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so it is recommended to bring your own toiletries. Lines 7 and 10 are only 5 minutes' walk from the surrounding area. Line 4 is about 15 minutes away. The 5th district is a Latin area, surrounded by universities, so it is safe! Disneyland
Stayed at the B&B hotel for three nights while visiting Disney. Anyone looking for a cheap place to stay this is perfect. Hotel is spotlessly clean, really friendly staff, good sized rooms with comfortable beds and shower room. The hotel serves a simple dinner of pasta or pizza which is great, easy to order and quick to come. Breakfast is simple but just want you need at the start of the day. Tables were cleared quickly and everything very clean and presented well. We were worried about the shuttle overcrowding but there are a few services which only run from the B&B hotel and others which go to the other four hotels on the complex which makes it easy. We always got on a bus even if it was busy and never had to wait long! Lockers are available to store luggage if your arrive before your room is ready or check out early. We will be back on our next disney trip!

For the first time in a hotel model, the century-old building is said to be a historical cultural relics protection unit in Paris, so it is completely banned. My old cigarette can only smoke in a small yard. Miss Luo is very enthusiastic, let us have the feeling of going home. There is a black guy in night shift who speaks Chinese very well. He said that he read a book in Guangzhou. In the morning, the girl named Marty also speaks Chinese. This area is a safe place for French people to live in. The room is big enough to be the floor-to-ceiling glass window in Europe.
