We were fortunate to stay in Cortona for 3 wonderul days at this very lovely & welcoming B & B. I reserved through them easily and had prompt email responses to all my questions. Signora Sara and Signora Ambra were very thoughtful and kind. They made reservations for dinner , called taxis and were very helpful .Our room was comfortable and quiet, and we slept well after our busy days. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices and eggs made if requested plus whatever coffee we preferred. We felt very welcome in the town also. Excellent restaurants were close by and with prices much lower than Siena and Firenze ! The wait staff at all the restaurants were very attentive and pleasant . Plenty of shops and restaurants lined the streets with people looking very relaxed at the tables outdoors . We were able to walk everywhere & enjoyed the steep climb up to the Duomo and fort. The views were spectacular as was our arrival to the town. Seeing Cortona off in the distance is an incredible site, and I am so glad we used a car service to make the trip from Siena. If you arrive by train, make sure you get off at the correct station . You will need a taxi to take you up and up and up. Unbelievable ! We took the train to Orvieto our last day. The train station had the cleanest restroom room , and the staff did not mind us waiting there for about an hour with us only ordering coffee .Cortona is definitely a perfect place to visit , and we woud love to return and stay at this beautiful B & B. From start to finish, a great stay. From booking and receiving full and extremely helpful answers to my questions about getting to the hotel by public transport (Piazza Garibaldi if arriving by bus), to hints and tips on dining and shopping, to looking after a piece of cheese I’d bought at a previous town, the staff could not have been more warm, kind and friendly. The view from breakfast over the valley is gorgeous and the lady who checked me in was right, I did get a great view of the sunset from my quiet and peaceful room. I will definitely be back as my one night stopover was just not long enough in this delightful hilltop town.

Charming hotel. We stayed a week in a lovely room on the third floor that had a small balcony, two bathrooms, lovely Tuscan decor and very comfortable. Breakfast was served at your table as the help yourself buffet is not allowed In the current regulations and it was very acceptable. Scrambled eggs particularly delicious and the best croissants, or should I say cornettos, we have ever had. Nicolo and his team were brilliant, very welcoming and could not have been more helpful, nothing was too much trouble and always done with cheer and a smile. They made our stay even more enjoyable. We would certainly return should we be in the area in the future.

I can't say enough about how much we loved our time here. We travel often and have stayed at some great places, but this was one of the best, hands-down. It's beautiful, open, clean, welcoming ... and the people are amazing. We didn't want for a thing. We stayed in a junior suite that was everything we wanted and way more. The bathroom was spacious and the towels were delightful. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff in the bar and breakfast area couldn't have been better or more friendly or helpful. We also loved our conversations with the front desk staff ... they were helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help us with restaurants, directions, setting up a wine tour, etc. We also got to enjoy two massages and the glorious spa, pool, steam room and sauna. Our massages were so relaxing that we just felt lifeless—in a good way. The courtyard area was very comfortable and beautiful and we enjoyed sitting out and having a glass of wine and just enjoying the space. We want to go back someday and we will absolutely stay here. Everything was absolutely magical.

We stayed for 6 glorious days at Villa Marsili. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is exceptional. From the very first moment we arrived everyone was friendly, welcoming and helpful. They were very good about suggesting places to visit and the best routes to get there. The breakfast was very good including fresh sqeezed orange juice. At 7 every evening they put out complimentary small appetizers including pizza. They packed us a lunch for 3 people and it was enough food for over 6 people. Everything was very well prepared. The room was spacious and clean with beautiful views of the Tuscan hillside. It is a short walk uphill into the town center. The uphill walk is fine and the walk back to the hotel is downhill, even better. We highly recommend Villa Marsili and will stay there again when we return to Cortona.

We loved this hotel, and were only sorry we had just one night there. The grounds are superb and make you feel as if you are living in a very nice estate just outside town, in a self-contained park that was very relaxing, and in a room that was antique yet modern, and super comfortable. The town of Cortona is a short drive (or a LONG uphill hike) and a perfect introduction to Tuscany. We arrived on a warm sunny afternoon and had enough time to use the lovely pool to relax after a long drive from Napoli, and before heading to Cortona to explore the town for some touring and an alfesco drink before returning for a very memorable dinner on the hotel's terrace. My one son who had to return to Hong Kong the day before saw our pictures and was terribly disappointed to have missed this stay. This may be a bit far afield for a base to visit all of Tuscany, but it is a perfect venue for that area of Italy, and a great place to start our Tuscan tour. Would return in a minute!

We spent two nights with our daughter and a couple of friends just very recently and we had a good time here. The staff is very helpful and kind and they really do their best to make you feel comfortable. The location is nice and restored well even if not all rooms are spotless. The staff was very kind in any case and we changed our initial room into a new one , very happy and pleased by their flexibility and kindness. The breakfast is an highlight , definitely great , everything housemade .. so enjoyable. Villa Baldelli is a very good place to go , if you like , for a walk or for jogging uphill , along small roads through wineyards , oaks and olives . After your walk you can relax in the nice swimming pool , very well kept and located in a very green environment. Cortona is a short drive by car not far , so very easy to get there for dinner or for an afternoon visit.

Leaving Rome we picked up a rental car and drove a couple hours north into Tuscany. Google Maps told us where to exit, but even with Maps it was difficult to find our lodging. After passing by two dirt roads a couple of times we decided this must be it, and it was. A spread out venue, we drove between two buildings and decided which one must be the office. We entered and a kid in his early 30s greeted us nonchalantly and said “You’re early.” We soon learned this is Marco, son of the owners and growing into management of the establishment. He checked and our room was ready, it was before noon and this shocked me. Marco gave us a tour then the keys and we made our way to get settled. The resort is comprised of four areas. One is the building where reception is located. Around the corner from reception is a door with a long flight of stairs up. There are two locked doors at the top and we used our key to open the door on the left. I assume the door on the right accesses a similar apartment venue as ours. Our door, the left one, opens to a large room with ample seating and a kitchen. It’s a common room for visitors staying in this wing; there are three apartment doors leading off from the common room. The walls attached to the common space are unfortunately thin and one night my wife intended to read in that area and heard another couple arguing in their room about where to have dinner, while another night as we were headed in we heard someone snoring loudly in their room. This would be an awesome place to visit with two other couples where you could all hang out together in the evening! Our apartment door was directly across from the door at the stairs. Inside our room was a large entry space with a large separated bathroom. Next to this was a very large bedroom with an armoire for hanging clothes. It was a spacious and comfortable room. As a side note, there is a television in the room but we couldn’t find CNN Intl so there were no English language stations. The second area of the resort is diagonally behind reception. A nice pool with a comfortable deck area. There’s also a refreshment building open mid-day which reopens from about 5:00-7:30 where they provide small snacks and beverages you can charge to your room. Next door to the building with reception is another small building that houses, upstairs, a kitchen for cooking classes and a dining room for eating after the cooking class. The last building is directly across from reception and as large as the first building. The bottom floor is the dining area where dinner is offered every night except Tuesday. The same building has complimentary breakfast every morning, and there’s a fairly large patio off the back where we ate breakfast every day. There are stairs up and part way up are the bathrooms for the dining area. Further up are more guest apartments. From the moment we arrived we felt very comfortable, almost at home. All the staff are excellent, extremely friendly. As I

Relais La Corte Dei Papi is a true oasis of Tuscan serenity. From the moment we drove up the Cyprus-lined drive and arrived at David's property, we were impressed. We were greeted with the warmest of welcomes and safely checked in to our room, complete with all the necessary COVID-protocols required to keep all guests safe. We arrived in our room and swung open the chic green shutters to reveal an iconic Tuscan countryside, warm sunshine and the sounds of nature filling the room. I was in Italian heaven! During our stay, the staff went above and beyond to arrange anything and everything we needed, including two days of private wine tours that included the most sensational wines, and even better food and conversations with owners and locals alike. At night, we enjoyed the exquisite food at the hotel which was exactly as promised, both deliciously traditional, yet marvelously beautiful and plated with a sophisticated, modern flair. I would recommend trying any and all menu items as they are such a delight! On the day of our checkout, we even enjoyed a morning by the pool, working comfortably in the shade and enjoying our coffee. David graciously took care of us until the very end! I cannot express enough how much we enjoyed our stay, and we will be back to visit our new Tuscan family very very soon! Trust me, go see David and the family at Relais la Corte Dei Papi. You will not regret it!

Locanda del Molino is an inn that one could easily miss when driving past it. Although not eyecatching on the outside, inside, a world of traditional Italian hospitality unfolds. Stefano, the manager, went out of his way to accommodate our every request. There is a nice swimming pool to cool down on the hot summer days, with a free beach towel service. Our one year old loved the pool and its fountains. The pool is surrounded by a luscious garden with beach chairs, so you can swim, lie down and relax before or after visiting Tuscany’s breathtaking old hilltop towns. The hotel is old but well kept, it has a nice old fashioned country charm with furniture from Italian nonnas (grandmothers). Our room was nice and romantic, the bathroom spacious and we just loved the complementary soaps, lotions, hair products and shower gels, based on Tuscan olive oil and herbs. The road that runs by the inn is a bit noisy, but as city dwellers, we were used to this so did not found it a problem and traffic is only occasional. The restaurant below the rooms is just sensational. Part of the Baracchi Group, this restaurant is the most traditional of the three. The other two restaurants are located in the area and can of course also be visited. We have not visited the gourmet restaurant so can not say anything about that, but did drop by the Botega Baracchi in Cortona. This was a rather disappointing experience, I would not recommend them. The restaurant at Locanda del Molino, however, is a very pleasant experience. Nice Italian country dishes, of high quality, prepared with love. The appetizer are outstanding and the pizzas are very special. Next to a menu of traditional pizzas, pizzaiolo Leonardo serves some of the most creative pizzas bianches I have ever enountered. Using local ingredients of awesome quality, I was positively surprised. Being an experienced pizzachef myself, I am highly critical of the products most pizzerias serve. Leonardo, however, makes slow rising pizza dough with extra ingredients like spelt and wheat germs. This results in a pizza crust that blows your mind. We ate all the crusts, every time! I was allowed in the kitchen to inspect the pizza oven and pizza making process and am impressed. The staff in the restaurant and hotel, especially Bianca, Amr and the aforementioned Stefano were extremely friendly and saved us the best seats on their terrace for breakfast and dinner. The wines are excellent, all from the high quality Baracchi winery and if we wanted, the saved our bottle for the next day if we did not finish it. Breakfast was traditional Italian with good coffee, espresso and cappuccino. Dinner was first class, we noticed a lot of locals frequenting the place, which is always a good sign as well as tourist who stayed in the area driving all the way to come dine here. Bianca knows a lot about wines and both she and Amr were very sweet to our one year old. We felt very much at home and were treated with all one could wish for when

If you intend to be in Tuscany to enjoy the beautiful breathtaking peaceful landscape, the Magazzino Room 4 in this resort is definitely NOT for you. Your unit (bedrooms, living room & garden) is literally right next to a busy two-lane road that runs through the estate. You WILL hear traffic ALL DAY & NIGHT. Photos below might explain better. When we complained about it, Maria who runs the place, seemed surprised. Her response was she lived in our unit & never heard anything. Then went on saying the agency where we booked our stay would have mentioned about the road. We made our booking through Nice2Stay, where they mentioned the estate runs through a small road. We never thought a small road running through the estate implies a very busy two-lane road which is literally right next to our unit. We got woken up every morning by the sound of trucks driving past & were not even able to sit outside in our garden as the traffic was literally on the other side of the wall. Maria refused to move us to another room, saying they are FULL, unless of course we upgrade to a Villa for EUR 1,000 extra for the remaining 5 nights. We have already paid approx EUR 292 a night (EUR 1,750 for 6 nights). However, after days of spying around we noticed that similar/smaller accommodations were available. We went to enquire on a few occasions, but received every time a different excuse and were finally told it’s not their policy to move guests. The estate is beautiful, but definitely not worth EUR 292 for a room next to a busy road. So do enquire when you book. We felt cheated and left with a bad memory.

[Location] Super convenient. The airport train is just a five-minute walk from the Central Station. [Service] Check-in at the front desk will take the initiative to call for procedures. [Room] The theme is red and black. The rooms are not large but they are generally the same in Europe. The shower in the bathroom is particularly flush. The air conditioner is very cool. There are hair dryers. The floor-to-ceiling windows are facing the train station. [Characteristics] Breakfast and dinner are included, I feel very rich, there is a drink for breakfast, there is no waiter at dinner to ask if you need it, foreigners order more, white rice for dinner and some dishes are salty, and fruits, mainly worry about the day The unsafe black out of the house happened to be solved in the hotel. [Note] Dinner must go to the lobby bar on the first floor to pick up the roll, indicating whether it is to be eaten at 7:00 or 8:00, and the actual meal at 7:00 is half past six. [Details] The lobby on the first floor does not need to go down the stairs. There are public spaces in the lobby. There is a sofa lounge and a small bar. In the early morning, there are two sofas on the basement floor to sit and wait. [Overall] High cost performance is recommended.

A very poor stay experience, the hotel is in a good location, five minutes walk from Milan Cathedral, but the hotel service is really average, especially the two female executives in the restaurant, went to breakfast three days during the stay, never with us Say hello, expressionless. This is not the case for non-Chinese tourists. Instead, the waiters in the restaurant were more enthusiastic and smiling. On the second day of check-in, we also painted the wall and did not notify the guests in advance, so that the children's clothes became dirty when they walked. The most annoying thing is that the hotel ’s scheduled visit to Da Vinci ’s “Last Supper” costs 50 Euros. Five-year-olds are also charged in full (but in Europe, five-year-olds are basically free) Since the fee was notified by phone, there was no written confirmation, but the fare printed on the tickets we received was 15 Euros, so that we did not know this until check-out. The hotel explained that this is a VIP service and this charge is totally unreasonable.

However, we were charged for consumption instead upon checking out. (2 different staffs for C/I and C/O) Attitude of staff assisting with our C/O could be improved as he ‘explained’ and gave us the same reply that “No, our minibar are never complimentary.” to our doubts. ** I’m a hotelier too and I believed better response could and should be extended for mentioned situation. ** Nonetheless , my husband and I paid for the additional charges without trying to be difficult as our ride to the airport had arrived too then . It was a modern yet stylish property overall with a little unpleasantness experienced towards the end of our stay .

I have stayed at this hotel in many room types, including standard rooms, executive rooms, standard apartments and superior apartments. If you are preparing to cook your own meals, then choosing an apartment is a good choice. The superior apartments are large in size, the horizontal and living rooms are two separate rooms and are very comfortable. If you are traveling alone, the executive room is also very good. The area is large and the living room is large. There is no sense of cramp. In summer, we will open the outdoor swimming pool, sunbathe, and read books in the sun. I always stay at this hotel every time I come to Milan, the price is moderate, about 8 minutes walk from TURRO subway red line, the traffic is relatively convenient. There is a small supermarket PENNY MARKET opposite, which is convenient and cheap. Especially the best thing is that every room type in this hotel has a large balcony, which is rare in Milan and super convenient.

At 9 o'clock in the evening, I went to Milan to check in. The wind is light and telling me that a double booking has occurred. The hotel has no room. When I came up, I came to a waiter to take us to another home. Even the introduction did not, and there was no advance mail. The focus is on the Europeans coming in and out. So what is the meaning of your hotel without a room :)

The only hotel in the world, the first is located in Dubai. The restaurant of this hotel in Milan was a Michelin before, but now I change the chef. The smell of the room bath and shower products is my favorite tobacco taste. The service is really nothing to say. At night I thought the tram downstairs was too noisy at midnight. I upgraded a quiet suite the next day. I discovered that the iPad was out of control and could not turn off the lights. The air conditioner did not work before going to bed at night. I mentioned it when I checked out. After a while, the front desk deeply apologized and sent a scented candle as a gift. Milan gave me too many surprises, and I look forward to seeing you next time ~

There is no kettle in the room, there is no hot water (it is estimated that only the second floor restaurant can pick up hot water) but many drinks in the refrigerator are free. The bed is soft and comfortable and the pillows are not high. After check in, although the front desk beauty will take the room, but the whole process did not help me with luggage, including the steps, people feel that the five-star hotel is not worthy of the title. The so-called gallery hotel, the "painting" of the room is also a print, not a real painting. In short, the price is not high. Tonight, I changed to the Domo Townhouse Hotel next door, which is also a five-star hotel. The service is much better than the Vickers Gallery. My room rate includes breakfast, breakfast is order-based, according to the menu, the chef is ready to serve, which is also the style of a big hotel. The breakfast tastes very good too. From the arched windows of the restaurant you can see the center of the arcade of the Manuele II, seeing tourists and luxury shops coming and going. The hotel door is not facing the inside of the arcade of the Manuelle II, but the small road towards the outside. The door is small and not easy to find, but there is a waiter welcoming at the door. He looks like you are looking for it. The hotel will come to ask you.

The guests who booked the guests were very satisfied. The location of the hotel is excellent. Parent-child travel or couple travel is very recommended. It can be said that it is perfect. I have the opportunity to go to Shanghai Bulgari.

The hotel is one metro stop away from the exhibition, clean and sanitary, and the price of dinner is expensive. Take their car to the nearest subway exit and take a stroll. There will be two Chinese restaurants, one is pizza, the boss is a young guy and parents, very enthusiastic, the bulk wine in it is very delicious, and the other is Chinese In the restaurant, the boss spoke a little discriminatory to the Chinese. Although he was Chinese, he asked the boss to recommend red wine. The boss had a lot of guts: "Of course, the most expensive wine is the best." People with guns and sticks, they met for the first time, and they were businessmen.

The hotel location is particularly good, 200 meters walk from Milan Cathedral and 500 meters walk from the shopping center. The food around the hotel is also very convenient. But the room environment can only be said to be OK, but the price is almost the same, from the location, there is no need to say, recommended! Hotel service attitude is also good, that is, English is generally spoken.

The location of the hotel is very close to Milan Central Station. It is only a three minute walk from the station. The room was clean and tidy, the minibar provided plenty of drinks, and the bathroom unexpectedly provided slippers. Breakfast is 10 euros, which is quite rich. It's convenient to go to the subway station by walking for 2 minutes.
