This inn is slighly dated, which includes our room and the common facilities. Absolutely nothing wrong though. Very clean. Good location. We had a japanese style room with toilet and shower outside the room. The landlady was by far the best with this inn. So friendly and nice. She really helped us with restaurants and guided tours. She also helped us find the right train to take for Kagoshima and on the day we left gave us a ride to the train station 30 km away. We really appreciated her kindness.

We came to Yanagawa to see and ride on the old canals and stayed at this authentic Japanese hotel for a night . Nice place right beside the canal where you can see the boats going by. There were three of us so we had a big room, one part Western with two single beds the other part was a Japanese tatami mat room where the staff made up a bed on the floor while we were at dinner. Booking in was easy and staff super polite which is the normal in Japan. Before dinner we went to the hot springs bath and relaxed in the lovely hot waters. We had booked in for dinner 6.30 pm. in the main dining room , we went in the Yukata’s that the hotel provided, very relaxing. Dinner was a set menu, typical Japanese food, about ten little bowls containing different items, miso soup, different Sashimi’s, chicken , pickles , eel, which this area is famous for and another lovely small fried fish, plenty to fill you up and for sweets a huge piece of water melon. The room did have a bath and shower but didn’t use them as we used the hot spring baths, there was free wifi, a safe and good TV. Slept well. First thing in the morning we went to the outside hot bath before going and enjoying a smorgasbord breakfast. In the Rockpool baths they supply all you need , body soap , shampoo, conditioner, hairdryers etc, always a nice experience. Typical Japanese breakfast , no cereals but plenty to choose from. We had trout and puffer fish, plenty of veggies, the scrambled egg was scrumptious. Plenty of fruit, mango , orange and delicious pineapple. While we went of doing a boat ride on the canals the hotel held our luggage for us, very handy. The hotel also has a good gift shop. We enjoyed our stay, gives you a real Japanese hotel experience.

The location is perfect, right next to Hakata station. Regarding the service, you will get an antibacterial wet wipe at check-in or when using the spa. Facilities such as spa and pool are very easy to use and swimwear can be rented. Amenity is quite substantial and it is good to use the indoor bath on the 13th floor, but I thought it would be good to use the bath salts prepared in the room to relax. Besides, quite a lot of things such as water, coffee and tea were prepared. It is a hotel that you will definitely want to stay again.

The location was good and the front desk staff was very friendly. I was able to change my breakfast to lunch on a first-come, first-served basis, so I went home for lunch after checking out, but the lunch was also very delicious and I was full. However, probably because I stayed overnight from Sunday, many guests and lounge guests have to wait. At the afternoon tea in the lounge, our dessert plate remained on the counter for more than 10 minutes. Even at the cocktail hour at night, I had to wait for more than 15 minutes. Moreover, even though regulars always come to pick up orders before they run out of drinks, we didn't look at them and felt like they were in the air while looking at the empty glasses (laughs). At last I stopped the staff and could only replace it with a drink. I had a narrow shoulder in the quiet and elegant lounge. It's a shame that the food is very delicious. I would like to visit you on weekdays when you use it next time.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were nice. Unfortunately, due to the influence of Corona, the shops were closed and not lively. The pool and rock bath were closed and I couldn't see them. I heard that Viking is famous, so I was looking forward to it. I think it's because the tableware is old, but I'm sorry because it feels dirty. I think it's a luxury hotel, so I may be asking too much, but there are many people who do not understand even if I ask questions, as if the staff is a part-time job, please ask other people etc. The correspondence was disappointing.

From Fugang Airport to the hotel, you can take the airport bus. There is a sign on the left hand side of the building. The airport bus must be written with [Hakata-chan, Tenjin] to get on the bus, get off at [Watanabe Ichome] stop, and then cross the opposite road. After seeing [Sakura Cross Hospital], turn into the lane and you will see the hotel . I checked in at the hotel quickly and conveniently, and the hotel staff was courteous. Since I booked a ‘Corner Twin Room’, the room was a bit bigger and the breakfast was plentiful every day. Basically, the location of the hotel is good, about a half hour walk to Hakata Station. From Tenjin South Station: March Department Store or Daimaru Department Store is only 15 minutes, convenient and quick. Next time you come to Fugang, you must book again to stay at this hotel.

Breakfast is good, environment is good, hotel service is good, there are shuttle buses to and from Hakata Station and Pharmacy Station. There are many shuttle buses on weekdays, and there are fewer weekdays. There is a waitress who speaks Chinese at the front desk. The only drawback The hotel is on the mountain. Although the scenery is good, it is about a 15-minute walk down the mountain. There are 711 and Rosen convenience stores. Others are fine. If you miss the hotel shuttle bus, you can reach Sakura Saka Station on the subway and walk for 15 minutes. It takes more time to find a shuttle bus. It took me more than an hour to find the bus by communicating with Ctrip hotel customers. Fortunately, there is a bus every half an hour on Sundays, up to 9 pm. Please note that the hotel buses It is a black CMB with a hotel display sign. It is parked on the side of the road, that is, beside the Rosen store at the JR station square bus parking lot. It is not on the big bus parking lot, on the roadside, near the Rosen convenience store. Figure it out, hope everyone can find it soon

Traditional and spacious. At check-in was a new crown, not cold to Chinese tourists, but the Chinese staff at the front desk were average. The room is suitable for business trips, and it is convenient for children to do homework. The bathroom is relatively large and the windows cannot be opened (even a small gap can be opened, hey). Overall pretty good, service is professional and courteous. Good location, turn right and get close to the Hakata Exit of Hakata Station. You can also get off the subway from any of the ground entrances. There are many shops, many places to eat, Yilan and Hakata Yifan Street, etc. There are too many choices. Turn left and go straight for 8 minutes. Tochoji Temple and Putian Shrine are here, and you can see Sakura. Hakata Station overlooks the mountains from the observation deck on the top floor of Hankyu Department Store, as well as the little trains for children. In short, Hakata is a better accommodation option, and nothing can go wrong.

I was surprised to keep the place to stay with my companion and the welcome sweets secret. I was glad that the hotel staff also cooperated (I brought my birthday card on the plate). Afternoon tea was very pleased ♪ I arrived a little early and tried to wait in the lobby, but I was flexible and allowed to check in early. I was saved because I was walking around. The room is large and the TV is big and comfortable, the staff are kind and I would like to recommend it to those around me. A piece of wood on the table beside the TV? Something was scattered. I wanted my companion to be happy, so I wiped it off by hand and cleaned it, but if you care about cleaning, do you care?

The hotel is nice, the reception is warm, the breakfast seems to be 1900 yen per person, and the room is equipped with a smartphone, which can be taken out for free. The nearby transportation is very convenient, and the Tenjin Bus Terminal is nearby, with subway, bus, coach station and tram station. There are many large shopping malls and restaurants in ten minutes. There are about 20 meals for breakfast, and there are eight or nine drinks such as miso soup. The room is clean and the service is serious. The superior double room is very spacious. The hot spring is comfortable, with hot and cold pools and saunas. It is free for residents, but it is also open to the outside world, and many nearby residents will come to soak. The location was great as it was a 3-minute walk from West Exit 8 of Hakata Station. There are Starbucks, Seven Eleven, and bus stops next door, so it's easy to get around, and the room is nice from the entrance to a Japanese business hotel. I went in the winter, but I think the heating system needs improvement. When the temperature increased because it was cold, warm wind came out after a while, and then cool wind came out again. I chose Fukuoka for the goto campaign, but the location is excellent. I chose the Grand Hyatt Hotel for the first time, but when I compared the prices because it was a hotel adjacent to the same Canal City, I was able to stay at one-third the price. It was about 7 minutes from the station, Nakasu stalls were just across the bridge, and Tenjin was within walking distance. There are many restaurants in the area, and the price was very good. It was a really good hotel with proper corona measures. I heard a little sound next to and upstairs, but the others were very good.

I knew the existence of the hotel, but it was very affordable so I tried using it. It's a very clean room and I can't hear the noise of the same floor or the rooms on both sides. Above all, the bathtub is wide. I'm worried that the button on the room wear was removed, but I'm glad that there was an air purifier with a humidifier and a massager. The comfort of the bed and the softness of the pillows were comfortable. There are many convenience stores, drug stores, and Japanese restaurants (open 24 hours) at the back door of the hotel. For those who want to buy daily necessities, you can take the subway to Tenjin Station ➡️ Via Tenjin Underground Street ➡️ It takes about 12 minutes on foot to reach the underground supermarket, which can basically meet all shopping needs and is affordable. It is recommended to avoid peak shopping hours (16: 30-19: 00). In my experience, go by subway and return to the hotel by taxi. Finally, if you need to buy supplies for children (under 7 years old), you can go to Fukuoka local people's living and purchasing area (Akan)

Hotel Wi-Fi is good, rooms are small but fully equipped, self-checkout is convenient. To the airport is also across the road from the bus station diagonally across the bus is very convenient, half an hour. Breakfast is not included in Ctrip booking, but the convenience stores and living supermarkets around are very convenient.
