I booked a superior room and was given a standard, not a major deal but the rooms are very small - VERY. There is little room for any suitcases or items. The hotel is clean, but one concern is they write the room number on the electronic keys - security issue as you have to return keys on checkout or charged The hotel located closer to the commercial section vs tourist section. The room temperature is controlled at main desk for the room which is ridiculous, they closet the temperature even though you have thermostat in room it does nothing There is parking but it is very tight onsite. Overall we had a nice stay but not getting our room we reserved or refunded the difference in price is not acceptable for a hotel to do

Check in is very fast! Just register your ID card and 2 euros! The room key should be hung at the front desk when going out and cannot be taken away. The food that I pack from the restaurant outside cannot be put in the refrigerator at the front desk, only medicines can be stored. It is a law and regulation. The front desk said it could help me heat it in the microwave in the morning. The room is well ventilated, with two floor-to-ceiling windows and doors. Standing on a small balcony and looking at the trees and roads outside, it feels good. There are chairs and three lines for drying clothes. Many people are watching towels. I guess I went to the beach to swim. The bathroom in the room is good, there are foot towels, two medium towels and one large towel. I can use it alone! The TV is small, all in Italian. There are three free biscuits on the table. The hotel is a 6-minute walk from No. 42 on the beach. There are many family hotels nearby, all of them seem to be three stars. The front desk is friendly. The bar is open 24 hours a day, and in the evening many people are drinking below. Wi-Fi requires email registration, which is very powerful at night. It seems that many people use Wi-Fi in the afternoon and morning, which is not easy to use! Check out is also very fast!

The hotel is located in a pedestrian area in the very downtown. So it is fantastic to explore Rimini by walking. If one drives is really complicated. We did not know that( maybe a mistake of “ booking”?) and moreover it was during the holiday season, so arriving to the hotel was a nightmare. It would have been nice to get an e- mail from the hotel telling us about the streets closed to the traffic. We wanted to visit nearby places during our stay but we just went to San Marino and decided to stay in Rimini the next days since driving was so difficult. It is a design hotel. So the reception, the breakfast room ;which works as a bar and restaurant as well, are very nice. About the room... it is different. The bathroom is big and nice to see but not really practical. The shower is in front of the toilet and sink and does not have any glass separating the area. So when one takes a shower everything gets wet which of course is very unpleasant. The bedroom area is quite small. There is little place for one’s things. There is only one mirror in the bathroom and a placard is inside the bathroom too? Not very convenient in my opinion. About the minibar located outside the room, I would not have problem, but it might happen that one wants to drink something late at night... anyway... The service in the reception was just ok, the ladies in the breakfast area were nice and helpful and the cleaning ladies did a good job, but the second day we arrive about four in the afternoon to rest a little bit and the room was still not ready. The breakfast was very good. So pros and cons...

We stayed for 3 nights in this very good located hotel cloese to the beach. Unfortunately we weather was a bit too cold, so that we could not enjoy the beach very much. However, staff was extremely helpful and friendly and give us a lot of tips for the different places to eat and also recommended a tour to the old town of Rimini. This cosy place was worth to see. We had a pleasant room on the 2nd floor with 2 balconies overlooking the beach. The view just in fron tof the hotel was not so nice, as there was an unused spot and on the other piece of land it was a car park. it seems to be tha the owners of the hotel could not buy these small lots to add them to the hotel property. But of course this are small luxury problems. The breakfast was very good, even with all the Covid-19 restrictions a very friendly waiter prepared the food. The property was very clean and nice and we enjoyed the free apero drinks before going to the dinner. A worth place to come again.

This hotel is perfectly located between city centre and the beach. It’s also easy access to train station (10min walk) and bus 9 (airport). The bedroom was fine and bathroom was roomy and shower was good. Air con was pleasant. I didn’t try breakfast or restaurant. The safe had no keys but we eventually found them. My two quibbles: no one answered any of my emails so I had to call to double check they weren’t shut due to COVID 19 or something ; (annoying!) the cleaning starts at 7am, and frankly, the maid is the noisiest person ever. Imagine a hoover on the room next to you at 7am when you went to bed at 2am! The walls are paper thin and you hear the neighbours, which is not great, but cleaning staff can be scheduled for a more godly hour. I had the worst 3 mornings ever, up hours before I intended to be. As many travellers complained and clearly the hotel doesn’t care, I am giving only 3 stars.

We stayed here a couple of nights and had a room to the back of the hotel. We slept well in comfortable beds and enjoyed the good breakfast. The hotel has a good location close to the centre of town and also next to the railway station and bus station if you want to go to San Marino. They have free parking behind the hotel if you are driving and it is close and easy to drive to San Marino from here. Just around the corner there is a Saturday market.. Rimini is a nice town with a lovely beach.Napoleon is a good place to stay.

Visited for Rimini for the Imola GP and was not disappointed! Hotel polo was a lovely hotel with very friendly staff (everyone we came in contact to especially receptions!) . The location is fantastic just 1 min walk and you are on the beach but also surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops so you could not want a better location. Room was great bed very comfy and also a balcony which was nice to sit out at night time. Breakfast was plentiful with different options each day we were there. The cleaner who cleaned our room made an amazing job everyday! The reason for 4 rather than 5 is the noise at night I know its not the hotels fault however it was very noisy every night we were there up to midnight which did impact sleep.

A very decent hotel! And sooo decent breakfasts unlike many other hotels. There was always sausage (salami or something like that), cheese, boiled eggs, muesli, yogurt, several types of cookies, as well as croissants and baked goods made by the owner himself. Antonio really speaks Russian! Bravo, Antonio! She lived in a standard room with a large bed, though there was no balcony. The bathroom is really very small, but there is a curtain that can be used to fence off the shower from the bidet and toilet. In general, I adapted quickly. We cleaned up every day. The bed was changed as much as 2 times in 10 days. The linen is clean, but for some reason one pillowcase was badly torn. Towels were changed every 2, 3 days. There is a refrigerator without payment, I did not use air conditioning - there was no need. But there is a notice in the elevator that the air conditioner costs 10 euros per day. Otherwise, everything is the same as in other hotels. But for the hospitality of the owner and his constant attention, I want to put 5!

If you're looking for a comfortable, well-priced and well-located family run hotel in Rimini look no further. I spent 3 nights at Villa Lalla and every staff/family was more helpful than the next. The bed was a little bit hard on the first night but when I asked to move to another room it was absolutely no problem at all - I was even upgraded to a bigger room (with a very comfortable bed!) I'm coeliac - once again no problem at all, they provided food for a gluten-free breakfast. But where they really excelled themselves was the evening where I tried to order a gluten-free pizza (the owner had even gone to the trouble of calling around different pizzerias to see who would deliver). So I ordered on JustEat and there was a problem with the JustEat delivery - the owner got on the phone to the pizzeria to see if they could deliver another one, if not he was going to send his staff member to get it for me! I've been living in Rome for 6 years and I've never seen such dedication to customer service in all the time I've been in Italy. What made it even better is that they actually genuinely care about their guests - it's a passion, not just a job - they're not just helping because they have to, they want to! Bravi! When looking for a comfortable, well-priced hotel in Rimini that's within walking distance to everything the city has to offer, look no further.

The best thing I can say about this hotel is that they offered a full refund so we could leave and go somewhere much nicer. When we arrived we went to the room, to enjoy a cup of tea on the balcony. But this wasn’t possible as there was construction work taking place next door and also along the entire boardwalk outside the hotel on the beach front. Over 20 work men outside using a variety of different plant machines. When I explained to reception there was no note of construction taking place on the hotel website. She snapped and said people don’t come here for the quiet! They come for the nightlife! I said I didn’t come for that, plus that’s a personal choice. We should be given the choice whether we want to stay in the middle of a construction site whilst we’re away on holiday. Obviously if this information was readily available we wouldn’t have booked to stay in Rimini at all, there’s constructions works everywhere. The hotel is listed as sea front, however with all the construction there is no access to the beach from the hotels you have to walk out of the hotel and down the street to get anywhere near beach access. I’m glad we decided to leave Rimini to stay in Pesaro, soo much nicer! Staff at the hotel were rude

Due to a last moment booking by a booking website (not adequate and incorrect info) and misunderstanding, we were initially not satisfied with the according accommodation. And then we met outstanding service from reception manager and personnel. They went far out of their way to find us a solution in a fully booked hotel, understanding our needs and wishes. It gave us the possibility to experience different rooms. We can advice that the rooms with sea view are more than acceptable value for price. Our preferences goes for an appartement with sea view at the higher level of the separate extension building. The view is magnificent, calm and not that noisy, taking in consideration of a lively party going beach and evening youngsters. The adjacent street can be noisy with late traffic and passage. Rimini is a beach and party resort bath place, you have to accept this. Breakfast is ok and can be taken outside on terrace, dinner is excellent and again the value for the price is surprising. Children, small and older, are no problem and very well accepted, even-so for elderly like us, or pace was adapted by all employees. Last word but not the least, in regard with staf and collaborators, all without any exception, were very friendly, helpful and ready to check if all was ok with us. Beach is very close (at the other side of the beach esplanade) and not to crowdy, no too much harassment. Bus (line 11) to Rimini centre or Riccione stops in front of hotel. Free parking is available, paid underground parking as well. All by all we spend an excellent vacation week and intend to come back next year with a better booking plan: definitively an upstairs appartement with sea view.

I liked: - Excellent location: to the sea less than 100 meters, near and from the station (15-30 minutes walk depending on the pace of traffic, easy to drive and on urban transport, stop nearby).Hotel - on the promenade, busy place, Around many restaurants, shops, bars, a hundred meters right from the entrance there is a big supermarket, everything is very convenient. - Very good breakfasts, delicious coffee, rich choice of food for all tastes, local cheeses, sausages, is asked in unlimited quantity. 'the low price, which to some extent explained most of the inconveniences. Now about what didn't like much: - Very small, close even for two rooms, asketic environment, constantly lacked space and surfaces for the device of the simplest things (to clarify: drove even without a suitcase, with two backpacks of a lou-kist, So things were a little bit, but spaces still lacked). The balcony is generally microscopic and at the same time a relative with a neighbouring number and a separate transparent metal fence below the belt, i.e. almost common - not very convenient, agree. The room itself urgently needed repair. - Very weak Internet, actually working only on recipes, although the hotel description indicates that on the whole territory. For us it was an important factor in choosing the place of residence, and as a result in our room on the 5th floor of the network there was no at all, the signal from neighboring hotels was broken on the balcony. - Very old and slow elevator. - Very many noisy and scandalous (between them) Russian-speaking neighbors, well or bad sound isolation) In general, you can live, but expected much better, in the next trip to Rimini we will definitely look for another place.

If you are looking for a warm and friendly hotel in Rimini, I would certainly recommend Hotel Imperiale 4 stars). The receptionist are very helpful, the breakfast is excellent and the bed rooms are always clean and tidy. The swimming pool is relatively larger than other Rimini hotels and the location is based on the nicer side of the Town with good transport links. It also has it's own Private Beach area. Whilst the rooms are clean and tidy, some of them need to be refreshed to modern 4 star levels and the waiters and waitresses could do with some inspiration as they work very hard, but look a bit down beat (1980s). Nevertheless, our family of 5 have had a wonderful holiday in Rimini and would certainly come back to Hotel Imperiale.

What attracted us exactly to "Alibi"? First – almost in all reviews – staff kindness. Second - Perfect location. A dead end street, which means that there will be no interference with passing cars, which are quite a lot in Rimini. To the sea – metres 300, to the main shopping and restaurant street Via Amerigo Vespucci – 150, to the food supermarket CONAD – 400, to the park – 10 meters, and on this park to the historic center of the city about a kilometer. The third – is a beautiful yellow hotel. You will laugh, but most of the hotels in the grey-blue-green gamma. And the "Alibi" has a wonderful yellow color! Look how beautiful it looks in the photos! Fourthly, the palisade, separated the hotel from the road, where it is so pleasant to sit on the couchs on the Internet. Wi-Fi at the hotel works perfectly in all places. Very friendly staff. We speak only Russian, but on all our questions (how and where to get, where to eat, whether to take utugue and tp), we received the answers that we understood... (by the way, utugue is ). Thank you both Alexandre and Giovanni, with whom we have been particularly friendly and communicated. About breakfast in the hotel. The breakfast itself is quite simple (again, exactly as stated). Musley, cheese, ham, baking, yoghurt, egg, tea-coffee. A wonderful coffee machine with lots of coffee, cocoa. If you want Americano coffee - click on the coffee, then spill the water. I can't help but say about the young man who served us for breakfast. His name is Angelo. It's just nice to watch for his work, everything is timely. The tables are always prepared and waiting for the guests, everything is quickly replenished and changing.

Stayed here for 9 nights. This is a good hotel, not great. The breakfast was nice with plenty to choose from. The hotel seemed to be recently modernised and seemed more modern than most of the hotels in the area. The rooms are quite nice, but not very sound proof, we struggled to sleep because you can hear people up late talking or dogs barking (dog friendly hotel). The hotel is quite a long way from Rimini centre. You can catch the bus from outside the hotel, bus 11. Takes around 20/30 mins. It’s also close to the Miramare train station. Hotel is across the road from the beach. The indoor pool is good, but not as nice as the pictures. In my next stay in Rimini, I will stay closer the to centre. But if you are looking to stay in Miramare, this is probably the best hotel to choose. Most of the staff speak English.

Very nice hotel, clean & fresh, staff good, helpful & pleasant. There’s some really nice furniture & ornaments dotted around. Good breakfast with nice staff, especially the Russian girl, sorry forgot her name. Evenings very quiet, pool area pleasant, not large but not crowded either, had the pool to myself most days. Sanitizer dotted around, taken very seriously at this hotel. Would stay there again, but we found busier areas to go to. Parking expensive, they have a car park around the back, but reserve your space when you book, it’s always busy. (Around 18-19 per day) free if you park on the road outside the hotel.

We selected this hotel for two days stay in Rimini with friends based on positive reviews and photos on tripadvisor and booking.com sites. We paid a higher price for this hotel compared to another, same class hotel, which was our initial choice. Upon arrival we had less than a friendly welcome - one stressed-looking receptionist was dealing with multiple guests and could barely manage hello, forget about a smile. The 'queen size' room I was checked into was more of a shoe box size with an embrasure-like window facing a wall. There was a blocked sink drain in the bathroom and not enough pressure to produce hot water. I ended up paying extra for an upgrade to a double room which was newly renovated and, with the exception of worn out and stained furniture, was quite nice. My friends were less lucky with their originally booked Double room. Room 215 they were checked into was old, with nasty stains on the walls, signs of leakage on the ceiling, falling apart furniture and a door to an adjacent room. There was no balcony despite the website description. The room looked nothing like the photo advertised on booking.com or the hotel's own website. My friend was upset as she was really looking forward to her stay in Villa Rosa based on the reviews and photos. She kindly asked the receptionist to move her to a renovated room matching the photos on the websites. I didn't think anyone could justify putting guests of a 4 stars hotel into a room with blood stains on the walls and signs of fresh water leak on the ceiling - however the Villa Rosa’s receptionist was proving me wrong. Not only we got no apology from this gentleman, but he argued it WAS the 'standard room' quality and no other room were available as the hotel was 'fully booked'. (Having checked availability online we found Double rooms available for booking on the same day, so either we were told a lie or the hotel was taking bookings over its capacity) Next day, after some further debate, my friends were moved to a renovated Double room on the first floor which was an improvement. The first night experience however ruined our stay in Villa Rosa and based on that neither would I ever stay there again nor could I recommend this hotel to others looking for a decent hotel experience in Rimini. Positives: - cleaning standard in the rooms are high thanks to the cleaning lady doing an excellent job - breakfast was nice, tasty, with good selection of food and an excellent service - staff members Stephen and Luke were very helpful

Rest in the hotel with a family of three from 5 to 12 October 2019 in Panoramic room on 5th floor. The room is clean, cleaned very well. The hotel is beautiful outside and inside. No unpleasant smells. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The room has a TV (Channel in Russian -426), a fan, a mini bar, a safe. From the balcony the most chic view on the sea. On the balcony - a round table and two chairs. The beach - across the road from the hotel. The hotel can rent free bikes. The pool didn't work at this time, but it didn't stress us. Breakfasts are very satisfactory. Choose what. Bake (cruissans, cakes) very delicious. During our rest, it seems that some delegation came, and three days of breakfast were the chicest: Cooked eggs with different tins, served various cheeses, sausages (very much), oysters, white wine, baked waffles, cheese. Even there was a chocolate fond. The restaurant hall played a pianist and danced a ballerina. These days the waiters were particularly obstacles. The waitress came to us for the first time in all the rest and asked us what coffee we should cook. Other days it wasn't. But it was not difficult for us to pour coffee. Despite the excellent impression of the hotel, on the day of departure when we needed to rush to transfer to the airport, we counted in addition to the tourist tax of 3 euros per person per day, 11 euros for an allegedly ordered dinner, which was not. After a long time of understanding, communication with the Russian-speaking restaurant representative, it turned out that we should not pay for dinner. The apology from the hotel representative did not follow, although it has delayed us a lot. We have not even been said goodbye. The woman on the respiratory just turned away from us. So I recommend to leave more time for departure. The hotel itself is wonderful. Very successful location. Everything is in the staff. I hope the hotel management will pay attention to this.
