Selected this hotel in Tver, thought everything would be at the top level, as the rating and reviews correspond. They called in advance and discussed the details of the room so that they did not mistake the choice, we were told that they had all recorded and all our wishes would be taken into account. Reality: We arrived , we were given cards from the number when we got up and realized that it was not the number we agreed to. Then we came up with things on the recipe and we were told, “You had no room clarification, we have no marks” ; mm class A do you know what is the most cheerful? We didn't even apologize, did not offer any solution to our problem until I asked myself to show me other similar numbers. Not working elevator, this was warned, but told the baggage to you, yes 😂 nobody even offered! The room was not working with a phone, could not call the recipe, nor the restaurant, talked about 2 days in a row so nothing and didn't fix. They came to the restaurant at 23:15 asking if the kitchen still works and whether it is possible to eat, the waiter said we were up to 23, but we will be fed because we are hotel guests and they usually do not refuse the cook, gave us a menu and held at the table. After 5-7 minutes, they came and said, ”I'm sorry, we usually feed yours, but today there is no.” And the most ”sweet” is the cook who showed the crosses to the waitress from some sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub- It was very ”pleasant,” service at 😂😂 Separate, thanks to the waitress she is the only one in this hotel who has apologized for the unbeautiful situation. The only ones who deserve respect and gratitude, they are very friendly and kindly cleaners of rooms, here everything was at the top level! Just if honestly, we paid good money and counted on a decent service.

Everything was so superb that I had a new point of reference - it's a solid ”Star.” A perfectly clean spacious room, full set of all the small things, coats, slippers, everything is superbly excellent. Staff is extremely friendly and hospitality, and absolutely everything we contact with. Professionals. Six points out of five. Kitchen super. Champagne for breakfast. Swedish table is diverse and sufficient, I would even say, too diverse. Restaurant menu, dishes performance, feed, all above all praise. Location - center, pedestrian street, all attraction points in two steps. Your parking, small, place should be ordered in advance, Since the city center and with parking in this zone is not very. In general, honestly, very and very many European hotels of the same class, to Tver - as to the Moon on foot. We will definitely come here again.

Останавливались на ночь в стандарте. В номере двуспальная кровать с мягким матрацем (и это один из немногих недостатков отеля) с двумя тумбочками, шкафом, стол со стульями и холодильником. В ванной гель для душа, шампунь и одноразовые зубные щетки с пастой. Гель и шампунь в одноразовых пакетиках в количестве недостаточном, чтобы даже один раз помыться. Лосьона для тела нет. Зато отличные завтраки. Зачастую российские отели радуют на завтрак селёдкой под шубой и котлетами вне зависимости от сезона. Здесь же прекрасный шведский стол. Большой выбор горячих блюд, нарезки, овощи, фрукты, даже готовые сендвичи. Выпечка отличная, круассаны идеальны. Нам было очень вкусно!
