5 of us (2 grandparents, a toddler, mom, and dad) stayed in a 2-bedroom villa for 5 days in late September. We secured our room through David's DVC rental--people who don't own into Disney Vacation Club can "borrow" points from owners to stay in a studio, one- or two-bedroom villa. Because of this, we paid 50% less than we would have paid if we tried to book this room through Disney's website, so, this was a great deal! The villas have full kitchens, which saved us a ton of money. We ended up buying groceries from Instacart (which Disney makes super easy to do) and ate breakfast and lunch in our room. The Boulder Ridge Villas is part of the Wilderness Lodge, which is a beautiful resort. We stayed in the Copper Creek villas before and love both of these equally, even though the Boulder Ridge rooms are older and not as contemporary. The Boulder Ridge Villas feels like a separate resort--it has its own building with a beautiful and tranquil lobby--the aesthetic is that of old west railroads and the rooms feel rustic and cozy. Aside from being its own separate building, it definitely feels very much a part of the rest of the Wilderness Lodge and takes advantage of the resort's great food options, wonderful staff, amazing pools, and boat access to the Magic Kingdom and Campgrounds. Because the Boulder Ridge villas are older, the rooms were huge. the 2-bedroom villas were well equipped for 5 people, and all of our stuff (including a stroller). It was nice to see that Disney updated the rooms and included the laminate flooring (in place of carpet) that has become a staple in newer resorts and renovations--I really appreciated that with having a little one.

This was our first trip to Disney, traveling with my husband and 11 year old son. We stayed for 7 nights at the Wilderness Lodge in room 2017, an "upgraded" courtyard facing room with a queen bed and twin bunk beds. We are not Disney people, and wanted to experience a deluxe resort to make this the most memorable trip possible. When traveling we typically stay in high end/luxury hotels, so it was my expectation that the Wilderness Lodge would be in this category. It is not. Our room was tiny, dingy and dated. The carpet was dirty, with crumbs/food from previous guests visible on the floor when we checked in. There are several extra phone jacks in the room in case you brought a giant desktop phone from 1980, but no USB outlets and virtually no regular power outlets. The bathroom was also tiny and so dark, as to make showering dangerous and unpleasant. It is my understanding that some of the rooms at the lodge have been renovated, but our room clearly had not been. The room had more of an "econo lodge" feel and less of a deluxe resort feel. We were also awakened numerous times a night because we could hear all of the toilets flushing in the rooms above us. I cannot imagine having four people in a room this small, as the three of us stumbled over each other the entire week. Fortunately we had a small balcony overlooking the pool, and this is where we would spend time after returning from the parks. The setting for the hotel is beautiful. We ate several times at the Geyser Point Bar, which has great ambiance and great views. The food at the various restaurants was good, but as a vegetarian my options were highly limited. The staff throughout the resort is fantastically nice, polite and helpful. The pool is fine, but nothing special. I have stayed in some of the great lodges in the national parks, and the Wilderness is similar: located in a beautiful setting, but run down and in need of updating. For the outrageous cost, I was quite disappointed by the quality of our room.

We recently stayed at the Disney’s Contemporary Hotel Main building for 4 nights. While the hotel can feel like you just stepped back into the 80’s we found it to have a special charm. Our room 4547 had the most incredible views of the Magic Kingdom Castle, Space Mountain, monorail and Grand Floridian my children loved going to bed with the sight of the castle lit up at night and waking up to it in the morning. We enjoyed our meals at the California Grill and the front desk attendants were great. Downsides due to Covid this hotel is not offering room service but the bigger issue is that they only offer housekeeping every other day and will not make your bed or change your sheets, they will only leave you extra sets of sheets but not physically change them. I have stayed at numerous hotels during Covid and every one of them had housekeeping who would tend to your bed. With the money being spent it should be expected. I am all for the safety of guest and employees but Covid does not live on surfaces for more than a few seconds so there is really no reason not to have housekeeping daily and the beds made especially if guests are out of the room. Other than that we had a lovely time and would stay again if the price was right.

We are a extended family that stayed in 3 studio rooms with a Lake View for 1 week. They weren't able to put us on the same floor, but it worked out being just fine. We didn't need to check-in at the front desk, we just got a text and went straight to our room. It worked seamlessly. The room was very nice and clean. Some people say the studios are small, but they were fine for us. If anyone wants to know how big the flatscreen TV is, it is around 40", which is a fine size for the room. I did find one hair in the tub and one hair on the pull-out bed, but it didn't bother me, overall the room was very clean. We really enjoyed the small patio with pool/lake view and kept the patio door open to help air circulation in the era of COVID-19. The beds and linens are so comfortable! We had no problems sleeping at night. The bathroom is large, and the little kitchen was a nice space to have, even though we didn't use it much. There is a lot of shelving in there, a toaster, and a microwave. One night around 10pm, I tripped the breaker, causing the electricity to go off in half of the room, and with a quick call to the front desk, a maintenance person (wearing his mask) was there in minutes and fixed it right away. The pool hours are 9am-9pm. They still do some poolside activities, like the Cha-Cha slide, trivia contests, and other fun things. The pool did get busy at times. The Bay Lake Tower pool was more than enough; we didn't even make it over to the feature pool at the Contemporary Hotel. The pool was just awesome. One unexpected perk was the Community Center on the ground floor. This is an area to play video games, watch movies, or check out a DVD (the rooms have DVD players), for free two at a time. We wandered in one day, when the pool was closed for thunderstorms and met cast member Brittany, who was attentive, friendly, and really helpful. We saw her a few times during our week stay and she always remembered my 8 year old son's name and went out of her way for us. We had a nice peaceful week, everyone did a great job social distancing and wearing their masks. Thanks Disney for a great vacation.

I just returned from an 8 night/9 day Disney trip where we stayed at the Grand Floridian resort for the first time. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and spacious. We were in a theme park view room on the second floor in the Big Pine Key building, and we were very pleased. The room was clean and comfortable, and we had a great view of the lake, the Contemporary resort, and Magic Kingdom. We could see the castle and appreciated the light show on the water at night. The balcony was nice and we spent time out there too. Disney is abiding by COVID safety protocols, and I thought they did a great job. While they don’t make the beds for safety reasons, they do drop off fresh towels every other day in a wicker basket outside your door, and they do come inside to remove trash and do a light cleaning. We needed some extra items, and they were brought up to the room promptly. They have social distancing markers throughout the Disney parks and hotels, you must wear your mask at all times on the property (except while in the pools). I didn’t mind, and thought it was a lot safer and more organized than the grocery stores at home. The pools were great (love the waterslide!) and we took advantage of the private cabana during one of our pool days. Barry was our attendant and he was kind and helpful, and made our day go smoothly. All of the cast members we encountered had a smile on and greeted us, making us feel welcome. We also liked the close proximity to Magic Kingdom and definitely utilized the boat service. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for making our vacation relaxing yet fun! We will be back.

We were excited to finally stay at the Fort Wilderness resort, and it far exceeded our hopes and expectations. We can't speak as to the dining or the activities as we were theme park bound during each day of our week-long visit and didn't partake in either, so this review is focused primarily on the accommodations and the transportation. The campground is meticulously groomed and absolutely beautiful, every square inch of it, and the comfort stations are sparkling and spotless. We rented an RV and were in the 300 loop which was ideally located close to the marina, yet far enough away to feel secluded in our lovely, shaded site. The nights were serenely quiet and every employee we encountered was quick to wave or share pleasantries with us. We had zero issues with transportation never waiting more than 5 minutes for park buses, and the boats traveling to the Magic Kingdom and back were consistent and fast and SO convenient, especially after the fireworks when the masses are jockeying to get on either the ferry or the monorail. Golf carts and/or bikes are a necessity to cover the enormous amount of ground from one end of the resort to the other. While we didn't utilize the internal buses, they were constantly on the move and from all observations efficiently and effectively working. We will happily return to Fort Wilderness and highly recommend this resort!

It is the best hotel in Orlando and the service quality is first class. The hotel can directly send packages to our city, so many toys bought in Disney don't have to worry about inconvenience. The hotel has its own golf course, children's club, a variety of activities and facilities, surrounded by forests, not too many people, the environment is very comfortable. If you like Spanish food, be sure to try the Capa restaurant on the top floor. The environment is comfortable and the dishes are very good. We went to eat twice. The restaurant manager I met for the second time was very nice. I kept confirming the meal with us and recommended delicious desserts. I lost my mobile phone in the restaurant and he personally sent it to the room, which was very moving. In addition, although the hotel is not so close to the theme park, the shuttle bus is also very convenient every day. Confirm the schedule of the bus. If you choose a room facing the park view, you can watch Disney's fireworks show for free every night. It is worth seeing. All in all, value for money. If you come back to Orlando next time, you will definitely choose this hotel!

We stayed for 2 weeks in February with 2 adults and 2 children. We requested and received a room with an additional bed sleeper as we knew that our kids would argue if they had to share a bed for the holiday. We were given room 2526 which was on the Epcot side of the resort. The room was very spacious, more than big enough for the 4 of us for a fortnight. We could catch a bit of the Epcot fireworks from our room which was great. The room was very clean and all of the beds, including the additional sleeper were very comfortable. I've seen reviews on here about issues with hot water etc but we had no such problems. The pool area was great and the kids absolutely loved it. The water slide is fantastic and there were plenty of lifeguards on duty to ensure that no issues arose. Having Hurricane Hanna's there for drinks and food as well as Beaches and Cream for ice cream meant that we could have spent the entire day there if we wanted but a nice couple of hours by the pool each day was perfect to wind down after the parks. The location of the hotel was great. On our side of the hotel it was a quick 5 minute walk and you were at the Epcot entrance as well as the Skyliner which will take you to Hollywood Studios. Boats were also frequent to take you to the Studios which was good after a long day in the parks. Buses were ok to and from the Magic Kingdom and the Animal Kingdom, however we did use Lyft on a few occasions when we were tired and just wanted to get back to the hotel asap. It is also located very close to the Boardwalk with its restaurants and other entertainment which was a pleasant walk in the evenings. The staff throughout our stay couldn't have been more helpful and they were particularly good with both of our children. They gave us some great tips on Galaxy's Edge which was very helpful in obtaining the boarding groups we needed to get on Rise of the Resistance. In all we loved our stay and if we can afford it in the future this will be our choice of hotel if we stay on site.

Words of advice! Traveling during a pandemic is not for the faint at heart. If you are an individual who is struggling with an underlying health condition or not and are nervous my words of advice would be to stay home wait for this to pass do not feel as though you can come to an amusement park that is visited by millions of people and think that you should be given the right to ride a bus alone ride an elevator alone or have people stay 6 feet away from you because it just totally is not realistic. So if you are a person who is freaked out by a pandemic do not visit an amusement park! What I liked about the Yacht Club Spacious and nicely decorated room Coffee bar with Keurig coffee maker Refrigerator Spacious bathroom with two sinks & separate shower/toilet area Smaller than normal Disney resorts which makes it very quiet Within 10 minutes walk to Epcot & the Skyliner which takes you to other resorts & transfer to Hollywood studios Beautiful grounds within walking distance to Beach club and Boardwalk resort Pool area and an additional quiet pool Mobile ordering is amazing if you cannot get a reservation for a restaurant at your resort. We never had any issues placing an order and it’s quickly done and you go pick it up Covid inconveniences at resorts & parks Wearing masks outdoors even when people are not around No firework shows no large parades some restaurants and shops are closed within each park People who are freaked out about the virus yet come to an amusement park and then are upset that you want to ride an elevator with them Even though they allow for adults to an elevator people who are nervous and won’t allow you in the elevator with them! Most of the queues to the rides are held outside if possible I wouldn’t say that’s an inconvenience but if it’s hot or it starts to rain it could pose some issues. They only allow a certain amount of people into shop so you might be waiting in line to get into a gift shop

Share my hotel experience and hope to help friends who come to Orlando. We stayed at the Dolphin Dolphin Hotel. Please note that this hotel is not affiliated with Disney, so you do not provide free express pick-up service from Disney. You must book your own pick-up service. When we arrived at the hotel to confirm our fireworks room, everything went smoothly. My experience is to tell the front desk to check in when you must book it on the most professional travel website in China, so that he will find it faster. Next, we went to the special hotel Disney customer service room to buy the ticket for the electronic ticket in advance. I bought the band bracelet for the two children. It turns out that it is really convenient to buy this. It can directly brush the fastpass. Disney professional photography can also be directly Brush storage, but unfortunately this hotel can not directly write the door card into the bracelet, if it is a Disney hotel can also directly bind the credit card, buy anything in the park can be directly brushed. The hotel has shuttle buses and boats, and you can go to four theme parks to save money on car rentals. The hotel cleaned up the room very promptly, and the tip staff I pressed under the cup did not receive it. The hotel has a variety of light meals, steakhouses, Italian restaurants, seafood restaurants, across from the swan hotel as well as Japanese restaurants and Disney-themed breakfasts. In short, you don't have to eat. Our fireworks room has 15 minutes of fireworks at 9 o'clock every day. It is beautiful. The window is the view of the lake and the epcot park. It is worth booking this room type. We have two 1.5m beds, which are very practical. The hotel has a lot of swimming pools, the water is very clean, there are slides, the water depth is from 0.9 meters to 1.3 meters, it is very safe.

Staybridge, suite, slightly smaller in size. Two bedrooms have a double bed and a large bed, the bathroom in the double bed is too small, and the bathroom in the large bed is large. The sofa in the living room is also a sofa bed to sleep. A small road across the back of the hotel is the Winndixie hypermarket and several restaurants. Diagonally there is walgreen, similar to cvs. There is a shuttle bus to Disneyland parked at the EPOCT gate of one of the parks, and several other Disneyland parks can be connected internally. At 10:25 in the morning, there is a shuttle bus to a nearby small Ole. Little Ole has no luxury brand and is suitable for casual wear. This hotel is worth 5🌟 ❤️The hotel is very new and the environment is very good. The gym and swimming pool have all the facilities and are very new and advanced. There is also a VR game hall. However, there is a bar on the roof. The scenery is super good. You can see the volcano. ) ❤️The price is relatively low. This hotel is a hotel of Universal Studios. You can send an express card to other hotels. You are really new and cheap. ❤️ Location is quiet, although not in the City walk, but next to volcano bay, it is a good choice for volcano bay to play with the water. Every day there is a shuttle bus to and from other parks. ❤️ Hotel lobby has Starbucks. The buffet is also great. There is also a car rental counter. It’s very convenient, but the temporary car rental is really expensive. 💔The only reason for this deduction is that we have no parking. The last credit card is deducted from the parking fee. After returning, it is not helpful to pass the Ctrip and the other party.

Home2 Suites is exceptional! I was warmly welcomed by Valerie, the most amiable receptionist I had ever met. Upon entering my room, I felt at home immediately. Home2 Suites was aptly named. The interior was spacious with impressive high-ceilings. The use of curtains and sliding doors allowed me to feel as though the entire environment flowed in a comforting manner. I booked a second evening to soak in the cozy atmosphere. The following morning, I had a question for the receptionist, who responded genuinely with brainstorming and a response that put me at ease. We travel quite a bit and I am fairly specific in things I like and dislike in a property. The Marriott Harbour Lake was excellent all around. When staying in Orlando there are SO many choices so researching what you want and need is important. I also called to see what was open/closed. This trip, I knew we would be staying mostly on property with 2 teens and a 6 year old making it more important than ever that the property suited our needs. The 6 year old loves to swim but gets bored quickly of the regular pools at resorts. I knew we needed something fun to keep us busy all day. MHL has 2 pool areas, each directly across the resort road from each other making it easy to go back and forth. 1 is the shipwreck pool. There is a pirate ship with several slides and fun things like a ships wheel. Around the pool are features that squirt water at the kids while they play. The buildings in this area are 12. 13, 14 and 15. This area also has The Patio where you can get food, drinks, ice cream etc. Also a nice jacuzzi area off to the side. The Florida Falls pool area has a fantastic splash pad area with 2 giant dumping buckets. While we were there the splash pad equipment was repainted. The pool is beautiful, with a slide on one end. Just behind the slide is a jacuzzi and outside the gate is The Outpost where you can get drinks and quick serve snacks like hot pretzels and chicken bites. The mini-golf course and playground are also on this side. The playground was roped off for most of out stay and we saw at the end of our trip that a new awesome looking playground was installed. The buildings around this pool area are 28, 29, 30 and 31. The employees told us that during non covid times their activities department has things going all day long for the kids as well. Definitely a great pick of resort of you are traveling with younger kids. The condos were updated and very modern with everything we needed available. The beds were soft and comfortable. If like me you are picky about which unit you stay in based on property location, a few things to note is that unlike many resorts we have stayed in there is only 1 door. No back door access. Blogs 12 and 13 form and L with the screened back patio area of 12 facing the water and 13 faces the pool. These buildings are closer to the garden area and there are also a few bench swings along the water behind the buildings. 14 and 15 form and L. 15 faces the water from your back patio. 14 faces the volleyball court and shipwreck pool. Behind these buildings is the boardwalk trail. Lots of walkers and joggers on it. The gorgeous dock at the edge of the lake is also on this side. For those that like to be closest to playground, Golf, activitoes or the slide pool then 28 is the closest with 29 being the other half of the building. 30 and 31 are away from all of the activities if you prefer less traffic. The gym is open 24 hours and had very up to date equipment. It should also be noted tha

I was in town attending my graduation with family and friends. After that trip, I was suppose to head to another state for work, but that second leg of the trip was canceled due to the Corona Virus. This left me with a few days layover. I decided to try Extended Stay based on a friend’s recommendation and it was close to where I was and around lots of stores and restaurants. I was exhausted but stepping into the Extended Stay perked next up. The scene was right from first sight and followed through with good rest through the night. The room was just what I needed to feel at home but perhaps the part of the deal was the warmth and friendliness of the people. The manager , Camille Huyghes went out of her way to ensure I had a good stay. She answers all my questions, attended to room preferences, and was cordial by nature. All of the workers that I encountered had the same demeanor. My only problem was that I wish I could stay longer. Looking forward to returning. Stefan.

There are not many varieties of breakfast, and there is no problem with eating. The room is large and the bedding is comfortable. There is a supermarket at the gas station across the road from the hotel. It is very cheap and much cheaper than the hotel's own supermarket. If it is not directly from the Magic kingdom, it is not recommended to make a free shuttle bus to the hotel. The shuttle bus was built by several hotels and they all departed at the entrance of the Magic kingdom. If you are playing a few other theme parks, you must first take the Disney bus to the Magic kingdom to get back to the hotel shuttle bus. The first time I took the shuttle bus back to the hotel at night, we came out of the Disney Animal Kingdom at 9:00, waited 45 minutes before waiting for a shuttle to the Magic kingdom, and then waited for the hotel shuttle at 10:40. The whole journey took almost 2 hours. During the day, the park was not tired. The bus was tossed. The key is that the number of buses is seriously exceeded, and it seems that the refugees have to get on the bus. Uber has 10 yuan for 15 minutes! Take a taxi in the next few days! Remember, it is not recommended to play the Magic Kingdom!

We realize that this corona crisis is affecting everyone , and every business , however what the Endless summer resort did to us today was just wrong . We were booked and paid for a room at the Endless Summer Dockside inn , which was to open for business today . We stayed the last 4 nights at the Endless Summer Surfside resort, their “sister “ hotel right across the street . The Dockside Delayed their opening due to the coronavirus situation , which was understandable . However, the Surfside refused to transfer our reservation . They would give us rooms if we paid another $414 but would not honor our reservation . We were afraid to Spend the extra money due to the situation of uncertainty as far as employment and finances. The hotel was a ghost town , so I’m sure there weren’t many people staying in this huge hotel , but they could not honor our reservation. Please take note before patronizing a hotel that could not even amend their policies in the face of a horrible situation , a world wide pandemic and it didn’t matter that my family including my 7 year old grandson Did not have a place to stay . We had just paid for 2 rooms for 4 nights at their hotel ! One would think that in the the middle of a panic stricken national pandemic , this resort would care enough to understand and help us. We weren’t asking for free rooms ... we just wanted the rooms we already paid for ... which THEY CANCELLED ...NOT US....to be transferred . The resort was Beautiful and they did upgrade our rooms because there was hardly any one there. For that we are grateful . But amidst the horrible situation the Endless summer resort did not act with compassion and heart, their actions were cold and disconcerting . We will not be going there and advise others to stay away.

The layout of the room is still a typical motel, but the conditions are better than normal, and it is cleaner, big, and many houses. Check in at the front desk will require map I found my own house, which was opposite Universal Studios. We booked a room without breakfast. The next day I went out for a three-minute walk and had a McDonald's. I had breakfast and packed the food for lunch in the park. The room is good in hygiene, the hot water is great, the Ferris wheel can be seen in the corridor, and the surroundings are lively. We went back to the hotel at more than nine o'clock after watching the light show from the animal kingdom. Doors, such a scene is normal in China, but in the American large rural areas, I think it needs to be mentioned specifically. I feel safe when I have a light. Next time I visit Universal Studios, I will continue to choose to live here. In addition, Ctrip is really a conscientious merchant. For the same room, Ctrip is much cheaper than Booking. Therefore, even if it is settled in RMB and the exchange rate factor is removed, it is more cost-effective to choose Ctrip.

It's annoying, so I'm pretty familiar with Ripple, but this was one of the best hotels I've been to so far. The facilities are so great. In particular, I think it is a huge advantage to have a water taxi from the hotel to Universal. I didn't expect much for a water taxi, I just thought it was like a flume ride, wow... The view while riding a water taxi from the hotel to Universal is truly spectacular. I thought it was a Southeast Asian resort. Rather, it was so good that the way I took the water taxi was more memorable than the Universal. Personally, I go to Universal, but I think that not taking a water taxi is half the trip. I know that about 4 universal partner hotels operate water taxis, so I recommend taking a water taxi even if not here. There is a waiting line, but you don't have to wait that long, and if you don't want to wait, it's a really good location, only 10 to 15 minutes on foot. The hotel pool is also really really good. There are palm trees and you can enjoy the unique Florida atmosphere. There is a slide and a hot tub, so it's really good to take a break. I used the restaurant in the hotel lobby, and considering the US price of 15-20 dollars per menu, the price is not too burdensome for a hotel. The cocktails here aren't the best, but I think they're good enough to end the day well while relieving your weary body. Because it was Christmas, a wonderful guitar performance was played in front of my eyes, and it was a fun time for my eyes, ears, and mouth. The breakfast buffet wasn't great, but it wasn't lacking either, it was just a hotel breakfast buffet. The price of accommodation was in the late 200,000s/day range, but considering that it is Christmas Day, one of the peak seasons of the year, the price was not too bad. The price was similar to the Hilton near Disney where I stayed the night before. I personally liked this place much better than the Hilton there. I liked the hotel so much more than I thought that I would like to stay at the hotel all day without going to Universal. I couldn't do that due to my tight schedule, but if you're planning to stay at a hotel here, I recommend that you enjoy a full day at the hotel during your Universal itinerary. The pool, restaurant, and bar are not open 24 hours, so if you stay in Universal until Universal closes, I think you will not be able to fully enjoy the merits of the hotel. Lastly, since it is a large hotel, the friendliness of the staff was mediocre, and there is an additional charge for using fast Wi-Fi.

A lot better than Orlando's Disney, it's new and big, and it's good to eat! Very recommended, the price is also suitable, there is a small balcony. It is the most comfortable family to sleep in Orlando. I regret that I didn't buy the Harry Potter cup. I didn't meet it all over the world.

We enjoyed this hotel very very much. Yes it needs a little updating, but it is one of the cleanest hotels I've been in. The staff was so friendly. They chatted with you, but most of all smiled when you were walking out/coming in. We ended up with a suite with a kitchenette which was a total surprise. If we knew our two meals in Orlando were not so terrific, we would have cooked them here. The room was so quiet. The hotel was central to everything. Enjoyed it very much and will definitely rebook when we are back in Orlando.

I traveled with my child. It was nice that Disney or Universal were near. Car hire is also available at the hotel. Resort blood is $ 30 per night including tax ~ I was worried about cleanliness but very clean, The staff were friendly. However, there was a product that passed the expiration date of the coffee provided, but I was surprised that it was normal, so I was hungry after drinking it. Anyway, I was glad to give you the right product after that. Next time I'll stay in a Sheraton with good value.

The front desk staff was very disrespectful, rude, unprofessional, and not helpful. One of the clerks refused to unclog the toilet and told me to do it. He actually told me that doing maintenance was not his job and that if anything happens after the maintenance guy goes home that it is the guest's responsibility to fix the problem. He raised his voice at me and disrespected me in front of other guests and lied about the situation. He deactivated my room key out of spite however, luckily for me, I had someone in the room that let me back in. The shower knob kept coming off in my hand or falling into the tub. The exterior was trashy. Reservations entered the wrong expiration date when making the reservation and due to that when I tried to check-in, their computer kept denying my credit card. The clerk told me that I obviously didn't have enough funds on my card. I had to call my credit union and have their employee "educate" the hotel clerk about the reservation staff entering the wrong expiration date and tell him what he needed to do to charge my credit card. When I called Wyndham 800 customer service number it was answered by someone that barely spoke or understood ENGLISH. He did not apologize for the problems and told me it would be at least 7 to 10 days before someone from corporate calls me back. I told him that was unacceptable and unprofessional and that I wanted a return phone call from the district manager within 2 regular business days. He told me "that is not how this works." The selection for breakfast items was only between two different kinds of muffins, apples (only fruit offered), orange juice, and two types of coffee. Hot tea was not available or offered. It have been staying at various La Quinta's across the country for over 30 years and have never had such a horrible experience or been treated so disrespectfully. I will NEVER stay at this specific La Quinta again. I do not suggest anyone stay at this specific location. There is another La Quinta about 3 miles away that I have stayed at before and had good experiences. Go there instead and stay away from this specific location. Stayed here in March 2021. E.T.

I took the time to look for a good hotel option, since my trip was with my daughter, the hotel really seemed good to me but I looked for "breakfast included" and in the photos they put the restaurant. When I got to my first "breakfast" they told me ahhh it's not here it's in the store! Continental breakfast? They gave me a tray with a cold tasteless bagel, an apple and a juice! That was not a breakfast! It looked like food for a beggar! I did not go back for my "continental breakfast" I was very disappointed by this! On the other hand, I sought help with a couple of issues: I didn't get a good internet connection and they couldn't help me when I asked for help on where to test for COVID. I would recommend trip.com but not this hotel. It is a pity because it is beautiful and very well located. But I did not feel well cared for.

Ok, the quick down and dirty: The staff were all amazing, especially our front desk check in clerk - Jaela. She is studying in Hospitality at school, and let me tell you, Drury would be fools to not promote her on once she graduates. I would stay there again solely for her tremendous welcome. On that point, every staff member that we encountered was friendly, courteous and helpful. A++ in this category. The hotel is slightly dated, and the pools and hot tub were kind of grimy. The pool itself is advertised as heated, and boy, it is not heated! It didn't stop the kids, but it was freezing. The food areas and lobby were all nice and tidy, and the food itself was decent. I say decent, but it is "free", so you really can't complain too much, and the added bonus of free drinks, well, that makes it taste even better. The rooms are well kept and comfortable. I was pretty disappointed with the shuttle service to universal, which was the main reason that we booked this hotel. I understand that it's an independent shuttle, but I feel like the hotel should do a better job in advertising the details, especially since they use it to bring people in. There are only 3 times available for morning departure: 0900 - 1035 - 1200 and returning at 1705 and 1915. The biggest issue is that you can only reserve once you arrive between the hours of 0700-1100, and you have to be at the reservation counter by 0700, or it's full. We arrived at 0730, and we couldn't get a shuttle for the day. Boo. Now let's talk about the return shuttles: only 2 times available, and both well before the parks close. Again, I get that this is an independently run shuttle, but please make these details available on your site. It's rather misleading. We probably would have booked a closer hotel, had we known these things. All in all, we would probably stay at Drury again, if the shuttles improve, or we were there for a different reason.

Used my points for a free night for a solo shopping trip. This hotel is very close to the outlet mall- 10 minute walk. Lots of food in the vicinity as well- Mcd’s, Outback.. etc. Also a Publix nearby. Hotel is new and very clean. The front desk agent (unfortunately I forgot her name) was very sweet. Breakfast options were grab and go and were generous. My only negatives- the pool seemed a bit neglected. There were no towels available. I used the pool in the evening and the following morning and there were dirty towels left overnight on the tables and chairs. Not a big deal- just a note. The view from my room was a bit depressing- it was a construction site (see photos) I was in the area last year and it looked exactly the same- like an abandoned project. Not the hotels fault but just to note that there is lots of construction happening around the hotel. I think in the future once this area is built up more it will be nice.

The standard room can accommodate three adults. The price is very beautiful and the location is very good. A taxi to Universal Studios can cost up to six knives, and you can also take a bus, which is very many. It's also easy to go to Sea World. That is, the service charge of $ 2.50 for Ctrip was included in the order in the room overnight. I originally wanted to ask Ctrip, I was too lazy to ask, and told the front desk that our English was not good, and they had to charge it. Also, remember to bring a US credit card with the deposit, I listened to a lot of cash. The deposit was refunded without my being confused and unclear. In short, I think it's a good value, and around 300 is really good in Orlando.
