Breakfast is a single point, no food, no interest in watching the menu! The room toilet is quite small and has been caught by the toilet door several times! And the toilet floor is not slippery! Service! so so! I called to ask for a hot water bottle. If I didn't say no, the customer service insisted on letting me use the coffee machine to heat up! I said that this water is not suitable for soaking milk powder, but... no results! Check out soon, the key will be returned! Afterwards, the fee list will be sent to the previously registered email address! It’s also very convenient to go to Disney’s several paradise! There are also many restaurants and a small supermarket to choose from!

I just returned from an 8 night/9 day Disney trip where we stayed at the Grand Floridian resort for the first time. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and spacious. We were in a theme park view room on the second floor in the Big Pine Key building, and we were very pleased. The room was clean and comfortable, and we had a great view of the lake, the Contemporary resort, and Magic Kingdom. We could see the castle and appreciated the light show on the water at night. The balcony was nice and we spent time out there too. Disney is abiding by COVID safety protocols, and I thought they did a great job. While they don’t make the beds for safety reasons, they do drop off fresh towels every other day in a wicker basket outside your door, and they do come inside to remove trash and do a light cleaning. We needed some extra items, and they were brought up to the room promptly. They have social distancing markers throughout the Disney parks and hotels, you must wear your mask at all times on the property (except while in the pools). I didn’t mind, and thought it was a lot safer and more organized than the grocery stores at home. The pools were great (love the waterslide!) and we took advantage of the private cabana during one of our pool days. Barry was our attendant and he was kind and helpful, and made our day go smoothly. All of the cast members we encountered had a smile on and greeted us, making us feel welcome. We also liked the close proximity to Magic Kingdom and definitely utilized the boat service. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for making our vacation relaxing yet fun! We will be back.

The overall hotel is good, the room facilities on the high floors are new. There is a shuttle bus to Disney, which is very convenient, but there is no shuttle bus to Universal City. It should be emphasized that the hotel charges a daily fee of $45 for the facility service at check-out, which is mandatory. Ctrip does not mention the entire booking process. In fact, the price of the room rate is the price marked on Ctrip. To add this fee. This is a fee that must be paid and should be told in advance.

Hotel is very good and very unexpected. The hotel has a bus dedicated to Disney. It is very convenient. If you don't understand, you can ask the front desk. There is a special area where you can consult to buy Disney tickets. The explanation is also very detailed. The accommodation service is very good. I have the habit of drinking water at the bedside. The next day, I put a bottle of water and a cup. Every day, the ice bucket will be filled with ice. Many small details show that the service is in place. The environment is great. The hotel has a sofa. It is actually a sofa bed. If you have children, you can Pulling the sofa out when a bed is very big, no problem for people to go to the universal studio, then playing uber for more than a dozen dollars can also be awesome overall!

I recommend staying here very nice hotel! The concierge was very friendly but the line to check was very long it took at least 30 minutes to get to the desk. Besides the lines being long it was a great resort. The restaurants are so nice and has amazing food. The room was clean and came with a balcony!

I have been to this resort several times and it is definitely my favorite when I come to Orlando! I highly recommend booking your stay here! I love these condos and the whole property. Staying near the pool has been my favorite spot. Getting to look out at the pool from your screened in porch is just amazing and so relaxing. These condos have 2 and 3 bedrooms and are fully stocked. They have a washer and dryer which is so nice to be able to wash all your pool and beach clothes and do some laundry if needed! It has a full kitchen, air conditioning in the whole condo, it’s nicely decorated, tvs in living room and all bedrooms and a jetted bathtub in the master bathroom! It’s so nice!!! It’s literally like a home away from home and so comfortable! You will love this resort! And it’s like 10 mins to Disney and in a great central location for all the places you’ll want to go in Orlando! Book this place now! You won’t have any worries and you’ll be staying at an awesome resort!

The room is particularly large and equipped with all the pots, pans and pots. There is no problem in cooking. Our family went straight to Wal-Mart and bought a bunch of ingredients to cook at home. After all, it was the stomach of the Chinese. After eating for 3 days After the fried chicken fries, I think the Chinese food is still delicious. Also the hotel's swimming pool is large, and the temperature can still swim when the temperature is relatively low in January. The front desk of the hotel will ask you if you need to clean up the room. If you don't need to clean up, you can return a $ 50 voucher to spend at the hotel. All in all the experience was very good.

If you come to disney, don't rent a car. Hotel breakfast 20 + knife a person, not recommended to buy, come here to disney play, then there is no time to eat breakfast at the hotel, the hotel is just a sleep. There is Chinese food near the hotel. Although the taste is very general, it is a Chinese meal, which is more appetizing than the hotel restaurant. I booked a twin room with a child and no extra bed needed. If you want to live in this hotel, you can book a discount ticket in the hotel lobby, and also help register the software binding ticket number, teach how to use fastpass, and also pack the shuttle bus between the hotel and the Disney transfer station every day.

We were scheduled to come to this Marriott Royal Palm Resort after my husband’s annual Panamanian reunion on Saturday, June 28. We have been coming to this resort for a week every end of June/July for the past three years. His reunion was cancelled, but we decided to still stay here. Our two daughters came on Friday afternoon to celebrate a late Father’s Day, so we paid for an extra night also. We put in a request for certain rooms, and we were given our first choice. The pool and hot tub area was calm at the required 50% capacity. No one was turned away. The entire two buildings were only at about 50% capacity. We requested more items two different times, and a bag with the items was brought within 30 minutes to our room. We were required to wear face masks when walking around outside and when in the front office area. All workers wore face masks, and were friendly, as usual. The workers were cleaning different areas every time we saw them. We felt very safe during this COVID-19 time. The front desk workers were friendly also. The landscape with its ponds is well maintained, and the interior of the rooms are aesthetic pleasing and comfortable. We brought enough food to cook or grill, so we never left the resort to eat. The grills were cleaned every day. We were able to walk to Saba Palms, but the large World Marriott seemed very out of place since it was closed, and the golf course was closed as well. We love the Marriott Royal Palm Resort; it is like an oasis away from home. We will be back again!

We’ve stayed at pretty much all the MVC properties in the Lake Buena Vista area. This was our first time at the Imperial Palms. The rooms are pretty spacious, perfect for our family of 6. My son slept on the sofa bed in the LR and it was very comfortable. It’s a newer style sofa bed we have seen and some resorts and hotels; it’s a foam mattress so there are no springs poking through and it’s big. My son is 6’2 and he had plenty of space to stretch out. The only reason I don’t give this property 5 stars is the bathrooms need to be renovated desperately. The tile have been given a facelift with white paint and painted grout, but the shower pan in the master bath was disgusting. It’s stained with dark grey in the crannies of the textured bottom. Housekeeping staff were lovely and very accommodating and tried their best to get it cleaner for us but it really just needs to be replaced. The smaller pool located right next to our building is also very dated, but it’s fine for the kids. This property is very close to WDW and made getting to the parks quick and easy. In August the points required to stay here is a bargain for a 3BR. It definitely isn’t a resort like Grande Vista or Lakeshore Reserve, so if you’re looking to spend your days at a luxurious pool this isn’t the property for you. Yes you can use the World Center pool but it’s far away and a pain to get to from here. If like us you’re just looking for a comfortable place to lay your head to do WDW this is a great location.

Staybridge, suite, slightly smaller in size. Two bedrooms have a double bed and a large bed, the bathroom in the double bed is too small, and the bathroom in the large bed is large. The sofa in the living room is also a sofa bed to sleep. A small road across the back of the hotel is the Winndixie hypermarket and several restaurants. Diagonally there is walgreen, similar to cvs. There is a shuttle bus to Disneyland parked at the EPOCT gate of one of the parks, and several other Disneyland parks can be connected internally. At 10:25 in the morning, there is a shuttle bus to a nearby small Ole. Little Ole has no luxury brand and is suitable for casual wear. Free soft drinks, beer and wine, as well as vegetable salads and trifles are available every Monday, Tuesday, Tuesday, Wednesday evening from 5:30 to 7:30. Don't expect too much from chat.

This hotel is worth 5🌟 ❤️The hotel is very new and the environment is very good. The gym and swimming pool have all the facilities and are very new and advanced. There is also a VR game hall. However, there is a bar on the roof. The scenery is super good. You can see the volcano. ) ❤️The price is relatively low. This hotel is a hotel of Universal Studios. You can send an express card to other hotels. You are really new and cheap. ❤️ Location is quiet, although not in the City walk, but next to volcano bay, it is a good choice for volcano bay to play with the water. Every day there is a shuttle bus to and from other parks. ❤️ Hotel lobby has Starbucks. The buffet is also great. There is also a car rental counter. It’s very convenient, but the temporary car rental is really expensive. 💔The only reason for this deduction is that we have no parking. The last credit card is deducted from the parking fee. After returning, it is not helpful to pass the Ctrip and the other party.

The front desk was not very enthusiastic. I stayed for 7 days and prepaid all the room rates. When I checked in, I received a deposit of $300, saying that there would be a city consumption tax and so on. When the checkout is calculated, it is said that it will take a few days to return the balance to the account. One and a half months, there is no news. Complaints to Ctrip, waiting for the results.

Home2 Suites is exceptional! I was warmly welcomed by Valerie, the most amiable receptionist I had ever met. Upon entering my room, I felt at home immediately. Home2 Suites was aptly named. The interior was spacious with impressive high-ceilings. The use of curtains and sliding doors allowed me to feel as though the entire environment flowed in a comforting manner. I booked a second evening to soak in the cozy atmosphere. The following morning, I had a question for the receptionist, who responded genuinely with brainstorming and a response that put me at ease. I’m thoroughly pleased with my experience at Home2 Suites, and intend to stay with them again in the future.

We travel quite a bit and I am fairly specific in things I like and dislike in a property. The Marriott Harbour Lake was excellent all around. When staying in Orlando there are SO many choices so researching what you want and need is important. I also called to see what was open/closed. This trip, I knew we would be staying mostly on property with 2 teens and a 6 year old making it more important than ever that the property suited our needs. The 6 year old loves to swim but gets bored quickly of the regular pools at resorts. I knew we needed something fun to keep us busy all day. MHL has 2 pool areas, each directly across the resort road from each other making it easy to go back and forth. 1 is the shipwreck pool. There is a pirate ship with several slides and fun things like a ships wheel. Around the pool are features that squirt water at the kids while they play. The buildings in this area are 12. 13, 14 and 15. This area also has The Patio where you can get food, drinks, ice cream etc. Also a nice jacuzzi area off to the side. The Florida Falls pool area has a fantastic splash pad area with 2 giant dumping buckets. While we were there the splash pad equipment was repainted. The pool is beautiful, with a slide on one end. Just behind the slide is a jacuzzi and outside the gate is The Outpost where you can get drinks and quick serve snacks like hot pretzels and chicken bites. The mini-golf course and playground are also on this side. The playground was roped off for most of out stay and we saw at the end of our trip that a new awesome looking playground was installed. The buildings around this pool area are 28, 29, 30 and 31. The employees told us that during non covid times their activities department has things going all day long for the kids as well. Definitely a great pick of resort of you are traveling with younger kids. The condos were updated and very modern with everything we needed available. The beds were soft and comfortable. If like me you are picky about which unit you stay in based on property location, a few things to note is that unlike many resorts we have stayed in there is only 1 door. No back door access. Blogs 12 and 13 form and L with the screened back patio area of 12 facing the water and 13 faces the pool. These buildings are closer to the garden area and there are also a few bench swings along the water behind the buildings. 14 and 15 form and L. 15 faces the water from your back patio. 14 faces the volleyball court and shipwreck pool. Behind these buildings is the boardwalk trail. Lots of walkers and joggers on it. The gorgeous dock at the edge of the lake is also on this side. For those that like to be closest to playground, Golf, activitoes or the slide pool then 28 is the closest with 29 being the other half of the building. 30 and 31 are away from all of the activities if you prefer less traffic. The gym is open 24 hours and had very up to date equipment. It should also be noted tha

I was in town attending my graduation with family and friends. After that trip, I was suppose to head to another state for work, but that second leg of the trip was canceled due to the Corona Virus. This left me with a few days layover. I decided to try Extended Stay based on a friend’s recommendation and it was close to where I was and around lots of stores and restaurants. I was exhausted but stepping into the Extended Stay perked next up. The scene was right from first sight and followed through with good rest through the night. The room was just what I needed to feel at home but perhaps the part of the deal was the warmth and friendliness of the people. The manager , Camille Huyghes went out of her way to ensure I had a good stay. She answers all my questions, attended to room preferences, and was cordial by nature. All of the workers that I encountered had the same demeanor. My only problem was that I wish I could stay longer. Looking forward to returning. Stefan.

There are not many varieties of breakfast, and there is no problem with eating. The room is large and the bedding is comfortable. There is a supermarket at the gas station across the road from the hotel. It is very cheap and much cheaper than the hotel's own supermarket. If it is not directly from the Magic kingdom, it is not recommended to make a free shuttle bus to the hotel. The shuttle bus was built by several hotels and they all departed at the entrance of the Magic kingdom. If you are playing a few other theme parks, you must first take the Disney bus to the Magic kingdom to get back to the hotel shuttle bus. The first time I took the shuttle bus back to the hotel at night, we came out of the Disney Animal Kingdom at 9:00, waited 45 minutes before waiting for a shuttle to the Magic kingdom, and then waited for the hotel shuttle at 10:40. The whole journey took almost 2 hours. During the day, the park was not tired. The bus was tossed. The key is that the number of buses is seriously exceeded, and it seems that the refugees have to get on the bus. Uber has 10 yuan for 15 minutes! Take a taxi in the next few days! Remember, it is not recommended to play the Magic Kingdom!

We booked multiple rooms for me to copy. Satisfied, I have stayed at a good motel near Disney. The layout of the room is still a typical motel, but the conditions are better than normal, and it is cleaner, big, and many houses. Check in at the front desk will require map I found my own house, which was opposite Universal Studios. We booked a room without breakfast. The next day I went out for a three-minute walk and had a McDonald's. I had breakfast and packed the food for lunch in the park. The room is good in hygiene, the hot water is great, the Ferris wheel can be seen in the corridor, and the surroundings are lively. We went back to the hotel at more than nine o'clock after watching the light show from the animal kingdom. Doors, such a scene is normal in China, but in the American large rural areas, I think it needs to be mentioned specifically. I feel safe when I have a light. Next time I visit Universal Studios, I will continue to choose to live here. In addition, Ctrip is really a conscientious merchant. For the same room, Ctrip is much cheaper than Booking. Therefore, even if it is settled in RMB and the exchange rate factor is removed, it is more cost-effective to choose Ctrip.

The property and limited amenities (due to COVID-19) are very nice and the staff that we had direct dealings with were great. However the in room fridge barely cools a bootle of water, even after being switched out by maintenance. And the toilet and sink were (and still is) slow to drain this even after being serviced by maintenance. It’s not enough to check out or become irate about, but it is annoying and I will be contact guest services again after posting this review. 😉

Used my points for a free night for a solo shopping trip. This hotel is very close to the outlet mall- 10 minute walk. Lots of food in the vicinity as well- Mcd’s, Outback.. etc. Also a Publix nearby. Hotel is new and very clean. The front desk agent (unfortunately I forgot her name) was very sweet. Breakfast options were grab and go and were generous. My only negatives- the pool seemed a bit neglected. There were no towels available. I used the pool in the evening and the following morning and there were dirty towels left overnight on the tables and chairs. Not a big deal- just a note. The view from my room was a bit depressing- it was a construction site (see photos) I was in the area last year and it looked exactly the same- like an abandoned project. Not the hotels fault but just to note that there is lots of construction happening around the hotel. I think in the future once this area is built up more it will be nice.

The standard room can accommodate three adults. The price is very beautiful and the location is very good. A taxi to Universal Studios can cost up to six knives, and you can also take a bus, which is very many. It's also easy to go to Sea World. That is, the service charge of $ 2.50 for Ctrip was included in the order in the room overnight. I originally wanted to ask Ctrip, I was too lazy to ask, and told the front desk that our English was not good, and they had to charge it. Also, remember to bring a US credit card with the deposit, I listened to a lot of cash. The deposit was refunded without my being confused and unclear. In short, I think it's a good value, and around 300 is really good in Orlando.

We've stayed at this hotel many times over the last few years. We've tried many hotels in Lake Buena Vista and International Drive, but this is always our first choice now when visiting Disney(we usually stay 2 to 3 weeks at a time). We're glad we discovered this little known about gem. We choose the room that has 2 queen beds and a fold out sofa bed which is great for three adults and a child. We don't know of anywhere else in the area that has this configuration. Rooms are only cleaned and bedding / towels changed once a week but you can go to reception as often as you like and get clean towels and bedding and anything else which you need. You can pay for extra cleaning if required - either $5 or $10 depending on which level you choose. Pool is very basic but jacuzzi is always hot. It is located very conveniently for all of the theme parks - just a short hop to the I4. The local area is quiet, but there are plenty of places to eat and drink within a short drive, or even walk. Staff are great and on the whole hardworking, always willing to sort out any problems. Waleskja and Sarah are particularly helpful and pleasant. Although basic, breakfast is a bonus and saves quite a bit of money. There is cereal, porridge, toast, bagels, waffles, yoghurt, cereal bars and muffins as well as juice and coffee. It can get quite busy at times, so you have to pick your moment; alternatively you can take it back to your room and eat there. Crockery and cutlery for rooms has to be requested on arrival, but this is clearly notified on check in. You can also get a toaster, coffee maker, saucepans and a frying pan. Dishwashers are useless! The fridge / freezer is huge - great to chill or freeze drinks to take to the parks.
