The Residenza was right near the heart of most of Udine's sights and sounds. It never took me more than 10-15 minutes to walk wherever I needed to go, and the neighborhood was clean, quiet, and friendly at all times of the day and night. The room was comfortable, and it had one of the best showers I've had in a European hotel! That was a surprise, but a pleasant one. It's quite modern, too, with solid wi-fi, which helped a lot for business. Mostly, however, the owners made the stay worthwhile. Family-run, they were friendly, helpful, and overall lent the stay a very rustic quality. Most hotels have excellent service, but there was something personal about this. By day 2 I almost felt like I knew Antonio and his family. They even gave me a bottle of wine on arrival to help me acclimatize. I will definitely try to go back, next time I'm in Udine.

It is a nice 6-rooms small hotel, recently open. It develops on a floor of an elegant old house in downtown udine, 1 min from main square, cafés and shops. Concept is nice. Still, they could work on a common space for drink and/or have a coffee (breakfast, not particularly reach, is indeed only served in room, which is nice but not necessarly needed). Some work is still necessary on the air con which is so silent you actually doubt it is working, and on doors’ handels - one remained in my hand. Rooms are very large and extremely well decorated; finally they should work on adding some material on the walls to make rooms soundprofed. Avoid room Casablanca: windows face a wall.

I was really looking forward to staying in this hotel, but would hope to have some changes made. Stayed in September 2019 for only 89 euros per night. POSITIVES: hotel is elegant and in a great location just a few minutes walk from the historic center. There is streetside parking (for a fee) and a garage for 18 euros a day. Building itself is beautiful and well maintained. Our room was lovely and immactulate. Appeared to have been updated, particularly the bath. NEGATIVES: the wifi was very undependable. I had work to do, but the wifi kept closing down. When I tried to call the front desk, I discovered that the room phone was not working. (Good thing I wasn't trying to call for a fire!!!) I gave up and tried to go to sleep. But alas, the hotel is near some kind of nightclub and I could hear the drums playing and playing and playing. I used earplugs to no avail. (I am a light sleeper.) Then I decided to listen to some youtube "sleep music," but the the wifi was out again. Finally, just listened to the youtube music using up the data on my cell phone. We stayed on a Saturday night and they offer no diningroom service and it was pouring rain outside. When asked for a restaurant recommendation at the front desk, they chose one that was a long walk, and a second that was a shorter walk but was full. When pressed, they finally told us about a family restaurant around the corner where we had fabulous food.

Stayed here for several nights for work. Relatively cheap and close both to the station and city center. The room was cramped and boring but clean and well kept. The people was really friendly! And internet was fast (which definetly is not a given, even in finer hotels)! Breakfast was nice and if you forgot to pack something there is a big supermarket right behind the hotel.

A very poor stay experience, the hotel is in a good location, five minutes walk from Milan Cathedral, but the hotel service is really average, especially the two female executives in the restaurant, went to breakfast three days during the stay, never with us Say hello, expressionless. This is not the case for non-Chinese tourists. Instead, the waiters in the restaurant were more enthusiastic and smiling. On the second day of check-in, we also painted the wall and did not notify the guests in advance, so that the children's clothes became dirty when they walked. The most annoying thing is that the hotel ’s scheduled visit to Da Vinci ’s “Last Supper” costs 50 Euros. Five-year-olds are also charged in full (but in Europe, five-year-olds are basically free) Since the fee was notified by phone, there was no written confirmation, but the fare printed on the tickets we received was 15 Euros, so that we did not know this until check-out. The hotel explained that this is a VIP service and this charge is totally unreasonable.

[Location] Super convenient. The airport train is just a five-minute walk from the Central Station. [Service] Check-in at the front desk will take the initiative to call for procedures. [Room] The theme is red and black. The rooms are not large but they are generally the same in Europe. The shower in the bathroom is particularly flush. The air conditioner is very cool. There are hair dryers. The floor-to-ceiling windows are facing the train station. [Characteristics] Breakfast and dinner are included, I feel very rich, there is a drink for breakfast, there is no waiter at dinner to ask if you need it, foreigners order more, white rice for dinner and some dishes are salty, and fruits, mainly worry about the day The unsafe black out of the house happened to be solved in the hotel. [Note] Dinner must go to the lobby bar on the first floor to pick up the roll, indicating whether it is to be eaten at 7:00 or 8:00, and the actual meal at 7:00 is half past six. [Details] The lobby on the first floor does not need to go down the stairs. There are public spaces in the lobby. There is a sofa lounge and a small bar. In the early morning, there are two sofas on the basement floor to sit and wait. [Overall] High cost performance is recommended.

Honeymoon + Birthday Trip: • Upgraded to Executive Suite (Pleasant surprise , much appreciated 🙏🏻) • Champagne & Fruit Tart/Cake on compliments (Thankful 🙂) • Was informed by Front Office personnel whom guided us to our room that everything from the minibar were complimentary. However, we were charged for consumption instead upon checking out. (2 different staffs for C/I and C/O) Attitude of staff assisting with our C/O could be improved as he ‘explained’ and gave us the same reply that “No, our minibar are never complimentary.” to our doubts. ** I’m a hotelier too and I believed better response could and should be extended for mentioned situation. ** Nonetheless , my husband and I paid for the additional charges without trying to be difficult as our ride to the airport had arrived too then . It was a modern yet stylish property overall with a little unpleasantness experienced towards the end of our stay .

It ’s very convenient to take the subway every day. The morning market is very lively and the fruits are cheap. The morning market goes further. There is an ice cream shop on the street corner. I have stayed at this hotel in many room types, including standard rooms, executive rooms, standard apartments and superior apartments. If you are preparing to cook your own meals, then choosing an apartment is a good choice. The superior apartments are large in size, the horizontal and living rooms are two separate rooms and are very comfortable. If you are traveling alone, the executive room is also very good. The area is large and the living room is large. There is no sense of cramp. In summer, we will open the outdoor swimming pool, sunbathe, and read books in the sun. I always stay at this hotel every time I come to Milan, the price is moderate, about 8 minutes walk from TURRO subway red line, the traffic is relatively convenient. There is a small supermarket PENNY MARKET opposite, which is convenient and cheap. Especially the best thing is that every room type in this hotel has a large balcony, which is rare in Milan and super convenient.

This is very good as an Italian chain of five stars. It has reached the international five-star standard. The entrance to the elevator has free sparkling water and mineral water every day. The hotel lobby is very artistic and the breakfast is relatively rich, but the European breakfast is not used to eating. Haha Hotel's capsule coffee machine is also very good. At 9 o'clock in the evening, I went to Milan to check in. The wind is light and telling me that a double booking has occurred. The hotel has no room. When I came up, I came to a waiter to take us to another home. Even the introduction did not, and there was no advance mail. The focus is on the Europeans coming in and out. So what is the meaning of your hotel without a room :)

The only hotel in the world, the first is located in Dubai. The restaurant of this hotel in Milan was a Michelin before, but now I change the chef. The smell of the room bath and shower products is my favorite tobacco taste. The service is really nothing to say. At night I thought the tram downstairs was too noisy at midnight. I upgraded a quiet suite the next day. I discovered that the iPad was out of control and could not turn off the lights. The air conditioner did not work before going to bed at night. I mentioned it when I checked out. After a while, the front desk deeply apologized and sent a scented candle as a gift. Milan gave me too many surprises, and I look forward to seeing you next time ~

Can only say that the lot is better than everything. The room facilities are average. It feels like a homestay. Although it is large, it has few sofas, no coffee tables, no place to drink wine, simple decoration, and lighting is not comfortable enough. The inexplicable move of a cabinet after the first day of staying is not understandable, and the clothes racks in the wardrobe are relatively simple. The lobby is small, but the staff are very good. The courtesy of a highly civilized country makes people feel comfortable. The use of various paintings is a bit overwhelming, which makes people visually mixed. With the checkered carpet in the hallway, it loses the sense of quality.

The hardware is not very good, that is, the domestic fast chain looks like it. However, it is very good in terms of geographical location. The location was near the station and there were many trains so there was no problem getting out into town. The hotel faces a residential area, and it seems like even a single girl is not as dangerous. The appearance was cute and I was excited to stay in Europe. The room was retro and cute as shown in the photo. There are no slippers and bathrobes, and you need to bring a toothbrush. The unfortunate point was that I prepared coffee and tea so that I could boil the water myself and drink it, but the pot was broken and I couldn't use it. When I asked the front desk if I could replace my cold body with warmth, I asked him to ask him to raise something he had come to see. I was told that I would give hot water when I wanted to drink, but I was told to come down to get it and decided that it was troublesome. After that, there was often a timing where Wi-Fi was difficult to enter when it was a room.
