We spent two nights in this small b&b and we found ourselves very well, Mr. Roberto is a person with a unique, kind and careful availability, he made us feel at home and ready to recommend cantines and restaurants, Friday evening arrived After 20:00, he called a nearby restaurant to have dinner! Unfortunately, because of our time, we failed to try everything he suggested, cantines and farms, hope the next time! This was my second stay in this hotel The first time was two years ago in the annex but it made me want to come back especially for the pool. This time I came with my family and I booked two Deluxe rooms with Booking. This stay turned out to be very poor. The first morning at 07:30 the cleaning ladies chatted for an hour in the hallway at the door of our rooms without it being possible to silence them even by notifying the reception. Then the cutlery for breakfast was not clean, in particular a very dirty spoon, which a child would not have placed on a clean table and then the next day a chipped glass. Then I did not appreciate the sticky tables at the rear of the garden, uncleaned, the unsightly presence of a basin of stagnant water in this same place which naturally attracts the mosquitoes which devour your ankles, the garbage can in the parking lot which overflows and the grimy underside of the bathroom soap dish. I gave a letter of complaint the first morning at reception, it never had the slightest echo. The management is absent and the reception inoperative. On my return I made an unappreciative comment on Booking which only generated an artificial intelligence message. Although the place is magnificent, the garden well-kept and the swimming pool always very pleasant it is necessary to reckon with a difficult access in the last very narrow roads to the castle where it is better not to cross another vehicle. Finally the breakfast is delicious and its staff friendly, but this is not the case with the management who does not take into account or repair the inconvenience suffered in a so-called 4 star establishment. I cannot recommend this hotel and won’t return.

This is a fabulous hotel. Set in the heart of Cuneo’s square right next to the pedestrianised old town and a stones throw from the beautiful cathedral, you’d be hard pushed to find a better place to stay. Communication before arrival was fantastic and easy. Maurizio even sorted out our transport from Turin airport. Not so easy for us to do as we were travelling with bikes (storage at the hotel was provided in their locked garage) The hotel is clean, steeped in history and the staff are incredibly friendly with a great knowledge of English- far better than my Italian! Covid measures are still taken very seriously by all staff too. The room was lovely, a good size, with a balcony. Air-con worked effectively and the bathroom was great. Again, exceptionally clean. House keeping we’re great too. Breakfast is included with all the usual you’d expect for a good continental graze! Again, staff are exceptionally welcoming. Cuneo is not really a destination people consider but if you do find yourself heading that way, this is certainly the place to stay! The hotel is located in a palace that was renovated in 2012. Thanks to the navigation, we found the unassuming hotel on the first try. We spent one night in this hotel on our trip and it became a worthwhile stay to ”discover” the picturesque town of Fossano. We were able to use the secure car park which is only 200m from the hotel, At the hotel we were very kindly welcomed and escorted to our room. We had booked a standard room and were upgraded to a very nice and tastefully decorated room and bathroom. The design and lighting concept is very well implemented throughout the hotel. It is one of those hotels where you immediately feel at home. The breakfast room is an absolute eye-catcher, where we could start the day at a very nice and delicious breakfast buffet. The prices are absolutely fair. In the hotel, at the bar and in the restaurant we were served in a very friendly and professional way. Many thanks also to Carlos, who helped us with tips on Fassone. We experienced a very good service in all areas of the hotel, which contributed a lot to our feel-good stay. Molte grazie a tutta la squadra, saremo felici di tornare.

A very attractive historic building, the interior is divine and the personnel charming and multilingual . The garden is a place of tranquillity, so very beautiful and serene. With all the Covid restrictions, this hotel is doing a great job. Staff was absolutely fantastic particularly Mateo and the young lady running the coffee machine in the morning. Mateo helped us immensely in the bar area sharing his knowledge of wine and the area. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was very efficient. I visited Bra for one night and had a rented car. This hotel was a good choice even though it is far from city centre. The hotel is clean. The rooms are big. It is located at a very quiet area on the outskirts of Bra. Breakfast is very good. Sleeping quality could have been a bit better due to soft mattresses but overall it was good. The help and tips we received from Neomi in the front desk were excellent (where to eat, where to park, where to shop, etc.)

The Cristal Hotel has been reopening for a few months after a vigorous restoring and the passing into the hands of a structured hotel chain that puts money, ideas, guidelines, but also bone services. Well the rooms (the bathroom remains small, the small shower), great warmth in the entire structure and in the rooms, professional and also welcome reception, fast check-in and check-out practices. The restaurant is missing and they have placed distributors for payment of pre-packed dishes and drinks, with free supplies of glasses, put ...
