The location is really good, a bit seemingly tucked away but actually a nice walk or tram or bus ride from everything! Just around the corner from the Jameson factory!! There's a really great grocery store, spa, many restaurants and pubs nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, with a balcony!! Had a lunch at the restaurant, Cesar salad and fries, yummy 😋

Gorgeous property centrally located and the staff are very courteous and professional. It was an unplanned stay for me and the team went out of there way to accommodate me. Huge shoutout to Praful and Shijoo for looking after me. They had a great personality which ensure I had a great experience.

A well-regulated hotel, breakfast is OK, I don't know why it is very noisy at night, (the hotel provides earplugs) when you booked the location is the train station, Ctrip defaults to a train station but far away from the one we are going to, we communicated with Ctrip Two days, I finally waited for an hour at the train station and it was fruitless. This irresponsible attitude is really disappointing. Tell us where you want to go today. They are responsible for communication. The next day is the departure. When the store can tell you the result, huh, huh.

Location is convenient. It is located just behind the Four Courts. There is a tram stop right in front of the hotel. The hotel front desk can also call you a taxi. Plenty of nightlife around. There is Capel Street nightlife with tons of restaurants and bars. You can walk to Temple Bar and O'Connell street within 15 minutes. The hotel is relatively new. The front desk is pretty efficient. The breakfast is complimentary and was a good spread. The rooms are on the smaller side. Good for two people. Beds and linens were fresh and had a good nights sleep.

It is estimated that there is no room to upgrade to two bedrooms. It is noisy at night near the main road. The facilities are old and the transportation is convenient. I did n’t fix it for a long time. I gave a mobile electric heater. The water heater is time-controlled and will stop working automatically. It needs to be adjusted manually.

We stayed here as a group of 6 for the weekend. From the moment we arrived, which was fairly late in the evening, until checkout it was a top class experience. Lami, on reception, was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, full of ideas for our stay, and she couldn't do more to make sure our stay was one to remember. There was also a chap on that night alongside Lami, unfortunately we didn't get his name, but he too was just brilliant. The apartment itself was fabulous, clean, with every kitchen appliance you'd need, and the beds were comfy and gave a great nights sleep. The breakfast was one of the best we've had. A great choice of items, relaxed atmosphere, and great value for money. We also had a pizza in the hotel at 1230 one evening and that too was delicious. Thoroughly would recommend this to everyone and we will definitely stay here again. Thank you all for a great stay!

Really enjoyed my stay at the Parnell. Staff helped me get into the room a bit early, which helped given I had just come off 20 hours of flying. Found it to be a great base to explore from as it was at the north end of the city, so was easy to plan the day.

Clean and tidy, nice decor and decent sized rooms. We went in the middle of a heatwave and with most UK and Irish hotels there is no need to aircon so we were roasting in the room. The window open all day and night and a fan on but still the room was like a sauna. The location was great, not in the heart so quieter on an evening but close enough to trot to a local bar and enjoy all the action. Staff were really helpful, polite and kind. I would definitely stay again.

At £128 for a twin room right next to the Temple Bar area of Dublin I found this very reasonable. I had originally booked a Travelodge by Phoenix Park for £68 which was Just over 5miles away from the centre. The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and a good size. We did not try the food, but did visit the bar which you can access through the hotel or from the street. All in all a very pleasant place to stay right in the heart of everything that is going on in the city

This hotel was an excellent choice , a week before our stay the hotel contacted myself to confirm we were still planning on visiting I mentioned in my reply that it was a surprise trip for my wife's 50th and we were greeted in our room with a birthday card and box of chocolates for my wife . But this was typical of the excellent service the hotel and staff provided during our stay , the hotel was clean and decorated to a high standard . The rooms were comfortable and clean and were serviced well , breakfast was excellent plenty of choice and the food in the restaurant in the evening was excellent quality . The hotel is in an excellent position for ease of access to the airport or city center of Dublin and both are accessed by a regular and frequent inexpensive bus service or the slightly more energetic it's a 30 min walk to the city . We will definitely be returning and will recommend to our friends and family

The sanitation is very good, the room layout is reasonable and neat, far from the city, but the downstairs is the starting point of the tram, it is very convenient to go to the airport, the 747 and 757 are separated by a small block on the south side of the hotel. 7 euros direct to the airport. It seems that green apples are available every day in the corridor. The restaurant bar is good and there is an open-air balcony outside.

Had to argue to not get charged for a meal I didn’t have at the restaurant when checking out. Staff was friendly but maybe something fishy going on in the restaurant. That being said we had a few drinks at the bar and it was very nice.

This hotel is perfect, location is amazing (hidden gem), and the staff...unbeilable fantastic! I want to start the review by thanking, Lidia, Abby, Alon, Dana and Lidia. I stayed at this hotel: 2 nights on my first trip (mid February) and then 3 nights with my family (early March). From the moment you arrive, you know this is not your typical hotel. It is more like an exclusive apartment with guest services. Do not expect the traditional hotel feel. I felt like I had my own apartment in the middle of Dublin and I had a friend at the front desk to guide me, provide me with recommendations and assist me with any question or service that I needed. Amazing! It made my stay in Dublin feel like I was at home. They knew me by name and knew what I needed. There is no elevator, which made it even better as I was able to do a bit of work-out getting to my room and along the way, I met a few of the other guests. This is not a party place, a loud and obnoxious place, you will not find rude people. Just guests who are interested in feeling like they are home. Since I stayed here in two different occasions, I was able to experience two different rooms both in the upper floor, one facing west and the other east. No street noise at night and its was quiet. The rooms have their own AC units which allows you to control the temperature in them. The housekeeping ladies (Dana and Lidia) will make sure your room is tidy every time you come back from your daily outing. Lidia will make sure that your are welcomed and Abby and Alon will make sure that you are taken care in the weekend and evenings. Can't say enough about this place! Perfect gem and a great place to be at.

Great location! Everything is within walking distance and especially if you want to go to the pub district Temple Bar in the evening, you just have to cross the bridge. Beds were super big and super comfortable. The only downside was that there were various stains on the curtains, including blood stains, and unfortunately the windows could only be tilted.

While planning our second visit to Dublin we wanted to be centrally located. We decided on The Clarence for that reason and the fact that Bono and The Edge are owners was a bonus. We arrived extremely early - 5:00 am obviously before our room was available. The staff was very accommodating specifically, Pablo and Demi. They made our stay very enjoyable. We booked a River Front room which was upgraded to a suite - it was fabulous! We enjoyed breakfast in Cleaver East which was delicious both days. We opted to end our Saturday night at The Curious Mister which is beautifully decorated and the perfect spot for conversation over drinks. Unfortunately we were advised by the bartender (did not get his name) that the bar was closing at 11 (we arrived at 10:40) and only had time for one drink. He was quite rude and impatient with us as well as the other patrons. While the bar did stay open until around 11:30 it was too early for a Saturday night and the rudeness of the bartender was unnecessary. Other than that we highly recommend The Clarence.

This hotel is very good, especially the location is very good, very close to the airport, the decoration is very fresh, the service attitude is very good, the bedding is clean, the supporting facilities are complete, the cost is good, and the cleaning is very clean and tidy. The surrounding environment is also very good, the room layout is large, and the decoration style is also very good. The air here is very fresh, the elderly live in it, the swimming pool is large, and the water in it is new and intentionally changed by the boss in advance. It is very clean and hygienic, which is very reassuring.

I have stayed at 4 or 5 hotels in my various trips to Ireland. I even stayed at a 5 star resort the last time I traveled here and I will say hands down the room at the Alex was by far the nicest room I have stayed in. It's not directly in the town center but it's just a 10 min walk away and one I didn't mind based on the quality of the room. My only wish was that it had a pool. There is a work out facility across the street that I never checked out so one might have been there. If I ever go back to Dublin I would definitely stay here again. They have a couple of restaurants near by both places were excellent one served the best fish in chips that I have ever had the other had a great Guinness beef pie.

The room is small, even the cup has to be placed in the cabinet. There is no way to open the suitcase. The 21st century has no air conditioning facilities. I asked the front desk. He said that if you want an air-conditioned room, you can book another room next time. He can give me a fan. I am really speechless. I really want to turn my eyes 🙄️ and stayed for two nights to get close to 3K. I am also drunk 😵‍💫.

Staff was fantastic, from front desk to cleaning personnel upstairs; hotel is very nice very boutique, its no new but it has lots of new charm; bed was great, at least for us; the most important things were on spot, clean bed, room and bathroom, good staff to start the check in right, and location which i was 5 mins walk from temple Bar pub to give you an idea and lots of places to eat in. Would 100% stay again here.

Having never been to Dublin before, I picked the Gardiner Lodge without much to go on. Happily, I made the right decision. In fact, I feel like I hit the jackpot. I have been here for almost a week and I have had nothing but the most positive experiences. The people at the desk are supremely knowledgeable, attentive, friendly, and helpful. The kitchen staff serves up a wonderful breakfast every morning under the natural light in the solarium/dining room. For those mornings when I could not wait until 8am (at which point the Irish breakfasts begin to appear), a continental buffet has been waiting for me at 7am. The rooms must surely have been remodeled recently; mine looks and feels brand new. The Gardiner is perfectly located for my purposes, just above the corner of Gardiner and Talbot. Two wonderful (and very different) pubs--the Celt (with Irish music) and Grainger's (with peace and quiet)--are within a stone's throw on Talbot. There is espresso to be had on the intersection itself. Gardiner Street is busy with traffic, but no street noise ever reached my room (#16); only the sound of the occasional seagull. Dublin north of the river is not as ”well-heeled” as Dublin south of the river, and that's exactly the way I like it. Talbot is a wonderfully unassuming street with a pleasing mix of restaurants, formal and informal. Bottom line: I will come back to the Gardiner Lodge the next time I am here.

The hotel does look a bit tired in places particularly the Reception area and Dining area. They could definitely do with a make over and a change in furniture. However it makes up for it in other ways, the bedroom was spotlessly clean and very roomy. The shower was super powerful and hot water was instant. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel has a nice swimming pool and gym which is free of charge and there is plenty of free parking. Breakfast was fine with the cooked breakfast being served and it was nice and hot when it arrived. We are in the restaurant for evening dinner and it was superb it looks like the good food with generous helpings attracts the locals from the area. Unfortunately checking in and checking out was a very robotic and impersonal experience and it would have expected to been asked when checking out was everything ok? Overall though a positive experience and I would recommend this hotel

We stayed at the Roxford Lodge for 3 nights in September 2022. We arrived wearily after an overnight flight, at 10:00 am. While check-in is clearly stated to begin at 3 pm, the front desk provided us with complimentary tea and croissants in the front room while they readied a room of a guest who had checked out early. Not expected at all, but so appreciated. When it turned out later that our particular room was affected by some unexpected noise, the hotel staff again graciously accommodated our request for a room change the following day, and upgraded the room type as well. While the rooms could benefit from a little updating, the overall hospitality is reason enough to book a stay here. It appears that the lodge is owned by a woman and has an all-female staff, which was nice to see. The location is excellent. It is situated in a lovely neighborhood that is within a 20-minute walk to Trinity College and City Center. In addition, we found some great places to eat breakfast and dinner within a 5-7 minute walk. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We needed a reservation at a certain local restaurant that was highly recommended but they were booked for that night. Damien made a few calls and was able to get us table upstairs. The restaurant I would definitely recommend is Rustic Stone and their sister restaurant Fade Street Social. Both recommended by Damien. He is a wonderful asset to Aloft; showed so much patience. An excellent 4 night stay at this hotel. Initially our room was not good (dark and small) but we were given another room, for the remaining three nights, which was wonderful. Reception was very helpful, as were all the staff we had to interact with. Breakfast was comprehensive, with a cooked menu available and plenty of choice otherwise. The hotel is central which can be a little noisy at weekends but you cannot be in the city centre and have total piece and quiet - for us it wasn't an issue. Out with breakfast, dining was excellent and the bar staff were very attentive even at very busy times. A special mention for Michelle (cook) who has a smile even at the end of a very long shift. We will definitely try and book here on our next visit to Dublin.

The suites are modern, spacious and extremely comfortable with well-appointed, fully equipped kitchenette facilities. There is a spacious communal laundry room available on site. The gym is an added bonus and the safety measures implemented are extremely thorough. Laura and the team provide an exceptional service and guests are always made to feel extremely welcome with particular attention paid to the small details. Many thanks again for taking care of us during our stay! Barrie

Very comfortable hotel. The young personnel is very friendly and available to satisfy guests needs. The style is modern. The breakfast is very reach. Good for the brunch too. The position is good and not far from Temple Bar Area. Recommended.

It takes less than 15 minutes from the hotel to the airport. More convenient, at the airport's No. 16 bus, there is a free shuttle bus provided by the hotel. The hotel environment is good. There is a restaurant inside, and there is a small shop next door. The environment is ok, and it is very convenient to go to the airport.
