So no free breakfast no log fire no local seafood and game a standard set menu for dinner no a la carte and the quality is mediocre overcooked soggy veg. Staff to buy yo get drinks or coffee or desert but will chase you with a card nacho e if you’ve moved after sitting unattended got too long The hotel is pandering to the bus tour crowd and from the numbers throbbing the lounge and restaurant must be doing very well but to the detriment of the individual travellers Skeins very busy and hotels are raking it in but quality and service rd are suffering Nonetheless false claims of fee breakfast log fires and local seafood and game are just unacceptable untruths

I feel very satisfied with the price, and the environment is good. There is a pool table, cooking tools, and a Christmas tree, but it is a bit difficult to find. The key is a bit difficult to get. It requires a password and needs to rotate two buttons at the same time. I struggled for a long time.

The most important thing is that all the staff in the hotel are super enthusiastic and help us answer all our questions. The beans for dinner and breakfast are awesome! We stayed in this hotel for 2 blissful nights. The hotel is situated in a beautiful bay with breathtaking views in the south of Skye. Our lovely cosy room was in the Garden House annexe and had a 4 poster bed and ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. It just felt like stepping back in time and being a guest at a castle. The bedding was confortable and everything was very clean. There's a pub and restaurant with local food in the main building. Cooked breakfast is served to order at the table and there's also a small buffet with continental, cereals, fruit etc. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We loved staying here and would recommend it for an authentic experience of beautiful Skye
