We stayed here in 1st week of February. Location - Little India. Around 500 meter away from KL sentral Station and 200 meter from Ascott hotel. Located just the starting point of little India. I realized the name of the hotel is "Hotel GreenWay". I guess Lotus is their company name. Hotel reception - 24X7 . They are helpful with smile. Staff are all Indian. Room - We book one family room (2 double bed) and it was provided in 4th floor. It was an ok room with big window, complementary tea/coffe, mineral water and few snacks. Bathroom - OK and good water pressure with option of both hot and cold water. Wify - Signal was fluctuating and speed was slow. Noise - room was little bit noisy as song was playing from opposite side of the road. They do not have any in house restaurant. but many restaurant was there in front of the hotel. Also KL Sentral station is 500 meter away where many food options are there. Overall a good stay.

its advantages: I ordered a King size room. the rooms are spacious, the hotel is beautiful, clean, all the staff are friendly. each check-in, must deposit 20rm. under the hotel there are Indian restaurants, around also many restaurants. there is a 24-hour ABC restaurant open and the food is delicious and cheap, close to KL central. Next trip when im going to KL, i will repeat the order. the drawbacks: Lap is not provided, so it runs out of the bathroom to get wet. toiletries only soap, no toothpaste and no hotel slippers. But worth it at that price and convenient.

Was booking this room last minute, and I'm not dissapointed. The only downside is, there's construction working early. Room is bigger than I expected for budget hotel, bedding are better than many of budget hotel or the homestay and the bathroom is really clean, my allergies is not acting up during the stay, that's a very good sign. Is Muslim friendly, you can do shalat inside and have wide space, not many weird people outside the hotel's like I saw in the other side of the road. Location is very good, just behind the monorel and NU sentral mall. Many foods choices and attractions. Will put on my next visiting list.

My day at aloft begins starting with a long queue when check-in at 3.15pm. Queud until around 4pm and asked to wait longer as breezy suite(biggest room) not ready. However when room is ready, wrong room were given as already someone inside the room. Luckily duty manager; Ms. Angeline being apologetic and gave us another room same type with late checkout until 3pm next day. To our surprise, the next duty manager also rang up at room to offer breakfast for the whole family next day by slating the voucher under the door. Even my kids received free plush toys. Kudos to the managers to keep guest happy. Pool is at rooftop with stunning view and there is kids pool with each room given 1 hour time limit for pool use. Parking a bit confusing as sharing with office buidling and limited space but guest is charged rm10 per entry paid at the front desk. Linked to nu sentral from nook is closed due to covid rules🙂

Close to the KL sentral station, the second floor goes straight from the back door, through the mall stairs, and the right hand side of the bend can be found. The first floor of the station passes through the same road on the first floor of the mall. No deposit, only 10RM / night city tax. There are wifi, small refrigerator, four plugs, although there are no windows, the bathroom lights and exhaust fans are connected in series to ensure the freshness of the air. Overall not bad.

Had a quick stay here as we need to travel back to Penang early in the morning. This hotel offers one of the cheapest rates in KL Sentral area, and appears to be relatively new. Pros: Perfect location. Not very hard to find. One of the better-placed budget hotel that is an easy walking distance to MRT, Nu Sentral (Big shopping Mall) and Airport Bus Terminal. Newly converted building (formerly an old shoplot) Room is clean. Bathroom is ok. New amenities. With hair dryer & ironing board. Usable towels. Clean sheets Allows early check in. Fast process. Bright lobby. Nice counter staff. Cons: Musty smell everywhere. Molds on walls. Fridge is not working in our room. No safety box. No english TV channel Summary: This is another hotel at KL Sentral to SKIP for us, as unfortunately we have allergic rhinitis that gets triggered with the presence of mold and mildew. If you don’t mind the musty smell, then this may be a good hotel for a short stay.

We stayed 2 nights in KL and weren't looking for luxury. Picked Brickfields as location as close to the main sentral transport hub. The hotel is just a few steps from the escalator which takes you up to the pedestrian walkway, and then into the mall. From here its up another floor and along and down and you are at the platform entrances. So convenient. Mall has some eateries and takeaway stalls - definitely recommend the prezzo pizza just up escalator from trains. Also a few places which do cheap breakfast deals in clean and pleasant surroundings. Hotel itself seems newly refurbished. Reception and hallways very clean and fresh. Excellent key card entry. Room was bigger than other 2* hotels we stayed at in Malaysia which was surprising for KL. Large TV, dresser with drawers, luggage table, shelves and hooks. Bathroom had amenities and was compact but modern. All in all an excellent budget choice. Can get noisy, which is perhaps down to some sound proofing issues. I think management should be asking for quiet after 11pm and enforcing this to ensure guests get a good sleep.

Had a staycation at the Oakwood Hotel and Residence last weekend and enjoyed it throughly. Got a one bedroom suite, good size, spacious living space with a sofa set and a large LED TV, a small kitchenette (would been a 5☆ if they had stovetop) with filtered water for the environment and a small dining table for 2. The bedroom also has a large LED TV with ample channels, large comfortable bed, a work desk and a good size bathroom with tub.

Nice suite in a good location. Booked the room for two nights. After checking in at 6 AM I had to change rooms at noon. That was a little bit inconvenient. This hotel doesn't have a front desk. For checking in and checking out you have to call a number and someone is coming 10 to 15 minutes later. When leaving, I was checking out at 5 AM to catch an early flight. I called and waited 20 minutes but nobody came. When I called the number again, the same person, sounding very sleepy answered. He probably fell asleep again after the first call. Finally 15 minutes later somebody came to check me out and return the security deposit.

As soon as you enter the lobby, it feels like at least a five-star hotel. The security and staff at the lobby are very enthusiastic. They drive to the door and say hello to you. Although there is no Chinese, they can understand English, and room facilities Very new, well-equipped, large bathroom, landscaped pool, bath towels provided, waiter attitude is very good and polite, restaurant next to the pool, the price is reasonable. The overall is very good, compared to the hotel near Kuala Lumpur Station, here is quieter, go grab a grab is also very convenient, go out at night and turn left and walk 200 meters there is a bar, the environment is good, walk about 300 meters forward Arrow Street. It's worth living in Kuala Lumpur next time.

We had a lovely stay at Opus! The staff was amazing and really friendly. Location is wonderful and the view is one of the best you can get in KL. From the rooftop you can see the hustle and bustle of the city centre in the front and the quietness of the nature in the back. It's a short walk (2-3 min) to the metro station and about a 15-20 min walk to Bukit Bintang (3-5 by metro). In about 5 min you can walk to Petaling Street, with a lot of nice restaurants on the way there (we recommend exploring the streets as there are many hidden gems around Petaling Street). The apartment was clean, spacious and very modern. Bathrooms are very spacious as well with a big shower head at a good height (a problem we encountered many times during our travels). We stayed for 3 months and had the best time here. We are definitely staying at Opus again the next time we are visiting KL!

Service = 9/10 All staff very friendly and good customer service, front office always give me early check in wherever there is room available without making me wait. Cleanest = Small Hotel but very neat and clean this is the 6th time I stay at this hotel wherever my husband is on a business trip to Kuala Lumpur I always ask him to book a room at this hotel, even the room is a bit small but the facilities are impressive there is a small refrigerator in the room and the room smelled really good. Facilities: I paid less than RM 60.00 but I got all the Facilities I need (very complete), there is a gym on the highest floor and a small garden on the roof that you can access, they provide mineral water in the room but you can walk outside room for refills from the same floor, when hungry don't worry right behind the hotel there is a restaurant that sells delicious Nasi kandar and in the evening you can hang out while enjoying snacks and coffee at ABC Bistro located juat next to the nasi kandar shop . The only thing is parking access is a bit difficult but if you are patient you will always have one

I have many issues with this hotel. Firstly, the manager came to knocking at our door, with no real reason to do so- she asked our room had been cleaned when the cleaner had just come a few minutes before? Another time, a member of staff came knocking saying only ‘room service’, which I’m not even sure the hotel do, and he had nothing in his hand. Both of them had a key card for the room. I have read on other reviews that the staff let themselves into your room without asking, I am sure they would’ve done that had we not been there or answered the door. We then heard the bleeps of other doors opening. This left us feeling uneasy as there are no safes in the room. There were lots of bugs in the room every time we came in and a bug squished into the wall. The mattress was dirty - when sheet came away, the mattress was covered in hairs and stains. Our biggest issue was with the falsely advertised breakfast. We pre paid for the buffet breakfast. When we got there the staff acted weirdly and they all walked away with no explanation. The manager watched us go over to the buffet to find there was nothing in it. No one said anything to us, we were left wondering what was going on. They gave us tea, no choice of tea or coffee. Then 10 minutes later came over with rice and an omelette- again no choice as to whether we liked or could eat this (could be allergic or vegan, as my boyfriend is) and certainly not the buffet we paid for. When we complained the staff didn’t do much, just shrugged and said the chief isn’t here today. They offered no real explanation or anything to make up for the fact we had to pay for breakfast elsewhere. The next morning we came down for breakfast, hoping it would be a different story. Again, the same situation. No buffet or no ‘à la carte’ menu choice, as they advertised on ‘booking.com’, and we paid for !!!! Really poor customer service. They do not care about their customers whatsoever. Oh and the sugar had ants crawling in it! Nice. As well as this, there are lots of taxes put on the bill, and unexpected costs added on at the hotel, not so budget after all. Avoid at all costs! Rude and unhelpful staff.

This hotel was a relatively new look at the time. It was chosen from Chinatown. After I went there, I found that it was just next door to Chinatown. I walked 100 meters. I had a lot of food and drink, and the hotel environment was relatively new, but the room was luxurious. Very ordinary, mainly because of the serious lack of tables and chairs, there is no place to put the backpack, the trash can is a small donkey, can not throw much things, the wardrobe of the bed is actually a little redundant, there are mirrors on the bed, wash basin plug The lid of the water is not tight, I want to wash the clothes. The water will flow out in 2 minutes. If there is a small menu for breakfast, there is no Chinese. There is a Chinese rice dumpling and steamed with scrambled eggs. Although not much, I am full, and there are quite a lot of Europeans and Japanese living in Japan. There are 2 free cups of coffee every day. The girls who make coffee are very cute. They can also communicate in Chinese.

It belongs to the B & B category, there is no front desk, please call in advance (English), the landlord plus WeChat, the room card is in the designated mailbox, get the password to get the room card, the elevator is swiped to the designated floor of the room card. Take photos, check in and check out all the way, large space, good lighting, good night view, good internet speed, both rooms have bathrooms, kitchen, washing machine, but I have a lot of small ants in the room. Ok there are 2 D'OR Hotels and situated just a walking distance to each other. I stayed in D'OR HOTEL BUKIT BINTANG in 16 Jalan Bukit Bintang. And i would say its super clean, bedsheets and towels are super white no stains and the rooms are always cleaned up and tissues and mineral water given everyday. The airconditioning is super cold. The hotel personnels are very helpful. I experienced accidentally leaving my bag with laptops in my grab car and it is the hotel personnel who helped me all the way until i recover it. The hotel location is so good for those who like to go around at night. Its situated just walking distance to all street foods and night life. The downside part of this hotel is that there is no window. There is no hotel food. They do offer free hot and cold water near the info counter.
