We stayed at The Ludlow for 5 nights with our teenage daughter in a Ludlow Double room. The room was amazing, 2 bedrooms with a fabulous bathroom in between both rooms. The room amenities could not be faulted, it was very clean and we had everything we needed. The furnishings and decorations all fitted in with the style of the building, we were wowed from the minute we walked through the door. The beds were comfortable, pillows a bit soft but we requested firmer ones which were immediately sent to our room. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, lots of bars, restaurants for all tastes. This is our third visit to NYC in 3 years and this is by far the nicest hotel we have stayed in and our favourite location. I would recommend this to all! I had read a few reviews saying there was not enough storage/cupboard/hanging space. We had no issues, all 3 of us brought far more clothes and shoes than we needed but we had room to unpack all our belongings with our cases fitting under the beds. We would definitely stay here again with no hesitation.

First, I will comment that the service here is great. I had random requests during my 3 night stay here such as needing something printed, ice, getting a mini fridge to put my leftover food in, etc that the staff handled flawlessly. The rooms are big for NYC standards, which is another positive. Rain shower is a huge positive but parts of my bathroom were falling apart. The toilet roll hanger was broken so I couldn’t use it, and the soap holder in the shower was half detached from the wall. The shower connector as well was detaching from the wall but it didn’t affect the use. I also picked this hotel because of the views, but sadly the 14th floor lobby has been closed (I assume for Covid), and since I didn’t splurge on a more expensive room which are the ones shown in the display photos, my window opened out to the back of the building. Bring earplugs. I’ve lived in NYC and am used to street noise, but the walls here are paper thin. Request to be further away from an elevator because if anyone speaks at a normal volume in the hallway, you’ll hear it. I was on the 4th floor and during the last night of my stay, there was a group of guests out on the patio on the floor below me speaking loudly and yelling at times, which is why I’m writing this review grumpily at 4am instead of sleeping. Check out is fairly late at noon so I’m hoping to catch at least a few hours of sleep if I’m lucky. The location (LES) is amazing and full of nightlife and great food. I would stay here again just for the location and if the rest of the hotel were open. Unfortunately, I don’t think it’s really worth it unless you get a strategically-located room high off the ground (probably also not located around Mr Purple, the nightclub on the 15th floor), and far from the elevators due to noise.

To 21 To 21 To 21 This is important, Otherwise you want your parents to send an email to their seat in this hotel My brother and I arrived at the hotel at 1 a.m., it took a long time to get this done (proving that your parents are your parents, and they know that you are staying in this place), I only knew when I arrived Then the hotel staff and Ctrip customer service were very patient (but we were very impatient until we finally touched the bed at 4 o'clock). Eat a lot around, and there are a lot of subway exits around, very convenient Chinatown is less than 1 km away and very close. Problem: clean inefficient Did not change anything for two days (such as bath towels, bed sheets, etc.) I went to the front desk to get the reaction, but I still did n’t get it, as if I ran off at the point (but Americans seem to be the case) I want to adjust the air conditioner, but the air conditioner is locked, and the window can only open a small opening Although New York is very cold in winter and the wind is not very small, the heating inside is really too strong. I just started to enjoy it naturally. I came back to sit for half an hour at night. The house is small. use. In addition, if it is a twin room, you may have to buy a row socket ... because all the sockets are far away from you (by the toilet bed). Extra bed is estimated to change rooms, and the other bed is not very large. I didn't order breakfast, and I highly recommend eating out myself, anyway, there are many restaurants around, such as a fried chicken at two street corners, and the noodle shop next to pangolin (I don't remember the name). There is no parking lot, and the cars are all parked on the street. Although soundproofing is ok, it is not suitable for children (the next floor is a bundy). Also this hotel is more suitable for couples Hey, don't mention how embarrassing my brother and I are. After entering the door, the big brother at the front desk didn't look at me properly. Then I stayed for a few days and found that except for the two of us are couples, there are two of our single dog Alas.

I recently stayed at the Standard in the East Village after our girls trip to Mexico City was canceled due to the coronavirus. My friend and I wanted to stay at a hotel that wasn't in either of our neighborhoods and near a friend's apartment. We were really excited to check out the Standard since I've been before to the excellent Narcissa restaurant in the hotel. Our stay was made extra special as Danny at the front desk heard our story and was able to hook us up with a very nice room on the 20th Floor and a bottle of champagne to toast to our staycation. The shower with steam was dreamy and our views from the Empire State Building down to the new WTC and over to the Brooklyn & Manhattan Bridge. I highly recommend looking for an upgrade to one of the suite types as the room were fairly large for NYC standards. Thanks to Danny and the staff at the Standard for making our visit memorable!!

My husband and I stayed at sixty les for our 5th year anniversary. The room was amazing! Very clean, well stocked bar and lots of snacks in the room! They were convenient... the prices for the snacks seemed high until you walk around NY and realize the prices are about normal. The view in the room was also amazing! The staff was friendly. We got to go on the rooftop to celebrate and they even let us be alone and made it feel special! The bed was firm but comfortable. There’s tons of restaurants near by. The only thing to keep in mind was the parking. Parking cost $75 a day and it’s a little walk(4 blocks) to the nearest parking garage. However we had a nice peace of mind knowing our car was safe in there. You can drop your luggage off in the lobby when arriving so you don’t have to carry it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is no room service because of Covid but if you need something they bring it right up to you. There was no issues with that for us. This is a true NY experience if that’s what your looking for. We was and extremely pleased we choose this hotel. Will definitely be back

I stayed at the Moxy East Village for 5 nights in October 2020 with my college-bound daughter. Visiting from out of town, we wanted to get a feel for the neighborhood while also being tourists in Manhattan. Location: Subway (9th St & 4th Ave) - 3 blocks Subway (Union Square) - 4 blocks Westside Market - 1 block Healthy Greens Deli - 2 blocks Tompkins Square Bagels - 4 blocks Anything you need is walkable from here! Covid-19 caused the closure of some restaurants and Webster Hall (across the street), but St Marks Place is lively as well as the NYU / Washington Square Park area. You may see folks sleeping on the sidewalk, but it's a busy area, and does not feel unsafe at all. Room: Quiet enough with the window closed, although from our 6th floor room overlooking the street, we could definitely hear the bar/restaurant crowd downstairs. Not a problem -- it's part of staying in the city. :) Nice that the window opens a bit! The room is small, but again, that feels appropriate in Manhattan. The room is designed well to take advantage of the limited space. No writing desk, but have a clipboard instead! There is no privacy when getting in and out of the shower, so you need to communicate if you want to avoid unwanted exposures. Hah! The shallow sink is not ideal functionally, but it is usable and cute. Shower is spacious and has great water pressure. Beds are very comfy, slept great! The room and property overall were very clean and fresh. Value: I was very happy with the price we paid for a quiet, super-clean, comfy room in a newly renovated hotel right in the East Village. Will definitely stay here again if rates don't go up too much once the travel industry fully recovers! Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Kudos!

I've stayed at a few hotels in Manhattan over the past few months and the Gatsby is my favorite. It's got everything. Location, comfort, views, cleanliness, and a most accommodating staff. Easily the best choice you could make for a hotel stay in the city. The Gatsby has no hidden charges, unlike some other hotels in the city and in these post-covid days when so many hotel staff are weary and blunt and far less interested in taking care of their guests than they were in the past, the excellent staff at The Gatsby are at the top of their game. Friendly, helpful, caring and exactly the sort of people you want running a hotel. Angela is the General Manager and she sets the calm and pleasant tone there with both her staff and the hotel guests. I stayed for a week and then extended my stay even longer because I was so pleased. I highly recommend The Gatsby. It's better than many hotels at twice the price!

We stayed at this lovely hotel in the Superior Queen room for two nights. This was my first stay here, but I have stayed at several of the city's better hotels. Upon arrival we were welcomed by the reception and the door man service. In the room a sparkling wine from the hotel was waiting for us which was appreciated after a long journey from Europe. The hotel itself is was upon arrival a little underwhelming but that changed during our stay. The reception area, lounge, lifts, hallways were obviously in the Boutique style and have a less luxurious feeling than expected. We can take the lobby / lounge right away. - it was specatuclar and a quite a vital part of the hotel. Here is a trendy atmosphere all the way. The afternoons are a little busy, there was a constant rush of people outside the hotel who wanted to take a drink here. That meant there was some queue to get refreshments from the bar. The cocktails are very well made, here are obviously knowledgeable bartenders at work. The service on the other hand is a bit slow. Remember to order the bill at the same time you order or it will take a long time.  I knew I had to use the lounge at night because of jet lag and work. I was therefore in the Lounge at 0330-0400 AM every day. Quiet comfortable atmosphere and it was eminent to sit by the warm fireplace, with great pot of coffee and do my work. The room was a positive surprise. Large windows let in the perfect amount of light. The view of the low buildings of NOHO was good, although I was hoping for better. (I asked for a good view in advance) The room had a perfect size. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. It was a little heated in the room, but the un-noisy fans in the ceiling helped. The bathroom is brilliant. Large, with hot water all the time. The only negative is the cleaning service. We left the room at 0700 AM and came back at 1400 AM. The room was still not cleaned. I asked the reception 5PM to get this done. In addition, the door man service was sometimes absent. All in all, I am very pleased with our stay and I would recommend anyone to try the hotel. However, I am not entirely convinced that this will be my permanent hotel in New York. There is a little extra work to do in the details and the ability to see their guests. Lobby service should be improved and cleaning must be done on time. I will book a Deluxe room next time to possible get a better view.

This was a last-minute booking for me, because most of the hotels in the area were fully booked. I was pleasantly greeted by Victor who did everything to give me an earlier c-in, but as you know it is not available every time... I came back after a few hours and the lady at the reception (Sandra) was kind enough to c/in in my new room. Sandra has exceptional hospitality skills and is very kind. Staff in this hotel is really helpful! This hotel is in a perfect location and has some perks to the restaurants near by (staff will give you a discount card on c-in). Personally, I haven't used it, but I see this as a added value. There's also breakfast included in the hotel rate. It was a great stay overall. Thank you so much, L.

We stay in a lot of Hyatt Hotels and this one was definitely up there as one of the best in the middle of a city! The location was very central, staff was amazing (thank you Anton, Brock, Rick and Victor) and the room was clean and nicely appointed. Added to this, we were staying there at the beginning of the COVID19 outbreak and their occupancy, like everywhere elses, was low. They were still friendly, helpful and upbeat. My daughter and I were so impressed and felt safe to spend our time there even though it was a scary time to be in the middle of NYC. Even our dinner recommendation was amazing... YUMMMM... and thank you for that Anton! We will be back again another time...

One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because it advertised an on-site restaurant, which we thought would be good for nights we didn’t feel like going out for dinner. We also booked the additional breakfast package. On arrival, we found out the restaurant was closed - for renovations, I think - and was not serving dinner. However, the website continued to advertise a restaurant with dinner hours, which is quite misleading. The breakfast food was disappointing (cold oatmeal, for example), but at least we had that removed from our bill and didn’t continue eating there. Even on the eighth floor, we could hear loud street noise. We figured out it was because the wall A/C unit wasn’t sealed to the wall properly, which made it sound like the windows were wide open and also let it a cold draught. The room walls and doors are paper thin, so you can hear the neighbours. Adding soft-closes to the doors would be good - the whole floor shook every time a door slammed. The room and bed were reasonably comfortable and the room and bathroom size were decent. A proper quilt and quilt cover on the bed would have been nice. The restaurant closure and noise levels really let down the stay for us.

On a recent business trip to NY I was looking for a strategically located hotel near Manhattan. I came across Off Soho by chance and after reading a few reviews, decided to give them a chance. When I first arrived, I disnt know what to expect judging from the exterior, but as soon as I walked in, I really like the vibe. My room was a three room suite with hardwood floor, spacious en suite bathroom, and queen size bed. The room was exceptionally clean, the temperature perfect, and quiet other than the typical street noise. The desk manager Gabe was first rate and took vare of my every need. I will definitely stay with them again!

The hotel's configuration is good, dishwasher, microwave, induction cooker, refrigerator, dishes and cutlery are very full! It's just that the scoop and shovel are not easy to use, but you can do it! The hotel room is large, a dressing room, and two large closets. There is an anteroom in the entrance. The kitchen has an island and a dining table. The family is definitely very relaxed. But the shortcomings are too prominent, that is, the refrigerator is very noisy. At night, the noise is not good at all. The sound of the air conditioner is louder and the heat is very fast. It is sleeping in an air conditioner. The noise feels like sleeping in the open hood. Next to it, the booming night collapsed! If the air conditioner is turned off first, the second refrigerator is still very noisy and can't be turned off, so sleep and fear the noise to give up! In addition, the curtains are blinds, and they are not shaded at all. This is not human! Let's talk about the advantages. The hotel is just outside the Wall Street subway station. There is an exit on the 2. and 3 lines in the hotel. It is especially convenient. It is also very close to the 4th and 5th lines! The hotel is very convenient for transportation. It is a 5-minute walk from Trinity Church and a 10-minute walk from Wall Street Copper Bull. The opposite side of Tongniu is the Museum of American Indians. The building is particularly beautiful! It’s also about 10 minutes walk from the boat dock to see the Statue of Liberty. It’s really convenient, and the surrounding security is better. There are not so many tramps! The hotel has a big food supermarket for 3 minutes. The food for cooking can be fully purchased. Turn right and go straight for 5 minutes. There is a very complete daily necessities supermarket. It is also convenient. In short, in addition to huge noise, other The place is worth experiencing, the bathroom is easy to use, the toiletries are all L'Occitane, the mattress is soft but comfortable, the pillows and quilts are also very soft and comfortable, the bed is USB charging and humanized, except for the bathroom mirror I don’t know what to do with the nonsense owls. It’s very scary to go to the toilet in the middle of the night. The others are very human! In addition, I saw that there is a guest feedback that there is no smoke exhauster. In fact, I have not found a place. The switch of the smoke exhauster is on the microwave oven. The light is the light of the hood. The FAN is the switch of the smoke exhauster. The blinds next to the air conditioner outlet are seen. It is one piece, it is actually a cover, and the air conditioner switch is hidden inside.

My boyfriend and I spent the night here awhile ago and we couldn't be happier with our stay. The hotel feels very sexy so it was perfect for our little staycation. We're right next to Times Square so we got to be tourist in our city. The rooftop is gorgeous. We had the king suite overlooking the street with wall to wall windows. It was a great change and escape from our tiny Brooklyn apartment. Would highly recommend for a sexy night in NY:) Also shout out to the GM Jeremy Poon if he's still there. Amazing hospitality from the bellman to the front desk to the housekeeping team.

we spend a lot of time in NYC because my daughter has medical appointments there often. The Ronald McDonald house is out for me after spotting a dark gray "mouse" running under a stove in one of the kitchens! Yuck. I know there are critters in NYC, I just don't want to see them where my food is prepared. Warwick New York was a great choice for this trip. The location is easy access to everything, across from MoMA, walking distance to Central Park. The hotel is clean and pays attention to social distancing rules. Restaurants are slowly opening up again and we enjoyed delivery of coffee and pancakes from the restaurant kitty-corner across the street, Astro restaurant. Didn't have the chance to do any exploring, but hopefully we will soon, once things get back to "normal." The people that work at are Warwick New York are super nice and accommodating. Housekeeping came early in the morning, and I asked them to come back after 2 pm, and they did! It's so nice to come back to a clean room Warwick New York the beds made. Definitely will put this in our top 3 hotels in the city.

I was going to NYC to see Elton John and was to stay at The New Yorker. Well... neither happened. I had made non-refundable reservations but called the hotel to see if their policy would change during this crisis. Every person I spoke to was so nice and helpful. One person that really stood out was Neida Aldama, a supervisor at the front desk. She was incredibly kind and compassionate about the situation, and offered that my prepayment be used as a credit that I can apply anytime in the next year (hopefully if/when Elton John reschedules!!). I feel that this was very generous, given the fact that they had every right to tell me I was SOL. Neida even went so far as to call me to directly answer a question I had. I know that they are dealing with a lot and are working with a skeleton crew, so that phone call really blew me away. Thank you Neida and The New Yorker!

1. Good location: 9/11 new building and Memorial Museum just outside the window. 2. Convenient for travel. It takes 3 minutes to walk to New York's line 1, 2, 3, E, R, W. Taking a taxi is also very convenient. 3. Good service: there are people in the lobby 24 hours, and a deposit of 250 yuan for 5 nights. 4. The room size is OK and the facilities are complete.

I’m going to tell you a secret and you have to promise not to tell anyone. You can taste New York without New York money. How? The eminent Concorde hotel. I’m here now, writing this review. It’s midnight and the Upper East Side looks so beautiful from up here. This window is four times the size of my body and yet I feel so large. It’s all in the room, I think. It makes me feel like I’m Wilson Fisk. I'm Tony Stark. I'm Bruce Wayne upon Gotham. In this moment, I run New York. Wait a moment. Something caught my eye. I wonder why a single room light is on the 61st floor of the Bloomberg building? Is Mike home? You really need to see the Bloomberg building at midnight from this floor. What a view. Back to the Concorde. Every place is defined by its people, so let’s talk folk. All Concorde staff I encountered were excellent, from the courteous doormen to the tireless housekeepers. A few to note: the amiable Christopher Shepard, the efficient Rada Drascovic, the soigné Dukens Alexandre. They exemplify luxury hospitality. Meet them and consider yourself lucky. Look, we all agree that that hospitality in New York is a gamble, regardless of star ratings or thousands paid. Well, not the Concorde – it’s consistently well reviewed as far as excellence in customer service and I got to experience first-hand why. New York is not known for consistency in anything. I was impressed. Let’s now talk about the space. Understand that this hotel is less boutique and more New York history. It was born as a residential high-rise owned by a major airline to provide exclusive lodging to visiting crew. Keep in mind that corporations take it very seriously that the people flying their billion-dollar aircraft get the pinnacle of luxury for their night’s rest. So, you will too. The Concorde is designed with your comfort in mind. That’s why every floor only has four rooms. That’s why the beds are so soft. That’s why the soothing tones of mid-century modern mellow your eyes. That’s why I’m typing this with my laptop on a marble table top. That’s why… the bathrooms. Oh, the bathrooms. God damn. We’re talking bathrooms the size of a New York city studio. Professional vanity mirror taking up a warehouse chunk of wall real estate. Walk-in shower and soaking tub. That’s right - and. Have you ever finished a run in Central Park with a perfectly-temperature-controlled Bahamas waterfall of a chilled shower, soak your tired muscles in a home spa of a soothing bubble bath, then back to the Bahamas you go? I have. A bit about the amenities. Well, there’s the essential WIFI, but note that you can ask for a network cable for better Zooming or Teaming. 92 Mbps down / 94 Mbps up during my stay, by the way. My TV is quite big and has all the usual channels and music. A fridge (mind you, much mini) lets me keep a few refreshments cool for when needed. Finally, an iron and board in the room let me have my pilot uniform looking crisp for my flight out.
