The most wonderful, unique hotel experience we have ever had. Carus is built inside a hillside with so many stairs going up and down, you can feel you can fell you are living in an Escher painting. Our ”cave” room had tall windows but there are evidently others without. It was beautiful and the view from the roof restaurant at down with the hot air balloons rising was breathtaking. The sunset views just as spectacular. The heated pool is an experience in itself, carved into the high ceiling cavern.

The hotel is very beautiful, detailed, tastefully furnished. The handwheel change takes place every day, refilling the sabón and the daily shampoo, stunning breakfast, very fresh, though small and simple, very different. The breakfast lady is a delicious place. A wonderful terrace, viewed on gorms and the morning of the morning you see the start of the mongolfiers. A magical place. The only note that would be to improve: I don't know how the temperature is in the other rooms, but having chosen a large room with windows and not being air-conditioned, we spent very complicated nights because of the warmth. In any case, hotels are wonderful.

Although there are many cave hotels in Cappadocia, I didn't think I'd be stepping on any toes when I inadvertently chose this one. The room facilities are not bad, but the weather is a bit cold, as cave hotels basically do not have air conditioning, so you should be aware of that. But it should be heated in colder weather, the hotel has a very good view, breakfast a sleep and the facilities are very new. The owner will be very good at chatting and can be approached to book various items. 是卡帕多奇亚旅行非常值得的一家旅店，虽然这边的洞穴酒店非常多，但是我在无意之中选择了这一家没想到并不踩雷。房间设施还不错，就是天气有一点冷，因为洞穴酒店基本都没有空调，这一点大家要注意。不过天气更冷的时候应该是有暖气的，酒店的景色非常好，早餐一觉，设施也非常新。老板会很擅长聊天，可以找老板预定各种项目。

The room is amazing! It has a great view from the terrace of the balloons in the morning and you can take pictures there. The rooms are designed well too, it’s spacious and well worth the price. The only disadvantage is the WiFi didn’t work well but the staff did try to fix it. Highly recommend

As our room is the family room so it is on the ground floor. No view from the small windows. The sand from the cave ceiling of our room drops every few minutes in the bathroom and on the bed! More lightings are needed. Breakfast is pretty decent not fantastic. Location is superb. No toothbrush and toothpaste are supplied.

I do not recommend staying at this hotel. It looks nice and the rooms are big an spacious but the management and treatment of customers from the owner is unacceptable and rude. The hotel is managed by a family. A mother and 2 sons. Ahmed is the nicest of them all and very accommodating and understands how a customer should be treated and provides a caring vibe - his mother on the other side is the problem is this hotel. It might be personal experience but trust me she ruins the hotel vibe. She is constantly checking what you are doing and makes you feel like you are being watched. When I arrived she tried to make me pay more than what was offered on Agoda or *********** so I had to explain I wouldn’t and agree to pay the reasonable price. The good think is she did find me a room the room is great. Even through they had a card machine she instead I paid cash and she wouldn’t stop asking for it because she needed the cash to go to the supermarket. Like it is supposed to be my problem ? Every time I left my room she’s follow to ask me where the mon y was. Very intimidating feeling and pressure which you don’t need when you’re on holiday. She asked other travellers to cash out the money when is so easy to just pay by card as the commission fee to cash money out of outrageous. She just doesn’t know how to be nice. The breakfast is average and you need to keep reminding her that there isn’t coffee or milk and she always gets annoyed when you ask her to go fetch it. The breakfast room was still opened with plenty of food at 11,11am and I went to make me another coffee and I picked some food as there was so much left thinking why would this be a problem - it’s food! and she got the hump that breakfast finishes at 10.30Am needless victim behaviour and she got angry I picked some food instead of being nice and say of course take more if you need it’s ok because literally it is ok. She hasn’t cleaned my room once! I stay in my room sometimes because I am tired but she clearly could come and check and get some toilet papers refilled. No, she hasn’t been once! She sleeps on the bench at the entrance of the hotel which I find very u professional. She chases after you and money 24/7. She shouts about when she’s cleaning with her son. Overall, the hotel is gorgeous in terms of the architecture and interiors and in a great location but I’d rather stay in a cheaper place where you are treated fairly and with someone who is nice. At the end of the day it isn’t about the looks it’s about the experience you receive and at this hotel you won’t get the personal intimate attention you should receive. I do not think it’s worth it. There are plenty nicer people out here in Turkey who I’d rather give my money to than this family. Also breakfast is so basic 🤯 Camilla

Cozy and a lovely experience the staff of Zara Cave Hotel provided. Our favorite was the amazing home made Turkish breakfast spreads they had our every morning. They make you feel as if you are a guest at their home and make you feel so welcomed. Highly recommend staying for the experience and the views the hotels outdoor hangouts provide.

This is an amazing, stylish place with the greatest rooftop view to the village - we recommend it 100%. Although this place is wonderful, the best thing there are hosts - each employee was so nice to us, and helpful, and worked as they own the place. We felt that they really care about us, our trip and staying there. Big advantage is that the owner and manager of the hotel is working there and takes care about everything. He also previously was a tourism guide and helped us with information about places where to go. The place is new and if someone is still able to get a better pricing this season, than it is a nobrainer to choose this place instead of other hotels in Goreme - they will make sure that You will enjoy Your staying in Goreme, Cappadocia. We got a very special treatment: 1) nice welcoming breakfast at 6am in the morning before our booking was even started at 12pm *also they saved some food for us when we slept in, which was very nice 2) free upgraded room to a royal suite although there was a full booking that night 3) very special discounted price because the place is new and money is not their priority now 4) option to leave our baggages for 2 days there 5) information and a plan for a day about tourism places where to go 6) nice and very friendly attitude We are very thankful to Azad and other people about the experience and hosting they provided, help and just being such nice human beings. :))

As a first time visitor to Cappadocia, and an American who speaks no Turkish, I am thrilled with how helpful the staff/owners of this hotel have been. Besides providing us with comfortable rooms with good wifi, they speak excellent English and have helped us arrange private transportation to several sites and also the Kayseri airport. (They also run a travel agency next door.) Since breakfast isn't served until after we wish to go hiking, they even provided plates for breakfast tomorrow including fruit, yogurt, bread, vegetables, cheese and meat.

The street where the hotel is located is right in front of the bus station which is very convenient if you want to travel to other towns near Göreme by bus or take a taxi from the station. In addition, restaurants and travel agencies are a few minutes walk from the hotel. If you don't like ”climbing hills” with your luggage, this hotel is excellent because it is located in a flat area. The hotel has new facilities and the design of the hotel and the room are nice. The heating and air conditioning work adequately, the room was clean, and there are rooms at street level and underground. The dining area has 2 terraces that have a view of the Göreme mountains or the street. There is a variety at breakfast and the kitchen staff is very friendly. The price of stay is adequate for the stay in the hotel. I recommend it!

My stay in kufe was amazing i stayed 3 days with my daughter husband and brother we had a very warm stay and beautiful sight with the snow kufe is very close to everything and worth the price you pay. The staff didnt speak english very well but they understand you and make sure you get what you need. We booked the cave stone room and we found everyone waiting for us outside and the room ready. The check in and check out was the easiest i ever had The only thing is that there is no hot water but it didn't bother me so mich because i speny most of the day outside.. the parking was in front of my room so my car was always next to me didnt need to walk much to get it. The room was spacious warm and there is all ameneties you need towels, internet, pillows, hair dryer, tv, coffe and tea, a boiler, blankets, and even something to wear in your feet

Yes, of course, caves have their own romance, but we saw a lot of not very positive reviews about the dampness, cold and lack of windows. And indeed, the region is quite cool, so this is an additional plus. At the time of visiting the hotel, it had just opened and there was not enough information. New, uninhabited, central heating had not yet been launched, but this nuance was saved by the air conditioner constantly working for heating. In general, everything is wonderful, clean, cozy, positive and hospitable staff. Delicious Turkish-style breakfasts on the terrace. We were by car, so we were not embarrassed by the location and basically everything is within walking distance.

Spent 3 nights here as a family of 4. We had the Superior Family room which had 3 double beds and was fairly spacious (our ”kids” are in their 20's). The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk to the ”main” part of town but was nicely located as the roof top patio has a great view of the balloons. From this hotel you are also very close to the outdoor air museum where you can walk around the many fairy chimneys. There were no fans or AC in the rooms so you need to open the windows to get some air / circulation. Also could hear the chairs from the roof top above when it was breakfast time, The breakfast was good to OK and had a variety of Turkish foods (bread, borek, cheese etc.). Good value for the price. If you want something closer to the ”main strip” you are very likely going to pay a lot more.The owner, Dilber, was very pleasant and knowledgeable for what to do around town and also for booking excursions / events.

Very cost-effective! The terrace is great for taking photos! It is very dreamy in the evening and morning when there are hot air balloons. The location is very good. Downstairs is the town, which is convenient for eating and shopping. The boss is also very nice. We stayed at the high floor and helped us to take our luggage up and down. You can also ask the boss to help make an appointment to go to the airport. It is very convenient and they will pick you up directly at the door of the hotel. I just can't get used to the breakfast, but it's a small matter! The room is acceptable because the lights in the cave are a bit dim. I came here mainly for the hot air balloon, so this terrace is very photogenic!

Отличный отель, очень хорошо расположен, во первых есть большая стоянка, это огромный плюс, так как все улочки заставлены машинами, во вторых не шумно, хотя и рядом с центром, не очень высоко т.е не надо лезть в горку, все рядом, и обзорная площадка и рестораны. Номер у нас был стилизован под пещеру с окном, влажности не было, запах был немного из туалета, но совсем чуть чуть, номер не большой, но удобный. Не удобна тол ко перегородка в душе, постоянно затекала вода. Завтраки проходят в небольшом помещении или можно поесть во дворике, все вкусно, не очень много, но все есть, был омлет, картошка фри, варёные яйца, овощи, сыры, фрукты, выпечка. Мы приходили поздно если, что то заканчивалось ( например омлет) просили и нам это готовили. Хозяин и персонал очень доброжелательны. Во дворике есть несколько мест, где можно сфотографироваться, также есть несколько веранд, на крыше, но к сожалению они не до конца оборудованы, пожалуйста сделайте совсем чуть-чуть и будет прекрасно!! Шары с веранды видно, но лучше идти на смотровую площадку, вы увидите не просто как они летят, а как их надувают, как они летят, и как садятся и самые прекрасные фото вы сделаете именно там, на фотках именно с со смотровой площадки.

The staff at the counter are friendly and hardworking to help carry luggage. Three people can be dispatched to help carry luggage at a time. Tips and change should be well prepared so as not to cause embarrassment. The room is relatively old, and the wet and dry separation is not well designed. Although the amount of water in the shower is large and the flushing is very comfortable, half of the toilet floor will accumulate water after taking a shower. It cannot be called a cave hotel, it is completely a cement building. The 360-degree view of the roof is very good and will not be blocked by buildings. Try not to bring food with you. The bed base is made of cement. Sometimes ants come out of it. The number is not very large, but it will cause a little trouble.

We booked 2 nights at the Hira Cave Hotel. Omar and Mehdi took care of all our requests during our stay! The property is beautiful, rooms are well maintained and the location is at the perfect vantage point to experience beautiful views (from their rooftop). 📱 They reached out to us before checking in to give us information about the hot air balloon booking, various other tours and helped us arrange an airport shuttle - this was all via whatsapp. They even helped us organise a taxi late at night to go into town / as well as back to the hotel. 🛜 WiFi is good here! There were also no issues with connectivity with 4G/5G ✅ 🚪 Initially we had booked the ‘Arch Room’(which has windows), but upon arrival in the evening, we were given the Deluxe Cave room (smaller & no windows). I believe it was an honest mistake, and once we pointed it out, Mehdi took us to see the other available rooms and we ended up choosing the Queen Room w/Jacuzzi. I really appreciate that he did this, and the problem was solved on the spot! 🛁 The Queen room is beautiful and spacious, and the bathroom is massive! It has a Jacuzzi that fits 2 people! Water pressure in the shower is great, and basic amenities were provided in the bathroom. 🌬️ There is aircon in the room, however it wasn’t as cooling as we had hoped. There was also a glitch where it kept switching off after about 30 min and then showed us an error. So we had to keep turning it back on - which was a bit inconvenient 🤷🏻♀️. The issue was brought up during checkout, and they said they will be looking into it. 👍🏼 🍽️ They have a breakfast terrace that is covered yet has a STUNNING panoramic view of the whole town of Göreme. They had a delicious spread of food which was freshly made, clean & healthy! They were also able to make scrambled eggs on request. Overall, our experience here was great. We felt taken care of, and it’s safe to say we made a good choice staying here! 🫰🏼✨ Special thanks to Omar and Mehdi for their kind hospitality! We would highly recommend this place to everyone, as each room is unique and will appeal to people of varied tastes. 📝 Notes for improvement: - Include an ironing board in the room/ cupboard - Include a full length mirror in the room. Your guests will thank you for it!

We stayed 3 nights between April 24 and April 26 (the day I commented this) on April 26. The meeting was very good and the friend in the dance took him into the room without waiting. I asked if we had a room with a room to eat, and if we should open it, I asked if I had a room with a room to eat it, and when I came back for the child, they were built for my daughter, and they were built for the pete 👌 Also pete is so big that we won't come We closed.the room was 24du 😍asy you never cold.the terrace was the room we made coffee in our night room.the scenery is horror and I didn't understand how a clean hotel was stayed in the grounds that was ridiculous prices ... The morning never go to that hill We saw the balloons with my wife and it was the most important thing for me to go at that time in the morning.But the balloons came to our bottom.Avik buffet breakfast was yes, everything was there but it was like a little bit of a bit or a bit. We were there at 8:30 breakfast we were there at 8:50.It was enough, of course we weren't hungry, there was an incredibly kind sister to my daughter who made a great cake.Everywhere near but restaurants cost 3 people we paid 1,000 TL for dinner.But I'll come back and I can't call the hotel not necessary because staying with the child is difficult and I searched about 1 month. We were very happy.Thank you very much for everything ☺️

Excellent location and friendly owner and staff. You will not regret the decision of booking this hotel. Since there was availability, the owner gave a room upgrade for free. You can book the tours and balloon ride and airport transfers with them, the prices are pretty good. The view from the hotel is amazing. You can enjoy the view of balloons taking off from the hotel.

Cozy family run hotel. Only stayed one night. Lots of cats. Nice stay ruined by a tour booked by the hotel - Turkish dance. Beware we were overcharged - hotel told us it would be €60 per person (to be paid at the restaurant), which would include transport. Driver is the brother of the lady owner. Went to the dance, and they asked for €65 per person. A couple next to us told us they paid €40 per person. After we kicked up a fuss, we got a refund back however we still don’t know who was trying to rip us off: hotel, driver and/or restaurant. Do your research before agreeing to go on a tour organised by the hotel. That said, the car they organised for us was very reasonable (wife of said driver).

The front desk 腮 Hu Shuai brother service is very good English is also very good, very warm, help us set the hot air balloon for a few days, but unfortunately did not sit in this hotel seems to have to leave the key in the front desk to clean the next day we stayed under the handsome reminder but Still not cleaned may be forgotten to keep a tip. It is the kind of cave suite that is not cost-effective, poor health, not suitable for me. This kind of cleansing needs to bring your own toilet pad sheets, pillowcases, etc. I don’t know if it is a room structure problem, especially not soundproof doorway or breakfast restaurant. Guests need to sleep with earplugs every day at 12 o'clock.

The hotel is in the town where the balloons are landing. The hotel is beautiful, and the service is very kind. The breakfast is quite good. The room was perfect, was big, and looked like the rest of the city. A stone cave. Liked our stay there. In the morning, at 6.45am can see the balloons landing on the rooftop, amazing.

Although there are many cave hotels in Cappadocia, I didn't think I'd be stepping on any toes when I inadvertently chose this one. The room facilities are not bad, but the weather is a bit cold, as cave hotels basically do not have air conditioning, so you should be aware of that. But it should be heated in colder weather, the hotel has a very good view, breakfast a sleep and the facilities are very new. The owner will be very good at chatting and can be approached to book various items. 是卡帕多奇亚旅行非常值得的一家旅店，虽然这边的洞穴酒店非常多，但是我在无意之中选择了这一家没想到并不踩雷。房间设施还不错，就是天气有一点冷，因为洞穴酒店基本都没有空调，这一点大家要注意。不过天气更冷的时候应该是有暖气的，酒店的景色非常好，早餐一觉，设施也非常新。老板会很擅长聊天，可以找老板预定各种项目。

The currency is also completely free of charge at the exchange rate. It is 20% thicker than the airport exchange point. I forgot to make an appointment for the bus to the airport. The boss was more anxious than I was. The better I was, I would pull me to the restaurant for coffee. I planned to take a taxi. Amazing great hotel, surprised to find out that there’s no air conditioning because the rooms are literally in the cave structure they stay comfortable during summer! the rooms were clean and so special, the breakfast was the most delicious I ever had in the entire trip in Turkey after staying in 4 different hotels, no big selection like big hotel but the taste are good. 👍🏻 I got 3 rooms and we occupy the entire floor since it’s small hotel, there are Lounge chairs and even a swing outside our rooms. It’s very private and quiet. The location is on top of steep road but even my 80 year old parents could walk up if they do it really slowly. 5 mins walk down the main street are many restaurants and shops so we don’t have to get any taxis. The hotel staff will help you book everything you need, we got our jeep safari and green tour through them. In the morning you can see balloons from your terrace . During the green tour, our guide Huseyin is the most funny, helpful and knowledgeable guide we had in turkey too. Both him and his driver Heli took care of my elderly parents really well. When my parents were not able to visit the attractions during the green tour due to mobility. They will make sure they have a place to sit and drink. I was worried about them following us on the tour but it turns out amazing. Heli got a smalll gift set for my parents to show respect for them. If you want to book guide Huseyin you can do so via hotel as he’s a freelancer.😊

The environment is really superb. First of all, the room facilities and decoration are all carefully and can be felt. We live in a family room, the bathroom is super large, and the bed is comfortable and satisfactory! Secondly, the yard is really full of love in it, especially at night, quietly, sitting on the swing and chatting, looking at the stars, cozy! The boss can speak Chinese, so you don’t have to worry about communication. The inn that the family runs together is like going home. The boss is responsive, and the service is very attentive and wholehearted! recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at Milat Cave Hotel, perfectly situated just three blocks from the main street. The comfort of the accommodations was truly noteworthy. The convenience of booking tours directly at the hotel, with easy pickup, streamlined my travel plans. The terrace offered breathtaking views that allowed me to witness early morning hot air balloons. Highly recommended for an all-around enjoyable experience. Wifi works very well, I only had connection issues once.
