We stayed as a decisive factor that nearby hot spring facilities were available for free. About 1 minute walk from the hotel. It was very cold at the end of the year, but the body and mind were warmed by natural hot springs. The hotel feels like a general business hotel. The soft side was a good impression of the friendly and polite service at the front desk. The room was surprised to enter, but the leather business chair that seemed to be comfortable sitting !! When I got up and approached. . I've been tone-down for a moment. The surface was clumsy.Laughs I had to wear a pillow case on my chair. It was very good that late check out was cheap and ＶＯＤ was able to see for free. I hope the room chair, improvement.

Even if I went to Kanagawa Prefecture, Hashimoto, Sagamihara City, it was a land that I couldn't know without an event, but the hotel was very good! I had to change clothes and made a pre-inquiry more than １ months ago when I made a reservation, but I was surprised that I was recording it on the day and it was a business. The parking lot was free. I was surprised at this. It was saved because there seemed to be no parking lot in front of the station ｲｵﾝ. The room is small, but it is clean and has equipment, and there is a drink service at the front desk, and it is available at any time. The small suitcase (in-flight size) was usually spread at the entrance. There was only a smoking room at the time of booking, but I replaced it at check-in. Breakfast was also bread and cereal, soup and drinks, but it was delicious. The staff is very nice and I want to use it if I have another chance.

We stayed at ”Ai Hotel Hashimoto”, which is about 10 minutes on foot from Hashimoto Station in Sagamihara City. It was the first hotel I heard, so I was a little worried, but it was a normal hotel. Since it opened in March 2019, I felt that the building was new, and the room was clean and quiet. The price was also reasonable.

I forgot to take the hotel in advance, so I walked in late at night on the day. The single was not vacant, but it is 5000 yen for twin single youth. Cheap! Thank you! I thought it was heaven because it was very cold. W walking distance to restaurants, donki, and Keio Hashimoto station and convenience! The staff at the night front desk was also good. The rooms are excellent Toyoko quality!

Great location, great hotel, and wonderful service! Family of four, we booked a double and it was a nice room with two double beds. Although a bit small, it was fine for us and we were happy to have a microwave, etc that made it feel homey. The hotel was quiet, the a/c good, and the water pressure strong. The location is perfect, just a few minutes away from the Hachioji Eki and all the various conveniences there. Staff was very nice, check-in was smooth and quick, and check-out was as simple as dropping off our card key. We mistakenly left a pair of pajamas in the room and the wonderful staff was able to locate it and send it to us, already in another prefecture, the next day. Thank you so much!! This kindness will not be forgotten and we would love to return to this hotel the next time we visit the area.

Great location, great hotel, and wonderful service! Family of four, we booked a double and it was a nice room with two double beds. I was worried about the outside noise in the room along the Koshu Highway. If you can make a request at the time of booking, it might be a good idea to request a room on the opposite side of the main road. The room was small but comfortable with a sofa. I used a laundromat, but when I opened the door of the laundromat, it was so hot that I started sweating. There is no window and you cannot stay in the room at the same time as you run into other guests. There are three washing machines (300 yen per use) and three dryers (100 yen per 30 minutes). There is also an ice machine here. It's narrow anyway. Cleaning is normal. To be honest, there were some things that bothered me.
