Blue City Baden hotel is a nicely renovated boutique design hotel in excellent downtown location (just across the central station and closeby to ABB, GE, and the "Trafo"). Modern and tasteful decoration and nice ambiente. Great rooftop bar (opening at 4 pm) overlooking Baden. The hotel comes with the attached restaurant "Lemon" and consists of a new and a historic wing. Almost all rooms are facing streets with quite some traffic. Noise protection is comaparbly good but you'll still hear the noise. Don't think of sleeping with a window opened - even if you bring your own earplugs. Rooms are nicely decorated and large and come with a comfortable bed. Large and clean bathroom. Tasteful historic furniture giving it a great combination with modern elements. Basic but fresh breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. 3 parking lots at tge hotel that go for reasonnable CHF 15/day.FromUS$124.00

I came for a single night to this modern and stylish hotel close the railway station of Baden. A special self-services check-in counter with very helpful services personnel made a great start into my stay. I had a nice room at the very end (328) on the top floor. Again stylish and well equipped interior so I enjoyed a calm and peaceful night. Is this a helpful review? Stayed for 2 nights. The Champagne Thursday was a success and the breakfast was very good. The room was quite small but big enough for me. Even though I didn't drink anything from the minibar, it was pleasant to be able to have one drink on the house if I would have wanted.FromUS$120.00

Fantastic apartment - i have stayed here for just under 6 weeks on a business trip. Having just been renovated, it is very clean and tidy with all the latest mod cons. The wifi was stable, enabling me to work weekends as per project requirements! I was also able to cook for myself - all necessary kitchen utensils are available. Also, a dish washer, washing machine and dryer in this apartment for ultimate convenience Location is perfect - a 5 minute stroll into the city centre but just a little off the beaten track so very quiet late at night. There are a couple of nice eateries within a couple of minutes of this wonderful home from home, so it was not always necessary to even walk into the city centre. Marco, Renate and the team make excellent hosts and would highly recommend this as an alternative to hotel accommodation. In fact, I have already booked again for January 2020!!! These renovated stables from the early 1900s are now home to Youth Hostel Baden. Located on the banks of Limmat River, it offers a pleasant terrace with table tennis and vending machines. Wi-Fi is free in public areas.Rooms here are heated and each includes a table with chairs. The windows are big and look out to the surrounding park. Bed linen are also provided in the rooms.Buffet breakfast is available every day from 07:00 to 09:00 at Baden Youth Hostel, and packed lunches can be prepared upon request.Baden Train Station is about 15 minutes’ walk away from the hostel. After - yet - another very great stay at this hotel, I had to write another review. The hotel staff never stop to impress me. Having frequented this hotel for many years now (it is my must use hotel when in Baden, Switzerland), the Erne brothers and staff continue to provide very high quality and 7 great service. The way the staff great and treats you like you're an old friend, the incredible professional and also friendly way they handle your requests, always having a positive eye on you, the quality and tidiness of the rooms, the exquisite dishes they serve during dinner: it is incredible. It is not over the top, not exaggerated, not making you feel uncomfortable, but very reassuring, very professional but warm. The waitress responsible for breakfast asking you if you want a coffee to go: it is genuine. The waitresses at dinner: incredibly friendly, yet professional and pleasant. There are two hotels in the world where I will always return: this is one of them.

I spend a week on business travel at the Apart Hotel in Baden. The Hotel is very new, modern with nice rooms. I had a room with a small balcony, small kitchen and a small desk. All worked well, staff is very friendly. The Hotel is integrated in a sport center with tennis, badminton and fitness and has a good Restaurant. The CHF 18 Breakfast is basic but very good quality and in the Winter the garage parking for CHF 15 is worth it even if the entrance is not to easy drive if you have more than a midsize car.
