Second time staying here and got a different style room: thankfully this one didn’t have a weird scent, but I did miss the warm lighting on top of the bed frame that the last one had :( The rooms use bright white LEDs… which is fine! Just not the preference for my eyeballs. The TV in this room actually worked correctly though! Warm buffet breakfast is nice! Staff was friendly as well!

The hotel badly needs upgrading. The carpets look as if they have been there forever, and the breakfast area could do with some improvement. The muffins were out and uncovered, and there were no tongs to serve them. There were no forks available either Saturday or Sunday, so guests had to improvise. The bedroom was large and clean, and the bathroom was also clean. Unfortunately they seem to have a roach problem, as there was a dead one in the dining area and one in the lobby. They were cleaned out, but it’s a bit gross to see them ( little ones to be fair) upside down on the floor. Also outside the front door there were a number of dead ones. Maybe I’m being unfair, and maybe the hotel had just been treated for bugs, but one in the dining area is actually unacceptable.

I drove to MD, to visit my daughter for Thanksgiving in Towson. I stayed in one of your Days Inn in Towson MD. It was horrible, the first room I was placed in was in shambles and not the items advertised. The second room had old yellowing linen with large stains on the sheets & holes. The bathroom had an odor, black mold and was dirty. The door is not able to stay closed due to the knob hanging off and the door split open. I would not have stayed except that I checked in after midnight. The cost of the room considering the state of both rooms needs to be $5.00 because we were indoors. I have numerous photos of rust mold, sheets broken doors, mysterious fluid dripped down and stained the walls, and general disrepair. I slept in my clothes on top of the sheet that was placed on top of the dirty blanket and a towel over the pillow. I checked out and moved to another hotel in White Marsh MD for the rest of my stay. I would like to forget about this horrible stay, but they charged my card for the entire reservation which was 4 additional days and charged me an additional $93 for the night I stayed. I am now fighting with them to recoup the remaining $370 which I did not use. They are nasty on the phone and hung up on the Expedia rep when she called on my behalf. I would give them a zero if possible. I am writing this to assure that no one else gets fooled by false and misleading internet pictures of this partial homeless shelter. Oh and it is in the worst neighborhood to boot.

I expect this brand to be a step above the ”Express” brand of the same name. However, I've stayed in many ”Express” hotels that were much nicer than this. First, the front desk staff, while not rude, were certainly not welcoming and minimally helpful. Second, the decor of our room was... well, modern but haphazard to say the least. OK, I'm not a decorator by any stretch of the imagination, but serious mismatched, like they threw in whatever was left. And a pink ceiling? I'm not sure what they were thinking. The beds also were supportless and provided a horrible night sleep. Finally, I paid for a breakfast, which was below average for the free breakfast you would get at most ”Express” locations. The food... was standard hotel quality, very limited selection. Best of all, no one was taking tickets, so I see no reason why they bother charging. I feel like a smuck.

I believe I am entitled to a $15 refund. On the Ramada site this property was advertised as having a pool and a continental breakfast. It wasn't until I was notified by the checkin email that the the pool was closed. And then when I was at the property, there was a sign that there was no continental breakfast. So, the 2 reasons I had picked this property were not there. The listing on the Ramada site had falsely listed amenities. I based my purchase on the amenities listed. Please refund $15, which is fair considering I had to spend more on that for breakfast even at the modest restaurant we were forced to eat at down the road.
