Give 5 stars at a good hotel with the highest standard in Province because it is a provincial town, the price is not expensive, but recommends booking through the website, it will be cheaper than walk in Book through the website, trip.com, cheating very good, use 50 baht discount, but take it into reality, cut off the discount 16, the rest is lost, have to pay at the hotel for another 6 baht, annoying, recommend Agoda once.

I stayed there 3 nights. It was perfect. You reach the train station in five minutes by walk, also the markets and other interesting stores. You find local food and a big mall very closed. The owner and the staff were so friendly. They recommended interesting stuff and call a taxi, very helpful! They don’t offer breakfast, but it’s not necessary. You can buy your own stuff and put it in the fridge. The room was very big, enough space und also the bathrooms. I can really recommend this hostel!!!

Because there was a problem with the water heater, the front desk was asked to change the room. There is no hair dryer or kettle in the room, which is very inhumane. But the location is good, close to the railway station and the river, there are a lot of food and entertainment. The balcony can see half the city of Phitsanulok

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 What can one say 😂😂😂😂😂 Cheap, great water pressure! Fire hydrant pressure. But, avoid. We were heading for the Pailyn Hotel, which is just actually next door, but different street (around the corner) and satnav took us here. Because name was similar, i never thought anything about it. So dropped off friends and parked the car. They had gone in and paid for the night by the time I had got in. Rooms were shabby, air con barely worked, curtains were rice paper thin etc etc. Needless to say, would not be back again.

The hotel is on the road next to the most famous Phitsanulok Buddha. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic. Upon arriving at the hotel, they delivered welcome drinks and helped carry the boxes. Garden-style hotel with clean swimming pool. In addition to Datang Hall, there is also a reading room. Although this hotel has only a few floors, the elevator is quite convenient, and this hotel, even if you go out, the room air conditioning will not stop, come back from the outside, the cool room is really very comfortable, the service staff very intimate introduction to the room All the facilities of the hotel, and delivered good quality welcome fruit. The room is quite large and there is absolutely no problem with the extra bed. The photos I took are darker, but the overall style of the hotel feels low-key and luxurious. The toilet is divided into three parts. The hand basin is opposite the door, the bathtub on the right, the shower and the separated toilet on the left. The sanitation is very good, there is no peculiar smell, it is clean and fresh, and the water is super fast. Disposable sanitary appliances, including shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and skin cream are also provided. The sink here also has hot water, which is comfortable and convenient. Since the hotel is not on the right road, but on the side street by the river, we asked the young lady at the front desk to call for a taxi. It was very punctual and did not delay the trip at all. It’s not a self-service earlier, there are three packages to choose from, I can’t put more photos here, and I will show you the two that we ate when we add reviews

You can never imagine that a hotel with more than 100 RMB can be so amazing! It's really amazing! The sister at the front desk is super nice! The restaurant and cafe staff are super nice! The owner's grandma is super nice! The room brother is super nice! The rooms can be so clean and refreshing, it is simply touching! The hotel can borrow bicycles for free to visit the many temples and attractions in the surrounding Phitsanulok. The breakfast is exquisite and delicious! There is so good coffee! I can't find too many words to praise here, but if you go to Phitsanulok and do not book this 8th factory hotel, it is definitely your loss! For this kind grannies and so many nice people in the hotel, I will definitely go again! Thanks so much for this hostel

It's really beautiful and the environment is good. We passed by here to rest for one night during our self-driving tour from Bangkok to Chiang Mai. It was hard to find in the alleys when we drove. After navigating for a long time, the city is already small. This hotel is still so good , The price is too good, the view of the place for breakfast is great, we are all discussing how to maintain such a good hotel in this small city, there are not many customers, but maybe the owner has money and will drive it hahaha, go Must live here

Only just finished a complete refurbishment so it was in pristine condition. Excellent spotless nicely decorated room and toilet / shower room. Very comfortable bed. Helpful desk staff. Nice freshly cooked simple breakfast. Good parking. Fantastic value all for less than 500 baht. A separate cafe restaurant was about to open on 7 January. Looks smart. The hotel fascia has been restyled and the name on the front is now "Ava Hotel" (see picture). Updated and modern appearance. A no frills hotel but I have absolutely no complaints. Exactly what I was looking for and will stay there again.

New small boutique hotel. Lanna style building, unique design of the garden. There is a small cold weapon exhibition hall on the second floor of the main building and a miniature history museum. The design of the room is quite satisfactory, modern in Lanna style, the bed is super big and the bedding is very comfortable. The staff is very friendly, and there are Chinese-speaking waiters at the front desk, so check-in is quick and convenient. This hotel should be regarded as the highest quality in the area, and will stay next time.

I stayed 3 nights here and my only regret is that I could not stay forever. It's a small hostel that only opened back in December 2017 and in my opinion has gotten the hostel atmosphere spot on. There is a small common area that over looks the river with the option to grab a fishing rod and try your luck. The size of the common area makes it great to socialise with the other guests. The outside area is a fantastic escape from the city centre, you can easily spend the day sitting and watching the world go by, as well as the odd giant lizard beasties that shuffle about. This is one of the friendliest, cleanest and most wonderful hostels I've ever stayed at and the price can't be beaten. If you are in Phitsanulok, stay here.

Staying for three nights in a party of three we were totally satisfied with our accommodation choice in Phitsanulok. The room was very clean and well equipped and quiet. AC worked well. Each morning we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast - rice soup, eggs and toast. The hotel employees were always very helpful. I'm leaving we got even a free ride to the train station. Thank you all a lot!

The hotel service is better, clean, sanitary and safe, life around is more convenient, and the supermarket is also very close. The service attitude is very good. There are a lot of people from our family, and the room arrangement for us is very reasonable. There were not enough rooms, so I took the initiative to drive us to another hotel of the same level and help check in.

The room is adequate, though old and quite tatty especially the bathroom. The one who said it's 2 years ago is dreaming. The building must be at least 20 years old. Cleaning is not properly done and there is an accumulation of dust and hair on the floor. Breakfast is normal Thai hotel style; which means hardly edible. Location is lousy unless you're using the old bus station, though the neighborhood is filthy with garbage and drain water all along the streets and lanes. I was unlucky to have a room with a huge aircon on the balcony used for the breakfast room. It starts at 6.30 am every morning with a big bang, waking you up with a shock jolt, and the noise stays until 10 am when breakfast time is over. There is a boy receptionist who is extremely friendly, helpful and kind. He calls each guest by name and makes the day for them. The transgender staff is also nice and always willing to help. However, the personnel alone does not a great hotel make. No reason for a repeat stay here, though I will miss the staff.

As an overnight stay this was a good option. The rooms were clean and well equipped and there was a covered parking area which was very welcome during the massive rainstorm that greeted our arrival. The breakfast was good with enough options to suit all tastes The 'garden' view was a stretch of the imagination. Just a very small planted area. I'm not sure it is a comfortable enough place to stay for more than a couple of nights. I thought a resort should have a pool - there isn't one

My first stay at the Dragon River was soon after it opened, and I was allocated a spacious suite of rooms. This time round I was given a regular room, much smaller with a rather cramped shower room (for me, anyway!) although clean and with the usual facilities. The hotel seems to specialise in tours now, as there were two groups of (rather noisy) Chinese tourists staying during my three day visit. The location is still excellent! By the Nan river and just along the road from Wat Phra Si Rattana Mahathat, an important, and very beautiful, 14th century Buddhist temple. Buffet breakfasts were fine, if a little limited, and the staff were helpful.

The parking lot is very large, the rooms are on the first floor, and the breakfast was pleasantly surprised. It took more than ten minutes to walk to the night market. I happened to meet the Sunday night market and I liked it very much. The little brother of the concierge is very cute and has a rich breakfast. Cost-effective, but the room is a bit old, pay attention to mosquitoes, the air conditioner is very loud, and the sound insulation effect is average.

The "Hotel" is not a hotel but more like a facility to house football guests playing here. They have a elevator but you will have to walk up and down stairs to get to it. The room was ok but since we booked for 3 people (2 adults + a child we expected to have towels for all. But no we were told we would have to pay extra for that. Hotel is located far from everything. Diner : as the location was far from restaurants we decided to eat here . All the fried things we actually deep-fried beyond recognition. Service slow and even asking several times for ex. Fried rice it took about an hour to produce that. Place was not busy. The breakfast : whoever wrote plenty of Asian and western chooses must have mixed this up with somewhere else. Few Thai things all cold ex fried eggs and bird sausages. Total of 6 things. Western chooses was white or grain toast bread with condiments. Margarine, 2 kind of marmalade or some sugary things made of condensed milk. Also guess western was chocolate and plain cornflakes. Place claims and promotes living healthy but the use of only margarine and the condiments contradict that statement. Only reason to stay here is if you are playing football with the club and don't want to travel to do that.

Worst experience We arrived at 4pm at the hotel and it was very crowded at the check in lobby, each queue takes longer than 15minutes and at least 4 families in each line. So we decided to go out for dinner and came back to check in later. When we were back at 8pm, no queue left Still it took 20 minutes to check the reservation before telling us that the sea view plus room we booked wasnt available! They offered a ‘complimentary’ upgrade to garden view room with balcony (and we didnt have any other choice). Even worser, they told us that the room wasnt ready yet because the maid hadnt finished cleaning!! That time we realized why the lobby was so crowded with angry exhausted guests!! They tried to offer us to go to dinner (which we already had) and wait, couldnt even tell us when will the room be available. We waited a full hour, at the hot lobby without AC. Without any more offer or proper waiting area. Got the room at almost 10pm. And the only offer they gave is late checkout (which we couldnt stay that long) worst experience ever
