It's my second trip to Osaka and I chose to stay again in Hotel Androoms. The location is quite convenient. The Hommachi station is just 5 minutes walk and for me,it's somehow centralized since you can either go to Namba side or Shin Osaka side. Once you're in a subway you'll be connected to any places of Osaka. There's also convenient stores nearby ( Mini stop , Family Mart, and 7/11). There's no buffet breakfast here, it's an ala carte French cuisine which you need to order the night before. The rooms are somehow quite spacious ( comparing to rooms I've stayed in Europe). It's clean and they do have a mini fridge, kettle and toiletries are supplied but water bottle are not. Bed are also comfy to sleep, I am quite tall and my feet are not dangling etc. they also do provide some night clothing and room deodorizer. Don't expect to have a city view etc. Since I am always out, I don't really care about that. Also, it is quiet at night which is really helpful when you're tired and just wanted to get a good rest. Moreover, there is an ATM downstairs along with a vending machine for drinks and also a coin operated washing machine where you can do laundry. I recommend this hotel and if in any case I'll go back to Osaka, I will still book this hotel.

We had a warm welcome. Even though the staff speaks very little English, they have a little machine translator which is very convenient. They are very helpfull. The room was small but very clean with air conditionning. The bathroom was also very clean. Upon arrival they ask you to choose a pillow, give you a one size pyjama and offer you other little things. The wifi worked very well. The best was the breakfast. It's was a free buffet with yogourt, eggs, omelette, soup, fish and more ! The hotel is located in the business district.

The room was very clean and fresh. There is also a tatami room that lends futons, so it does not fall off the bed in the tatami room, so it is ideal for small children! The bath was wide and you could relax by stretching your feet. There was a convenience store in the immediate vicinity. The refrigerator is separated from freezing and refrigeration, and there is a mini kitchen and a range, so it may be irresistible for long-term travelers! ! Next was a hotel that reminded me to stay overnight.

Because this is a hotel that will open this year, it is very beautiful and has a new smell. Since this is a plan without breakfast, I added breakfast, but due to corona, it seems to be very limited, so the price is disappointing. But other than that, I feel very comfortable.

5 minutes away from the subway, convenient to Xinzhai Commercial Street, surrounded by office buildings, very quiet at night, free hot spring on the second floor, the hotel is very new, service is very good, I booked a deluxe room, give me Ordinary big bed, Ctrip has not been this one or two times, Ctrip is obviously not communicated with the hotel! Overall convenient, the room is small (Japanese common disease) to get clean and comfortable just fine! The quality of toiletries is good!

Booked this place for 1 night only as we were getting in late to Osaka. Arrived at approximately 11pm due to transport issues. When we made the original booking we asked for a late check out, (12 rather than 11) if possible, then when we checked in we asked again if we could have a complimentary late check out (if room was available) so we could rest. This was not a problem with the night shift crew. at 11:30am we received multiple phone calls from the front desk & knocks on the room to get out immediately or they would charge us. We hurried out of the room within 2 minutes (my partner was in the shower mid washing her hair, so came out with soaking wet hair in the middle of their winter) and spoke to reception stating the front desk the night before said 12pm was fine. This was the 1 and only bad customer service experience I had in all of Japan so was very shocked. The woman demanded we pay the extra 30 mins we stayed in the room and if we refused to pay she would charge the credit card on file. I showed her the email asking for late check out and she advised us this was not legitimate & forced us out immediately (my partner still with soaking wet hair asking if we could just use a guest bathroom to dry it off). Other than this one experience, the hotel was in a good locations, walk able from the closest large station, interior was modern and clean. Rooms were slightly larger than average for Japan and the shower & pressure was amazing. However the service we received definitely put a damper in our day & Japan experience which is the reason for low stars.

We stayed here for two night after our Kobe Cruise. The hotel is located in the business district North of Shinsaibashi. Unlike Shinsaibashi, there are not as many eatery choices nearby. This hotel does not offer free breakfast but there is a kohjo market next to the hotel which offers food and eating area and that's where we had breakfast each day. The location is right next to the Midosuji line subway so it's very convenient to get around. The price is very good. The savings between this and the other hotel we stayed on previous nights was enough to pay for breakfast alone and more. The rooms are small as expected. There is NO in-room safe but the hotel does offer safekeeping for your passports and valuables free of charge. The bathroom is clean, but first night there was a funny smell which luckily went away the next day. Clean affordable hotel. I would consider staying here again next time for the price alone. Again only complaint is the location closer to shopping and eateries. Another plus is the checkout time is 12pm! Very convenient if you have an afternoon flight out of Osaka

smaller room but I enjoyed my stay there, it's far to walk to dotonbori area but it's very close to one of the metro stations. I would recommend this place, price was more than decent and they have great breakfast and lunch, all you can eat type for very affordable price. I enjoyed food and service there. Reception was always very helpful and tried to answer my questions the best they could. Next time I'll probably stay somewhere closer to centre, I'm staying late at night and metros are not working after midnight I think, but I'll definitely check this place in breakfast or lunch time. Thank you Rihga!

Chose this hotel due to the pricing, the reviews from well-established people, the onsen in-site (though I unfortunately never was able to utilize it), and the relative newness of the hotel. It's not hard to navigate to the hotel from the Honmachi station since the exit number is listed directly in the hotel name. However, the hotel is on the furthest end of the station near the Yotsubashi Line, but a good walk to the Chuo or Midosuji lines which also service the station. You might be better off navigating from street level depending on if you're good at orienting yourself. The staff were excellent and friendly, and you can change your pillows and the like to match your comfortability (though I didn't need to utilize it). The room itself was excellent with comfortable beds and more than enough plugs to charge things. If you don't want the breakfast option (which is what I did), the FamilyMart at the bottom is a must-go for things you need. I highly recommend the hotel, great value for the price relative to other hotels. Just be prepared for a bit of a walk to some of the other subway lines - but if you're in Japan you know you're going to be walking anyways, so it's not that big of a deal in the end.

The price is really too high! After traveling in Japan for more than a week, I finally lived in a room where a family can straighten their legs! The front desk is Chinese-speaking. I don't know if we saw a child with us and also specially upgraded us for free. Children have their own beds! It turned out that sleeping alone on a bed was so cool! The bathtub and electric toilet are also complete, don't be too satisfied! The only thing is to take a subway or bus, but during the walk, I saw the quiet side of Osaka. Breakfast is not free for children under seven years old. The food in the morning was still plentiful and there were many choices. Don't sleep late. Don't hesitate to eat and live well, this is it!

The location of the hotel is the highest in the same district. It is in all directions. It is close to Kuromon Market, Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. The Kobe beef and the Japanese restaurant diagonally opposite are downstairs recommended. The internal environment of the hotel is ok, the rooms are a bit old, but overall it is quite hygienic. This is the place to choose for the next family because it is only 10 minutes away from Namba Station and it is very convenient to take the subway to and from the airport!

The hotel is new, the staff is nice and friendly. The hotel is more close to JR Namba instead 南海Namba, some walk distance to 心齋橋, opposite side have convenient store. I kept the luggage at hotel after check out, they have a nice and modern luggage storage service, customers can keep the luggage by the electric lockers. Happy stay !

My flight is 6pm, that's why i have to check out first & ask hotel to keep my baggage... but this hotel is rare,,,, Reception won't help us on this but tell u after check out, pls go the baggage storage room to check your baggage for yrself... first of all, storage room is so tiny, only one person can get inside... & hardly to put my heavy baggage there... anyway, u will take your own responsibility to lock yr baggage. So, this is really rare & so different from other hotel...

This hotel is average, and it ’s more convenient to eat and drink. I ’ll give you some science. I ’ll take the last stop of the Nankai Line from Kansai Airport to find Shinsaibashi. The hotel breakfast is usually full. Free ramen at 10:30 every night. It tastes good. I even eat three bowls of ravioli. It is suitable for children. There is parking lot and extra beds. The location of the hotel is close to the surrounding attractions. The hotel Features: Chinese service is available 24 hours a day. After 11 o'clock, you need to bring your room card to enter the hotel. The security is high, and the room has free drinks. If you have to vomit, the decoration is a bit old.

Excellent location and walking distance to shopping street. It is a bit downhill that the breakfast is not impressive at all i.e. not value for money. The environment is fine. The public bath is a bit small, it can only accommodate 5-7 people becoming very congested.
