I work in television production, and I'm responsible for my crew's accommodations while on the road. I'm beyond impressed with the Homewood Suites by Hilton Henderson. It's very rare to say that, but in this case, they have bent over backward to help us secure what we need for our shoot. Porsha, in the sales department, could not be more pleasant or professional. She manages to keep up with our requests, in the nicest way possible. Keep doing what you are doing over there, Homewood Suites Henderson. We appreciate you!

BW is a famous American hotel chain, maintaining a consistent standard. This hotel is 15 minutes drive from Las Vegas and close to the airport. The hotel is not small, the price is very cheap, and the summer holiday season is only 500, including meals. Quiet in the vicinity, not far from the Chinese hot pot restaurant in the food court. If you have a car, it is recommended.

The room is new, and everything is good except for being a little smaller. The bartenders are very enthusiastic ❤️🔥, there is a bar and bread🥯 on the first floor, and the small swimming pool is also considered to be complete with supporting facilities. It is worth staying in. very good!

I travel 3x a month for my job, stay in many hotels and can honestly say this RI is the best. Rooms: Incredibly spacious. Large kitchen and bathroom. Everything is modern and updated. Staff: Very friendly and do an excellent job keeping all common areas VERY clean. Breakfast: After traveling so frequently, the ”complimentary breakfast” has lost its shine. This particular RI does it right; great variety and quality.

Arriving at the hotel, we used previously read reviews for reference; parking in the north lot as it bypasses the ****** to the front desk. They check temperature and masks are mandated. (Still buying the lie) Front desk was very helpful, nice and expedited our check in, offering an upgrade for a small amount which we took. The main ****** floor was not very busy. Station Cafe is open 24 hours but there is a Fat Burger, Baskin Robins, Pizza Place and Panda Express that will hold anyone over with above par tasting food. I never used room service as these places were so convenient with no lines. Rooms were quiet with the exception of someone beginning a light hammering at 9 am two of the four days. I brought earplugs. Security is abundant around the facility; some in black suits and some armed. Security will follow you throughout your stay with video surveillance at every ceiling glance as it is probably a way of them passing the time; their reality TV. The pools were nice but only a certain portion was open during the day 10am to 4pm off season. Gym was especially nice as it has a Smith Machine, free weights and a pull up bar. It is open 24 hours from the rear entrance only to patrons. Only negative drawback is that they mandate a mask. I was ”reminded” to keep my mask over my nose as I had it down trying to catch my breath. I hope they are trained in CPR as they may have people pass out from oxygen deprivation. Hint to GVR, Southpoint, nor Silverado R mandate masks in their gyms. A second minor inconvenience is that you need to ask the attendant for a towel and a bottle of water as it is under lock and key. Room amenities ”toilet paper, tissues, towels” were not stocked well as we were only given one box of tissues, two large towels and one roll of TP. A nice gesture was a robe that was supplied. Only issue with this robe is that there was only one. If you wanted your room made, you needed a special request. Even then, no restocking of TP or tissues were supplied. Unsure if it was a mistake as more larger towels were replenished. Overall, besides the mask Nazi at the gym, it was a very pleasant experience. We will be staying here often when visiting family in the future.

This is a very late review. I stayed here in March 2020, pre Covid. I love Henderson hotels for the safe neighborhood and no smoke unlike the hotels on Vegas Strip. My go to was always TownePlace Suites, their sister property in the same area. SpringHill did not disappoint. Perfect coffee, large rooms, great breakfast buffet. I am torn on which one to choose if I visit Vegas again. Cannot go wrong with either.

I’m torn on this place. Choices in Henderson were grim. Every place seems to be poorly maintained, cleaned, or staffed or some combo of these. We ended up here after quickly nixing the Marriott across the lot due to maintenance issues, odor and noise. This one was far cleaner and quieter, although seemed to have the same issues with needing cosmetic help (dirty walls and doors, floor chips in the elevator. Nothing major just indicative of a property in need of refreshing.) The room was pleasantly clean and odor free, except for the carpets that needed shampooing badly. Stay was fairly quiet. Some odd room design in that the bathroom door pushed up against the bed in order to open it. Lamar at the front desk and Daphne and bfst were real standouts. It was clean, quiet and our vehicle was safe in the lot. I’d recommend but hope to see some money invested in the property to bring it up a bit. Bfst was great and well stocked.

We moved to Alberta from Ontario late last year and just got around to planning a holiday. Vegas is only a 20 hour drive from where we live and we have done Ontario to Florida before which is a similar distance so our plans were set. We have been to LV 4 times previously and the last 3 of those visits we stayed at the South Point. Decided to book it again this time, ignored all the negative reviews on TA as most of them seem to have been posted by people with no previous history on TA so they can be tossed out the window!! Arrived late on a Saturday afternoon and the place was hopping! Got checked in very quickly and asked and was given a room up on the 23rd floor facing out towards the mountains and out over the pool area. Got a double queen room that was immaculate. Beds were comfy and the room was spotless. Bathroom was a decent size with the shower and toilet separated by a door from the bathroom sink etc. My only complaint about Vegas hotels is that the tv channel selection in the room is usually atrocious, probably because they don't want you in the room watching tv !! But there were enough decent channels to keep us happy at the end of the night. When we checked in they asked us about house keeping but we just called down on the morning we wanted the room tidied up etc. and it was done. No hassle and just a quick 20 second phone call. We used the pool area quite a few days and the pool side bar service was excellent. The girls working out there were kept busy but were always friendly and by the end of the week recognised us and always had a chat. The pool area was very clean and we never had to look hard for a sun bed to relax on. Plenty of clean towels always available no matter the time of day we were down there. The hotel has 11 restaurants I believe. We used Steak and Shake a couple of times (still good), Baja Miguels on the first night (love the Margaritas along with everything else about the place!) Ate at Primarily Prime Rib on the Thursday and this is still a great place to have a decent cut of meat. No need to go on about our meals. The food was always perfect and the service superb. In our travels north and south we saw lots of signs up in restaurants and coffee shops advising they were hiring and apologising for delays etc. but it seems that the South Point is not struggling on that front. Always staff around to help etc. The one change for the better at the hotel is the addition of the Starbucks at the front entrance. If my memory serves me it used to be a Seattles Best coffee shop but Starbucks is far far better. Plenty of staff working the store and never a long wait even on the busiest of mornings. Another great part of the hotel is the Cinemark Movie Theatre. We saw 3 movies in our week at the hotel and its always great that you can just take an elevator down from your room and just walk up to the theatre. The ****** was hit and miss for most of the week though on my last night I hit a handpay which was pretty ni

We stay here often, but lately the Grandview is getting shabby. The building 9 pool needs some work. Most of the chairs are falling apart, and there are no tables with umbrellas for shade. The hot tub wasn't hot for several days of our stay. Inside our unit, the safe did not work, and it took several phone calls and 4 days for someone to finally replace the battery. Outside - while parked in the parking lot of building 9, the back window of our car was shattered by a rock.

This hotel is almost the most favorite of the five hotels I stayed in during this trip. Very new, very clean and beautiful. The hotel staff from the restaurant to the rooms are very enthusiastic. The bathroom is very beautiful. Breakfast is not bad, but it seems that there is only one serving breakfast, and the other restaurants are after noon or only serving late night meals (for gamblers). The hotel is located in Henderson, about ten kilometers south of the main street of Las Vegas. It is clean, free parking and very convenient. My husband and daughter like it very much. They don’t like the noisy and feasting Las Vegas Downtown, and it seems to be much cooler than the main city of Las Vegas. It’s only seven miles away from the airport. It’s easy to get to the airport. We think everything is perfect, but it’s not very comfortable to go from the parking lot to the lobby.

My husband and I came to Hilton Lake Las Vegas to spend our 7th wedding anniversary. Check in went very smoothly. Shortly after our check in we received a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. It was a very welcoming surprise which we genuinely appreciated. We had booked a couples massage at their spa and were very pleased with their services. It was quite relaxing and exactly what we needed! Our room was very clean and quiet. We ordered in room service for breakfast and the food was very much to our liking! We’ve stayed at this resort several times prior and have always been pleased with our stay there. We will definitely be back!

Hotel environment is very beautiful, the room is not bad, our family has two rooms for two, the middle door can be opened, very convenient, the reception is also courteous, but the room key is late, it is very tired at night, run back and forth. It was not easy to use four times. Later, the maintenance personnel came to give me a key to change the key. It’s weird and it’s too much!
