      We stayed about three weeks in here. The experience was impeccable. Right from check in and throughout the stay Divyansh was there to support any request - Kudos to his spirit of customer service. Room Service and room decoration for occassions was done with excellence sbse utmost care by Sourav and Debasish. The very first breakfast Megnath ensured we had a great experience. Avijit also left no stones unturned to ensure utmost care during our morning breakfast. Chef Ramzan, Su***, Naresh Rawat ensured surprises to our breakfast table. Umesh made the best filter coffee regularly with a smile. Kavin and Kabaln Amit, Swagata, Pankaj, Shivaraju also ensured complete attention to make my parents comfortable during the evening lounge and Courtyard breakfasts. Subhajit ensured that we had new mocktails everyday and you should try his unique preprations to experience it first hand. Sudhanshu ensured seamless arrangement for all car drops. Kudos to the team for giving an excellent experience for my wife and parents. The only negative feedback is for Mr. Shreyan Das - he may need to be trained to handle customers more politely.

      The stay was quite pleasant except the chair provided in the room. Staff was kind and helpful. Food served in both breakfast and dinner buffets was amazing. They always took care of the food requirements of my toddler and cooked meals for her as per our request. I especially want to mention a server cum bartender named ***an Patel who was very much attentive to all our requirements in the restaurant during the 14 day stay. His friendly demeanor towards us and especially our kid made the stay worth while. He even offered complimentary mocktails to us on our very last day. There is nothing more we could have expected from our stay.

      I stayed here for 14 days. The place is really close to offices and have a beautiful campus. The staff here is really helpful and warm. Housekeeper Ajit Sah who serviced me during my stay had a really hospitable aura. He used to smile so warmly that it just used to made the day. Will look forward to staying here again. :)

      I checked in late on 4th April 2022. The room assigned was pathetic, curtains were shredded, basic amenities like clean towels, tea coffee etc were not present, linen was dirty. I asked the staff to change my room and the second room assigned was similar. Finally at 1 am in the night when I forced them to give me a decent room, they put me in another room where the linen was okay but the door chain latch was missing. It was already 1:30 am by then and I couldn't sleep all night due to safety concerns. Morning, the bathroom flooded as I took shower! This is by far the most pathetic hotel I have ever been to in my life and it should be shut down! Hotel staff was unapologetic, unabashed and couldn't care less!

We stayed at vivanta Residency Road as usual and where do I begin? The front office team (Chandrashekar, Vinayak)was waiting at the main porch to welcome back us. You can feel the positive vibe around you when you entering this place. We had a nice spacious room and was very well maintained by Housekeeping team Kumaresh.The food at the hotel which starts with one of the best breakfast buffet with live counter by kitchen team chef Arbind. Serving with smiles by service team sandip at Mynt are the best part. The real reason to stay here is the staff who lead by Mr.Suresh Khanna GM(could not meet him this time) who is Gem of this hotel and the team leaders Ms.Ankita in place of Samata madam, Mr.Stephen, Chef Thimmaiah,Mr.Prasenjit.They are extremely courteous, pleasant, helpful go out of their way to make you feel at home. We will be back to this highly recommended heavenly place. Special thanks to Mr.Stephen for booked our room for two days in a busy days.

While doing my reservation thru booking.com i did make a request for twin bed which was not taken care while doing the check-in . Treebo Tend Edha Suites front office guy was rude in his comment when we requested for twin bed as he stated booking.com & Treebo do ***y commitments while doing reservations and don't check with the property before confirming to the customer . I did not like the way he responded to our twin bed request. . Booking.com & Treebo has to sort out this communication gap so that customers are not in trouble. Rest other things ok with property

      The food was good the room was nice. Outside park and swimming pool are very cute. What was impressive is the helpfulness of the front desk ***ager Lalit. I needed to make a PCR test as I had a flight in the evening and he fixed a person coming to my room to make me the test and I got the result in some hours. There were ongoing works on electrical plant and wifi was not functioning and I could not work so I asked Lalit and he brought to my room a mobile phone with hotspot and solved my problem. The staff is very kind.

Now the main part hotel buffet .Already paid for dinner/breakfast with stay in hotel. When we went for dinner veg & non-veg food was kept very close to each other, being jain they were preparing jain food. but i went to counter to check for food. found uninvited guest (cockroach) near the food counter. we all got so pissed of, we didnt had dinner which was included and went to brigade road for food, since it was late all hotel was closed & slept empty stomach I also gave feedback on same to them at dinner table. Next day during breakfast, since we cant go outside so early . We went again same place to have food , all the jain food was served right at the table. this time service was good due to feedback provided at dinner time. gave good feedback this time due to good service. Will not recommend this hotel & its restaurant. if you dont have option stay here.

      Check-in: Since, I was reaching hotel before noon, I had called the property a day before and confirmed whether I would be given a room when I reach hotel. I was told that no problem at all. But, when I reached hotel, I was told that rooms are not available currently and need to wait for sometime and even after that it was would be on chargeable basis. I was not informed during call that for few hours early check-in, I would need to pay additional charges. So, complete lack of communication from property end. Room: Rooms are way to small and lacks very some basic things. Room does not have any wardrobe. Washbasin in not within bathroom which is a big problem. Dental / shaving kit was provided after multiple reminders. Property does not provide moisturizer even on request. Property does not provide bottle opener even on request. Outside food is not delivered to room, instead guest needs to go all the way to main gate (not even at reception) to collect the parcel. Guest needs to collect cutlery themselves from ground floor for any food ordered from outside. Breakfast: Let me start with a good part, we requested for very early morning breakfast @ 04:30 AM and they had option of fruits and some sandwich even during this early morning. Apart from this, all other things about breakfast is the WORST. Tables are were not cleaned on both days of our visit. Upon request, they cleaned dirty table with just tissue paper without using any soap / liquid. Buffet spread was too less. Basic cutlery is not available for most of the time. We had to wait for 5-10 minutes every time to get spoon / fork / butter knife. These cutleries were not even cleaned properly on multiple instances. Breakfast sandwiches were too dry and at times not evenly or not properly filled with ingredients. Only limited option available for egg preparation. Only idli available in south indian preparation. No dosa / uttapam was available even upon request. Overall Experience: I would suggest to AVOID this property, if possible. This is NOT at all IHG standards property. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. I had given written negative feedback while checking out, but receptionist didn't even bother to check with me what were my reasons for providing such negative review. I am not sure whether that feedback would reach concerned authority in the property.

      We basically were a group of 4 on a business trip, with 2 checking in on day 1 and the other 2 on day 2. One of the members from the first group was checked in to a room, where he later found that the AC wasn't working (YES... IN A 5 STAR). He was, however, shifted to a different room later. The second day when we finally came back from our meetings, me and my colleague who were to check in on that day, were told that we will have to share a room. We had booked individual rooms atleast 10 days before. Of course, we refused. Instead of giving us individual rooms, we were asked to be shifted to a different hotel, for which they provided transport from their end. Since, the other hotel wasn't booked through the company, we had to shell from our pockets. However, we were lucky, as we were shifted to The Paul, one of the finest properties in Bangalore. The other colleagues complained about the taste of the food in the buffet. Also, no outside food, people or alcohol are allowed in the hotel. Post this experience, I don't think me or anyone from my company would be booking the same hotel again.
