I highly recommend Stay Saratoga. I rented a standard double room for one week. I had a great experience and ended up staying 6 months in a deluxe double room with a good-size kitchen that included a stovetop (no oven), microwave, a full-size refrigerator, toaster, and a Keurig. I appreciated the Keurig cups in my room upon my arrival! The rooms are clean and spacious. The comfy beds have memory foam mattress toppers and a table with comfortable reclining chairs. The location is perfect - close to parks, shops, and restaurants. My daughter had delicious food delivered from Ravenous. The owner Steve is friendly and quickly responds to questions and requests. He has another property, Berkshire Hills Country Inn. It is conveniently located less than two miles from the Clark Museum.

Staff was very friendly. Small outdoor pool was great to lounge around in the sun. Basic 2 star motel in Saratoga Springs, NY. Most people get rooms here for concerts at SPAC or for the racetrack. Not enough parking for everyone, you will be on a side street if you get in late and the lot is full. Side staircase to upper rooms felt like it was going to fall off the building, toilet was clogged for our 3 night stay, well would not flush properly but still worked after they tried to plunge it. Blinds in the room were broken and bent. Nice AC, good water pressure though. Walk to downtown from here. Check in procedure was outdated, still using paperslips to reserve rooms, offered a continental breakfast daily. Again, is what it is, there are a bunch of these type places up and down Broadway as well as the bigger name brand hotels. If you need to just sleep and get to SPAC its very close!

Lovely stay for two nights in September 2020. The hotel was spot on for cleanliness and service. The room was spotless and all public areas of the hotel were clean and constantly monitored for guests leaving and arriving. The food service was also done quite well.Seating was available either indoor and outdoor. Tables were properly spaced, and constantly cleaned they were then labeled as sanitized. Chair backs were also cleaned by workers who wore both gloves and masks. In lieu of a self service buffet they had one worker behind glass wearing mask and gloves who served food upon request over the counter to you. It was quick clean and efficient and well thought out. Every self serve station for coffee juice etc had a box of gloves , wipes and hand sanitizer nearby. Two areas for improvement : Someone to assist getting luggage in and out of the hotel with the carts (no one there to offer assistance). Checking out and dropping room key cards in an open box felt a bit unsecured. Would stay again . Great job handling the Covid 19 guidelines well done Embassy Suites.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a long weekend and really enjoyed our room and experience here. We stayed in the Empire room, which was very spacious and had a nice soaking tub in the bathroom, in addition to a shower. The bathroom was actually one of the nicest I've ever seen and stayed in, which was really nice. The bed was super comfortable, king size, and the room also had a daybed, which may be helpful for a small family or additional guest that may be looking to stay in the room. The breakfast at this bed and breakfast was fantastic. Each night you filled out a sheet with the option you wanted in the morning, and left it in a basket to be collected before breakfast in the morning. Once you came into the dining area for breakfast, they started preparing your choice and would bring you a freshly baked scone or muffin while you waited which was very good. The B&B is family run and each family member we met and interacted was very friendly and happy to see you. There was also always fresh coffee and juices to have with your breakfast. The hotel was located close to the downtown area but, at least with my iPhone, hard to find initually. Be aware that some of the rooms are in a separate buiilding above a restaurant and while there is enough parking, you'll just want to double check where to park. Once you found the place there were no issues, it could just be a bit tricky for some at first. Overall we thought the room was really nice, more traditionally decorated with a big beautiful bathroo, great service and great food. The only complaint I have would be that there were some flies in the room when we checked in and which seemed to stay. We're not entirely sure how they got in there in the first place but admittedly we didn't try to open a window to see if they would go out.

I have been a Hilton Member for a very long time. I totally expected to have a Hilton getaway. Saratoga Springs has always been a great time to getaway for a break. Unfortunately, pandemic has made its way. I have stayed in a few Hilton hotels during this difficult time and have seen first hand Hilton come alive in Hospitality. However, there have been a few times that I could truly say Hilton May be getting stuck. I travel quite extensively throughout the year and always stay at a Hilton Property but after recently staying at The Hilton Saratoga Hilton and a few other non welcome feeling I’m looking at other options. This is painful to even write. The Saratoga Hilton reception staff are not consistent in their welcome. I’m fact two were fairly rude. Housekeeping staff really did their best. At one point one housekeeper unloaded on how management didn’t really care about them. Again, as a Diamond member this is sad to hear. I think it’s time to find another hotel family to visit while I’m away from home. A sad thing to even imagine.

We stayed 2 nights here. Staff were all wearing masks., yet, very friendly. They had good suggestions where to go and which restaurants we should try. To our suprise, full chicken finger dinner was given to us in a take out box. On the first night. Second night, we told them we were going out to eat. Breakfast was the same way. Nice warm breakfast were given in a take out box. Very clean room. Also, we liked their no entry policy unless we request housekeeping.

We visited Sarasota Dreams on December 28,2019 It was a little past Christmas but the house looked like it came right out of a Dickens Novel. Every room had a tree. The fireplaces were stoked and the furniture added to the ambiance! We played billards in the Billards Room, a return to a bygone era when people shared a drink and friendly conversation. There were no sounds of computer games just billard balls rolling on soft velvet and discssions of the days events. This house is filled with the beauty of history. When you entered the foyer you notice the elegant pattern on the parquet floor. When you Walk to the  staircase you will see a magnificent stain glass window. Up the stairs and at the end of the hall past the rooms is the bathing room of the famed actress Lillian Russell. Her pictures adorn the wall near her lounge and next to a beautiful wrap around shower which she used. The rooms were very comfortable and the beds gave an excellent nights rest. It was a little cool that evening but the down comforter kept us snug and warm. The morning breafast was delicious. We had three coices and I took the eggs benedict made with lamb over the cinnamon pancakes and cinnamon laced walnut oatmeal. All of the selections were delectable! My family enjoyed all the options. This was a nice surprise at a Bed and Breakfast. Usually you have a choice what is put out not a choice from a menu of items. We had a wonderful time at Sarasota Dreams and we'd like to return during the racing season. It is perfectly placed next to the horse racing hall of fame and a quarter mile from the track itself.

I am giving this hotel a 5 star review because of the staff. The hotel itself met all my needs as far as cleanliness and amenities go, but the staff was particularly impressive. From the front desk to the breakfast crew to anyone who you walked past in the hallway. Everyone was friendly, polite, attentive and working hard. I had to stay here for 2 nights because a terrible ice storm knocked my power out for 2 days. This hotel offers pet friendly rooms and they put me in a location where I could easily access a side door to the pet walking area. It was horrible weather and the circumstances were not the best for my pup and I to have to get a room for two nights. It made it a lot less stressful staying at a hotel where the staff is so conscientious. Thank you

Hotel location is great! Close to the Back Bay station transportation hub, the famous attractions Boston Public Library, Trinity Hall, copley square. The Freedom Trail, Boston public garden, and Boston Common are all within walking distance. The hotel itself is rich in history and was built in 1912, blending in with the surrounding historic sights. Shopping and dining are also very convenient, and across the road is the large shopping center copley place. This area is over the river is MIT, it is very convenient to take a taxi from the hotel to MIT, Boston University and Harvard. By the way, there are free buses at the airport, but if you don’t just touch them, you are not recommended to take them. The logo is hard to find. I just happened to be in the airport hall, and when I got off the bus, I stopped at the hotel and it was a surprise. In short, very recommended hotel.

It is only a few hundred meters from the South Station. It is very convenient to catch the early train and it is not far to Chinatown and Macy's. The hotel is relatively new, the rooms are large, and they are all close to the domestic five-star. The front desk said that there is free coffee in the restaurant on the first floor (the coffee machine in the room is Keurig's American style is relatively light). There were two fire alarms in the evening, and the fire station was opposite, and the fire truck arrived immediately. In the end, they were false positives, which really made people sleepless.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It takes only a few minutes to walk to Back Bay and 10 minutes to Central Park. It takes less than half an hour to walk to the Charles River to cross the bridge and to MIT on the opposite bank of Cambridge, and it takes more than ten minutes to walk to Chinatown. Half an hour walk to the Museum of Fine Arts, Northeastern University, Quincy Market is also half an hour away. Anyway, you can walk anywhere you choose to live here. The downstairs of the hotel is a good western food. When you go out, turn right, walk a little and then turn left. There are very good pizza restaurants and many very good western restaurants. Diagonally opposite the hotel entrance is 7-11. I stayed once 5 years ago and I missed this location. This time I was renovated and the hardware and software have been greatly improved, especially the public bathroom, which is very clean and also Enough, there is no queuing situation again. The room is relatively small, and the location is too good to have too much luxury. In short, it is better than expected. This price should be very cost-effective in the center of Boston.

I’m not one for writing terrible reviews, but for practically a brand new hotel this place is not off to a good start. CONS: The rooms are extremely small with only a bed and foldable desk and chair due to space restraints. There is no closet and the full size mirror on the wall behind the sliding bathroom door fell off the wall the first hour I was in the room. It was put back in with liquid nails and was tapped back up. Hopefully that holds for the nexts guests in the room. The walls were so thin I could tell what movie the next room was watching (Rush Hour 2 if that helps anyone with this review). The water pressure was so low the morning I was leaving I could not take a shower. The picture I attached is the highest pressure I could get it at, and that’s all the way to the cold setting. Also, either lots of people smoking weed in the hotel or Snoop Dog was in a room near me. My room reeked of it on multiple occasions. Was due to Covid, but the bar (and I use that word lightly due to the size of the bar area) was only accessible to people order the finger foods on the menu. If you wanted a drink you had to take it back to your room to drink it. PROS: Staff was all very friendly and quick to resolve the issue of the mirror incident. The hotel is very modern and is visually appealing. There is a QR code in your room where you can order bar food and some drinks to go from the bar downstairs from your phone. The location is pretty good for getting around major parts of Boston. Price in my opinion was high for the little amount of what you get, but once COVID restrictions are lifted and the rooftop bar is reopened I would say it would be priced fairly.

When I checked in at the hotel, she told the front desk that she wanted a quiet room. She saw that I liked the upper floors and arranged for me to the 17th floor. After entering the room, it was okay overall, but when I saw the sand-like marks in the sink and the sink when I went to the bathroom, it looked a bit uncomfortable. After returning the next day, the room was cleaned. Although the sink and the pond were not completely cleaned, the traces were almost gone. After staying there are many privileges, free soup or something. But daily fruits are not seen at the front desk every day. I have been to the gym but one of the bicycles failed to start. But the rest of the equipment is good, although the personal yoga space is a bit small outside. Overall, nearby activities are very convenient. Service attitude is also very correct.

Breakfast is ok, but the variety is relatively small, no vegetables. The hotel is only a few kilometers from Boston Airport and has a free shuttle bus. Staying here, traveling to downtown Boston, it is not very convenient to take public transportation. You need to take the hotel bus to the airport and transfer to the subway there. It is convenient to choose to take a taxi or a water taxi, but the price will be more expensive. If you carry a lot of luggage and have plenty of time, it is recommended to stay in the same brand of hotels in the city. The price is much lower, and the dining and sightseeing will be more exciting.

I don't know the breakfast, because there seems to be no breakfast at Godfrey, and then there is a cafe next to their hotel. It's very good. I drink Pour Over, very pure and very recommended. I don't know the extra bed, because I went alone. Then the hotel is very small because of its location in the city center, but the rooms are all well equipped and very good. Godfrey can be regarded as a fighter in the center of the city. If you pay at the hotel, you may need 400-500 dollars. There is also Ctrip is prepay, so there is no real payment. Then it's best to use Booking or Expedia! All in all, this hotel is very good, I like it very much. I have come to their home in Boston twice. I will definitely choose their home next time!
