We stayed here for 7 nights (9-16 august) and had a wonderful stay. Firstly, the hotel is beautiful and very impressive- the outside/ pool area is stunning and the gardens very well maintained. Other than one day spent at the beach (we got the free shuttle from the hotel which was very easy and convenient) we were more than happy to spend the rest of our days at the hotels outside area. The pool is clean, pretty, a lovely refreshing temperature and it was never too busy or crowded. We were very happy with our room, (superior double,) it was large and spacious and had a big balcony with a view of the pool/ surrounding mountains which was ideal. We were bed and breakfast and loved the breakfast- LOTS of choice and so nice and easy to just serve yourself and take a table by the pool to enjoy it. Food at the restaurant was also fantastic lunch options all delicious and fresh, wraps, burgers, salads, pasta etc. The evening meals were very good too, we chose to eat at the hotel 3 or 4 times by choice because the food was high quality and the service impeccable. Also, we loved the outside bar - the waiting staff are amazing and within a few minutes of you ordering a drink they will bring it over to your sun lounger and are constantly attending to the guests around the pool- more drinks, collecting glasses etc - they do an amazing job and in 36c heat most of the time!!! This brings me onto the best thing about the hotel, which was most definitely the staff. We were served at the restaurant for our various lunches/ dinners/ drinks etc by the waiters/ waitresses: Eva, Lana, Andelka, Marko and KiKi. These five are a credit to the hotel. They were nothing short of wonderful - so friendly, helpful, quick and despite having to run around in VERY hot temperatures tending to LOTS of demanding guests they were always so lovely and polite and on top of things! The service was five star, and we truly felt so well looked after. Hats off to these five for doing an amazing job, and making our experience a delight! Ps- great touch that you can arrange your covid tests (for return to the UK) through the hotel and a doctor arrives at reception to collect the samples, followed by an email with the results shortly after. Super easy and efficient. Thank you and we hope to come back again!!!

Overall it was a disappointing stay. Below are some pros and cons: Pros: 1. The room is big with large floor to ceiling windows. It was also very clean with a stylish decor and bathroom. 2. The beds were really comfortable. The bedding were fresh and clean. The pillows were good. 3. Once inside the property everywhere looked new and modern. Cons: 1. Shower. The water is lukewarm only, despite turning it beyond 40 degrees. There were also no amenities, which we were surprised by. 2. Noise. Our room was right next to the lobby. The receptionist was fiddling with her laptop which made a ‘ding’ sound every few seconds. We had to ask her to stop playing her laptop or put it on silence. 3. Late arrival guest. Some guests arrived after midnight. They were loud and laughed at about anything. Receptionist made no effort to ask them to keep their noises down. 4. Service. When I raised the issue about hot water and lack of amenities to the receptionist I was told they never have this problem and made to feel like we were a inconvenience for her. 5. Breakfast is poor. Eggs were dry like cardboard and sausages tasteless. The breakfast room has no windows and it feels like we were eating inside a cell like prisoners. 6. Parking is a joke. It’s underground parking and the paths are so narrow you would think a 5 year old could have better designed it. The way to get to hotel from parking isn’t obvious either, despite efforts by hotel to put up signs. 7. Hotel location is poor. It’s right on the corner of two busy roads. This means lots of road noise day and night. To get to the hotel you drive into tiny alleyways and basically trusting your life to google map getting you there. Thankfully google maps worked. Other than the room itself I can’t think of any reason why this place could even possibly be awarded 4 star status. Overall this is a over-priced room with a lot of inconveniences. Don’t bother...you can find better places in Split.

On our recent trip to the Balkans we stayed in six locations in five different cities in three countries, All locations were clean, enjoyable, safe and hospitable but Lanterna and the family that runs it came out tops in their willingness to assist our stay with arranging great restaurants and tours to help us to get the most from the trip. Lanterna’s location is ideal in that it is on the fringe of the old town thereby providing easy access to the historic sights waterfront and restaurants but away from majority of the noise and crowds. Sanya in particular went out of her way to make sure every detail of our visit was what we wanted to get our of our Split visit. She even came to our car when we arrived and navigated us to the secure parking located 100 yards from our door. As it is an historic stone building the rooms are a bit on the small side but are nicely equipped. But the attentiveness and consideration of the staff and family more than made up for that inconvenience.

This is NOT a hotel - rooms - reminded me of renting a room in someones house and if their not home to meet you, then you don’t get in. We received an email asking when we were going to arrive - which we gave an approximate time. However upon arrival 15 minutes earlier than our estimate we were dropped off next door because building has no driveway- we then dragged our luggage up one flight of stairs to be met with a locked door. We buzzed and knocked for 5 minutes- we could hear loud chatter behind the door the whole time- finally a group of guests let us in and told us the receptionist told them he would be back in 25 minutes. Not a good beginning- we thought it was a hotel!! Probably the word Towers in name misled my thinking. The have 11 rooms - the room itself was modern and nice, however we were immediately behind vacant reception desk and it was loud from guests meeting and greeting. In the morning a note indicates to just leave your key at empty desk and your luggage in your room if you want to check it for day. Location of room was convenient. When we returned at noon to pick up our luggage staff was actually at property. NOTE - after 10 pm they lock office bldg outer door if you book this place and don’t respond to the email- your screwed because you will not be able to get into building without code. If you do get in good luck buzzing at the next locked door.

Everything about this hotel stay was fantastic. The staff is absolutely delightful, and they were very helpful from the beginning - months ago. I planned rooms and meals with them, and they were so helpful in looking at additional excursions. We booked a food-culture tour with Mirjana on the staff and absolutely loved it. So special to hear the stories and the historical chapters of this amazing place. We tasted several traditional and local flavors (from meats and cheeses to chocolate and liquor). The hotel is inside Roman Emperor Diocletian's retirement palace, which of course has filled in over time. But the tiny streets meander through and the hotel itself is tucked in among/attached to other buildings. So charming and quaint. The hotel is part of a UNESCO designation , so they weren't able to change anything structural. Each room is a unique surprise in layout, windows - some have little terraces. It's a great location - walking distance to the port and promenade. It may seam like a mouse-maze in the beginning, but you find your way around quickly. And another great offering from the hotel: same-day laundry service for only $15 (for an entire bag of laundry). It was perfect since I was traveling for another two weeks. Breakfast in their partner restaurant was hot and tasty. Coffees made to order. I loved my stay and can't wait to come back!

This review would have given the hotel 5 stars it deserves. Excellent Check-in, great rooms, extraordinary breakfast, staff professional and friendly. But the damn elevator incident exposed a serious flaw in crisis handling training of Staff. While coming down in the elevator from First floor to minus 1 floor car park, the elevator, carrying OTIS tag, stopped with a thud, on the ground floor, as we (wife, son and me) discovered finally. Lift would not move and there was no 2 way communication system installed between the stuck passangers and real people outside. There was an alarm though. We pressed it about 6 times at intervals and and it did sound like an alarm type of sound but there was no response or sense of awareness that someone could understand our predicament. We could hear voices but they appeared to be not anything about us or the lift. 10 minutes into this situation and we realized we had a phone with a local sim. We called the hotel no. We could hear the phone ringing at the reception located near the lift door on the ground floor. The calm voice on other end said they were getting someone to come. When asked if it would be 10 min or 20 min or more. Response was 10 min. 20 more mins passed and there was no response. Hotel Reception had now our phone no and no one cared to update us. Long story short, after half an hour of our call to the hotel, a technician had reached the hotel and opened our lift door. The stark reality after getting out of the lift, no hotel staff approached us for being sorry or offering us a drink or a word of compassion. The hotel management had no letter of apology or a fruit basket sent to our rooms as that would have been a minimum gesture we would have expected. So while the hotel gave us no other cause of complaint, this will be a mystery to us how hotel staff or its management or its owners were so clueless on being able to handle this crisis with customer satisfaction.

This hotel is well deserved near the city center and near the beaches. the hotel is quite new with all new equipments (air condition, TV salettite, Wifi (with an excellent bandwith for work) with nice and modern design. rooms are very quiet. The rooftop is absolutly blasting all other location. You can have a breakfast seeing the Peristil and with an incredible view on Dioceclan palace and also on Marjan and the marina. But I must say that you will have a warm welcome from the womens at the desk. They are so kind and my advice as a "domaci" follow their tips ! It is worth and will save spending time on the web. Rooms were kept spotlessly clean everyday, great facilities, nice touch having tea and coffee on demand in communal area, lovely outside seating area although this tended to be quite loud as near a busy road - however DO NOT let this put you off staying here, the rooms are very well soundproofed! The bed was very comfortable with very plush pillows and a great spacious shower. The location is perfect for everything being right in the centre. Breakfast was provided at a nearby restaurant which we could not fault at all. The staff could not have been anymore helpful, very friendly with perfect English, I would stay again no problems at all

The hotel is located on the third floor of a shopping mall with only 10 rooms and located in the heart of the city. You have to enter the shopping mall to find the hotel. We selected the Deluxe Suite, City View room that included 1 very comfy king bed, a double sofa bed, and an infant crib at a rate of only $56. We were in room no. 311. It was lovely modern room, spacious, clean, and the view of the old town was spectacular. The private bathroom was spacious, immaculate, and perfect. We had a comfy king size bed with a sofa bed that Dominic slept on. The hotel confirmed a Pack n Play would be available for our baby to sleep. The staff were friendly, professional, and provided valuable tourist information about Split. The main reasons we selected this hotel was because of its location to the old town, the spectacular view, and the price could not be beat. The hotel was only a 4 minute walk from the Gregory of Nin Statue, a 5 minute walk to the Diocleatian's Palace and Cathedral of Saint Dominus, a 13 minute walk to the Port of Split, and the Split Marina was only 21 minutes. Available amenities included: a coffee shop/cafe, self parking (a huge perk!), airport shuttle, 24-hour front desk, air conditioning, front desk safe, self-serve laundry, multi-lingual staff, luggage storage, and free WiFi. The rooms included free cribs (a necessity while traveling with an infant), a refrigerator, private bathroom, and free toiletries.

First of all let's make clear this is not a hotel with all the services of a hotel; it is a room rental with pros and cons. The Prima is a building just few meters out of historic downtown where you can walk into in 5 minutes. The building hosts (and basically was entirely before) a department store that was not so successful therefore management opted to use a full floor for room rental. The good point is that room are very well furnished, really spacious, full of light. Price is somehow higher of a regular room rental but quality is in another planet compared with the rest of the room offered in town. Beside a reception open 24hrs not much is offered as an additional service so be prepared to do it yourself.

We stayed at the hotel for a week before Easter 2022. The staff throughout the hotel, reception, restaurant and housekeeping, were all friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant a couple of times and the food was lovely and service great. Breakfast each morning was lovely, with plentiful supplies of fresh fruit, pastries, meats and cheeses and coffee to set you up for the day. The pool and wellness centre was clean and well kept, and we used the pool and sauna each day. Our rooms were great, with balconies and sea view, a fridge, lovely clean bathrooms and plenty of wardrobe space. We had a great holiday, cannot fault this hotel, a great stay.

This hotel has the potential to be superb but falls flat on a few key facilities. Sometimes it's a 3/5 experience and sometimes a 5/5 so went down the middle on the rating. The rooms are gorgeous, spacious, beautifully decorated and panelled, the coffee making faciltes the best we had on our trip, the bed/linen/ toiletries all amazing. All these aspects were 5/5 - superb. But the bathroom has no shower! This is the weirdest thing......Briig order some hooks so you can have a shower! The noise as many other guests have pointed out is an issue, we survived okay being night owls ourselves but I would say if you were looking to relax and get good sleep, be warned. Breakfast, if you get in early is superb! If you come down later in the morning, a car crash. I can see how there are mixed reviews. First morning we came down, waited for about 30min to even get a coffee, well over an hour for breakfast. The waitress told us it's because everyone comes down together so next morning we came an hour earlier. Different experience. We came early for the next three mornings and had superb breakfasts every day. We didn't use the pool in the end, we went up one day and people were almost on top of one another, looked like a crowd of seals on a beach. My advice to the hotel, as the pool is small, they should operate a booking service so everyone has a chance to use it while they are there. I think any negatives are easily resolvable they just need to work on them.

Good location, beautiful views and small rooms. Service was good overall, but uncle was weaker when checking out. I couldn't find the bill I signed for consumption. The hotel documents issued were all in local language and I couldn't understand. In addition to the room rate, there are also city taxes, insurance fees (I do n’t know what insurance is covered), and registration fees (I do n’t know what to note). It was said that the packaged breakfast was not available. I later complained and replied that I did not take it. The restaurant and room service are very good, and the front desk service is also very good during the day, that is, when checking out early in the morning, the uncle's ability to communicate is too weak. Lowered the service level of the hotel.

I booked this hotel for a three night stay to celebrate my sister's birthday and we had an amazing stay. I booked direct with Daniela, the Front desk manager, who was extremely helpful with room choice and organised a lovely welcome gift for my sister in the room on arrival. Our room was on the top floor and had views over the city rooftops and the port. Our balcony caught the sun most of the day and was a lovely place to relax after sightseeing. All the staff we interacted with were so welcoming and helpful and I could not do enough for us. Breakfast was very plentiful and fresh. I am a vegan and there was plenty for me to eat. My sister has a food allergy and the chef prepared a separate serving for her of hot food each day to ensure that she was catered for. The rooms, spa, restaurant and reception were all spotless throughout our stay. We used the taxi service organised by the hotel and this was very easy and efficient. The location of the hotel is so central, we could walk everywhere and the palace was a 2 minute walk away. The hotel decor is modern and lives up to being a boutique hotel where guests are made to feel so welcome and special throughout their stay. I cannot wait to return.

We were booked at this hotel by our Tour Travel Agency. Rooms are very nice. Location is a little far from the main attractions and is about a 25 minute walk. Could not find any public transport. Staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are on the 1st floor. This is the first time in a long time that we had to use physical keys to open the room door and also a glass door to enter the floor. Only one physical key is given, so if you have to leave the floor to get something then someone has to let you onto the floor. Could be problematic for tourists without a phone. Breakfast is minimal with some cold cuts, salads, fruit, cheese, breads, yoghurt, pate, juice, coffee, etc. No hot food. However, the breakfast sufficed for us.

We booked the apartment as we were travelling as a group of 4 friends. Cannot comment on the pietra rossa rooms as they are in a totally different property. Make sure you know what you are booking. Ok so the apartment had good and bad points. Pros: The view from the apartment is beautiful There’s a lift that takes you to the apartment which is helpful as it’s on the 10th floor from what I can remember It’s only a 15-20 minute walk to the main centre of split It’s only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach A spar literally up the road Air conditioned and a tv with plenty of channels A large fridge A washing machine and clothes airer are in the apartment Beds were clean Cons: Noisy Air con is only in one room Only one wardrobe in one bedroom the other bedroom has no storage One bedroom has a working light and a lamp and the other bedroom has no working lights nor windows The bathroom is small, faulty and a bit dirty really The oven and hob above don’t look like they are cleaned as there was so much dust hanging off the hob Plug sockets and light switches hanging off the walls No safe Nothing to make tea and coffee The outside of the apartment looks like Del Boys block of flats from only fools and horses - not really a problem but not what you expect on holiday perhaps Not enough towels Broken ornaments around the property Some of these things wouldn’t cost a lot to fix and it would just make it tons better!! Suggestions ~ Another wardrobe A lamp and working light in one bedroom Fans for the bedrooms Replace the shower head and holder that’s faulty Replace the shower doors Paint the walls to freshen it up Add more towels Clean the hob and oven Maybe just freshen the decor up ie ornaments that aren’t broken etc Fix the switches hanging off the walls Include a kettle and a safe Personally I wouldn’t stay here again but for 3 nights it was ok. If all those things above were done I would consider it if I was coming back to split though. The host was a nice lady and she was quite down about her property. So she wouldn’t need to feel embarrassed or ashamed if she put a little more investment into it :)

Plaza Marchi Old Town - MAG Quaint & Elegant Boutique Hotels Google review summary 4.7 Excellent 114 reviews Rooms 4.4 Location 4.6 Service 4.3 Couples 4.2 Families 4.0 Solo 4.8 Business 4.5 Reviews Search reviews People often mention Tamara Hutch 2/5 3 minutes ago on Google Genuinely confused about how their service and cleanliness (or lack there of) can receive a 4 star rating. Pros: As many others say, it's location is amazing. So centrally located in old town. We were in the room on level 5 which they refer to as the VIP room. It had a terrace with a beautiful view over Old Town and the palace walls. We had no issues with the noise, however with it being low season, the bar others refer to was not open. When we got COVID and had to delay our travels, they were also very helpful with changing the dates with no issues at all. Cons: As others have mentioned pokey reception that two people and their luggage can barley fit in, having to carry luggage up a flight of stairs to even get to the lift, which only goes to level 4, before carrying it up another flight of stairs to get to the room. Specific concerns: - They let us check in at 12 which was lovely of them. The lady who greeted us was super friendly and had advised she would find out some info about if the island tours could be organised in low season and she'd let us know. From that moment on we did not see another staff member at the hotel until our checkout 4 days later. They would only correspond with us via whatsapp messages. - When I messaged them to follow up on the tour that evening I was simply told "check in tourist agency or in tourist office". Which was the complete opposite of what we'd been told in person. - The following afternoon I messaged them to let them know that there had been a vacuum cleaner in the (very small) lift for over a day. They said they'd tell the housekeeper. That vacuum was still in the lift when we checked out 4 days later. - They asked me if everything is OK and I said that the bottom sheet on the bed does not cover the mattress on my side. I sent them a photo and they had the audacity to tell me that "usually guests are asking for sheets like this in photo" I pointed out that no guest would be asking for a sheet that results in them lying directly on a mattress given they wouldn't clean their mattress frequently. They said "would it be okay if housekeeper changed it tomorrow" Not only did the sheet never get fixed. But in the 4 days we stayed there, our room was not cleaned a single time. We also spoke to other guests who said they have experienced the same thing. - On day 3 I followed up via whatsapp asking what happened and that the vacuum is still in the lift and that our sheets have not been fixed. They responded calling me "respected madam Tamara", blamed the lack of receptionist on the COVID situation (although the housekeeper we also hadn't seen would have been the one to address our concerns and due to the COVID situation the hotel should ha

Excellent hotel. We had some doubts since we don't recognize this hotel brand, but we were very pleasantly surprised with the quality of rooms and service that this hotel provided. Every employee is very professional and friendly and we couldn't ask for a better service. If you can afford it, look no further, I'm certain there is no better place in Split. Location is in the heart of the city and they even have their own private parking, which is very rare for this area. Breakfast is of great quality and you can choose to have it inside or outside. Our room was large, modern and very nice. The bathroom was excellent as well. Hot tub on the roof is a magnificent experience. The rest you can see on the pictures. This hotel is only 4 stars but I assure you it is way better than most 5-star hotels that you can find in most of the world.

The hotel is located in the old city, which is full of various hotels and restaurants, so it is not very good to find, but their service is very good, you don't need to find a hotel, they will go to you, then take you over, and Helping to transport your luggage and reserve a parking space. After check-in, you will be given an English brief introduction of all the attractions, and one by one will help you to mark it on the map. The room is a five-star standard room. Although the old town is very noisy, it is almost only closed. I can hear the bells of the clock tower, the soundproof is good, the breakfast is a little simple, but fortunately, I can also order a little egg rolls, pancakes and the like, which is quite good.

This hotel is very well prepared for the current global challenge - the pandemic. They are very strict in complying health protocols for covid-19 safety. Rooms are equiped with hygiene kits and you will feel safe and have peace of mind that it is well sanitized . But what I enjoyed the most is the location of the Hotel and view from my room. I feel relaxed even if I was doing some field works while on staycation. All of the staff serve and treat guests to the best of their abilities efficiently. The bright smiles and the friendly gestures of the team will make you feel the most welcome. If you want to witness the majestic colors of sunset while chillin' and eating your heart out, this is the place for you.

The location is excellent, just in the center of the old city, the balcony of our book can look at the tower of the Diocletian's Palace, and drink something on the balcony, it feels great. The landlord is also very good, will guide you where to park, and will help you with your luggage. If you park directly in the parking lot outside the ancient city, do not cap, the parking fee is quite high! There is also a roof-top garden with a sofa to rest, a kitchen with free milk, coffee, and cereal.

Clean, modern and simple. It was a very nicely located room, one minute walking distance from the city center where there is plenty to do. The room had everything you need for a stay, very comfortable bed, fridge, safe and the host gave us some very nice advice about split. Highly recommend!

The hotel is pretty good. It's clean, compact, and maybe a little overpriced in my opinion. I got to say, breakfast was just delicious 😋. I didn't eat much, but everything I ate was good. The fact that it's an old hotel (it's style was kept the same which is nice), and it was renovated a little bit, but they kept the "Austrian castle" interior design. Now, the parking was kinda cramped and not much space, but it's OK if there are not much people in the hotel. In conclusion, it was good. The beds were comfortable, it was silent, and the staff was very nice.

Very nice and large room, with beautiful views on the central square. staff is extremely nice and helpful. as the hotel is very small (upper floor of the building - each floor hosts a different hotel), there is no hotel restaurant. for breakfast, you get vouchers for neighboring restaurant "bokeria", which is very nice as well. the breakfast was excellent, especially the Dalmatian poached eggs. hotel location couldn't be better - right in the center of the old town, all sights are just a 5 minute walk away. the hotel is in a pedestrian zone, but if you are travelling with heavy luggage, they can arrange to bring you very close to the hotel (by golf cart). even though centrally located, if you have the windows shut, you don't hear any noise. I can highly recommend this property to anyone interested in visiting the old town of Split. I hope to be able to return one day.

Very satisfied with the hotel, the location of the hotel is great, it is very convenient to go to the attraction, it is thirty or forty meters away from the silver gate of Diocletian's Palace, and the small road leads to the silver gate. The restaurant where the hotel provides breakfast is in the entrance of the silver gate. On the left hand side, take a few steps from the hotel door to the right and then go to the left for a few tens of meters is the Golden Gate, and walk to the seaside street for a few minutes. The hotel receptionist was very patient. After receiving our call, I was waiting for our arrival in the room at the agreed time. I was enthusiastic about the location of the attraction. The hotel should belong to the hotel, there are not many rooms, but the interior is spacious and well-equipped, the decoration is also new, not bad! For Chinese tourists, as long as they overcome the language barrier, there is no problem in staying. Because the hotel is small in size, there is no front desk. If it is coming, the guests should contact the store in English to tell them the arrival time so that they can send people to the room. .

My wife and I stayed at Sleep Split for 1 night in September. Would I recommend this hotel to a friend? Yes. Would I stay here again knowing what I know? Yes! Our stay was fantastic. Sleep Split is just a short walk to the Old Town which makes it a great location. This is one of the best boutique hotels I have ever stayed in. If you found my review helpful please let me know by giving me a thumbs up. Thanks.

Like I said, one night in very charming and hospitality hotel on the great location. A few minutes from all famous historical buildings and monuments of Split...Breakfast was very very good. Staff was very hospitality and they do not press me and boring me...Man on the reception, I am sorry but I forgot a name, he was totally friendly but very professionally. I spoke with him about my travel to Split on Eastern holiday with my family. I hope that I will back very very soon. Thanks to all staff in Hotel Marul. P.s. public parking with protection is on the 20 meters from hotel. Of course, we did not pay this parking, hotel do it for us. Thank you a lot...great services.See you soon...

The owners were very rude. I was going to give a good review, even though we had some problems at first (breakfast was very poor, the toilet seat would not stay in position, inside the shower was the water heater, there was no one at the reception desk, only early in the morning and many many more). The worst thing happened as we were leaving. We weren't told that we had to pay in cash and we didn't have any. For 1 hour and a half my husband wondered around looking for an ATM machine to get cash. I told them to charge my credit card through the website and the refused and the lady told me (with the few English words that she knew) that it was my problem, not hers. They even refused that if we canceled the reservation, they would charge my credit card, even after I showed them the website that said it clearly. They simply didn't want to help us at all. They just sat there, staring at us, waiting for us to come up with a solution. Eventually we did, but we should we? It was the day that we were leaving Croatia, we had a very long day ahead of us, why should we exhaust ourselves over someone who does not care about their customers? I repeat, my husband was wondering around for 1 and a half hour guys. They could have told us earlier but they didn't. They responded to my comment that they threatened us to call the police because we didn't want to pay. That's a big fat lie. I was talking to the owner's son because she doesn't speak English. I don't know if he never translated that, but we were never threatened, simply because we wanted to pay. Even if we left without paying, they could charge my credit card. We wanted to pay, but they should have told us that we had to pay in cash at least a day earlier. But how would they do that, since NOBODY was working? NOBODY was at the reception. Way too expensive accommodation for what they are offering and very rude owners.

The rooms are very comfortable, the food was delicious but most importantly, the staff was incredible! The Balatura team is top notch! Our stay was on my mom's birthday & they made it really special for her! They also helped with car park (not easy in the small streets of Spilt) & other logistics. We loved it! The rooms were well appointed, clean, comfortable & included all the amenities. The little breakfast area in the courtyard, delightful. If you're looking for a place to stay in Split, I can't imagine you'd find better than this hotel.
