We stayed overnight with my pug. We stayed in room 315. Our room was clean and odorless. The towels and linens were clean and fresh. The room seemed a bit dark, and the floor lamp was not working, but it was not a big deal. The TV worked well and there was a selection of channels. The toiletries were present, unopened, and smelled/felt nice. Our coffee machine was broken, and I told the desk agent as I was grabbing breakfast and he thanked me. The phone worked in our room and there was a fridge and microwave. We only used the microwave, and it worked fine. The room was quieter than I expected given its close proximity to the highway. I use a white noise machine to sleep, but even before I turned it on, we heard nothing. The desk staff were polite and helpful. They treated me with respect and care. We did not use the pool or hot tub but they looked inviting and I was glad to see they were there at all. There were some very nice items in the vending machine and there was a bell cart available. You could tell a lot of thought is going into the guest experience, even with this being a roadside hotel. The free breakfast was more than I expected, especially as they were working under COVID measures to reduce spreading germs. We were each allowed a grab and go bag that contained many cold items, including a bottle of water. And we were also allowed a microwaveable breakfast sandwich. There was a nice variety of hot coffee, teas, cocoa, etc. available in the breakfast room, so it was not a problem that our room coffee maker didn't seem to work though there were ample cups, coffee, and mix-ins. Overall, I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality and value of this modestly priced hotel!

Very cozy with beautiful landscape and gardens in full spring bloom with apple, plum, pear trees and grape vines laden with fruit. Love the mineral springs jacuzzi, salt water pool home style-cooked breakfast buffet. There are special touches like fresh flower arrangements, sunflower seeds around the trees for birds and squirrels, complimentary bath salts and plenty of pillows. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. They granted me a 25% discount for being a military veteran. There is much to love about this place.

All the good things that can be said of a hotel stay applied to our visit. Check in was great, the room was ready and clean. and supplied well. Although we were above the main drag in Ashland, it was surprisingly quiet. We found it interesting that a non-smoking room would have ashtrays on the balcony. Breakfast was typical for a Best Western - it worked for us. Check out was quick. We enjoyed it. I would recommend the Verona highly.

We stop in Ashland on our way to Portland and stayed at the hotel. With 4 kids the hotel agent suggested Lithia Park which was couple blocks away and the kids had so much fun. They also recommended great restaurants also walking distance. The room had 2 beds and was clean. The beds were comfortable. The only draw back was they don’t have a swimming pool. We will definitely be back.

3 of us stayed at the Stratford Inn at the beginning of our road trip to Southern California. We chose the Stratford Inn based on reviews and its proximity to the Shakespeare Festival and restaurants. Upon entering our room, we noticed a musty smell. We opened the windows to air it out, but later that evening upon getting in to bed, the sheets were damp. Yuck! Also, it has a somewhat stocked kitchen with a few glasses, plates, etc, but no dishwashing soap and no handsoap. The bar of hand soap in the bathroom was so small, it didn't last overnight with 3 of us. There were food crumbs in the living area. The hot tub was closed (a determining factor in my choice of hotel) They have you fill out a form for breakfast (included). Each guest may choose a TOTAL of FOUR items, which we did. The next morning, we were each given a brown paper bag containing our breakfast. Although we each ordered a banana, there were none. Same with the yogurt. Orange Juice was supposed to be provided, there was none. We asked for extra oatmeal to make up for the missing items... they were out. We were on the road for 2 weeks. This was our least favorite place.

The hotel is close to the No. 5 highway and it is very convenient to drive by car! Very cost-effective, 100D breakfast for four people, the best hotel for a few days along the way. Milk yogurt, the key is too late to eat, can also be packed. The room is more relaxed than Hilton Huanpeng. The bathrooms are all DOVE series.

ARR agent trying to help me lost my 7000 pts (enough for a night's stay). RR customer svc said we could get the pts back with a paid stay, so we complied & booked and they charged our CC. Then about an hr before our evening arrival, they called and said they had a plumbing problem with the room we were to be in and were already full... so essentially the message was ”sorry, you had room and paid for it, but you are on the street” ... I was really upsee... really frightened. It was late. We were both very tired. Friends tried to help find us a place to stay. I was still working. David spent time and eventually found another place.... only $18 more out of our pocket for the last minute room. We had to get up earlier the next morning to get to the RR to stop and get them to refund our CC and get to the airport. I've tried to get RR to at least honor our agreement (esp after all the stress they caused us) and return my 7k pts and a few more pts to cover some fo the $18. Customer sv can't help. The computer and ”Upper Mgt” make all the decisions. Now I've gotten a couple emails of apology that essentially say We don't care if you were a good customer for years. We don't care if you used to recommend us. We don't care about you (or probably anone else). You aren't worth a $50 gift card ( 7000pt plus 5000pts to recover part of the $18). We are still doing some traveling, but are truly disappointed in RedRoof. We can't rust them anymore. They don't care about us despite our good record witih them and our months long effort to repair this situation. Good customers are apparently worth NOTHING to them.

The front desk is very friendly. The hotel provides breakfast, lunch, dinner, and exquisite preparation. If you are tired of running out, you can go back to the hotel for dinner and rest, which is very convenient. The breakfast included in the accommodation fee can be ordered on your own, and the chef makes it much better than the average American standard breakfast. You can have a hot breakfast and feel good.

We were on a two week road trip from Los Angeles to Vancouver and back, so we stayed at many different hotels. After seeing the reviews for The Ashland Hills we were excited to get back to a full service property, especially since it is privately owned. Many times older hotels that have been remodeled show signs of cost cutting but not here. The staff was very friendly and the room redo was flawless! No chipped tubs but rather large rooms with a cool retro vibe and the most comfortable beds we encountered on our trip. We ate dinner in their cafe Luna and it was great! If you want more bang for your buck be sure to give this hotel a shot, you won’t be disappointed.

The motel type, your own car can be parked at the door of the room, convenient. Room facilities are general and there is a table to use. There is a food store in a few minutes walk, and there is a supermarket not far away. It is convenient to replenish items. There is a female front desk clerk (also responsible for health services.) A few minutes drive from Macy's. The house number of 901 is not obvious, and asked several talents to find it. Breakfast is simple.

The place is clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a room on the 4th floor. It’s just noisy. After about 11:00 pm the road noise quiets down. The rooms are dated and the mattress had seen way better days. I mean the bed probably need to be replaced 5 years ago. The location is good and plenty of parking. I probably won’t stay here again. Don’t except your room to be cleaned every day. There was a notice that stated every 3 days due to staffing shortages. Understandable. But, the maid service was very friendly and willing to take my dirty towels and gave me fresh when asked. Also, they were generous enough to provide me with more coffee pods. Overall I was disappointed. The price was pretty good. For one night you might not mind.

I loved this little gem. It was super clean, and smelled fresh as well. The air conditioning was on too, which was great. They left two bottles of water in the room, as well as the coffee pot (standard.) There is a small microwave, a fridge, and DTV as well. I felt completely safe. My husband and I stayed at this hotel the night before our very early flight out of the Medford airport. The room was very clean and comfortable, and we were able to check in 2 hours earlier than the normal check-ion time. The front desk clerk gave us helpful suggestions on where to go for dinner. Because our flight was so early, the airport shuttle wasn't running. But they arranged for a taxi to take us the very short distance to the airport. This proved to be really helpful because it was raining when we left the hotel. All in all it was a very good stay. I was a little shocked at the price, thought. $320 for one night at a Courtyard seemed a little high, but I know we were paying for the convenience of being so close to the airport.

I’m not sure that I had any pros about this place. Initially when I was looking for a place for us to stay since it was the last place we would stop on our way home it said one price and then when I got into the booking site it was more. When we first arrived the place appeared okay, however after getting the lights on i noticed this was going to be a rough night. The placed needed a seriously good dusting, didn’t look like some of the furniture had been dusted in months, and could see the dust in the air. The bed looked okay at first but as soon as you laid down it felt like you were laying on a stone table, I didn’t sleep at all. Next the bathroom: The exhaust fan was caked in dust and doesn’t look like it had been cleaned in a long time. You can feel cold air coming from behind the electrical plates covering the outlet and also from a plate that had no use so this made the bathroom VERY COLD. Next no hot water at all from the sink or shower. We drove 13 hours, and was hoping for a shower before the last leg of our trip home but couldn’t do that and luckily I had enough sanitizer in my bag since you could t properly wash your hands. You could also see a long strip in the shower that needed caulking but didn’t have it and could see mold/mildew caked in there, not to mention it was extremely small like 2x3” Breakfast: TERRIBLE! Tasted like everything me and my daughter had, had been frozen and de-thawed multiple times, the coffee didn’t even appear to be fresh either. Had to get breakfast and coffee elsewhere, luckily there is a Starbucks right up the road.

Family and I were actually planning to stay at an AirBnB for the weekend we visited. Last minute AirBnB cancelled on us, and we had to book this hotel at the last minute. Boy what a happy surprise! This hotel is easy to get to and clearly seen from I-5. The check in process was very easy. I showed up just a couple of minutes before check-in started and the Staff was great. They explained the room was not ready but I would receive a call when the room was ready. They clearly explained their staff was a little short which caused them to be behind. Completely understand. Within 20 minutes I had a call saying the room was ready. When we got back, they had the room key ready for me. I really appreciated the clear explanation with no fluff or clearly meaningless apologies. The room itself is amazing and could not be more happy. We are a family of 5, and finding an adequate sized room for all of us can be difficult. Not here at all! Actually bigger than expected and very clean, with ample storage space. I usually don’t comment on showers because its a shower. It does what it does. This shower is really nice though. Great shower head, an extra light specifically for the shower, and plenty of bathroom space to spread the personal stuff around. All around an awesome stay and will come back again.

This is a cute little motel with nice amenities. Everything is close together so it was easy to get to the pool, fitness room, office, and our car. Breakfast was acceptable, it was a typical continental breakfast. We were able to easily charge our Tesla there too with their L2 charger, which was great and saved us a Supercharger trip the next day. I travel quite often for business and booked this trip at the Homewood Suites. I needed to scan something for business and Kailie Molloy was working the front desk. She went out of her way to scan it for me and email it as my hands were a little tied up while traveling. Then in the morning while taking the elevator down for some breakfast and I shared it with housekeeping. They didn't ignore me but engaged in conversation. Post-pandemic has been exceptionally hard to find customer service that goes above and beyond. KUDOS Homewood Suites. As I am down here monthly, I have found my new location for regular business stays.

The staff is always friendly and the beds are comfortable. I'm disappointed that I'm still not able to bypass the front desk to check in. Most other Hilton properties have that option now. The other thing we were disappointed in were the small square pillows. That must be a new addition because I don't remember them being that way last year. All in all it is a good place to stay.

We selected this hotel because they were pet friendly. The room had a good price and was very clean/comfortable. Our pets were welcomed and the front desk person, Karen, who checked us in was very nice and had a great sense of humor. The hotel was way back off the main road with a few u-turns, but we found it. Would stay here again if ever in the area.
