The Residence is a nice refurbished complex with several apartments, nothing to say about the place in itself with the sole exclusion of the hearing that, it’s fixed and you works only at specific hours. Beside this, as the heating is in the floor you always have too hot or too cold areas, this is typical of not correctly installed heating valves. Sadly, the location is poor, dirty and extremely noisy. Some people like to call it “movida” reality is that you will not sleep properly any single night of the week till at least 3am due to young people drunk that shout and sing without any respect. During the weekends is even worst. Expect to go noisy till 5am. Such a shame that the are is not cleaned and regulated. Mention of shame for the hotels WiFi that auto log off the devices basically every 15minute forcing you to re-log with the user and password every time. Whoever choose this provider clearly have no idea about the modern traveler that needs at least 2 if not 3 devices connected, this are really the basics today and in this property are completely missing. I don’t recommend this property.

I struggled with how to rate this hotel ... really 3.5 would be my star rating because there were things I did enjoy and like quite a bit about it, but it had some drawbacks such that I would not necessarily stay here again and would only recommend with some reservations. First, location. On the positive side it is on a quiet boulevard/corso, which I'm sure is quite pretty in the spring/summer. But it is a good walk (20-25 minutes) to the major attractions such as the Royal Palace of Turin, Egyptian Museum, and a good half hour walk to the Quadrilatero Romano (historical part of town with great restaurants, etc.) So either pack your good walking shoes or expect to use a taxi to get around. I chose to stay here because it did look quaint and different, and as my husband and I are both artists I liked the artistic theme of the hotel. Each room is named after a different Italian artist but I didn't really get how or if that theme carried into the rooms. Our room was fairly standard (ie, small) for a European/Italian hotel and to be honest looked in need of some freshening up. At least a fresh paint job: the walls had a lot of scuff and scrape marks from furniture and no doubt luggage being banged around the tight quarters. The bathroom was more modern but the shower stall INCREDIBLY small and tight. I'm pretty in-shape but I couldn't take a shower without bumping my elbows and knees against the sides repeatedly. I'm not sure if a larger person would be able to use the shower well at all. We also noticed a problem of tiny ants in the room, on the floor and crawling onto/into anything we left on the floor. And being on the first floor, I think right over or near the kitchen? On several mornings the smell of food cooking was QUITE intense and not the most pleasant "wake-up" call. The breakfast buffet itself was ok but not very extensive, and the hot offerings weren't often refilled later in the morning (by 9:30am we were lucky if any pancakes, bacon and scrambled eggs were still left). On the positive side, the dinner we had at the hotel restaurant was absolutely outstanding - I'd highly recommend dining there. And the staff were very polite, helpful, and spoke excellent English.

This B&B has very nice landlords and the location is at walking distance from the main city center. We took the bus from the airport and walked the last bit - that proved too far. Going back we used the service of the landlord for €20 which was very convenient. There is a lift going up to the 4th floor, it's small but comes very appreciated. We struggled with the mattress and got sore backs, otherwise this B&B would be excellent.

The Piazza Vittorio Suites, beside the amazing location in one of the most beautiful square in Italy, provide beautiful apartments, well designed and furnished. The team is very professional and helpful. Car park chargeable available in the square few meters away from the gate of the building. Many restaurants in the square and around the place. Nice area for walking or jogging nearby, river, park and hills! Great value for money!

The Residenza is in an old historic building, which is reflected in the height of the ceilings and size of the windows. The main entrance is behind a big, but anonymous, wooden door, so keep your eyes open for the small name plate alongside. It is situated in an area that's close to museums, old churches, great walks and fantastic shopping and restaurants to suit all budgets. We stayed in a standard room for one night on the journey down to Florence and again on the return. We had a different room both times. Both rooms were large, clean with a big shower room with bidet and toilet. The beds were both very large and comfortable. This is just somwhere to stay, breakfast isn't provided but there are several cafes close by. Reception is on the 2nd floor but there is a lift - I think it is big enough for a wheelchair, but best to check. Reception is open from 8.30 until 7pm, but information about entry after that time was clear and accurate. Overall, it was very good value.

I stayed one night to break my train journey from Rome towards Manchester. The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from Porta Nuova station and about 30 minutes to Porta Susa along some of Turin's famous arcades. It's in a decent part of the city and there are various bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. I felt comfortable walking through the city streets. Hotel reception is on the 3rd floor, and the breakfast room is on the 4th. The 20 or so rooms are split between the two. The hotel lift is old but appeared reliable and was easy to use. The person on Reception gave me a warm welcome. My room was comfortable and the thin duvet was just right. Indeed the linen seemed luxurious. Breakfast was pretty good and varied, but unfortunately I arrived at a busy time so it was a while before I could ask the barista for a coffee which turned out to be very good.

We chose the hotel because it was a 9.7 on Hotels.com. It should have been a 10. Location was great, right in the center of the historic district. Communication with the apartment was great and we knew what to do if we arrived late. It was a WOW when we got there. A 1689 building converted to apartments, some owned and some rented to others. The room we had was perfect for us. A bedroom for us and a loft for our daughter. It was beautifully renovated with a little kitchenette and a modern bathroom. We even used the kitchenette to eat in when the weather outside was cold and rainy, which it was. We loved the hotel and will use it again.

We liked everything! Everything was perfect! Amazing hotel, right in the center! More central than this... beautiful and spacious room with incredible view. Room service/brekafast the next morning which was also presented in a fancy and very clean/proper/hygienic way. They take the covid crisis very serious but also are helpful and welcoming. So Paola (the hostess) was very careful and also providing us the best service. We have never met such an involved hostess, who with her experience and professionalism, knew when to give us privacy and when to think with us and give us very good tips. Thanks to Paola, we maximised the little time (1 day) we had in Torino. We went to the best restaurants which did not disappoint, and we visited the best museum, we went to the best venues for shopping and had the best views of the city. That is why we would like to visit again and we will stay at Corte Realdi again. Hopefully we can meet Paola again :) Thank you Paola and Corte Realdi -for making the check in/check out experience, the entire stay seem like a split of a second and an experience we want to repeat soon. Even our 8 year old daughter who is easily bored and rarely satisfied, was impressed with the view, breakfast, room design, and asked us to visit again. This says it all :)

Since I arrived at the hotel at night, I felt that the location was relatively biased. After I checked in, I found that the hotel facilities are very new and good. When I went out to find food, I found that there is a large supermarket and a food supermarket similar to the farmers market. It's also easy to travel by subway! Since it is not a tourist city and there are fewer tourists, shopping buses will not feel crowded, and it feels good. There are a few recommended shopping merchants in the picture, all are local brands, which is great. In short the hotel is super cost-effective, recommended!

This was our first stay in an Italian HotelBB and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We have previously stayed in various HotelBBs in France bt on this trip we ventured a little further and tried one in Italy and one in Germany. The on-site parking was in an underground secure car park which costs an extra few euros per night. There is also ample free parking outside on the street. There is a supermarket next door which we found very useful and also a nice restaurant a couple of doors down, which incidentally gives a discount for people staying at HotelBB. The room was bigger than we expected. The facilities were very good. Breakfast choice was great with slightly different regional variation of what was on offer. It seems the Italians eat cold meats and cakes/doughnuts for breakfast! - Definitely coming here again!! Lovely helpful staff. Just a little reminder for visitors to Italy: Beware of the local Italian drivers... they have no road sense at all!

This was supposed to be an overnight stop on the way from Italian lakes to France, and Novotel, close to the highway, appeared to be a good choice. Alas, at check in I was not given a requested high floor. as the hotel was fully booked. The receptionist told me there was no way to assist me, much as I have a frequent guest status with Accorhotels, and certainly not able or willing to provide regular room upgrade. After I've asked for a manager to phone me when I get to my room, a top floor room all of a sudden became available, but I was too tired after a long drive, and, as I was assured this was a "renovated floor" hopeful the room will be nice, but it turned out that it was tired, in quite bad condition, damaged furniture and quite pathetic condition of the bathroom. it turned out that it was the floor that was renovated, not the rooms, which was a bit difficult to understand as I was not planning to spend the night in the corridors. The bed was comfortable, choice of TV channels good and internet reasonably reliable and fast. The air-conditioning was loud and inefficient, bathroom and shower hardly functional. Even for a short overnight stay it was not a very pleasant place to stay though low floor and proximity of busy roads mean lots of noise.

Located in a hotel near Porta Nuova, there is a 4-way tram running through the north and south of Turin, as well as a bus line 9.11.58.64.68 and Metro Line 1. Because the check-in was in the early summer, the temperature was not very high, so the front desk said that the air conditioner in the room could not be used, and the body was a little hot that night. The 12m2 standard room was reserved, and the front desk assigned me a room with an oversized private open-air garden. It is estimated that the garden is 18m2 large and it is very comfortable to enjoy the coolness in the yard at night! The breakfast at this hotel is also ok, and the dining environment is very elegant. Value for money, it is recommended!
