Health is not good, walk into the aisle, a karaoke taste, the bed will break the hole will be used, the room has a window, regret that it is basically the same as another building, the ceiling is always like the noise is very noisy, complaints Did not solve the problem, did not help change the room, the receptionist can, there is free coffee tea, there is a large luggage head to climb up the stairs one by one.

My experience was a bit different than some other reviewers. Others referred to the peeling paint in the bath. My room musts have been remodeled (it was on the 5th floor) because it seemed newly done, and had a nice acrylic sort of covering on the walls. I stayed in a western room, and it had plenty of room as a single traveler. I especially liked the bath, as it had full Japanese bath facilities, including a wide variety of lotions and creams. The layout of the room was fine, with the toilet in a separate small room and the bath separate again from the sleeping area. The shower pressure was great, as is typical in Tokyo. I found the bed to be comfortable and the pillows were soft. My biggest gripe with the place is the wifi. For whatever reason, I found the wifi to drop constantly on my phone. My laptop security software gave me a warning of some outdated security settings on the hotel's wifi system, so I don't know if that was relevant or not. All I do know is that I found the wifi on my phone to be unreliable. In general, if you have a pocket wifi device for backup, this is a nicely-located, well-equipped budget choice near to Shinjuku.

I have stayed in the Toyoko Inn chain for 30 nights (just claimed my 3rd free night stay 👍). This is my first time at this branch and I like it a lot! Stayed for 2 nights. Was checked in by their male staff Endo who spoke excellent English. He either went to an international school or studied in the US! He was also extremely accommodating, offering to assist me on anything and cleared up some queries I had re their system. I was very impressed with Endo. The hotel is brand new - only 1 year old and it shows. Looks quite different from the usual TI. They redesigned the shower (Rain shower), installed lower bath (usually the TI bath is quite high so you need to take bigger step to get in), lower bathroom entryway (so you don’t accidentally trip).. Colouring, even the bed duvet is modern white rather than the usual pattered cream. Feature light blue wall. Modern look achieved successfully 👍 It is a fairly small hotel and majority of guests were local salarymen. Location as mentioned previously is great for access since it’s barely 2 minutes to the subway. This station is quite small as well so fast walk from the platforms to the elevators. The area is quiet but there are eateries, even at least 2 at the corner across the hotel. There is a large FamilyMart 2 min walk away. Breakfast - Both days had slight differences: Day 1: Grapefruit juice, sausage, Japanese pan egg, root veg, salad, 2 pastries, 3 types of onigiri, miso, 2 types of pickle, coffee & tea. Day 2: Orange juice, broiled fish, macaroni salad, scrambled egg, salad, 2 pastries, 3 types of onigiri, miso, 2 types of pickle, coffee & tea. Take note, despite a fairly reasonable croissant, no butter nor jam was provided. If I were to nit pick - I’d say their bathtub is a bit too shallow to take a bath in - it can’t hold as much water as the usual deep tubs at TIs. As for the previous guest’s dissatisfaction with this branch’s inability to store luggage overnight - I encountered this whenever I put in the request at a TI (probably 3-4 times). It is not just this branch.

We had two rooms for the week for 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. Simple clean accomodation that is not crazy small with very friendly staff. Plenty of affordable restaurants nearby. I found "Eight Coffee" 200m away has very good coffee (and not ridiculously expensive). Close to a direct metro line to Tokyo Station. Easy getting to sights and the nightlife of Shinjuku area and Robot Restaurant.

Hotel equipment is relatively old, the room area is OK, the main advantage is that the location is quite good, 1.5 km can walk to Takashimaya, Keio Department Store, Don Quixote, Daguo Cosmeceutical, Matsumoto Kiyoshi, must, shopping It is especially convenient. The nearby 7/11 and the whole family are like a cow's hair. You can choose from a variety of snacks and barbecues. It is not far from Kabukicho. When you go back to Tokyo Tower in the evening, you want to go to Daguo Cosmeceuticals, Don Quixote, Matsumoto Ki, etc. When I was in the drug store, I was stopped by a few Japanese uncles. You know. Unfortunately, after visiting the big country drug makeup Matsumoto clear no mood, the same mask lotion sunscreen, their price is 200 yen cheaper than other stores, I bought 20 boxes to send money, lost. In short, I will stay at the hotel next time, buy and buy.

The epidemic in Tokyo is serious, so I took my children with me to go through the immigration procedures. Most hotels in Japan are small and small, because they have to take their children to quarantine for 14 days and have to stay for seven days, so I found this hotel and serviced apartment by thousands of people, and it did not disappoint. The kitchen equipment and tableware are all available in the room. Very suitable for long-term stay, great, the hotel staff is very good service attitude typical Japanese service. The hotel is located in a quiet area, only 10 minutes walk from Shinjuku Station, very convenient and only 5 minutes from the Royal Garden. There are five or six convenience stores around the hotel, and there is a large food supermarket in the opposite hutong. The variety is very good. It is highly recommended for everyone to use this hotel. I will definitely stay in Tokyo again in the future.

Temporarily decided to go to Tokyo for a weekend birthday, and the air tickets are not cheap, so I just want to find a cheap place to live. Seeing the score here is not too expensive. I said in the morning that I left the hotel at the airport, and it was confirmed soon, great! The location is good and quiet. It was a ten-minute walk from Shinjuku Station. We just have a small boarding case, so it's very light. The clerk is very good in English and has no problem at all. Free freshly ground coffee is also available in the lobby, which is really good for those who want to have a cup from time to time. The room is not big but enough, anyway, just come back to sleep at night. There are windows and the light is okay, so I won't feel particularly aggrieved. The bathroom supplies are pola. The hand lotion is very comfortable and can also be used as a cleanser. I just forgot to bring a cleanser and I was too lazy to buy it (because there are too many at home). I use it every day and I feel very good. I ate around before and after going out, both Japanese and Western food. We said at noon that we ate casually, and we went directly into the osmanthus ramen next door. We found that it was still an old shop. Isetan is within easy reach when walking to Shinjuku shopping district. We prefer small shops and beams are dying. It is also near the cinema. All in all quite convenient. Service was good and clean. Recommended for friends who don't care much about room size.

The place is new and taxi had a problem Locating the hotel. But it’s tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood in Shinjuku, about 15 mins walk from Takashimaya Shinjuku or 12 minutes walk from Isetan Shinjuku. There’s a 7-11 opposite the ryokan which makes it convenient. Room is small and Everything is good except that I booked a room with breakfast and wasn’t given the breakfast coupon/ ticket upon checkin and missed my breakfast on my first day due to this and had to call to ask for it to which the receptionist was rudely upset and asked why I never asked when I checked it, i never stay in this set up of an accommodation and usually in 5 star hotels, no voucher are needed- you just walk in and tell them your room number. I feel the tone of voice used towards a guest was wrong and it is unfair to talk in such tone when it’s their employee who made the mistake, however They were nice enough to offer lunch but I had an appointment and couldn’t make it, therefore breakfast paid was totally wasted - no refund of money was made. Therefore please make sure you asked for the breakfast ticket upon check in. I extended the check out time but was told the wrong amount for payment , but I could be due to the language barrier, room key expired at 11am and I had to go down to waste 20 minutes for new key which was another waste of time. For the price paid, HKD 2246 for 2 nights + JPY1000 - I am not sure with all the complication I will rebook which is a shame given the nice concept and ambience of the place. But for a onsen experience, you are encourage to try.

If you loves omakase breakfast at Toyosu market, shopping at Venus Fort, Diver City, Aqua City, visiting the TeamLab Borderless and TeamLab Planets, and hot-spring at Ooedo Onsen, that's the perfect location. Even gives you quick access to Disney resort and Haneda Airport! Small rooms as usual but the one with twin double beds is excellent for parents with two young children. The only downside is no car-rental nearby.

Check in was a breeze, efficient and high tech. Godzilla head is an interesting feature of the hotel (esp. for fans), and location is great, right in the middle of the happening area. room size is good, can even be bigger if the toilet is joined with the bathing area. can bring the 2 single beds together to form a large bed.

Suidobashi/Tokyo Dome
Their service is nothing short of excellent. They have staff who are fluent in English (and other languages as well, I suspect). Me and my friend came thinking that we would be staying in a Single Room with Extra Bed since that was what we booked as we attempted to be more economic. However, to our pleasant surprise, our room was upgraded to a much much bigger room for free. We are very thankful to the helpful staff for making our stay pleasant and extremely comfortable. The location is great as it in located somewhere in between Iidabashi and Suidobashi which is pretty much close to the geographical center of Tokyo. Head east you will be able to visit Akihabara and Asakusa quick. Head west, you will be able to hit Shinjuku, Harajuku, and Shibuya. The neighbourhood is fairly quiet and the Tokyo Dome is just a 10-15 minute stroll away. If I am coming back to visit Japan, this hotel will be a clear top choice for me. Haven't had the opportunity to have the breakfast at this hotel, but I will certainly try it out on my next stay here.

Location is perfect, in the heart of shopping district Shinjuku. It's also walking distance from Shinjuku station. Economy double room is very small for two people. The plus point is the Airport Limousine Bus counter is just right at the hotel lobby and the hotel is one of the stop for the airport limousine. Overall is very good. Will come back here again if we travel to Tokyo.

Great location. Nice places to eat all around. And a market with Sega machines and video games. Lots of convenience stores and cafes. 7 Eleven, Lawson, etc. We are vegetarian and found an authentic Indian restaurant on way to station from hotel. Hotel has shops and restaurants on Ground Floor (called 1F) ie. Family Mart - great for instant food packs etc VERY difficult to locate Reception/ Check-in Counter. Come to the THIRD Floor (3F) and you'll find it! Very secure. Use your hotel key in the lift to go up to your floor. Very small rooms at the hotel - Take one with TWO SINGLE BEDS - then bed size is very decent for 100 kilo women!! Rooms have TV, lots of ports to charge phones etc. Fridge. Electric kettle. Bathrobes. Slippers n shoe horn - See pictures... VERY LITTLE space for bags. Loos are amazing. Electronic pots etc. BEWARE - getting tub is very high - So buy a small ¥400 foldable footstool to step in and out - buy from shop called Daisu in underground passage to station. CARRY your own TEA (Chai) if you are used to it. Only green tea and coffee in room. No milk provided in the room either. So if you took the room with free breakfast, that's good - You can pick up milk and sugar sachets there. See instructions for coffee carefully. Its not simply a sachet. Water has to pass THROUGH it. Response to room service usually VERY prompt 5 restaurant choices for free breakfast (if you took that choice) of which 2 are American and can serve you vegetarian choices. See pictures attached for the Manhattan restaurant view! Very hearty breakfasts! 2 bottles of mineral water provided daily. All linen is changed daily, EXCEPT for bedding. Most staff understand English - else use Google Translate. If you choose to reach this hotel from the airport via Shinkansen, reach Shinjuku JR station, ask where the cab stand is, expect to pay approx ¥650. If you choose to walk with luggage, then take a 4-wheel medium sized suitcase each at the most. 2 choices - walk straight out of South Exit and cross road just once 10 minutes later. OR use the underground path for easier movement of luggage, and walk about 15-20 minutes (if with luggage) towards Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building - plus may have to climb one small flight of stairs in final stretch.
