Amazing experience of outstanding service. These days we cannot get such amazing service. People are so good and nice to you. Place is good, clean and simple rooms. Food is outstanding.... Particularly lunch and dinner are superb. But it is the hotel staff who deserve praise .....whether it is the front desk or restaurant staff, or even the person who is in charge of maintenance, they treat their guests like they were part of your family and they knew you for years. You can feel the genuinity in their interaction with us. Though it is outside Rome, it is an experience to stay here

One night but enough for a more than positive review. It was liked immediately by being the only one step away from the Church where the ceremony that you invited would have taken place. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable with the room, the cleaning and the readiness to meet any of our demands. The only new, for people aged, the inlet scale to carry the baggage but with excellent people ready to help you. My family and I stayed here for only one night as we had to stop overnight to Sorrento - wish we would have stayed longer! Nice apartment, clean, had all amenities we needed including a washing machine. Excellent customer service by front desk especially Alessio. He was wonderful and gave us lots of good suggestions on what to do/where to go around here. Thank your for having us and thank you to Alessio for your outstanding service.

Ho davvero troppo da dire su questo albergo, non posso fare a meno di condividere. Mi piace sempre segnalare chi lavora bene e mette la soddisfazione del cliente in cima ai propri pensieri, ma qui si sono superati. Sono arrivata per caso, in fuga da un Airbnb scalcinato e senza finestre(sic!); dopo una lunghissima giornata al mare, ho trovato posto in questo hotel, polo industriale di Pomezia, diceva Google maps. Vabbè, niente vista mare, pazienza, andiamo. L' Hotel di per sè ha un fascino tipico degli anni '80 - 90, niente fronzoli e niente minimalismo, un classico albergo grande, più per persone tipo congressisti che per vacanzieri, ho pensato. Niente di più sbagliato: intanto, pulizia perfetta degli ambienti, nessun odore di polvere - chi è allergico sa di cosa parlo - e semplicità elegante e gradevole ovunque. Camera: gigante, spaziosa, con finestra e balconcino, grande bagno con vasca e finestra. Insonorizzazione eccellente, libreria in camera con qualche volume, ripeto zero polvere.E fin qui. Ma le sorprese sono arrivate tutte dopo: dopo essermi infilata in un letto con lenzuola freschissime e morbide, mi sono goduta la climatizzazione perfetta - era il 22 agosto, caldino fuori . Al mattino: mai dormito meglio in vita mia! Spalle, collo schiena, tutto riposato e sgranchito, non so spiegarvi l'estremo benessere, ma vi dico solo che ho chiesto in reception dove poter trovare materasso e guanciali cosi morbidi! Non capita sempre di alzarsi perfettamente riposati e ristorati, senza doloretti o rigidità; ancora sorpresa, siamo scesi in sala colazione e ci siamo trovati davanti ad un tavolo infinito carico di dolci - ciambelloni, crostate, biscotti - yogurt, miele, marmellate, burro, uova, succhi, formaggi pane e ogni altra delizia possibile, compresa la frutta fresca e le bevande calde a richiesta o dalla macchina in sala. Veramente tutto eccellente. Per farvela breve, da allora in poi se vado al mare l'idea è sempre fermarmi almeno una notte, per completare il perfetto benessere della mini vacanza. Menzione speciale alle persone che ci lavorano, sorridenti e pazienti come in effetti dovrebbe essere ma non è certo scontato, no? Vi ringrazio tutti, a presto!

Ho soggiornato qualche giorno a Pomezia insieme alla mia famiglia, per fare alcuni giri tra i vari parchi divertimento della zona. Dopo 2 notti passate altrove, una coppia di amici che soggiornava li tramite il pacchetto di Zoomarine, ci ha convinti a prendere una stanza in quell'hotel. Essendo in 5 ci assegnano una quadrupla, pagata 150 per una notte. Entriamo e l'unica cosa positiva era il profumo della stanza. Lamapadario senza lampadine, ci siamo dovuti arrangiare con le abatjour, televisione oltre che minuscola, non funzionante, frigo totalmente assente, senza bagnoschiuma, solo un misero sapone e una bustina di shampoo. Chiediamo l'orario per la colazione del mattino successivo e ci dicono 3 volte che per gli ospiti del pacchetto Zoomarine non è prevista la colazione... Per ben 3 volte ripetiamo che abbiamo pagato a parte e non abbiamo nessun pacchetto e allora ci dicono che non hanno un orario entro il quale fare la colazione e saremmo potuti andare quando volevamo. Arriviamo alle 10 per la colazione e ci dicono ”ci dispiace ma non potete più fare la colazione perché è tutto terminato, dovevate farla prima delle 10.... Insisto ma nulla. Al che mi arrabbio e dico che non è possibile pagare 150 una stanza in quelle condizioni e non avere nemmeno la colazione. A quel punto la signora mi dice scocciata”prenda il caffè, glie lo offro io”.... E rispondo ”non mi offre nulla, io la colazione l'ho pagata” ... Al che dopo qualche altra parola, ci dice che gli ospiti col pacchetto zoomarine non hanno diritto alla colazione, e per l'ennesima volta ribadiamo che siamo esterni a pacchetti... Si scusa e ci fa accomodare in una stanza con qualche tavolo dove era imbandita una mezza colazione con nulla praticamente.... Qualche fetta biscottata, marmellate, un po' di latte, succo e 2 cornetti.... Proprio una cosa poverina insomma. Ci portano per scusarsi 3 cornetti vuoti caldi e uno pan di stelle e questo era. Non lo consiglio assolutamente, anche perché 150 euro non sono poche per una stanza, soprattutto in quelle condizioni... Ci sono molti buoni veri hotel in quella zona...guardate altrove! MAI PIÙ...

Abbiamo acquistato un pacchetto unico formula hotel + parco divertimento (zoomarine) e l’hotel president ci è stato indicato come scelta obbligata. L’hotel si presenta come una struttura con l’arredamento datato; le camere, dotate di aria condizionata, sono poco spaziose anche se pulite. Il frigobar non rinfrescava a sufficienza. Lascia a desiderare l’assenza di prese elettriche in prossimità dei comodini da poter utilizzare Per la ricarica di telefoni cellulari, ormai una necessità per chiunque possegga uno smartphone. Nel bagno la presa elettrica destinata al phon di proprietà dell’ospite risultava quasi distaccata dalla parete. Particolarmente scomoda la doccia essendo presente una vasca con doccetta che a stento arriva alla parete per poter essere fissata. La colazione, almeno nella nostra formula, non era inclusa ed è stata acquistata a parte ma è stata piacevole, ben organizzata, ricca di prodotti di buona qualità. Il prezzo pagato nel pacchetto (sicuramente incrementato dalla formula proposta dal parco divertimento) è assolutamente sproporzionato per la struttura. Receptionist gentilissima e personale cortese e professionale. Comodissimo il parcheggio disponibile presso la struttura. La proprietà dovrebbe investire in un ammodernamento sostanziale per rendere l’hotel all’altezza delle quattro stelle.
