The hotel is general, but because it is located near Boston, the price is higher than the average hotel. We booked a suite that allowed four people to stay. As a result, when we checked in, we were given a big bed room for a maximum of 2 people. I immediately contacted Ctrip customer service to reflect this problem. Because this leads to 2 people living in no place. While contacting Ctrip, I made a reservation with the hotel on the spot. Fortunately, the hotel did not have a full room on that day, and there was room available for us to stay. We have 2 suites and we need to add 2 rooms on site. After negotiating with Ctrip, this additional booking fee will be borne by Ctrip. I have booked a lot of rooms in Ctrip, and it is rare to see Ctrip acknowledging its fault, which is praised by Ctrip.

My first room smelled smoky the moment I entered the it, so I called the front desk. William, who had greeted and welcomed me to WoodSpring Suites and then quickly checked me in, answered the call and said he would do his best to accommodate me with another room. I really did not expect anything to happen, but within 10 minutes, he was knocking on my door with a different room key and agreed about the scent in the room. He moved me to the second floor, close by. Like the first room, it was a spacious room with great amenities, designed for an extended stay. It looked so clean and new. The kitchenette area and bathroom were sparkling and spotless. I would say this is a great place to stay. I want to compliment William for his quick actions in making my stay much more comfortable. I am asthmatic and avoid smoke at all costs. He was polite, personable and professional and I really appreciate how well he handled my request. He was gracious and so accommodating and I could not be more grateful. Thank you William. I wish all good things for you !!

Shopping around is very convenient, there are many shops and a Wal-Mart supermarket. Hotel parking is free. Although it is called an airport hotel, there is still a little distance from it.

Have helped when there was No vacancies. Renovations are great 👍and could maybe put a smaller TV and ac in the smaller room in the suite. Also need to figure something out for long-term guests so you don't have to leave every couple weeks especially guests like myself who have their entire life with them. But overall good stay

Absolutely loved the place until it came to a devastatingly nightmarish end when I was basically living there and i went to extend my stay and was given a rate of approx. $800 plus. Had to take iced cold showers after letting it run for an hour to heat which never happened. Never received any incidental charges back. And last but not least... why is anyone walking in my room before check out time? Never mind check out... but insanely early. I would have forgotten about everything else if I wasn't being put on the street because the prices were jacked astronomically. Dear Sheraton, can you at least release my incidentals so maybe I can figure something out... please and thank you

The hotel is new, clean and colourful. Nice to have hot chocolate drink upon check in. Coffee, tea, hot water, still water and sparkling water is available at lobby for self service 24/7. We had a nice morning walk to the nearby Revere Beach.

AWFUL. Room smelled like cigarette smoke, sink was clogged, staff was RUDE, requested $30 late checkout but was charged $75, was told to checkout TWICE after being accepted for late checkout, shuttle to airport never showed up, and they charged us $50 for leaving the key card in the room without ever being made aware of this policy. I am utterly speechless. DO NOT STAY HERE. GM will not email me back for a refund. My $230 stay ended up being $360 for a disgusting smelling room. I am appalled at the lack of customer service.

Four Points Wakefield MA has become my monthly go to hotel since June of 2022. I have made this my regular destination for work travel while staying in the Boston area for the week. This location is ideal for easy access to all major highways and my clients north and south of Boston. The main reason I keep coming back is because of their people, they are industry difference makers. Front Office Manager Ed, Steven, Mike, Alyssa in the restaurant and Nadia in Guest Services are some of the most exemplary staff I have ever encountered. Some of which have been come good friends. In walking distance to Four Points is Market Street, an upscale outdoor retail and dining masterpiece. Market Street has some of the best local restaurants in one place, to name a few of my regular favs...Davio's, Burton's and Legal C Bar. There is also an Apple Store if you in a tech pinch while on travel. I would highly recommend Four Points Wakefield for any short or longer term stay. It's has become my home away from home. Their new on-site gym will be ready soon, I can't wait! Keep up the great work Ed and Team you are all doing the right thing, thank you for making your Four Points a highly consistent and reliable place to stay. I look forward to seeing you all next week.
