This time I stayed here in Ginza for action. The receptionists were courteous and had enough amenities on both the reception floor and the room. Breakfast was served from 6:45 so it was easy to do the rest. About the room, the bed circumference was very clean. One disappointment was that there were two traces of blood stains on the toilet seat and no blood was wiped off. I don't know if it was for the previous night, but I was disappointed when I was careful about my current nervousness. It was especially important to be careful about cleaning, so I wiped it with the disinfectant that I brought before use. I was sorry that only one point was good because others were good, but I would like to use it again because I was able to spend comfortably. Thank you very much.

Everything was quick and efficient in this hotel the check-in was a breeze and everyone was smiling and welcoming. The front desk was very helpful with our tourist-travel needs and gave precise details on how to go about their suggestions. The room was not the biggest but it was very clean and comfortable with the usual hotel amenities. The biggest help for tourist in the rooms is the free handy mobile phone that allows you to make calls and go online on your entire stay. No need to buy a local sim card or rent a pocket wifi as you are provided with a free android phone that is full featured and with free calls and data for internet connectivity. Great value for money as it is centrally located in Ginza very near the subway line and about 10 minutes from the JR Yamanote line. Some of the best restaurants in Ginza are a few minutes away by foot.

From 11.12 to 11.20, the hotel is in a great location, two minutes walk from Higashi-Ginza subway station. There are many convenience stores and small restaurants near the downstairs, and it is also very close to the Ginza shopping street (did not go because of the tight schedule). There is a big country medicine makeup two kilometers away, and later there is a Don Quixote in Google Navigation . Every time I enter or leave the hotel, the front desk will say hello very politely, and I will send two bottles of water (perhaps because it is a double room, so two bottles). The younger brother and sister at the front desk are very friendly! After checking out on the last day, we wanted to store our luggage for dinner. They happily agreed to check the amount of luggage and register for us, and fill out the storage card for us. Later we returned after dinner. The lady at the front desk also took the initiative to help us stick, very caring ... I bought dumplings from convenience stores around during the stay and forgot to heat the convenience store, so I went downstairs and asked the hotel staff if they could help to heat up. A waitress at the front desk ( (Looking a bit like a supervisor) gladly agreed, and asked very politely if she could take it to the kitchen to heat it up. She also specifically informed that the packaging bag had been cut aside and be careful to burn it, it was really meticulous! The housekeeping staff are very kind and kind. Here, I want to remind you that if you need to clean, you must label the door. The room is cleaned every day! Even one spare cotton swab in the toilet will be replaced by the service staff! Praise! I will consider staying at this hotel next time I come to Tokyo!

Our family of 4 stayed in the connecting rooms for 7 nights The rooms are small, which is pretty normal for Tokyo but it was more the fact that there was only a small cupboard with probably 6 hangers we could not unpack so needed to have the suitcases open and in the way. The furniture is chipped and sad looking and in need of replacement as well as the walls are scuffed and needing a fresh coat of paint, actually the whole of the hotel was in need of being freshened up! Only one rickety chair in the room so people tend to sit on the edge of the bed making it sag on one side, I found this very uncomfortable sleeping on a slope. Requested extra pillows before my arrival which they gladly supplied. The bathroom looks like it’s been renovated and had fantastic toiletries etc. Shower was great and hot water was instantaneous. No room safe. No foyer to speak of or seating area. No one helps with bags. The rooms are stuffy and got very hot, air-con didn’t work properly. Free bottled water daily. Many restaurants and shops around the hotel but are expensive being in Ginza. Strong signal Wi-Fi. Rooms were exceptionally clean. Provided pyjamas, which I would not wear they looked like hospital type. A couple of 24/7 convenience stores opposite the hotel. We booked this hotel at the last minute wanting interconnecting rooms, this hotel was the only one left at a reasonable price for Tokyo in a good area. I will look elsewhere next time unless they renovate. Show less

Good location in Ginza. The room was exactly as advertised and yes it was small but it was exactly what I was expecting. It was the firmest bed I've ever tried to sleep on and that was quite difficult but suited other members of our party. While there is a kettle there is no tea or coffee provided. There is no wardrobe but there are hanging solutions in the room. A yukata and slippers were provided. Wifi was good - stable connection and good speed. The coffee / bar downstairs 'Bundoza' was fantastic both for good coffee and as a bar with a very nice whiskey selection. Check in and out was fairly easy, they also have luggage sending services and will organize a taxi for you. There were less staff at the front desk than other places which sometimes meant a queue for service; however the staff were incredibly helpful and even helped arrange a salon appointment for one of our party by calling and booking on their behalf.

The best location few meters from Ginza Higashi metro station. lots of restaurants, stores, Family Mart, Matsukaya Dept. Store, bakeries, Steakhouses and most of all walking distance to Access Narita Shuttle Bus Ginza Terminal for only 1000 Yen. Rooms are very clean with equipped kitchen, ensuite bathroom and in-room washer dryer. Mizuno at reception is always pleasant and very helpful.Pick lots of free amenities at lobby e.g. bath salts, lotion, hair gels, gourmet teas, head bands...loved it! We just hated the set breakfast ( buffet suspended due to COV 19) cold and tasteless - sorry. Breakfast just has to improve!

Could not have had a better experience. The hotel is in a perfect location for Ginza and surrounding areas like Tokyo Station. The staff was incredibly nice and spoke English enough to be helpful. Held onto our bags at no charge. Stay out of the hotel from 11-3 if you want your room cleaned, otherwise they leave you a little with toothbrush, razor, towel and bottled water, such a classy touch. Wifi is very good and there is a great breakfast place down the street on the 2nd floor called Cafe and Bakery, short walk, good food. Rooms were small, but the AC was easy to control, the TV worked, and we had a tiny little fridge. Laundry service was convenient, and spa area was great. Awesome Ramen place within a block or two called Genraku. Nissan Crossing is cool and a good marker to get back on foot to the hotel. Great place, would stay again, clean and simple.

This quaint little hotel in a small street in the Ginza has a lovely french feel to it.It is within walking distant of Tokyo station approx.15 mins. The staff are very obliging and helpful. The rooms are tiny with parquetry floors. It is like stepping back into a time of gaiety and flambuoyant style of the 1920's. In the hallway there is an alabaster bust of a 1920's lady looking very elegant. The decor on the walls are pages out of a 1920's catalogue with handrawn designs of the costume of the time period. The beds however are very hard and not very comfortable. Our room was a double with very little room to move about. We had two cases and were unable to unpack or remove clothes at the same time. The bathroom is set in the 1920's style including the taps and the sink. The shower/bath combination was very high to get into and out of-not very good for an elderly person with limited movement. The restaurant for breakfast was like a very french cafe that you would find on the Seine River in Paris. The head waiter was the person who welcomed you into the restaurant and was very proud of his position he holds and takes great pride in his work. His service is immaculate. The lifts are designed once again in the 1920's style. We were very impressed by the style and also the ambience of this hotel

The hotel is generally good for its price, good location, relatively new. Nonetheless, they have a rather different concept when it comes to "eco-friendly cleaning" if guests choose to opt for it. From other Japanese hotels that I have stayed in Japan (from the same * category to 5*) for various parts of the country, if I choose for eco-friendly cleaning, the housekeeping would make the bed even though guest chooses not to change the bed sheets. But this hotel would do absolutely nothing and would just leave the bed as the state that you left as it is if you choose for eco-friendly cleaning which is a bit odd. They would not even touch your bed and I assume they expect guests to make their own bed during vacation if they want to be eco-friendly. They would not even vacuum the room or clean the bathtub if you choose eco-friendly cleaning. I think being eco-friendly is good but as a hotel, they should at least keep the basic cleanliness and tidiness.

The interior and facilities are fashionable and the atmosphere is better than that of a business hotel. We also had coffee and tea as welcome drinks. The reception was very nice with a calm response. One night is not so expensive, but I think it is a good hotel where you can spend a comfortable time in Ginza.

Odaiba
If you loves omakase breakfast at Toyosu market, shopping at Venus Fort, Diver City, Aqua City, visiting the TeamLab Borderless and TeamLab Planets, and hot-spring at Ooedo Onsen, that's the perfect location. Even gives you quick access to Disney resort and Haneda Airport! Small rooms as usual but the one with twin double beds is excellent for parents with two young children. The only downside is no car-rental nearby.

this hotel is always my favourite. the location is very convenient for shopping, for food & for transport. However, it took me over 45minutes to check in hotel because they couldn't find my booking although I provided the Trip.com's confirmation number but I had no hotel confirmation number. Owing to the super typhoon which I must stay in the hotel, the hotel staff provided quality services & very good food. Overall, I enjoyed the stay.

Check in was a breeze, efficient and high tech. Godzilla head is an interesting feature of the hotel (esp. for fans), and location is great, right in the middle of the happening area. room size is good, can even be bigger if the toilet is joined with the bathing area. can bring the 2 single beds together to form a large bed.

Suidobashi/Tokyo Dome
Their service is nothing short of excellent. They have staff who are fluent in English (and other languages as well, I suspect). Me and my friend came thinking that we would be staying in a Single Room with Extra Bed since that was what we booked as we attempted to be more economic. However, to our pleasant surprise, our room was upgraded to a much much bigger room for free. We are very thankful to the helpful staff for making our stay pleasant and extremely comfortable. The location is great as it in located somewhere in between Iidabashi and Suidobashi which is pretty much close to the geographical center of Tokyo. Head east you will be able to visit Akihabara and Asakusa quick. Head west, you will be able to hit Shinjuku, Harajuku, and Shibuya. The neighbourhood is fairly quiet and the Tokyo Dome is just a 10-15 minute stroll away. If I am coming back to visit Japan, this hotel will be a clear top choice for me. Haven't had the opportunity to have the breakfast at this hotel, but I will certainly try it out on my next stay here.

Good hotel. Location is great and convenient, pretty much inside Sunshine city mall. There’s also a 24/7 family mart as well. Didn’t encounter any elevator problems in regards to having to wait long queue times.
