The hotel environment is awesome. Opening the window is a small river, accompanied by high mountains. It has a special mood, and the photos you take can be used as the desktop background. The service facilities are in the style of the island country. The toiletries are very complete and very useful. The rooms are large and the tatami is specially selected. There are girls to make the beds every day. They have their own outdoor hot spring pool, which is hidden but can be seen while bathing. landscape. The breakfast was plentiful, and the table was full. It looked small, but couldn't finish it. The hotel is also close to the station, making it easy to get into the mountains and into the city. However, the shops on the street are closed very early, and the entire street is closed at 5:30. Only scattered izakayas and convenience stores are open. There are 711 and Rosen between the station and the hotel. we. I have already placed another order, and I plan to go again next year.

The hotel is just a stone's throw away from Yumoto station, one of the major train stations in Hakone. It's just off the busy main street. The location is simply great. The manager of the hotel was very friendly and personable - she entertained several requests and questions from our party, and delivered welcome drinks to our room. The room itself was well worth the price. We were a group of four young men, so we got the room with 2 bunk beds. While we were at close quarters with each other most of the time, there was certainly enough room to open up a medium sized luggage bag. Each bed had a dedicated light and power outlet. The beds and pillows were soft and comfortable. They fit just nice for someone around 1.7 metres tall. Taller guests will have to adjust. All toiletries were provided, along with nightwear. Four hangers were provided which hung on hooks on the walls. The toilet has a multi-function bidet, as so many toilets in japan do. Coffee capsules and a coffee machine were provided, but there were more capsules on the third floor, along with a washing machine which can be accessed if you let the manager know you need it. Washing can't be done too late at night as it causes noise for nearby guests. We were very satisfied with our stay and found that it was very value for money.

It would have been a 1 star if it weren't for Suga who was super nice in leading us to our room, and breakfast girls who came all the way to our room to lead us to breakfast past deadline. The hotel is great, hot spring is fantastic, but not the manager Tanaka, Yoshiike's system, and the way they treat customers. In April, we booked it through Trip.com for November 8, one night. On Trip.com it states that we must arrive by 5pm otherwise no room will be held for us, so I got my cousin-in-law who is a local Japanese to call Yoshiike in October requesting to hold the room for us since our plane doesn't land till past 2pm and we would not be able to make it by 5 for sure. Also I got him to ask about the traditional set dinner. Yoshiike at the time replied my cousin-in-law that they will hold a room for us and no booking is required for dinner as long as we walk into the restaurant by 7pm. Ok fair enough, I then went to their website to check for meals and reservations. They have a long introduction of their food, but nothing about booking or reserving for dinner. On November 8, we arrived to Yoshiike past 5pm just to find out dinner is reservation-based and nothing was noted on the computer for our reservation. We weren't happy for sure, and we questioned Yoshiike for 1. not notifying us about this 2. Misleading my cousin-in-law 3. Not having a clear and updated website, instead a misleading one. The front desk woman then went to talk to Tanaka who seemed like the manager. Tanaka's attitude and language really offended us and it was disgusting. He thought I know zero Japanese, and told the front desk woman that it must be the language barrier from my cousin-in-law, it's not Yoshiike's problem, and asked us who my cousin-in-law talked to back in October. It's funny because it wouldn't change anything by finding out who talked to my in-law, and secondly our room wouldn't be held for us if we didn't call because we arrived late; lastly the front desk woman confirmed that there is such policy that customers who want dinner must arrive to the restaurant by 7pm. If my in-law didn't call, we wouldn't have known this. This is the worst customer service I have experienced in my life, never expected to encounter this in Japan and at such a prestigious ryokan

It is very close to Hakone-Yumoto Station. When you go there, you can't take the mountain train. It is not convenient to go to Sounzan and Gora, so it is very convenient to choose this one. The room was clean and dust-free, much better than the Wonderland sanitation and facilities I used to live in! The decoration style is not old! There is no problem in communicating with the receptionist in English. After checking in, I will take you to the room (there are hotel facilities on the coffee table, there are Chinese, you can look at it), and then there is a little older aunt reception, the aunt mobile phone comes with a translator Software, communication is also ok. When you come to the room, I will help you make tea and recommend you to have Japanese refreshments. After staying one night, I changed a total of 4 kinds of tea sets. The table setting for breakfast was great, and I was quite used to it. There is only one open-air soup in the soup, and there are time periods for both men and women. When we go, there are very few public soups and open-air soups, so go to the open-air soup and try your luck. Private soup is to add extra money, whichever you want to see For the outside scenery, choose daytime foam (pola's shampoo is very light to wash hair). Overall, highly recommended! The tour was free for six days and five nights, and a group of four people. The hotel stayed at the hotel was booked according to the online review and was very satisfied. Here, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Ctrip and Ctrip.com, and share my experience with you. The next day, Hakone Onsen B&B, selected Miyeon Hall, Tokyo Bridge Subway, Odawara train to Hakone Yumoto, and a small bridge, 10 minutes walk to the hotel (the first road is not familiar, take the BUS, no need) . Both rooms have private soup springs, there is no reservation for public soup springs, the interior is wooden structure, very clean, the receptionist is the president, the English communication is no problem, after the shoes are taken away, a day aunt leads us to the room, with a lame English, Chinese and Japanese tell us that breakfast is enjoyed in the room, public soup spring men and women and how to distinguish between time periods, etc., understand. There is no reservation for dinner, there are many convenience stores near the hotel, it is not difficult to buy fruit meals, German beer and so on. Just after the rain, barefoot walked to the outdoor private soup spring, there is no smudge on the soles of the feet, the cleanliness here, I do not know how many years later we can reach. At night, it is not recommended to go out. Get up early in the morning and feel the folk customs here. The pupils have changed into summer clothes, shorts/skirts, passing by two grandmothers. They will say Nice to meet you and welcome... at 8:30, return to the hotel for dining and dining. Before, my companion was dragged out of the bed by my aunt and uncle. I heard that it was very uncomfortable. I was up early and was not affected. Parents who are used to getting up late should be careful here, because they must check out before ten. Prompt, the bed and breakfast here is 10 o'clock check out. Five-star praise was given here.

It was a tight day that tended to stay at home from spring. I chose Hakone kodama garden that I stayed several years ago thinking that I had a delicious meal and good hot water after a long time. All rooms are separated from the inner hot water, and dinner breakfast is also brought to the room on purpose, so you don't have to care about contact with people. Because it is only 8 rooms on a large site (2000 square meters!), I only heard the voice of the customer with the child across the edge, and I never felt the existence of other rooms. So I forgot the corona in the tamaiwa garden, enjoyed the dark green garden with rainy rain, and carefully created kaiseki cuisine in the Edo period cooking method (the photograph is not dared up! Imagine the yugiri 〜) and the breakfast of the rice bowl with a lot of ground and the tongue drum, and the large bath where you can see the inner hot water of the source and the mountain of Hakone (the number of rooms is small, so it was always in a rental state! ) Relax your mind and body. The stay time passed in a hurry. When I come to Tamabata, I feel like I was a young lady of the peerage who slipped around the early Showa period and visited the villa. Certainly the facilities may be old as written in other reviews, but I think it is a valuable inn that can feel the goodness of the lost Showa now. It is not an old place to replace new ones, but a place where old and good Japan remains while cherishing what is now. The room is well maintained and clean, and I feel the heart to entertain the visitor, and during my stay, the room exclusive Nakai will take care of everything, so the housewife of Arafif is also In the tamabata, it is "the young wife of the peerage". (not the wife but the young wife, you can't thrust!) When I first stayed in the tamabata, I left three rooms for myself I was impressed not only by the fact that there was a cooking place where Nakai prepared the dishes, but also by the fact that the three-sided mirror was placed in the smallest room. In the early Showa period, the wives were preparing themselves in a room away from the living room and bedroom so that they could not show their husbands where they were dressing. And I always make up with my husband at home々I get up early before my husband gets up in the tamabata and try to make up in a separate room. Tamabata, a place where you can return to old good Japan where time flows slowly. I would like to visit again!

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The reception was nice. The check-in time is not until 4:00pm, however which is very late and a bit inconvenient. I returned to the hostel at 3:45 and they still wouldn't allow me to go to my room until 4:00 on the dot. very strange and inconvenient. This is the one, and main negative of this place, otherwise it was nice and comfortable. They also offer discounted prices to onsens in the area.

Unexpectedly, beauty is overwhelming. Look at the Ctrip score is only 4.6 books do not want to decide. But four people with old people and children want to live together lively, it is relatively late, and there is not much choice. It was beautiful when checkin, the service naturally needless to say, it rained that day, we arrived almost 7 o'clock, the scheduled kaiseki dinner was also delayed in advance, the service staff took the luggage and put it in the lobby as soon as it arrived. The hotel is small and exquisite, with details revealing elegance and humanity. The kaiseki dinner is naturally rich and delicious, and the kneeling service treats guests with great respect. Breakfast is available in Japanese and Western styles. Determine your morning meal time. The waiter will call to the room 10 minutes in advance and we will confirm that it is ready. After we washed out of the room, the waiter had been waiting in the hallway outside the door for a long time, leading the meal, serving a dish, telling, especially carefully. The room comes with an open-air bath for 24 hours to soak in the hot spring. The hotel's male soup and female soup are semi-open-air. It is open from 3 pm to 9 am. It is basically nobody. Feeling that Ctrip score is 4.7-4.8 lower

Overall it was a very good experience. This hotel is directly opposite Hakone Yumoto Station. This is very important, which means that you can stay at the hotel regardless of whether you are just coming, going or playing around. You do n’t have to carry heavy luggage around . ps This hotel checkin time is after 2:30, so please pay attention to the time. For the room, choose a double room for one night and one night room, respectively in the main building and Rainbow Plaza. Generally, double beds are recommended. The rooms are relatively new and the beds are comfortable. . I didn't try breakfast, but the family was very satisfied. This is a hot spring hotel. Hakone's hot spring is very comfortable. If you don't like the public hot spring pool, you can book a private soup for 1,000 yen for 45 minutes, which is a very considerate price. The most popular thing about this hotel is that there are vending machines just a few steps away from the house, and there are some cute little decorations that can sit and enjoy the scenery. Highly recommended

It's more than a star 3, it's 2.5. There is a star 3 but it's 2.5. I thought it was an inn that was not suitable for people who were looking for a customer service at an old-fashioned Hakone inn. It's more than a star 3 or 2.5. I think it is an inn that is not suitable for people who are looking for customer service in old-fashioned inns. It is a customer service style that feels like a luxury version of a business hotel without a welcome. There were many young couples. There is a free drink corner in 1F and 3F. 3F also has alcohol drinks, but it was a pity that it was lost because it was free to drink can tuhai in YouTube video. There are sparkling wine, beer, high balls, and other cherry blossoms, but none of them smelled and gave up just a little in the mouth. It is a free drink, so it is cheap. The room is more cluttered than I thought, and each room has an open-air bath, but it is hot water rather than hot springs. The bed was very comfortable. The hot spring had inner hot water, open-air bath and mist sauna, and the hot water was soft and comfortable. There are two types of rental hot spring baths, both of which are small. I didn't seem to have been cleaned regularly, and I was worried that the garbage in the garbage bin was overflowing and the appearance was bad. I wondered how it would be that various customers who replaced it all day did not clean it. There is mineral water right on the side, but the paper cup was out of stock all day. Dinner, but you can drink 70 minutes. You can enjoy sake and beer high ball shochu, and one way. The meal was very delicious, especially the soup was elegant. There was a little smell of shabu shabu meat. The sashimi was not fresh and it was a pity. The amount was just good. The breakfast was delicious personally. Rather than an inn, is it like I went to a luxury business hotel? I felt a little bad at Cospa.

Lake Ashi
Our 1.5 days in Hakone was totally rained out so it was a good thing we were staying at Hakone Hotel which is a modern hotel with good facilities. There were no great lake Ashi and Mt Fuji views to enjoy but at least the room was extremely comfortable and fully equipped - from the space to the beds to the toilet. There's free WiFi, minimal beverages, safe, fridge, and yutakas for the onsen. The AC is centrally controlled but the staff who brought us to our room explained clearly how we can turn down the heater to make the room cooler. One of the onsens is conveniently on our floor which made things easier. Though it only has two small heated pools, we were lucky to have the well-equipped place all to ourselves each time. Breakfast held at the French restaurant was good and their special brewed coffee was great. As we were told by the front desk that nearby eateries closed early, we had a nice dinner at the Bar Lounge which has Happy Hours and a decent menu. (Its Jap and French restaurants seem a tad pricey. The next night we bought food from the 7&i at nearby Mokohakone just a bus-stop away.) The rain was a real damper but at least the Pirate Ship pier was just a stone's throw away and that gets you to Motohakone for the main town area, where you can walk to the Hakone Shrine and buses for other attractions, and also to Tougendai for the Ropeway. If there's a guarantee for sunny days, wld stay in Hakone Hotel again. Even on rainy days, its onsen and rooms are a godsend.

After staying at Hakone Rikyu for one night, I drove the skyline and returned to the palace again and asked the Fujiya Hotel who was looking forward to it. When I stepped in, it was another world. It is the air feeling that the skilled technique and the super first-class design are ripened in time. It was a little early for check-in, but I was ready to put it in the room. Thank you. The male staff were all softy and heartful with the overflow of the first-class hotel man. I feel as if the words of the poster "We are all concierge!" are embodied in the building. The female staff at check-in was a little disappointing with the explanation of the diamond membership privilege. The female staff at the dining, the store staff, the female staff at check-out 々 was very polite and good. It was a continuous admiration of the details of the architecture, walking in the garden that you did not enter if you did not stay, and various history was full. The flower palace that I stayed in has a separate theme flower in each room, warming my heart and overflowing with more love. This time, the room of Sakura grass was a corner room, and the morning sun was also entered from the east window, and it was very good. The high ceiling, the windows were also large and the small old simple lighting was strangely suitable in the liberated room. The bed was comfortable but the quilt was heavy and a little troubled for me. The towel linen was white and good, but it was a pity for me with the material that the pajamas were rough. The bathroom was good separately from the toilet. The room bath was also a hot spring, and the size of the bathtub was good. The spa is very clean with the Hakone outer ring mountain view and the sauna is beautiful. It was convenient and good to be able to confirm the crowding on the TV in the room. Because the number of accommodation rooms is about 2 percent this time? It was always vacant. Dinner was booked at cascade, but I called in advance, but I had dinner and breakfast at the main dining in the zafujiya in the reduction business by the corona. The dishes are not special, but the dinner and breakfast served with smart service were very memorable, cooking local ingredients politely in a great dining room. The wine was delicious. The beauty of the ceiling light reflected in the beautiful silverware was the beauty of the heart. I forgot to close the windows, and I had a little bit of air conditioning noise, but the wonderful historic building still breathes quietly, and the time flows calmly. Everywhere he was, he was a wonderful stay, a happy time.

The professor of the seminar was taken care of by Kiritani every year, so he was not hesitated to choose Kiritani Hakone no sho. From the beginning of the reservation, the support of the lady general was very good, and even the first secretary was able to greet the day with peace of mind. The lady general also serves as a concierge. I used the resort meeting plan, but this is good. Apart from the hustle and bustle of the city, you can have a good meeting in the conference room with a delicious air and a wide 々. Free coffee, tea, and replenish it immediately after cutting off, and there was a massage chair in front of the conference room 3, and everyone was able to take a break. The lower floor was a large bath, and the incense of the sulfur hot spring of the source was also a fragrance and aroma effect in the corridor. The conference room is available for free up to 4 hours, but it was incandescent and the first day offered an extension of 30 minutes. After that, dinner was passed to the banquet hall, and the banquet and the party seat dishes were very delicious and very satisfied. The season is exquisite with the pot of soybean milk. There were many overseas staff, but there were many Japanese staff on the day we used it. However, if I thought it was a foreign staff, I was told, "I'm a Japanese (laughs)", and I thought I couldn't think! More than that, the staff were so caring... I felt very good. The president sent me to Kora station on the way back. Will the president send me? I was sorry, but I thought it was good to have a little longer 5 minutes by car to Kora station. I think that the attitude of the president is making the atmosphere of the staff and the inn ... I liked the professor and understood the reason why he used it every year on a seminar trip. I thought it was a recommended inn that can stay quietly and feel good because I said that I only take a small group even in the group.

Stayed at Nanfeng Village for 4 nights and objectively evaluated this hot spring hotel: 1, reservations, the type of room is very dizzy, the annex has a room type and foreign style with a toilet and shower 38 flat. 2, transportation, the hotel does not have a special car transfer, to the soup to sit down 100 yen bus 10 minutes to the end of the station, the bus stop is 100m away from the soup station is easy to find. 3, the room, the view is very good, because the old house has a little taste, live for a long time and did not feel, there is no problem with the shower dressing room toilet is too small, I am one meter eight girlfriends one meter seven two enough. Don't live on the first floor, the first floor is a bit close to the parking lot. 4, accommodation, you can hear the sound of small river water at night, I still enjoy it, after all, the city has lived for a long time, the window is behind the style and there are curtains, tatami can also make a bed, I sleep tatami for four nights very comfortable. 5, hot springs, few people, I went on May 11, two hot springs men and women time period rotation, hot springs are not big, soaked for four nights each time to go to two people, people are really very comfortable, one person lying in a pool Blowing the evening breeze, my girlfriend said that there are a lot of people there, and there are aunts who are in groups of three. 6, meals (with photos), breakfast buffet dinner package, the taste is very good, breakfast buffet more than a dozen dishes each dish tastes very good Japanese-style Western style, dinner size is large, taste can also be, every night optional It's different. If the request is Michelin standard, it won't be reached here. 7, overall, staying down feels good, cost is also very high, if you come to the hot springs do not require luxury, the standard is around 1500, I strongly recommend to try Nanfengzhuang.

A tax of 150 yuan will be charged on the day of check-in, and luggage can be stored for free. The hotel is very clean. You need to change your shoes when you get started. There is a large shoe cabinet at the door. There is also a separate large kitchen with pots, pans and pots. Many foreigners like to buy something to cook at night and have a very lively atmosphere. The restaurant also has a lot of space. The public hall is large in size and there is a small balcony outside. It is good to have a cup of coffee and breakfast in the morning. The hotel has free freshly brewed coffee in the morning, as well as free tea bags. Breakfast can be bought in advance at a nearby convenience store. I live in a mixed superior dormitory with 7 beds. Each bed has lockable drawers. You need to bring your own lock. The space is still quite spacious. The store will provide new bed covers and pillowcases for travelers. Paved. A big towel is provided free of charge during check in and can be used for hot spring bathing. In the evening, everyone rested early, and there were no guests who stayed in the middle of the night like Tokyo, so the whole was still quiet. The hot spring pool is not large, but the whole environment is still very good. The first time I took a hot spring, the experience was very good, and the bathroom was very complete. Our stay was at the end of a holiday in Japan and we had a very enjoyable 3 night stay. We had booked a room with a private Onsen which was on a balcony overlooking the trees and bamboo forest on the side of the gorge. We chose the Japanese style breakfast and dinner and they were all superb. The staff were very attentive and every time we returned to the hotel we were met outside by a member of staff who greeted us by name and handed us our room key. We used a Hakone tourist pass and it was a short walk down the hotel drive, over the bridge to the bus stops for the frequent buses to get around the park, or link up with the trains or boats. The place is a bit of a maze, feels very traditional and very sweet. The Japanese theme is very traditional - it feels like you're getting the real Japanese experience if you stay here. The bathrooms seem clean. The kitchen area has ample space for your things, good facilities and teabags available for guest use. We hadn't been in an onsen before so can't compare, but they seemed clean, very hot, very steamy, almost like a boiling spa inside a dark sauna. You could cool down the water a bit with a cold tap, but it took a long time. Note the rules are you can't wear a bathing suit, though you can lock the door. Very clean and simple rooms, but could do with bedside tables. The rooms seem to have extremely thin walls, you can hear everyone walking around the hallways, if you're trying to sleep at unusual times or you are a light sleeper, that may not suit you. Place relatively handy to everything including the train station, cable car, great dumpling restaurant, and a convenience store. The restaurant in the bar downstairs is also good, pretty nice food and obviously extremely convenient! Would definitely stay here again if in the area, and the staff are super helpful and very friendly.

Take the H line at the station, get off at Taiping Station (remember to press the bell in advance), and walk for a while (within 10 minutes). There will be a small slope, but because we do n’t have luggage, it wo n’t matter. You can mail to the store in advance and you will pick it up at the station. The staff are all Taiwanese, so there is no problem in communication, and they are particularly enthusiastic. If you don't know where to go, you can consult the staff. The rooms are particularly large and clean, with separate toilets. The bath is in the hot spring area below, which is actually very convenient. I think toilet independence is the most important thing. The balcony is super big, the view outside is very nice and quiet. Breakfast is also very rich, just book in advance with the day before. For dinner, we ate at the next stop of Taiping Station, where there are supermarkets and restaurants. According to the staff, because the uphill sightseeing train is under repair, otherwise the small train will be closer to them.

We stayed here 3 nights in a room with a private onsen on the upper floor of the annex. What a relaxing and lovely setting to bathe looking out on the garden and hills beyond. We had one evening meal at the hotel restaurant. It was exquisite (with a price to match!) The other nights we walked to nearby noodle and more basic restaurants. The hotel staff drove us to the Glass Museum and the bus stop with a few minutes notice. The provision of a local mobile phone to use during our stay was unexpected but useful. The king-size bed was very comfortable. There was limited space to store clothing and luggage, but this was a minor issue. A couple of chairs on the upper level to sit down and put shoes on would have been good, as the room entrance was a bit cramped once a few pairs of shoes were taken off there. The lobby downstairs was our favourite communal space to access the complimentary afternoon drinks and snacks while we planned our next day. We did not realise it would be difficult to leave before 8am to catch a train at Gotemba, however staff organised a taxi to Odawara station that left in time for us to get to Tokyo before 9am. We would stay here again if we get the chance.

An unforgettable experience! I have always dreamed of watching the scenery of the garden while soaking in the hot springs in Japanese hot spring hotels. Later, when I found a hotel that met such conditions, I realized how difficult this dream is. The best thing about the private soup is that it has half-price activities. Although it costs two nights, it is equivalent to the price of one night in the high season. Upon arriving at the hotel, I felt very quiet and comfortable. The staff politely and warmly asked us to wait in the tea room. We also brought hot towels and refreshments, fresh matcha tea, and then brought us in. The room was great, spacious and brought up. The key is that the courtyard is too beautiful. Kaiseki cuisine is also very beautiful, giving us the ultimate experience of color and fragrance. The drinks are charged separately, and the plum wine is very delicious and good value. We order for two days. Kaiseki cuisine is well-supported and there is no need to eat up. The breakfast was very delicious. The serving aunt would patiently ask you for your breakfast requirements, which kind of fish are you going to ask for, whether you want porridge or rice, and the taste is sweet or traditional Japanese. We ordered porridge on the first day, but she was two All kinds are arranged for us, it is so sweet! We will also introduce dishes during the delivery process! Staying for 2 days was hard to forget. When I left, I was very reluctant. The grandfather who helped us to get shoes at the door, the old aunt who took care of our meals every day, and the careful butler. I thank them in a sentence of Japanese I have learned and say they are the best! My aunt chased me and gave me a packet of sugar! There must be such an experience in life!

The hotel is a 2 minute walk from Sounzan station, and if needed, they provide a shuttle to Gora station. Currently the cable car and rail system was down so we got there via the shuttle buses from the Yamoto- Hakone station. (Tip: take the bus to Sounzan.) We stayed in the twin room with tatami area and elected for sukiyaki beef dinner for 2 nights. Each room had its own theme, and has its own private, dedicated onsen. The onsen is not in the room, however one has to walk a few stairs outside the main building proper which may be slippery in rain/ snow. Its worth it! We tried out 2 different onsens - one twin circular cedar tubs, the other a rectangular tub, both with an adjoining room with hot bed to lie down. Each cubicle has its sink, wash, bathrobes, towels BUT no toilets. Settle that first :) Windows open and you can gaze out the forests of snow as you soak in tranquility. Food was superb. The food was scrumptious. It was just too good: I am describing 2 nights dinner here - where can you have spiny lobster, abalone, snow crab legs, sashimi, tempura, fish, beef, - decadent ingredients! Breakfast was also very filling, the constant "more rice?" "more miso?" made sure you were never hungry. The room price includes beer / soda, water in the fridge. Try their sake! The quaintness, quietness, & authentic Japanese experience made this onsen worth a definite repeat in the future. Slightly old taps/ sinks but that's part of the charm! Thank you to the wonderful lady hosts!

It is a long stay since I came to about 10 years ago. It was the first time to stay in winter. Heating was not effective except for the room and the dining room and it was cold in the building. Check in at 14 o'clock and when I entered the room, the room was warm with a gas stove. WiFi is connected in the room. 14 in a large room with a wide edge of tatami mats, the futon was first hit (two sets of tea confectionery, green tea and hoji tea tepack). The meal is not changed at 18 o'clock for dinner and 8 o'clock for breakfast. When I go to the bath (women's bath), I feel like the heavy soizumi of the sulfur spring was another 々 bath building, but this time it was one place. The inner bath is a little white sulfur spring (nuruyu), and the open-air bath is a heavy soso spring with a hot water. However, in the open-air bath area, a large vinyl sheet was left on the side, and the open-air bath area was somehow the scenery on the way to repair. The garden in the open-air area or the area where the bath was? There was a hole in the middle and it was a disappointing bath. Will the customer relax in the bath to see the vinyl sheet (or hole)? The vinyl sheet was placed in the invisible place, and I was in the open-air bath thinking that I could put a bowl of pot or something on the hole. In addition, the inner hot water and the dressing room were cold, and the gas stove was put on, but the dressing room was not very warm. The stove is always gone, so it is a cold dressing room. I recommend bringing it because there is nothing such as makeup water and hand soap in the dressing room wash area. The hot spring hot water in the bath is good. There was an art corridor of a splendid and beautiful new building right next to the bath, but the work on the right side was not visible because the lighting on the left side was not lighted. I thought the meal was good. Dinner is kaiseki style. The warm ones were also carried with them, and the fried foods such as anko were also made. The rice and miso soup were Viking forms, but the red miso soup was replaced with heat 々. The sake was 3000 yen for a sake bottle (Wakayama no sake Kii Kuniya), so when I asked, I was well served with the dishes. Also, Nakai at the restaurant was a veteran, bright and polite. The meal may not be enough for the young, but it was a sufficient and satisfying dinner for the couple of the year. Breakfast was a set menu of Japanese food, and the rice was replaced. There are three kinds of fruit. There were a lot of mayonnaise on the salad, but there are three kinds of dressing, so I don't need mayonnaise (I left even the Mayor). I think that rice miso soup juice tea is a Viking form, so you can easily replace it and a good system. The last liquidation is only cash. Even paypay can't be used. I thought that it was an inn that I couldn't feel much of the customer's eye except for the people in charge of the restaurant.

The hotel is not far from Hakone Yumoto Station. It is about a 12-minute walk. There is a stream in front of the hotel, and behind it is its own shrine, pond, back garden, and the hotel's mascot, the duck. The hotel staff spoke English and had a good attitude. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the clean and tidy spa experience is still very high-end, bathrobes are rented free of charge, towels are provided free of charge, and the toiletries provided in the bathroom are not bad. The private soup is enjoyed separately, the public hot spring is also very comfortable, and the outdoor hot spring can enjoy the scenery at the same time. There are reservation options for breakfast and dinner. Both breakfast and dinner are divided into Japanese and Western food. Dinner is also provided with Sukiyaki, etc., which are rich. There are also many special drinks and local products on the first floor, as well as public transportation tips (there is a hot spring volcano in Hakone itself, the local government will adjust the surrounding routes at any time according to the warning, please understand in advance)

It is not recommended to go by yourself after dark. It takes 10 minutes to drive from Xianshi Plateau to the hotel, but walking along with Google Map that night is just like a horror movie. It is dark with white smoke on the ground and few street lights. I called the hotel front desk several times for help, and constantly transferred. No one really gave any help. In the end, I went to another hotel by mistake. The front desk took us out for a while and pointed us in the middle of the night. The shuttle bus reserved by the hotel is too early. Odawara at 2 o'clock and Hakone at 3 o'clock are generally not suitable for people who stay at the hotel at night. I called them at Gotemba Station for help, and they switched lines several times without any help. In fact, as long as you take the w line to Xianshi Plateau, and then the hotel is the most convenient, but if the hotel front desk can not even understand this basic information, you have to wait for me to ask people who are familiar with bus, I am really Speechless. In addition, after check-in, I didn't give pajamas, but later I gave pajamas instead of belts. Speechless! I think the front desk staff is the most official staff I saw in this 11-day trip to Japan. They are all smiling and not trying to really help you. Maybe it is because there are few foreign tourists in the hotel. Also note that restaurants cannot wear Japanese-style pajamas and slippers, which is also very inconvenient. Many high-end hot spring hotels or comfort types are You can make a good soup and go straight to a meal, hey. One more thing, it is not convenient to get cash! Here at the station, Rosen can only use domestic cards to cash out. Go to the bank or walk the whole family for 15 minutes! The staff of this hotel is also unclear. In general, it is really not suitable for foreigners, and it is too inconvenient. One more thing, the station at Gotemba is stop 3 at Otome Exit. Do not look at google, the pit is big! The journey takes about 45 minutes. Of course, there are advantages: the breakfast is delicious, the hot spring is comfortable, and the environment is beautiful If you are not bringing children, you can check in during the day if you have enough time, or you can book a shuttle bus. However, the overall service is not too much to see the Chinese feeling, it is really either prejudice or a cold smile.

First of all, the location, if I take the minibus from the Yumoto station to the hotel, I will report directly to the hotel name when I return to Japan. I don’t pay attention to which line the bus, the driver will ask you which hotel to go to. In addition, from the hotel's last big slope to the main road, there is a bus stop, Okumoto Station, which can go to Yuan Hakone Odawara and Hakone Yumoto. The second hotel facilities are very good, the hot spring is to go to the soup, you need to walk through the promenade, there is a lounge on the second floor of the soup, you can experience it, and the hotel itself has a big bath. The third dinner buffet is very rich, sushi steak, tempura is not limited, breakfast is also very good, but at 9:30. The fourth hotel has a Taiwanese waiter and is very patient with questions and answers. In short, all aspects of the experience are very good.

The meal was very great for dinner cherry blossom breakfast. The place to eat was on the 1 floor. 1 floor, no one had a child. I was able to eat in quiet, and I was able to encounter a bouquet of marriage confession of men and women at dinner. The confession here became a feeling that I was happy. There was a meal explanation at the hotel Chiec. It may be impossible for a hotel to sell a delicious meal, but I think it's good to be a little shorter because I arrive and talk long. Outside the scenery, the trees around the high, 2 floor can not see Mt. Fuji. If you want to see far away, if you are in the main building, there is a residence building next to the 3 floor or the main building, and it is up to 4 floor and the residence 4 floor is better. The room had a bath of the source hanging, and the room was hot even in 3 months, and it was cooled with a 22 degree setting. In the amenities, there was a shaving cream that was not in any other hotel and it was very good. The rental open-air bath is only 1 times per night and two days, and if you want to enter, you should check in early and book your favorite time at that time. There is a room in the open-air bath in front of the residence building 2, the scenery is the same, there is a main road of Senshihara ― Taoyuandai in front of the car sound. The floor of the room is piccapica and carpet is laid in each place. It is necessary to be careful because there is a slippery place and a slippery place when walking for the first time, and it may be stumbled. I know that the floor of the glossy floor may be dirty with water from the bath, but I want you to think about the place where the carpet is laid. As for the cleaning, all the towels were cleaned during dinner, but the band aid used by others was still in the carpet, and it was very unfortunate. On the way back to the parking lot, it was a pity that the cardboard was placed in a mess behind the hotel building. The meal is very delicious, and the beauty of the hotel table is good, but the staff, please do your best. There is 1 elevator, but to have dinner on the 1 floor and climb from the elevator, you have to pass through a place like a private room, and I am sorry for the eyes of the person who is eating. I want to use the elevator when I go back in the future if I can climb the stairs. If you can stay for a long time, you can hear a walk course around the hotel If you have a course of trekking course, you can hear a walk course, you can hear a walk course, you can hear a walk course, you can hear a walk course, you can hear a walk course, you can hear a walk course, you can hear a walk course, you can hear a walk course, you can hear I think it's good to tell you.

Overall it's good, but it's already 5 o'clock when we arrived at the hotel. It was dark at 4 o'clock in the afternoon in January in Japan, so the view from the observation room was basically night. The hotel room is very large and comfortable. The only thing that is not good is that the bed is moving. Although it is not affected when lying down, it will shift when you are sitting, and the impact is not great. I sent a small fruit and a green tea bag. I feel too little. There should be one or two small snacks. It feels much better. The surrounding area has a nice view. There is a footbath with a view outside. There is a bath with a view inside the hot spring. If you still have a chance next time, be sure to enter the hotel during the day and enjoy it again The hotel's buffet dinner is okay, and it ’s enough

Gora/Sengokuhara
Hakone Yutowa is located about 200m from the Hakone Gora rail station, which is the end station for the OH railway. (However at the time of writing the mountain railroad is still out of action from the typhoons in October 2019, i.e., 3 months ago, with a replacement bus service running but failing to keep up with demand, causing delays of an hour or so for our arrival and a great deal of confusion around the Hakone region.) This hotel/ryokan was heavily refurbished, reopening in August 2019, and I think the prices are probably still a bit lower then they will be in the future. We had a deluxe 2 — 4 person room, and it was more spacious than the photos revealed, with mountain views from two corners. There are two western style double sized beds set up on the (plastic?) tatami floors, plus a deep bath separate from the toilet, and a classic ryokan style lobby to the room. Although it didn’t brand itself heavily as a Ryokan, it would easily classify as a modern version I think. The hotel has pristine onsens for men and women, including sauna. Each onsen has a couple of bath choices, although speaking to my wife these seem a little different between the men’s and women’s. The onsen were spacious with more than enough room to cope with the peak times. Yukatas can be selected on arrival and were commonly worn around the leisure spaces and to breakfast/dinner. I saw criticism on TA that the dinners were expensive for what they are. They are expensive (6,600 Yen PP during our stay), however this was pretty much close to a Kaiseki style menu, including Sashimi and hot pot, plus a buffet, plus all you can drink self-service Sake, Beer, Whistky, Sochu. We opted for this one night out of four, which was great for the experience, and we felt like we got a lot value out of it (and a bit off a hangover), but also enjoyed eating out of the hotel the other nights. We ate out at some of the better Gora restaurants and spent a good deal more than 6,600 each. That’s a good segway onto the staff. Like everywhere in Japan they tried very very hard, and were unfailingly helpful and polite. English was enough for most things, although a bit variable across the front desk. Miscommunication did lead to one amusing error where we asked to book an outside restaurant for one night and ended up booking it for all four nights of our stay. We were blissfully unaware of this until the second night and we got a phone call which wandered why we weren’t at the other restaurant. It only took two phone calls and a visit to the front desk to sort things out. They were also very helpful by letting us do some laundry in the adjacent condo block, even thought it’s not normally accessible by hotel guests. I felt this was above and beyond since they had to accompany us to let us in. Other reviews mention the great common area library with drinks. This has mostly Japanese books, of course, but more than a few interesting English books, including translations of famous Japanes

I made a reservation from the accommodation reservation site, but when I saw the official HP of the hotel later, I noticed that there was a plan for Kanagawa Prefecture. I asked if there was a difference between the reservation plan and the content of the meal by the phone, and it was "the same", so I rebooked and stayed. I found out at the time of the check-out, but the plan for the prefectural people is the same amount for the children of elementary school students. Is it funny that the content of the meal is not the same if the child's dinner was not 2 kinds of precedent and cow pottery plate grilling? I asked, but the front desk said, "it is like that in the prefectural plan." I left the inn without being convinced because there was a later schedule. I didn't mind paying the same amount, so I wanted the content of the meal to be the same. The child was very enjoying the meal by watching the HP photo, so I can't say sorry. It seems that the day I stayed was about 30 people and a small number of people. When I returned to my room from a bath or meal, all the people who took the elevator were on the same floor as us, so I thought that I would have arranged it so that it was easy to clean. < About the room > The room was renovated and beautiful. No air cleaner or humidifier. I was asked how to lay the futon, so I decided to lay it myself because it was a corona ridge, but when I spread the sheets, I had long hair on one sheet and it was sick. In addition, when I took the glass from the shelf to drink a drink, I lost the feeling of using it because there was a white dirty water drop on the bottom of every cup, and I had to drink it directly. There was no tea confectionery or tea cup coffee set. (Only pots, hot water, glasses) The refrigerator is only refrigerated. < About the meal > The meal time was now selected from the specified time (2 choice) to choose the time you like. Dinner was a Japanese meal seat, but it was full of beef. Breakfast was Japanese breakfast, all set except rice, boiled food and miso soup. No coffee or juice. If you want to drink coffee, you can only buy coffee for a fee by pressing the button in the lobby and putting it in a machine of the type that comes out. < About the bath > I was going to take off my footwear when I went up the corridor leading to the bath. It was good to have a footwear container with a key in addition to the shelf. It is a story of the woman hot water, but the dressing room was compact and there were minimum amenities required such as shower caps and hair rubber. There was also a sterilization wet tissue on the washbasin. There was a cold water machine at the entrance of the bathroom, and there was a note to use a paper cup for corona countermeasures. The inner bath has two hot and hot baths, and one open-air bath. (※ Men's hot water was colorless and transparent) It is a hot spring that is soft but does not last warm, and it cools the hot water immediately. It was a small matter, but even if I tried to throw away the garbage of the makeup drop of the individual packaging I brought, I was troubled to find no garbage can anywhere in the bath. After all, there were not many people, so I left them in the corner of the washroom and took them out when I left and dumped them in the trash bin in the dressing room. At the foot of the bath, someone's used band aid was always placed (sometimes I entered the morning at night). I thought it would be good to have a trash can at least one at the entrance. i'm done. I don't know if it's to save the cleaning time, but then the employees were also taking a bath, so I thought I could check the bathroom at that time. Suzu. < Hotel impression > The whole restaurant, room, hotel is cold, and the hot spring is also cold immediately, so the impression that it was cold anyway. It may be better not to stay in winter only in the "highland" hotel. "A little? I think there are some places, but usually the plan is cheap in Hakone, but the content of the meal was good, and it is good to think in total? I thought during my stay, but unfortunately, it seems to be only this time.

Opened the third floor (B1-2) old store for more than 40 years, there are a total of 11 rooms. There is no fun around a small lake. The 5 rooms are duplex with stairs and the spa is separate from the bedroom. The best scenery is Sora, almost four floors, the function rooms are separated, but a lot of stairs need to climb. The hot spring is on the top of the building, and the entire Xianshiyuan scenery is unobstructed - but there is no ceiling covering. We live in the kaza wind, the big flat, the scenery is only the other side of the forest, but it is not bad to climb the stairs. Before the check-in, the store will clean the pool and put the hot springs. If it is with breakfast and dinner, it will be sent to the room, but the taste is just like it. The appreciation of the food is very shallow. The store said that the weekend room was almost guaranteed one month in advance. We stayed on Sunday night and took a leak, but the price of the store also rose by 30%. In addition, although it is full, but almost no other guests. Privacy is very good. From the hotel to the taxi to go to Gotemba outlets for about 5,000 yen, about 15 minutes, are mountain roads. The traffic is a bit inconvenient.

Hakone Yumoto
The hotel is located near Hakone Yumoto Station. From Shinjuku by Odakyu Romance to Hakone Yumoto, you can use the Hakone Freepass to take three buses to the vicinity of the hotel, or you can spend 100 yen as a minibus directly to the hotel entrance. The hotel environment is quiet, crossing a cable bridge along the road. The staff is very welcoming and can speak Chinese. Before the first day of arrival, it was not time to checkin, the staff recommended us the tour routes, how to take a car, how much time to spend, very careful. Said it was cold up the mountain, but also gave warm baby. There are several outdoor hot springs in the hotel. Meals have failed. At check-out, you can also send your luggage directly to Hakone Yumoto. in general, it's not bad.
