The location is good, close to the Tenmaya bus station and all sorts of shops are found in the vicinity. The room concept is also interesting. Wooden floor with futon sets so that you kind of feel staying at a ryokan. But what I didn’t like was the inflexibility of the hotel. The cleaner came around 12:20 to 13:00 everyday and regardless of what you do, you have to accommodate the cleaning schedule unless you decline the service. Because of this rigid scheduling, I thought the hotel could accommodate my request to check out at 12pm, one hour later than the designated check out time, which I think is accommodated by most of the hotels worldwide, especially when I know very well that the cleaning doesn’t start until 12:20. But I was asked to pay one hour overstay charge for this! I am not sure what to make of it, but I feel extremely generous giving 3 for this hotel.

This hotel is set in a great location of Okayama, close to the shoutengai, Okayama castle and the JR station with lots of choice for food close by. Staff friendly and helpful. Would not recommend to use their car park or listen to the hotels advice on parking, we were quoted 2700¥ for a nights parking, when we took a look in the area we found parking for 900¥ for 24 hours. Room very nice if a little dated, lack of public ofuro was a little sad but what else to expect at this price. Bathroom a little small, but definitely ok again for the price. No breakfast offered or provided, so can’t really give any advice on this. However there is an amazing cafe around the corner that sells freshly made croissants 🥐

We used it for business. The front desk was empty around 21 when we arrived. It is a little difficult to understand the entrance, but you will go up to 2 floor by elevator. (The entrance is closed at 24, and then a card key is required) The elevator will always stop once on the 2 floor when you go up or down. Room clothes are not prepared in the room, so they are taken out of the locker equipped near the front desk. The room was highly confidential and the noise outside was blocked. There was also a humidifier, so there seems to be no worry about drying.

Great location for a trip to Okayama, Okayama Castle and the distance are not very good, so it is so good. I stayed for 2 nights, but check-out is at 12:00 I got a free bicycle rental at 10, and it took me less than 5 minutes to go to Okayama Castle and the garden, so it was great. I was thinking about going to Okayama Castle, and then I went by bicycle for 5 minutes. Okayama Castle was also nice because there were surprisingly many things to see, and the garden was very spacious and it was so good to take pictures. The tea ceremony takes about an hour and a half, and check-out is 12 o'clock. Streetcars are cut off at 9 PM, so if you move before that time, it takes 5 minutes from Okayama Station to the hotel. If you carry your luggage and walk, you will be hell ㅡ.ㅡ, Other people's reviews said that there are no convenience stores around. There is a shopping mall in the diagonal direction of the hotel, and it is connected to a market that seems to be popular with the elderly. The facilities were okay, and if there were some drawbacks, my room was a place where I could see a crossroad, but when I open the window and sleep, I can hear the traffic lights and cuckoo sound every 5 minutes, so I sleep a little.

About 5 minutes walk along the track at the west exit of Okayama Station. Closer than I thought. Is it empty or the cheap plan remained just before. (Single 4550 yen) Always Toyoko quality, but is the room spacious? Also, the upper floor of the west-facing room (odd number) is the toilet in & station view. I think the free breakfast is also full. Is a nice and new Dormy Inn. But a really long walk from the station. During winter, it would be very painful experience. I was given a room on the second floor ( despite this is already the room of higher grade ) and I can see clearly people on the street and I believe they can see me too. I had to close the curtain all the time. This would not be a hotel of my top choice if is about the same price of other hotel close to the station.

I use it to hold live concerts in a temple a 2-minute walk from the hotel. This is a coincidence, but I am glad it is very close. There is a convenience store nearby, you can contact the high-top car in advance. It helped me stop at 500 yen. I am very satisfied with the breakfast, this is a lunch box with corona in mind, with miso soup and drinks. recommend!

We used it for event participation at Okayama Convention Center. It is directly connected to Okayama Station and it is very easy to move. It is also convenient to Okayama Convention Center. I think it depends on the location of the room, but the room I stayed this time was able to see the platform of Okayama Station from the room, so I think that is also attractive for those who like trains. There are many restaurants in the station building of Okayama Station and there is no inconvenience in eating. It is a very recommended hotel for those who have a business at the Convention Center since early morning at Okayama Station late at night.

The environment did not say, very good! The area is large enough and the scenery is great! The only thing is that it takes a 20-minute shuttle from the city. The hotel shuttles itself to the ANA hotel near the bicycle entrance of the west exit of JR Okayama Station. It runs every hour, but it is also rare to be away from the city center! Nice stay.

When you come out of Okayama Station and walk to the right of the sculpture, you will see 711, which is just ahead and is blocked by another hotel. When you exit the hotel, cross Lawson on the right and continue walking across the main road. There is a great coffee shop called Orizuru Coffee. Ask the front desk and they will know the way. Takashimaya is also nearby. This street is full of good places to eat at night.

I almost missed breakfast on Sunday morning. At the time of check-in, you can see the photo and it is a set menu, so only the explanation is that you can choose from these 5 types on the day. Understand that it is ”set menu only”. Even though it is a business hotel in front of the station, Sunday starts at 7 o'clock 30 minutes later than weekdays. It seems to be entrusted to the tavern on the same floor as the front desk, and even if it is explained, the location is not clear, and it cannot be seen from the front desk. When I left the hotel at 7:30 and headed for the store, there was a person in the chair in front of me. However, there is no tag saying that you are waiting, so when you say breakfast in the store, you will say, ”Please wait in front.” When you try to write the name, there is no such thing. However, it seems that you should sit in the corridor and wait until the order comes. I heard that I took out, but I didn't. I have to leave for work, but this will miss eating breakfast ... When I returned to the front desk and explained the situation to the hotel staff, the hotel did not know the situation at all. I'll go to the breakfast shop together and listen to the situation. Finally, the first people started to leave, and luckily, the previous people were all group guests, so I sat at about 8:45. When I entered, the set was only the main, and a little buffet was added. Moreover, it is understood that only up to 8 people (groups) can enter the store in the form of a private room izakaya. With this, there is a great possibility that I couldn't enter the store even if I waited forever, and I think it is disqualified as breakfast at a business hotel. Don't throw the hotel round, understand what the situation is and improve it.

[Location] 10 minutes walk from Okayama Station (Korakuen Exit) +α. It's not in front of the station, so it may be a little difficult if you have a large suitcase. There is a Family Mart about a minute walk from the hotel, and there are taverns across the river. However, it is not a place like a sluggish place in the downtown area, so I think it is a location where women can stay with peace of mind even if they are alone. I didn't feel like a place where security was bad. The only bargain I encountered was the solicitation of a single-word massage by an Asian foreigner. [Room] It is not a card key. At check-in, I was given a stick-shaped key, and when I entered the room, I plugged the key into the wall and the lights were lit. I tried to do it that way, but the lights didn't turn on at all. When I had to contact the front desk by extension, the room I stayed in did not have to insert the key into the wall, and it was a type that turned on and off with a remote control. So, if you don't turn on well even if you put the key on the wall, you may want to look for the remote control on the wall. The remote control of the air conditioner and the remote control of the lighting are lined up. The beds are large enough and have at least everything you need. I had a suitcase of the size that I brought in on board, but there was enough space to spread. The bathroom will be a unit bath. The toilet is not a hot water washing toilet seat. The water pressure in the shower was fine. Although it was a single use, two sets of towels and amenities were prepared. I took a shower twice during my stay, which was useful. The dryer is not the type on the wall, so the air volume was sufficient. The only thing I was interested in was the sound of the refrigerator operating. The operating sound continued even in the middle of the night, so I had to turn off the power. [Customer service] Of course, it is not the same as a city hotel, but it is the standard customer service level of a common business hotel. It's a pretty rough image. If you often use business hotels, I don't think you care. Recently, some hotels have refused to set their own rooms when they asked for a wake-up call, but this hotel was willing to respond. [Light meal] In front of the front desk, there is a drink bar, an ice candy stocker, and a Chinese mandarin bun steamed with Yamazaki meat mandarin. Both are self-service all-you-can-eat, and you can take them back to your room and eat them. The meat buns will end as soon as they are gone. I checked in around 20:00 on weekdays, but there was still enough leftovers. [Breakfast] It will be served from 6 am. There are about 6 types of Yamazaki sweet bread in front of the front desk, and you can bring as much as you eat. [Price] It was about 4000 yen per night. I think the cost performance is relatively high. [Others] There is a river just off the hotel. The river was beautiful with illuminations. There were some locals taking pictures of the illuminations. Overall, it was a hotel as expected. Some rooms are smoking, so it is also recommended for smokers.

However, when I asked the front desk to finish the room cleaning by around 11 o'clock, I agreed that it would be okay around 11:30. We have a kettle, a range, and a two-door type freezer/refrigerator, so it was helpful to bring our own. ReFa's hair dryer and curling iron are provided, and I think women will be happy. If you cross the crosswalk 1 from Okayama Station East Exit Square, you can enter the arcade street and check in without any umbrellas from there. Okayama station is also close, so you can stay indoors until quite a short time. Breakfast is more substantial than bread and recommended! Every morning, you can eat white rice and rice cooked in Okayama rice. This is quite delicious and breakfast is better than other Toyoko Inn. The shortest convenience store is available without family and umbrellas. You can bring the morning edition of the local newspaper, the Sanyo Shimbun, for free in the room. The coin laundry is also 2 dryer, and the user fills the room number on the whiteboard.

It is still staying at the moment, but the cleaning is very cluttered. I write things like my mother-in-law, but it was a level that made my throat worse in house dust. There is no hotel that has to clean the room even though I stayed. It is easy to make the image as good as the image by advertising. Air cleaning humidifier The interior is yellow with water scale, and the filter is yellow and discolored. There was muddy water in the tank that I didn't know when it was. It was good to notice before using it. I cleaned it but the attached photograph was limited. The dust was about 1 cm on the filter cooler, and the dust was accumulated in the top. I noticed that there was an accident in the throat using the cooling for about 2 days. Dust in the milling bed The dust is quite accumulated in the corner of the floor. It's enough to grasp with tissue. I cleaned myself immediately after arriving in the room. Mold in the shower curtain The stylish shower curtain with black dot was moldy and moldy. This is disinfected with hot water and is disgusted 々. I emailed an inquiry to ribmax but there is no answer. I also put a letter to the cleaning person, but it is abandoned and ignored. Additional notes It seems that the policy corresponding to the front desk has finally been decided.

We used it for the first time. It felt like there were few parking lots. Luckily, we were able to borrow a parking lot for people with disabilities. We were very satisfied with the front desk breakfast.

Stayed on a trip. The room was clean and tidy. Also breakfast was good. *The food was freshly prepared, and above all, as a bread lover, there were many types of bread, which was a high score! The staff were all smiles and made me feel comfortable, and it was very accessible near the station, so I would like to stay again if I had the chance.

The customer service by the foreigner at the front desk is the worst. It was the first time in the customer service business that it was so terrible that I returned immediately after the cancellation fee the next day I stayed for one night. I feel quite bad when I ask an unexpected question to the other side, whether I will be exposed to an unpleasant face or not. I absolutely do not know how to respond to Japanese or unexpected situations. Even if it is cheap, there is no such customer service on the side that pays the accommodation fee. Also, it is written that there is a coin laundry, but it is left in the failure, and when it listens to the front desk, the above attitude is left. I don't have employee education clearly. I won't go again. I don't care if I'm a person who can divide such a customer because it's cheap? The employees who can only serve the confectionery are very unpleasant. I don't want to use the business hotel itself for a while. Really the worst hotel. I will never go again. I will never go again. Worst. I think it's okay to compare, but I felt that the greeting attached to the work of the intellectually disabled person was more comfortable. The worst hotel. I just want to say that. I won't go again. I won't use it.

Quiet, clean, comfortable, great location, just two minutes walk from Okayama, just in Okayama Ekimae shopping street, next to the big country drugstore, the new shopping center ICOTNICOT (茑屋书店).

The location is very good, JR Okayama Station is two or three minutes walk, there is Rosen downstairs, there is aeon mall opposite, eating and shopping is very convenient! The room is always small and very clean. The front desk is on the fourth floor, remember to take toiletries, the disadvantage is that the check-out time is ten o'clock, not very friendly.

Staff in this hotel we’re very eager to please guests. The list of amenities offered ranged from herbal tea to an offer to provide a softer mattress if it was needed. I did not need it. The all you can eat breakfast buffet was very good. Lots of choices. Well prepared. I recommend not going to breakfast in the last 45 minutes of the window, because there were fewer choices then.. The location is excellent. It was walking distance to the hotel, and to the Korakuen Garden and Castle.
