The hotel is often fully booked and only smoking rooms are left. Entering the room on the second floor feels like entering a karaoke room. The entire room is full of smoke. On the fourth night, I bought aromatherapy and felt better. The hotel has door-to-door Massage service, I had two massages, and the second time in the early morning, there was a surprise. I will not talk about my own understanding in detail. After staying for 6 nights, I changed the towels and folded the quilt every day. It was clean and tidy. I stayed in this hotel before the epidemic, so close to Shinsaibashi Station, 3 minutes past Daimaru PARCO, the transportation is really convenient and important, next time I will stay at UNIZO Shinsaibashi store again.

I stayed at the end of the live in Intex Osaka. According to the clerk, there are quite a lot of people staying at the end of the live. Any clerk can enjoy conversation with a very friendly and Frank 々. It was on a two-stage bed, but it was hard to go up and down, so it is more convenient to go down. Until 12 o'clock at night, the time to use the dryer is limited, so it is better to finish the shower early. It is a capsule hotel that is fun to stay because it really reflects in any time zone. The cafe meal was also nice and delicious.

The hotel is very close to the shopping street, which is very convenient for shopping. The baths are thin and the water is a bit overheated. The room was spacious enough and the bed was comfortable. The Polar toiletries provided by the hotel worked well.

Overall, it’s very good value for money and is great for a short stay or if you don’t need to spend a long time in the room. Very clean, staff are friendly and helpful. In a nice, busy area, close to the glico sign and shopping area. Only downside is that the room is quite small, especially if you had two people. Still good value, just be aware of the lack of space.

The room facilities are very good. The Centrifugal Saibashi Store Festival is just three minutes walk away. A Taiwanese lady at the front desk has a good service attitude; the bad thing is that the breakfast place is too small. We had many people standing there for breakfast that day!

I enjoy my 3 days stay very much... was very surprise that the hotel provide free ramen every night to guest and the ramen is not instant noodle but good quality ramen. The massage chairs at the lobby area is also very thoughtful to help us to relax after a long day. My only problem being a light sleeper, the lower floor disturbed my sleep, hence requested to move to a higher floor and the problem solved for my 2nd and 3rd night in the hotel. Overall is a good good for value hotel. Cheers!

I felt that there was no more cost performance than here. I stay at a hotel more than once a month, but this was the best in Osaka. Above all, every corner was thoroughly cleaned, and there were no problems with the plumbing or linen, so I was able to stay with confidence in the cleanliness.

The water pressure in the hotel room is very comfortable+ big bathtub (I chose a room with a bathtub🛁)I booked it myself When I was in the hotel, I also saw a lot of comments about the lack of lighting in the hotel room +corridor, and I also felt that the roomlighting design effect was insufficient. The north exit of Tennoji Temple will be able to walk right away, and the drug store and the whole family are all within a few steps downstairs. There is a full-length mirror in the room, as well as a small freezer and TV. There is a common washstand in the hallway (with a hair dryer). The shower room has a single room in addition to the large bathroom (I have not been to a large bathroom, always washing in a single room), and the bathroom is also a separate room in the hallway. The rooms are all password locks and change passwords every day. Very clean, the service is also very good, a person to live, I feel that this price is very affordable.

I have stayed at this hotel for 8 days in this trip. Everything is great, the hotel room is spacious(really rare to find this kind of space in a Japan hotel), clean, daily necessities are all supplied within the room, the TV is a smartTV which you can browse YouTube or sign in to your account on Netflix/other platform TV to enjoy your time at night. The location is excellent as well, sitting in the middle of Namba and Shinsaibashi, 3mins walk to nearest Namba famous malls and 5mins walk to Shinsaibashi shopping street and restaurants area. Also need to note that B1 floor of the hotel links directly to the local metro station and it’s just 2mins walk to the nearest airport railway station, this really matters to me as my travelling plan is quite packed, and the convenience helps so much. Moreover, this hotel is managed under a Japan museum group, which it merges artistic element into the hotel, like it has displayed art decor all within the hotel, like the ground lobby or the elevator lobby at each floor, it even holds art showcase event at its function hall from time to time. I have visited Japan 9times in total, inc Tokyo, Osaka and Okinnawa, this hotel doubtlessly was the best experience for me regarding Japan hotel stay. I definitely would recommend this hotel to everyone who is reading this as well as my friends if you are staying at Osaka. I would also choose this hotel again next time I visit Osaka again. This hotel is also a hot pick for travelors as it is famous for its special castle outlook and high quality of stay, so you would definitely have to book this hotel at least 1month+ before your destined travel time. Hope this helps:)

I stayed here with my husband at early November 2019. Only for one night. However, the experience we had was incredible. We arrived early in the morning at Namba station. Since this was our first trip to Osaka, so finding this hotel was difficult for us eventhough we used google map. After almost half an hour, we finally managed to find this little hotel. The front officer was very nice, helpful, warm, and friendly. She told us the check in time at 3 PM and check out time is 10 AM. So, we just dropped our luggages there that morning. The location is very strategic. It is walking distance to the famous Dotonbori, shopping malls, restaurants, family mart, tax free shops, and stations. The twin room we got is not big, but it was fit for us. It is clean, and with complete bath amenities plus pajamas. The bed and pillows are very comfy for us. The breakfast was excellent, so all the reviews here about it are 100% true! Fresh breakfast, Japanese style combined with Western Style. We enjoyed the breakfast so much despite the restaurant is quite pack. But not a big problem

For a single apartment, the front desk staff works from 10 am to 10 pm. Towels need to be changed. You need to take them to the front desk and the garbage will not help you clean up. According to GOOGLE navigation, get off at Nankai Railway Namba Station and walk for about 17 minutes. If you go to Nihonbashi Subway Station, about 15 minutes. Located in a residential area, the surroundings are quite quiet. The triple room is tatami-style, and there is a small terrace, which means that the room is smaller, which basically does not affect the action. However, I don't understand why there is an induction cooker in the room? And there is no cooking pot ...

It is about a 3-minute walk from Nakatsu Station on the Subway Midosuji Line. About 15 minutes from JR Osaka Station. The hotel was also distinctive and easy to understand. There are convenience stores around, and a food court along the Hankyu guard during the day. The furnishings in the room are old, but they are spacious and comfortable for the cost of accommodation. There is space between the bed and the desk, but it may be because it was a single. There is no trendy USB charging outlet, so you have to bring a charger. There are no special facilities, but there is a microwave on every other floor. It's a high cost hotel

The air con in the room was turned off and only heating was available. I turned off the heating as the temp in early autumn still high. The room gets the afternoon sun, so it was very hot and stuffy. The fan that the hotel provided did not help. The hotel did offer to change the room to a lower floor but it was bothersome relocating and also the room offered has different furniture that did not appeal to me. Water pressure was excellent...but the bathroom/toilet has a lingering unpleasant odour.

The corner 々 was not cleaned well and dust was accumulated and I didn't like it. There was a bad smell in the room and corridor and it closed. There were several days when the wall was thin and the next room was noisy, and I could hear the conversation until the morning and couldn't sleep until the morning. There are often movements in the middle of the night near the fire station, or the motorcycle sound of the runaway? It is also noisy. Outside the window is a cemetery. . . I used it in business. I booked from the official site of the super hotel, but it is a hotel for the go to campaign, but it is said that it must apply for the individual with the receipt issued I thought it was unkind. (I don't know at present because it is August, but the application seems to be a little difficult and it is troublesome, so I stay at a regular price) And the most regrettable thing was that the public bath did not think of the replacement system (although it is insufficient for my confirmation) I thought that women could only use 2 hours, and that could not increase female customers. Breakfast was not a buffet, and I was able to choose Japanese and Western food in the form of lunch box, but I chose Western food because I thought it was impossible from the morning because there were many fat side dishes in Japanese food. I had to press my password to enter the room, but I had to bring my lunch box and coffee back to my room and eat it, so I wanted to prepare a tray. The front desk was good, but it is the impression that it is a hotel that I don't like.

Our priority was to get a affordable hotel near Namba station to have transport to the airport and also to be close to attractions such as Namba Parks,Ebisu Bashi-Suji Shopping Street, Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street in Dotombori, all this tour we have been able to do it on foot and following the instructions that with kindness and precision Takeshi gave us. The hotel has fulfilled our expectations, but the best has been its excellent treatment, make you feel at home with its friendlyness and attention. You have also had the great detail of preparing our coffee. Thank you very much and warm greetings. Enjoy Grampus Inn Osaka because: ¡LIVE ...es a TRIP!

I feel very good at this hotel. First of all, the location is convenient. It takes about ten minutes to walk from Osaka Station. The road can pass Hankyu men's clothing, hipefive, and Dongtong. There are many shops, you can walk around, there are several downstairs. Convenience stores, there is no need to cross the road, there is a restaurant on the opposite side of the street for 24 hours, and there is a cafe downstairs. Secondly, the room we booked is relatively large in Japan. We have two single beds, a sofa and a small coffee table. The middle aisle is not crowded. The three-piece set in the bathroom is also very comfortable and not convenient. It is very convenient to use. I have been to Japan four times, and I have lived the most spacious this time. Once again, the service and facilities are also in place. A space is specially created at each floor. It is very convenient. The waiter is very good. At night, it should be only after 12 o'clock in the evening. Only the small door next to it needs to be brushed. The room card can be entered, there is a security guard downstairs or the police (not sure), the security is very good. In addition, we really like the appearance of this exquisite and beautiful hotel, I hope to have another chance to come back next time!

The bathroom of the hotel is very, very clean and spacious, but the room is small in size, and the walls don’t know why there is no wallpaper, it looks a bit dirty. My hotel room was very clean and stocked with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Most of the staff could speak English. They were also quite kind. The resort is in a great location with easy access to USJ, Starbucks and the subway station. I purchased the hotel breakfast buffet for just one day and I was really surprised with how amazing the food tasted and how much of a food variety they had. I don’t think I would purchase the breakfast buffet for my entire stay (expensive and too much food) but it’s definitely something I would recommend trying at least once. I was a little disappointed with the very late check-in time. I think 3 p.m. is a bit inconvenient for people who have early flights. Also the amount of time it takes to check-in is way too long. I spent at least 30 minutes waiting in line to check-in because they only had two staff members at the desk checking people in..

This is the second time I've used it, but there was a pretty good deal, so I booked a twin room for less than 10,000 yen. I was relieved to be called immediately for check-in, which had a long line during the summer vacation. The room was old but clean and spacious. This is a homestay, and the focus is on ”homestays”. The location is very close to the JR release station. For shopping and transfers, go to the nearby Kyobashi Station. I happened to have no other customers and accommodation during the two days I stayed, and the room that can accommodate up to 4 people is just me alone, haha 😄 cool It is best to bring your own towels, toothbrushes, and facial cleanser. Other body washes and shampoos are provided.
