Room's on 5th floor and no elevator. Please also prepare a 1000 security deposit if you don't wanna be shocked.

The room is comfortable and warm, but the swimming pool is not as good as that of ASCOTT. It is still recommended. Remember to joint their membership to collect points.

|1.94km from city centerThis is a great studio apartment with views of Venice Mall and canal. Very short walk to the vast number of restaurants and shops in Venice Mall. Be sure to have contact phone numbers with you or check in, as the concierge won’t assist with check in at all. Once you reach the property manager, the service level is fantastic (thanks Josie). You’ll need cash for the security deposit also. One suggestion is to improve the level of detail for the address and check in, it’s a very difficult building to find.

Im also annoyed with 1 male receptionist, open pala sa counter nya, i queued sa kabilang counter, and when other guest arrived (foreigner) he asissted. Like ***? Matagal bumaba ang water sa shower area, not safe since I’m pregnant. But overall still good. I will book again and recommend since the location is good. And most of the staffs are very nice and friendly. Hotel is clean. They allowed to check in at around 12.

Not also as crowded as the likes of Savoy/ Belmont. Bar bites in The Peak is also yummy, highly recommended is their Negroni.

The room is spacious and well-lit, has water heater, plates, bowls, mugs, and spoons that I really didn't expect to see in a budget room. The shower has inconsistent water pressure and temperature and the internet connection was unreliable though. There is a swimming pool but we didn't know if we were allowed to use it so we didn't bother asking the staff. It is surely a plus but neither is okay. It was definitely worth the price.

It's a bit small reception area they got here but the receptionist is warm and welcoming. The room is a bit on the smaller side if you have company. The bathroom is also small. The room has basic amenities except for slippers and dental kits, which is reasonable for the price. You got 2 bottled water per room. It's a bit noisy if you are in the room in front of the highway. Overall, for budget travel and basic needs, it is okay.

Breakfast, is very nice but would be great if there is more selection but over all satisfied. Our room is beside the utility room so we hear the noise from it like running water etc. The time i went to the pool area, there was a foul smell in the air (maybe garbage collection time or what).

Fortunately, I saw on social media that the official account said it was open. It is more expensive than the general red planet, but in BGC, it is a very economical and safer choice. The room is a little worrying. Dental slippers are 35 pesos, and bottled water is 25-35 pesos. Although it is not equipped in the room, it does not matter that it is cheap.

They don’t clean and change towels or bedsheets everyday or even every other day. The service lady told me they only clean if you book 5 days minimum. That’s why I requested them to give me a broom at least. You have to call them to pick up the rubbish too.. There’s extra charge for a new towel 100 pesos each. Over all location wise is good. Service, there’s no service besides the front desk and the guard to help you with the key. The room is cozy.

And it is very close to Burgos Circle where there are upscaled restaurant, bars, grocery stores and even a Anytime fitness. What was suppose to be a burden became a blessing. Not having to deal with Manila traffic to go find dinner is a big deal. I got out to eat and had drinks at a bar down the street and walk right back. Great place!

|2.37km from city centerI stayed here for a couple of hours before an early morning flight. I figured it wouldn't hurt to stay at a cheap hotel since I was checking out at 2am. However, instantly regretted it since hotel cleanliness was a bit iffy. But with the really cheap rate (less than 2k), I guess you get what you pay for and if you just want basic accommodation, this might be perfect for you. I arrived at the hotel at about lunch time, but they said that if I wanted to check in early (2pm is normal check in time), then I would need to pay extra, the extra they wanted me to pay was almost the same rate as their daily rate (basically just 100 pesos cheaper). It was kind of insulting as it was only 2 hours earlier and most hotels don't charge extra for a 2 hour early check in or at most, a top up of half a day's rate. So it felt really unreasonable that they were asking almost the same day's rate. Anyway, they let me leave my luggage at the hotel while I roamed around until check in. They also ask for a cash deposit of 2000 which can't be done via card, so heads up to the people who don't have local currency or cash. My room had an odd smell, like someone has been smoking in it even though smoking wasn't allowed in the room. I had to open the windows to air it out. There was also hair and flies in the bathroom. The flies would land on to the towels which made me doubt the cleanliness of the facility. I was honestly very paranoid staying here. I don't know if I would stay here again, possibly if I am desperate and short on cash, but likely not again during the pandemic as I am quite unsure of how much they clean the rooms exactly. However, this is probably much better than the cheap motels as there was no sleazy atmosphere and most of the people I saw who checked in were travelers like me who are probably heading into the airport as well. The location is pretty near BGC, about 5 minutes without traffic to SM Aura and 30 minutes to the T1 NAIA. It seemed pretty safe, there was a 7-eleven beside the hotel as well.

If only the one thing the can be better is for the rooftop pool. You need a voucher to use this. So dont forget to ask for this before using it. Or else you can go all the way down again to ask for this.

The duplex structure and decoration are quite unique, but the geographical location is not the best. Overall, it is completely inconsistent with the price of 731 yuan per night.
That day, because the company's hotel was full, I temporarily found such a place and thought it was more than 600 yuan. As a result, taxes and fees were included, which exceeded the reimbursement standard.
