We stayed there for our special day, however I don’t think it’s worth it. Only the receptionist was nice and welcoming. Especially people working at the lounge who were serving the food, they seems so tired and not very nice. I spent a lot for this and wanted to feel welcoming and happy but they ruined it every time I asked something. They could be nicer and more kind. I normally stay at Shangri-la on special occasions and this was first try to stay at the new well-known hotel, however it turned out not great. I will not return. The view was great though.

This is a great value Hotel for visitors to Darling Harbour. The Light rail is ver close and can take you to Central Station / Airport or back into the CBD / Circular Quay. Facilities are basic but good. The bar is kid friendly and has a great outlook over the Darling Harbour. My bad score was regarding reception - my experience may not be normal but the checkin girl allocated the wrong room and was confused regarding my pre-payment. I expect better service from a hotel like this. Otherwise everything was great.

I had an amazing stay! The hotel was very modern and clean, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had to check in late but the reception staff arranged everything and gave very clear instructions for late check-in. The room has everything I needed and the bed was super comfy! Location is great and there are plenty of dining options in the area. A short walk to Darling Harbour. Definitely recommend this hotel!

The Aiden Hotel Darling Harbour was recently opened in 2021, making it a fantastic choice for those staying in Pyrmont. The hotel is conveniently located just 1km from Town Hall Train Station and 15km from Kingsford Smith Airport. In addition, Town Hall Metro Station is just a short walk away. Guests will find The Book of Mormon, Harbourside Monorail Station and Beauty & Health Inn just a short distance from the hotel. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. Guests of this Pyrmont hotel can make use of the parking facilities.

The hotel is a retrofit of the old-fashioned house. The room is small in size, the facilities are average, the comfort is OK, the semi-self-service, there is a public kitchen, you can cook for yourself. Warm service. The downside is that the phone is not connected.

If the female is single .. It is recommended not to live, there is no elevator! I was almost out of gas with two suitcases .. Although the first floor staff helped me move up, can I understand how I feel when I check out ... Well, because I live in the highest building (the third floor) I Feeling extremely cold .. I also turned on mobile heating ... I have a small bar and a small refrigerator..I do n’t have a toothbrush, I have towels, others, I have a TV, but I did n’t turn it on because the first floor is a local ghost restaurant It ’s opposite (the sound insulation is not good enough to hear the traffic on the road). Walk five minutes away from The Star. There is a supermarket behind The Star. The function is not bad. I did n’t brush the toilet .. I cleaned it myself and saw that there are still traces in the toilet (I do n’t know if it ’s piss or urine ...) I did n’t care about it anymore, I put it on the toilet and finished. (Picture one is the fish castle in his restaurant: 24 swords)

The location is very good, sealife is right next to it, it is convenient to go to the taronga zoo by boat. Go to the qvb next to it, go to the world square for 10 minutes, but go to Chinatown for about 20 minutes. But walking through the darling quarter is pretty, and there are places for kids to play. The room is big in the city, there is a pool downstairs, the pool is not big.

Hyatt Hotels has always been synonymous with the perfect hotel in your heart. This time I settled in Hyatt Regency Sydney, I feel very comfortable. The hotel cabinets are polite, and the location is very good. It is a 5-minute walk to Lover's Harbour and 20 minutes to the Sydney Opera House. Check into the room, facing the port, and the evening lights are amazing. The breakfast was very generous. I personally like the Western breakfast. I like it!

First of all, the location is extremely convenient. It only takes 10 minutes to get to Darling Harbour Pier. It is very convenient to Chinatown, QVB, and Sydney Tower. It is also close to the train station, so the location is good. Besides breakfast, it's great. Mocha is good and tastes sour, but coffee is delicious in any restaurant in Sydney. Breakfast has freshly squeezed juice, delicious croissants, and yogurt. Then talk about the room, and the front-line (one-line) sea view. Even if someone saw fireworks at night, can you say it is worth the fare ... Finally, I would like to add that when walking to the subway station, there is a red milk tea shop of Zhou Dong's machi machi network. People who are interested can join in a line to have a cup of tea ...

1. Booking is very fast, and the booking requirements will be met. The front desk attitude is good, patient, and will remind you what you signed. 2. The room is clean and tidy, the main point is large, there is a kitchen, kitchen utensils are readily available, very convenient. 3. Convenient transportation nearby, extending in all directions, there are supermarkets and comprehensive eating places like KFC. It is very close to the city hall train station at 150 meters. 4. Check-out efficiency is high and fast, the deposit is only 1AUD, and snacks are delivered early (for me, one morning meal is enough)

The location is in the middle of the CBD and it is convenient to go to the sights. The room is a bit old and the WIFI signal is weak. The elevator has to manually open and close the door. The elevator has to open the door once and the floor of the first floor is not aligned. It is necessary to bend over and step on the way, which is terrible! Be careful of safety incidents. There is a waitress who doesn't care.

Bring the younger brother out to play, four people, and live in the two bedroom suite. Living on the 44th floor, the scenery is very good and there is a big balcony. 2 washrooms. The master bedroom has a washroom and balcony. Smoking can be smoked on the balcony. The facilities in the room are still very perfect, the washing machine, the microwave oven for cooking, the oven, the pot and the glass are all very convenient. It is the drain in the bathroom that is very slow, and it often spills out. Every day, I cleaned the room, but it was definitely not like a 5 star hotel. It was so clean, and I needed to change the bath towel. The service attitude was quite satisfactory. The normal check-out time was 10 o'clock. It was late that day. After adding 50 Australian dollars to 12:30, if you check out the room rate, you may receive it according to the occupancy rate at that time. I was not at that time. Holidays, so the collection is cheaper. Shopping is very convenient. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the big shopping malls of myer. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Chinatown. The only bad thing about staying in a CBD hotel is that the weekend is very noisy. There is no way. Overall, I am still very satisfied. Suitable for families, friends, and people. There are also 3 suites.

Quite disappointed with the service / security of the hotel. We had someone trying to play with the outside door handle for about 3 hours (on/off) in the late evening. The next day we asked for the security footage of the room. They supposedly checked the camera footage and responded by saying that there was a camera black spot on our floor / door. I’d say that’s a serious failure on their part to ensure security.

Because there is a special price when booking, less than one thousand yuan a night, as long as it can meet the basic five-star hotel standards, I will be satisfied. First talk about the room. The front desk gave me a corner room with floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides. It is very beautiful, with an area of 40 square meters, which is larger than the standard rooms of Hilton and Park Hyatt. It is large in size and has been renovated in recent years. It is very comfortable to live in. See the picture for details. In terms of service, although it did not work, there was nothing wrong. The hotel staff I contacted, whether it was the front desk or the room service, could do the smiling service with patience and enthusiasm. Requests to call the front desk will usually be answered within 20 minutes. The delivery of food in the rooms is quite satisfactory. The price is the same as that of mid-to-high-end restaurants. An additional nine-knife delivery fee and 24-hour service are available. The variety of dishes can be said to be rich. The spa and swimming pool were not experienced because of the itinerary. The capsule coffee in the mini bar was unexpectedly good

The environment of the suite is very large. In the high-rise building, there are cooking rice, dishwasher and washing machine. It also provides a small amount of salt. The laundry detergent is too convenient. Slippers and toothbrushes need to bring their own, this hotel is most satisfied along the way. The location is very convenient, Darling Harbour, Sydney Opera House, Museum, Botanic Gardens, etc. can be reached. There are supermarkets near the hotel, the closest is the City Hall and Queen Victoria Building.

Not much to say about the location, mainly because Avis car rental is on the left-hand side of the hotel lobby. It is very convenient to rent a car after driving for two days in Sydney. The road in Australia is not as wide as that in the United States. It is not recommended that you rent a big car. It is very painful to drive in the city. The double bed is still a bit small, and the room can see the opera house. It is very convenient to eat and shop nearby. The weather in Sydney is very good now. It has just rained and the fire is almost gone.

Because there are washing machines, dryers, stoves are gas, and then the large living room and kitchen, I feel super perfect. The room has a separate door, and getting up to make breakfast in the morning does not affect the child's sleep. The top-floor pool with spa is great. The only bad thing is to open the door by inserting a card. It takes ten minutes to open the door every time. I don't know if it is the wrong angle or our technical problem. But other services are great.

There aren't many basic facilities in the room.. Such as indoor slippers and mineral water (this price is not cheap, even the water is not willing to give.. too much!!!!) I wanted to live here and I could have a view of the opera house.. but not at the same price, I can live in a good hotel. Then because of the encounter with the vivid Australia festival... The road was sealed... I called the front desk to help me call the car to the airport, and specifically asked her where to wait (I know the road seal)... As a result, she was completely unaware of it. Call me at the hotel.. The result is that the car can't come in... It also delayed my time... Finally, they didn't help at all... I have to drag my bulky luggage to the road to call the car. 😡😡😡 In summary, there is no need to live here... The same geographical location, there are many other options😎

The location of the hotel is very good, it is easy to find just by the road, the rooms are clean and hygienic, and the small cup of milk with drinks and bread are placed in the refrigerator in the room every day. The cutlery is convenient and perfect, and this hotel is fully equipped for our tourists. We are very satisfied with the location of the hotel. Crossing the road is Hyde Park and the church. If you continue to go forward, you can go to the Royal Botanic Gardens and watch the Sydney Opera House and Sydney Bridge. The hotel is relatively old. It is estimated that it was built in the 1980s and 1990s. The room facilities have a strong sense of the age and are relatively old. There is no need to say the location. About 100 meters downstairs, you can walk to Circular Quay, Opera House, Harbour Bridge, and Royal Botanical Garden. The view of the room is also good. We upgraded the Harbour View Room. I really did n’t expect the sanitation to be so good. The family room I booked is large enough to be a double bed + two single beds. The single beds can be combined to make a double bed. There are enough materials in the bathroom. I like this hotel so much. Why didn't I find it before? When booking a hotel, consider this hotel first. The location is also very good, close to Chinatown and Westfield. On pitt st. Breakfast is not booked. The family room is very suitable for bringing children. There is a door in the middle. We love how we can so quickly walk to both the CBD and Darling Harbour, the Mantra On Kent is brilliantly located. The accommodation itself is fine, those servicing the rooms probably need a checklist as we had to ask for a toaster (had a chuckle when receptionist asked if we'd checked the kitchen cupboards - did he think we were looking under the bed for it?) and buy our own soap (space for 2 dispensers, only 1 there was lotion) - 1st day shower was woeful, you just have to time the shower when nobody else is having one otherwise you are either getting very hot or very cold; fortunately on our 2nd day it was ok. Heating shot out cold air no matter what buttons we touched, fortunately there was a portable heater available. Comfortable bedding, very quiet room.
