Den vorherigen Bewertungen zu urteilen interessiert es diese Hotelkette offensichtlich NULL was der Gast erfahren hat oder denkt. Zur pragmatischen Seite fuer Menschen, die es in Erwaegung ziehen hier zu buchen, das Hotel sieht idyllischer aus als es ist. Es ist direkt neben einer Schnellstrasse, heisst wer dort sein Zimmer hat tut mir leid, wie mein Vater zum Beispiel, da kann man die ganze Nacht dank Autolaerm nicht schlafen, vorne raus hoert man den Laerm der Gaeste die Abends an der einzige Stelle sitzen wo man sich aufhalten kann, direkt vor der Eingangstuer mit Sicht auf Tankstelle und Baustelle. Beim Fruehstueck sitzt man auf der Terasse quasi direkt neben einer Baustelle, da sich direkt daneben ein Schotterplatz befindet mit Dixiklo, am Eingang kann man direkt an der Tankstelle sitzen. Das Parkhaus is mega kompliziert, wenn man vorne parkt darf man nochmal ganz reinfahren, da der Kontaktstreifen zur Ausfahrt nicht am Tor sondern sich mitten im Parkhaus befindet, die Wendemoeglichkeit dort ist leider sehr schlecht also wer damit Probleme hat, parkt besser direkt draussen. Falls es regnet gibt es auch da leider keine wirkliche Gelegenheit sich irgendwo aufzuhalten ausser im Zimmer, wenn man also mit seiner Familie oder Gruppe da ist.... naja muss man halt ueberlegen auf welchem Zimmer man sich dann trifft. Gluecklicherweise hat sich das bei uns nicht ergeben weil die Sonne schien. Wir haben fuer 9! Leute Zimmer gebucht, haben dann noch zwei Einzel zum Doppel umgebucht was auch schon ein Problem war und dann direkt 30 Euro teurer war als die anderen Dopplezimmer, schon irgendwie krass. Das Personal ist voelligst unfaehig beim einchecken, auf einmal konnten sie das dritte Doppelzimmer in der Buchung nicht finden, dann wollten sie uns beim auschecken noch mehr abrechnen als eh schon, also auch da gut schauen und aufgepasst. Ein Einzelzimmer war nach 2 Std der Eincheckzeit immer noch nicht fertig, DAS interessiert das Hotel offensichtlich nicht, jemanden dafuer zu kompensieren, wenn es jedenfalls darauf ankommt Geld vom Gast zu nehmen sind sie nicht zimperlich. 8 Euro fuers Fruehstueck finde ich ziemlich happig, wenn man bedenkt das man 120 Euro pro Nacht fuers Zimmer zahlt, einfach unglaublich. Unter anderem Puderruehrei und Sirupsaft, wers mag... Da haben viele hostels mit 20 Euro Zimmer kosten ein besseres Fruehtueck inkludiert. Der Mitarbeiter beim Buffet tat mir total Leid, der musste da rote Punkte auf den Eincheckkarten suchen, ob man auch Fruehstueck gebucht hatte, war bei den meisten der Fall dennoch hatten sie keinen roten Punkt auf der Zimmerkarte. Totales Chaos. Ich kann es absolut nicht empfehlen, Preisleistung stimmt absolut fuer mich gar nicht, Zimmer stanken bei einem Doppel nach Hund beim anderen nach Zigarrette... und ganz ehrlich bei den Preisen und dem Service braucht man sich nicht wundern, wenn die Leute fuer das Geld mit besserem Service and mehr Freundlichkeit ins Ausland fahren. Ich fand es einfach nur furchtbar!
