It was very convenient to get on the ave in front of Atocha station, and the location was very good near the station to go to Sol. We arrived early, but we checked in early and were saved very much. The staff was very kind and nice. It was beautiful because there was a refrigerator for the room if it had been renovated. We only recommend using a shampoo toothbrush as there is only a body soap. I was satisfied because the price was cheap! Later, since it is almost next to the Reina Sofia Museum and the Prado Museum is also near, it is recommended for those who value access and price at the minimum hotel.

The location is very convenient, coming out of the train station and walking along the square for 10 minutes. The entrance to the apartment is a subway station, which is uniquely endowed by nature. The living room is large, the kitchen is large, the family is very comfortable to rest and chat together, there is a cushion on the side of the large French window, a cup of coffee sitting at the window to watch the traffic, if it is not too short, I may be able to sit all day. There is only one bathroom, which is relatively small. There is room service every day, and the whole is clean and tidy. Talk about the noise, the room is facing the street, but the windows are soundproof, and the windows are basically no noise. There is office on the 2nd floor, but working hours are limited. If you exceed 18:00, you can only apply for self-check-in. Regarding the deposit, there are several coin-operated lockers in the office on the 2nd floor. After check-out, the front desk will give you a password for the door. When you take the baggage, you will use this password. All the staff are very nice and the experience is great!

At 2 o'clock check-in the front desk responded at 3 o'clock to have a room. Boxes can be stored for a fee. We said that when we wait for the room, she said that there is a room. The floor is not very high. Why do n’t we ask the guest if they can accept it but ask us to store the boxes first. Is it a good job to earn 1 Euro and 1? I just arrived in Madrid for one night, but I didn't get a balcony room. This time I finally lived there. The size of the room was so scary. I had to walk sideways at the end of the bed. Two open at the same time? Then don't walk. The room facing the downstairs road is not as noisy as the main road, but the sound insulation is not good. The garbage truck came to collect the trash bins of several restaurants on this street at 11:30. Other noise downstairs. No one told us that the towels were changed every three days, and we didn't pay attention to the tip of Lao Gao. We had thrown the towels on the ground on the first night. We came back and found that they were hung on the pole again. The front desk said it would change every three days. I said that I did n’t know and they were dirty. It did n’t work. She said that she had to go to work the next morning. I could n’t change it for you. I said I could n’t use a dirty towel. Now, she insists that the cleaners will go to work tomorrow morning. If you want, I can give you some new ones! What logic, isn't it all nonsense? Foreigners really have no logical ability, and solving problems is by no means the first goal. After only one night, it was barely ok, so stay connected should be careful. After all, the value for money is not high. Except for the three-in-one cleaning agent for bathing, shampooing, and hand washing in a room with a thousand dollars, there are no spares, and towels are not changed. There are 1 euro and 1 storage box.

The location of the hotel is good, just near the train station, but because it is Hostel, there is no obvious facade, looking for a lot of time to find, the reception people do not understand English, through the computer translation to complete the dialogue. Service attitude is not bad.

Mainly near the train station, the service score is low, mainly because I do n’t reply to the email, I leave something there, call to verify, I have to send an email when I reply, I sent an email, and I did n’t reply for a few days, I remember to comment here . After reading other people's reviews, I know that if you drop something, basically don't expect to find it.

The location is very close to the train station. You need to walk around to get out of the train station, especially the large suitcase is still more laborious. Eat a lot nearby and it is very convenient. It was a bit awkward when checking in, because all the credit cards in the wallet were stolen in Barcelona, so a young receptionist at the front desk could n’t issue the credit card number when he issued it, and he could n’t carry it back, and lost it in time. Rejected, tossed for nearly an hour to call back to the domestic credit card agency for processing. Only the card number was found, and the expiration date was provided. There was really no way. When they were preparing to give up their accommodation to their homestay, an elderly receptionist said that they could use cash Make a mortgage to stay. Afterwards. But at this moment the mood is already very bad, obviously can be flexible to deal with so long? I want to make a complaint, but I think another one is doing things according to the rules. There was no kettle in the room, the bed was small and unstable, and I ran away as soon as I slept. The cleaners didn't speak English, so they did n’t need to clean up and just changed the paper. Then they came back and found out that they had come in and cleaned up. No drinking water was provided.

Hotel location, close to the train station, is also the Metro station exit, the car is very convenient, but there is no small shop around, you need to go a little further, but there is already another NH 4 star hotel, the price is similar, should be more ideal or More suitable for family choices. The hotel room is still clean, the service is mainly to take it to the front desk, except for the room cleaning every day, the same as the service hotel.

I stayed in Hostal San Blas for just one night, but I had a good experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs to spend a few nights in Madrid. Like other guests have noted the rooms are quite small, but mine at least was quiet, clean as a whistle and had everything I needed. In fact, I even had enough space for my morning push-up routine! Also, you're in Madrid, a city with a vibrant social life, so you shouldn't be spending too much time in your hotel room anyway. The hostal is perfectly situated close to a subway station, the main railway station, important tourist destinations like the Reina Sofia museum or the Retiro park, and the vibrant neighborhood of Lavapies. So make no mistake, this is as good as you'll find location-wise. In terms of staff, there's a receptionist 24/7, if you don't see him/her just knock on the window. When I stayed there the receptionist was friendly and helped me when I had trouble finding my room.

Close to Atocha Railway Station, we walked to the hotel for about 15 minutes, and should be closer to the entrance. Free freshly ground coffee, tea bags and biscuits are available at the front desk for your own use. The room faces two of our rooms, one to the road and one to the patio. The downside is that there are no trash cans in the room and there is no kettle. We stayed for one night and the next day, I thought it was ok.

Overall, the price is very high, and the trip is close to the Atocha train station, but it is very tiring to push the suitcase. There are 2 supermarkets near the hotel. It is convenient to buy daily necessities, and it is also near to Lichi Park . You have to clean the room by yourself. The room is quite large. On the last day, you must pay attention to LOCKER who checked out your luggage. Otherwise, it will be used up by others and there will be no place to send it. . . . .

My sister and I stayed at Behap de las Letras for a few nights recently and we were overwhelmed by the hospitality, kindness, helpfulness, and friendliness of Alvaro. He had emailed us beforehand with details of contacting him once we arrived. We were also told that the office is closed for 2 hours in the middle of the day. The apartments are lovely, with cooking facilities as well as a washing machine. No dishwashing liquid is supplied so you need to provide your own. The bathroom is quite small, and one has to be careful which shower knob you turn on, as there is on overhead shower knob as well as a middle knob. The location is great -there is lots of atmosphere in this area of Madrid & it is within 500 metres of the main station; is close to cafes and there is a supermarket just down the road. There is a great Argentinian bar/ restaurant directly opposite, which has delicious food. The CaixaFirum and the Reine Sofia ( which houses many of Picasso’s paintings, including ‘Guernica’ are a short walk away. I loved Madrid, and I would definitely recommend Behap and Barrio de las Letras as a wonderful spot to stay and to explore. Thank you so much Alvaro for making our stay so memorable. We both loved you!

Very well located at only few hundred metres from the main street Gran Vía and at 300 metres from the metro station. Colourful neighborhood, with many book shops and vintage stores. The check in was very easy and automatic through a code. I didn't see the common areas because the door to the reception was always closed and a negative aspect of my room is that it missed a wardrobe.

6 family members stayed here for the weekend whilst visiting for a birthday. Great location with lots of bars, restaurants and shopping nearby. Rooms were well furnished and really clean. Excellent value for money - only £70 each for 6 of us to share 3 rooms for 2 nights. Rooms are not huge but we only needed somewhere to sleep! Would definitely recommend and happily go back again. Surprised by the comments about rude staff as all the staff we met were really pleasant and happy to help. Was surprised how quiet it was too as it was on a busy street and we couldn't hear anything both inside & out.

Facilities are complete in all areas, except for the basics without slippers. No pre-authorization deposit or compulsory consumption is required. Especially the service is very in place. When checking in, the waiter pours water, then leads the guests to the room, and then explains the location of the facilities on each floor of the hotel. It is really a smile service, and it is also for the Chinese. It is unique in the European hotel industry. When checking out, I will also talk to guests about some things in Madrid, and I will send blessings before leaving. Four Seasons Hotel may not be able to achieve this level of service. Live here The special location is also excellent, just outside the hotel is the Plaza de Espana and the Royal Palace of Madrid is to the south. The hotel has a subway across the road, and the pedestrian street is 200 meters away.

Let me talk about location and environment. Good location near the center of Madrid, convenient and quick. But it's not the standard four-star hotel, it's just an air b & b, where is the price, so you can't expect too much. The face of the door is very small, so small that you miss it accidentally. You need to pay attention to the b & b sign. After entering, there is no reception hall of the four or five-star hotel, but there is a friendly, warm, warm and lovely reception desk, and the room will be available after going up. It's clean and tidy, with everything you need, two beds, small shelves, storage space, writing desk, and separate wet and dry bathroom. But the space is smaller than the hotel, not suitable for children. Breakfast is the same. It is open 24 hours. It is self-catering. There is a coffee machine that can provide a variety of hot drinks. There are also simple cookies and fruits to eat. The dining space is simple and clean. If the weather is good, you can go to the elegant and clean terrace outside. . It is worth mentioning that the waiter thoughtfully put a bag of cakes on the door handle in the morning, and it felt great. Can not be measured by star hotel standards, but overall the price is very high.

I was really happy with my stay here. The location is fabulous and I walked almost everywhere I wanted to go. It's a busy area known for good eating and drinking, but there was no rowdiness. The only downside was there was just one power point in my room, but I survived. The receptionists don't speak English, but they were patient and happy to wait while I typed into my translator. I mentioned that I liked the view from the room shown on Booking.com and they gave me that exact room, even though others would have been similar. My room was surprisingly quiet, but you still might like to use earplugs if you're an especially light sleeper. The balcony doors were double glazed and it was really pleasant to stand out there in the evening breeze and watch the world go by.

The apartments are of different sizes, interior and exterior units, one or two bedrooms etc. The most distinctive features are that they are kept clean -although some renovations wouldn't hurt, and the location is perfect! Smack right in the middle of the famous "Golden Mile" of Madrid. Metro Station about 50 feet from the Building's entrance, good internet connectivity, safe building all around and staff worth it of a at least a 4 star Hotel. The cost-benefit analysis of these Apartments is great if you compare to equivalent hotels. We highly recommend it

The location is very good, located on the edge of the Tirso de Molina metro station, from the hotel to the West Side Square in the east of Madrid, the Alcalá Gate, the Retiro Park, the Brado Museum, or to the west The Plaza Mayor, the Plaza Mayor, the Segovia Viaduct, the Royal Palace, the Temple of Debo, and the Plaza de España are all within walking distance; they are very close to the Sun Plaza. The surrounding dining and shopping are very convenient. Although there are many immigrants nearby, there is no sense of insecurity. The hotel is small, the access control is convenient and safe, and the staff at the reception desk are warm and friendly. The rooms are small but the interiors are completely renovated and are completely different from the old building. The indoor sanitation is relatively clean, the facilities are complete, the bathroom is hot and full, and it is very comfortable to use. I asked for quiet when making a reservation, so the room is at the end of the walkway. There are windows in the room and bathroom, but the window is outside the window, and the lighting and ventilation are OK. It is worth mentioning that the hotel adopts a frame-mounted blinds. It has excellent shading effect after pulling on, and you can choose how many window holes to cover at will, which is very convenient! Pros: Good location in central Madrid, with quite easy access to nearby metro stations. Sadly that’s pretty much it for the pros Cons: Shower: was annoying because the hot water was about as reliable as a knitted condom and the thing which holds the shower hose was broken so you literally had to hold the thing in your hand the whole time. Room: (1st floor, double) was simply ugly with dull walls and an all-grey bed. Far too small for a double room. The woollen blanket was dirty with clumps of hair and stains from past guests in it. The bed was also slightly too small, although to be fair I’m quite tall and it was quite a negligible issue. WiFi: 3 different Networks. All of them require the same tedious password. All of them promise you 3 bars the whole time. None of them work. I hope your 4G works because God knows this place’s WiFi doesn’t Breakfast: Yeah no. They give you coupons to be used in one of two nearby cafés. This lets you get the ‘breakfast option’ for free. If you want anything else you need to pay standard rate. Well what is the ‘breakfast option?’ I hear you ask. Simple; one croissant, a coffee and an orange juice. Key & access: No elevator which isn’t that bad to be honest, but is annoying when you have heavy luggage. They give you one key (non-electronic) which you need to use to lock you door, otherwise it’s just closed. Not overly difficult, just a bit old fashioned which isn’t really my style. Also when you want to go in the main entrance you need to ring a bell like in a block of flats and ask the receptionist for permission. To be fair to them they did always answer quickly, spoke English and did let me in all the time, It just made me feel awkward to bother someone every time I came back. I mean I’ve been in worse hostels before and I don’t want to come across as snobbish it’s just when you pay €266 for two nights in a place that presents itself as quality, you wouldn’t expect to find something like this. In summary: if it were cheaper and clearer what exactly it was it would be fine, but in reality it is overpriced and very underwhelming, but does have good access to Madrid
