0.93km from downtownThis is a hotel that can only be driven by car. It feels like a motel. We chose because the hotel was booked on the same day, and then the entire Salzburg, other hotels were not suitable, only chose this one. There is a dedicated parking lot outside and there is a dedicated parking lot for motorcycles. The room is not big on the second floor, but it is still very clean. ibs is a traditional standard business hotel.
1.62km from downtownThe first time I stayed, the room was bright and spacious, with many windows and good ventilation. It was much better than expected, and I was happy. The furniture is slightly stale and outdated, and the elevator cannot be reached directly, which is not very smooth. The whole is ok.

2.25km from downtownIt doesn’t matter where you drive. The most feared is free parking. It is self check-in. Before you check in, you receive a large room code, you can enter by yourself and have a checklist, informing you which room you are staying in, the key is inserted in the door, and there is a small kitchen. Area, kitchenware is available for cooking early check-out is also self-service, everything goes well
2.3km from downtownLocated in the idyllic village of Hallwang, Landgasthof Gut Kirchbichl is only 7 km from Salzburg. It offers free wired internet access and free parking. The rooms at Gut Kirchbichl feature a flat-screen satellite TV, a work desk, parquet floors, and a bathroom with hairdryer.A rich breakfast buffet with many regional products is served every day at Gut Kirchbichl.
2.36km from downtownWorst Hotel ever!! Do not get tricked by their photos. Falsely advertisement. Their rooms are disgustingly dirty, and the smell was intoxicating. The management handled by the rude Indian staff. He was very defensive when we were upset that the hotel does not have an elevator, as stated in Trip.com. He gave us two ground floor rooms 601 and 602; we were utterly shocked that the smell in the rooms was horrible. The staff even wanted to charge us extra 450€ for additional guests. We booked a larger family room. At the end, we requested a full refund, he said non-refundable and ignored us. He left the building for a while. We had to find different accommodation as we had an elderly grandma and three kids who were tired from a long journey. Disappointed by Trip.com as well, at first they asked for photos of evidence and after a few emails of complaints, they offered an emotional compensation of 55£. What a joke! After being a loyal customer for some time, I can say that will be my last choice. DO NOT BOOK with trip.com as well. Not helpful. Never choose Itzlinger Hof!!!!
2.42km from downtownLeaving the new city for about 20 minutes by car, the hotel is halfway up the mountain and is small in scale. It is similar to a mountain villa. It has a three-story building with no elevator and a small swimming pool in the courtyard. The size of the room is good, but the configuration is relatively simple. The lock to open the door is very old-fashioned and inconvenient to carry. The restaurant is decorated very warmly. It feels fresh in the morning and the view is open. There is nothing else to boast about. [囧]I think it is more suitable. Hotels nearby residents choose for weekend family trips
2.42km from downtownWe stayed one night in this hotel as a family of four although Bed and breakfast is a more appropriate title for the accommodations. I chose this place in order to do something a little different than the usual hotel in city center experience but I must say my feelings are a little mixed. The road up to the place is quite lovely and it feels as if you’re so far away from the hustle and bustle and yet it’s only a short drive from the main tourist area of Salzburg, which is nice. The highlight of this hotel must be its panoramic views of the city and I feel that we would have enjoyed ourselves better had we taken full advantage of it. Unfortunately it rained during our entire stay perhaps defeating the whole point of staying in this location. Certainly not the hotel’s fault though. However, for a family run little cosy B&B, we didn’t exactly feel welcomed and the whole experience was strange. The check in process was unsettling, there were no signs and no directions. Just a door that led to the hallway of a restaurant. We walked around looking for assistance and frankly, I thought we were lost when a man finally appeared, confirmed our last name on a sheet of paper and requested our passports. Not much of a “Hello” or “Welcome”, or “Thank you for staying with us”. Room is big, we actually had an apartment really. Two bedrooms and a little kitchen. Space is not a problem here but it is up a flight of stairs and a big ramp from the parking area, so we chose to leave our bags in the car and just bring up whatever was absolutely necessary. The WiFi is precarious, enough for checking emails and little things, it is free and I suppose better than nothing. Check out was at 10:30am , quite early in my opinion (check in starts at 4pm!) and the breakfast was incredibly overpriced for the limited selection. €40 for a family of 4 (2 kids). But by far the worst part was checking out, even before my husband began to check out , a woman requested the keys and rushed to our room to check for god only knows. Eventually she comes down and shares a nod with the owner, I guess confirming our statement that we had not in fact eaten the little €2 wafers or drank from the minibar, or destroyed their property, who knows! Never in my life! We’ve traveled the world with our children, nowhere did hotel staff scurry immediately into our room to check if our word is true. Now, I don’t know what sort of bad experience with guests this hotel has had in the past, but they surely made us feel unwelcome, judged and untrustworthy. I would never return nor would I recommend this place.

2.68km from downtownStayed at the Pension Elizabeth with my wife for 3 nights in December. Great little pension close to Salzburg City Centre (30 minute walk/10 minute bus). Easy access from railway station and excellent directions provided by pension. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Nice clean, modern rooms, comfy bed, and lovely bathroom with drench shower head. Option of a good, reasonably priced, continental breakfast available. We enjoyed our stay at the pension Elizabeth and would stay here again if we return to Salzburg. One thing fellow travellers might want to consider is the low ceilings on the second floor. If you are tall like me (6'1'/1.8m) you may want to consider asking for a ground or second floor room as the second floor rooms at the front have vaulted ceilings. I bumped my head twice and I could have requested another room, and I'm sure the pension would have obliged but, as we loved our room we chose to stay put. Just worth considering if you are tall and head room is an issue for you.
2.75km from downtownThe hostel located next to the train station which is perfect and only 15 minutes walk to the oldtown. I stayed here 3 days, check in was fast and got a lot of information and help where to go to the city and to see unique views of Salzburg. The beds were very comfortable, you have 2 USB port at your bed and even a small lamp so that you don't have to disturb others. The breakfast worth the price (7,90 EUR) , it's an all you can eat breakfast so basically you can have a great start before exploring Mozart's city. I would definitely recommend it to other solo travelers and for families as well since they have a kid's corner in a lobby and also private rooms.
2.76km from downtownThe breakfast is very good, the room layout is very practical, the single room, the bathroom and the toilet are separate and independent, and the equipment is quite new. There is also a coat rack in the entrance hall porch, which feels very good. The room has a small balcony, the hotel has a restaurant to order, the restaurant has a large lawn outside, the environment is good. The hotel staff was very friendly and enthusiastic to answer the consultation. On the first night, I found that the shower room was not well. The next morning I told the little girl who was cleaning in the corridor. I immediately went in and used it very well. 5-6 minutes walk from the train station, there is a big supermarket in the train station is very convenient, Salzburg is not big, go to the old town attractions will be 20 minutes, suitable for leisure and holiday, convenient train travel, I like it!
2.8km from downtownIt’s a little time for everyone to wait for the check-in. The environment in the room is quite good. The bed cover is too difficult to set up. It’s also hard to get rid of it. Others are fine. It is close to the central railway station and has convenient transportation.
2.82km from downtownFeeling comparable to a 5 star hotel, the room is very good, the hotel floor is too short, nothing can be seen around, the hotel gym is very good, more than normal hotel equipment, there is a swimming pool, the location is very close to the train station Convenience
Hotels Near Heimatliebe Salzburg In Salzburg Review
The bus to Salzburg is only 15 minutes away, but there are several buses going at the same time, and Hellbrunn or Cable Kata are both on the mountain, so if you have a timetable to go there, you can stay in the hotel, especially if you travel from Take the Flix or Leo bus in Prague or elsewhere. This is the direction from the station to the city, so you can find accommodation earlier because the accommodation is earlier than the city. The staff are friendly and it rains a lot in Salzgan, so I rented an umbrella from the hotel and used it well. The disadvantage is that it is air-conditioned, so I chose this type of accommodation, which is usually not what we think it is, but a fan-like device.
Please note that air conditioning is installed. However, it rained on the day we went, so that air conditioning was not needed. Opening the window and blowing the wind is much cooler than opening the air conditioner. You can open the window, because there are no mosquitoes, it doesn't matter. In addition to the disappointment with the air conditioning, the price is cheaper than the accommodation in Salzburg, so you can take the bus.
Looking at the high-net commentary, I finally saw the charm of the front desk elder sister, warm and cheerful, humorous and intimate. One seems to have settled the hotel's work. I saw that we had arranged two large rooms and introduced the room personally. In-house facilities and usage, proud to tell you that these functions are made in Germany, not only send a gift bag in each room, but also tell you that all the drinks in the refrigerator are free, and the service attitude is the best in the entire Eastern European line. However, there is no air conditioning in the room. It is estimated that the old building cannot be installed. Only Dyson's fan, the room we stayed in is still a bit stuffy! There are three large windows in the friend's room, which is well ventilated and more comfortable than us!
Location: Very good, 50 meters from the subway, just beside the Belvedere Palace. There is a nice old beer restaurant nearby, I ate three meals there. Facilities: The room is large, with floor-to-ceiling windows, which can be opened for use as a balcony, and the bathroom is separated from wet and dry; Service: Chat with the front desk lady, saying that about 80% of the hotel guests are from China. So the service is not to say, friendly and attentive. There are problems with the holiday service in Munich and Stuttgart. It’s a sudden feeling of enthusiasm in Vienna.
Good service, clean rooms
If you walked in front of the hotel, you could see all kinds of tourist attractions (you have to walk ^^ ;;) Liked the bathroom was renovated It was not too small and was satisfied There is no parking lot You have to pay for it and park on the side roadside parking line. I ate breakfast. (In the middle) But group station? You don't have to meet tourists It was too loud to eat breakfast.
The front desk is very kind Call us and enter the city's lift gate password Tell us that we can drive the car into the city But only one hour Because every hour the gate password will change Breakfast is also well prepared The whole square of the honey of the hive is eaten for the first time. Originally there are one or two bees on it. Festival time to the hotel It is worthy of being Mozart’s hometown. We listened to the performance of local middle school students nearby. Opera medea is very high It’s completely free, and the quality of the audience is very good. The only minor drawback is because it is a historic hotel. The floor will be a little bit louder.
The highlight of this 600-year-old hotel is the service. The front desk or restaurant service is excellent. Professional service. Many high-end hotels have it. But this one makes people feel particularly sincere. Every word and every sentence they listen to and answer carefully and surpasses expectations. You do a good job, for example, when you see me have a bunch of coins at checkout, I will take the initiative to change the whole amount of money. I consult the trip to Munich and immediately help me find out and print out a list of the specific situation, which company bought the tickets How to get to the station ticket office
Breakfast is average, but children are free (my child is 9 and a half years old) If you do not want to eat, there are McDonald's and Starbucks a few steps away, but the environment is always good
One of the hotel's restaurants is the local one. It is the first recommendation on the lonely planet, so dinner can be solved at the hotel every day. One big one, two small juices, one soup, two main courses. Tips are not included. The service is great. Up
Karajan was a frequent visitor to this restaurant
The quilt is very comfortable
Next to LV
Anyway, I'd definitely choose here again
The hotel is located in the old town and is within walking distance to all attractions. Very convenient. Parking requires a public car park across the road, 15 euros per day.
Comfortable bedding and great breakfast.
No air conditioning! It just caught up with the huge summer heat in Europe this year and provided a fan. The road is outside the house, opening the window is noisy.
There is also a climbing mountain opposite the hotel, it looks exciting!
This is a hotel that can only be driven by car.
Hapimag is a large block of apartment rooms some with balconies most don’t have a great view but the central location more than makes up for this. Modern large bright room very comfortable large bed with a self contained kitchen with kettle and espresso coffee maker. There are coffe and tea for you to purchase but I took English tea bags and coffee pods and some cereal. You can buy lovely bread in the many bakeries locally also there are a couple of good supermarkets near by. There are many places to eat but not much variety for vegetarians so eat in a couple of Italian restaurants. We purchased the Salzburg card but would advise getting to the city first then working out how many days you want as we purchased a 3 day card but because some things are closed in the winter it wasn’t worth it. We took the bus to Untersberg then the cable car to the top of the mountain very worth doing. Another day we took the bus to lake Wolfgang but not much was open but the views were well worth the trip amazing! Breath taking! A must for travellers but a bit tricky on the busses with the changes. My advice would be pay for the balcony room at Hapimag take tea bags! And enjoy such a wonderful city.
First of all, the hotel is in a good location, just two intersections behind the Mirabell Garden. It is very convenient to walk to the attractions. The big bed room is reserved. The front desk asks if the children can be accommodated in an extra bed. The front desk recommends adding 25 Euros to the suite. This price and The extra bed policy on Ctrip is the same, but Ctrip's extra bed policy is written in a 25-euro bed with breakfast. The actual front desk has received extra breakfast for 8.5 Euros. It is relatively simple to say breakfast. The room layout is very modern, overall good, but one of the 3 bottles of water sent in the room is half of the other people's drink... Fortunately! Parking for 14 Euros a day
This was our favorite place to stay! The host is so friendly and kind. He went out of his way to do everything possible to help us and make us feel welcome. This included allowing us to leave luggage in our room even though it wasn’t ready yet, taking time to advise us on where to go, and even giving us marzipan gifts for the new year holiday as we were leaving. The B&B is all newly renovated and sparkling clean. Breakfast included latte, meat, cheese, croissants, and eggs cooked to order. In addition, this was by far the best shower I had on the entire trip (waterfall and hand held showers with awesome water pressure). We found that it was nice to stay away from the crowds, but be close enough to easily walk to the popular areas when we wanted to see or do something. Also an easy walk from the train station. We would not want to stay anywhere else when visiting Salzburg in the future!

We enjoyed our trip to Salzburg, and we are very happy to have found this place to stay. It was in a terrific location, parking our car nearby was easy, and it was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do, and at a great price with a pool to keep our child happy, too. It was quiet in the evenings, so we had no trouble getting a good night’s sleep, and it was clean and modern with a small kitchenette that was perfect for us to make our own breakfast. The folder had invaluable information to make our stay even more comfortable and fun with recommendations to local restaurants and stores as well as manuals for the appliances. If we come back to Salzburg, we would definitely stay here again!
Quiet location, not far from the pedestrian street. The breakfast was good, the coffee and hot chocolate were very fragrant. There is a parking space at the door. Hot water, wifi are no problem. We are early, the front desk can store luggage.
The hotel should be an old house update, so the interior facilities are very new and clean, so it is very comfortable. On the 0th floor of the hotel, there is a restaurant and hot water, which is very convenient for those who want to eat instant noodles. The disadvantage is that only the bathtub is provided and there is no shower space. When the shower is taken, the water is easily splashed, making it difficult to accumulate water on the bathroom floor.
The location is excellent, the Mirabell Garden is nearby, and the bus to the Lake District is also very convenient nearby. There is also a Chinese food buffet to eat three times during the stay. The Chinese stomach is satisfied. The hotel room is small but beautifully furnished. Clean, stayed for three days and cleaned every day. The front desk is handsome and beautiful. The English communication is very barrier-free. The hotel also has a small garden and a very beautiful lounge! recommend!

The environment is very good, the location is good, just walk to the attractions
I arrived in Salzburg by self-driving from Munich. It is easy to set up navigation to the hotel from Google Maps. The hotel room is clean and sanitary, there are supermarkets, pharmacies nearby, etc. The hotel's underground garage allows guests to park for free. The hotel staff is very friendly. When I know the pain in my leg, I will provide the medicines I have stored in the hotel. I also recommend that I park in the Altstadt garage A or B parking lot (the parking lot is inside the cave) when I drive into the old town. It is the old city, and it takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the food alley (the former residence of Mozart). Note that when spending in the food and beverage outlets in the old city, you must take the initiative to find employees to punch holes in the parking ticket, there are discounts when paying for parking. I stopped at the parking lot for 7 hours and 50 minutes and received 6 euros.
The clean and tidy front desk is very quiet and very satisfying. In addition to check-in, I also took the initiative to introduce the city's attractions, routes, transportation and tickets. The only downside was that the road was being built nearby, and the main road became a single inconvenience. In fact, the city is not big, the bus is free to transfer, this is not a big problem.
I walked out of the train station on the first day. I didn't expect this hotel was at the back door of the train station. I walked through a small garden that was too late at night to navigate and write for ten minutes, but these ten minutes still panicked. However, Mercure infected me with the standardized facilities and services of a global chain in the next two days. The breakfast was really good, the favorite was marinated salmon and hot chocolate. The fruit is also very fresh, so be sure to eat cantaloupe. In short, great, go to Mirabell Palace to catch the No. 2 bus directly. The fortress is a little further away, and taxis are not expensive
It’s a little time for everyone to wait for the check-in. The environment in the room is quite good. The bed cover is too difficult to set up. It’s also hard to get rid of it. Others are fine. It is close to the central railway station and has convenient transportation.
Room facilities are good, the service is better than expected, in the morning after check-out, the luggage will be taken in the afternoon, very warm, praise
The hotel is very close to the central station and at the same time quieter. The hotel service is very good, we have no breakfast on the Ctrip order, the hotel volunteered to have a free breakfast. Especially worth mentioning is that after we arrived at the room, we found that the fan had been placed in the room. It was obviously new, and it was much better than our previous hotel in Munich. The hotel has a small car park.
Stayed at the Pension Elizabeth with my wife for 3 nights in December. Great little pension close to Salzburg City Centre (30 minute walk/10 minute bus). Easy access from railway station and excellent directions provided by pension. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Nice clean, modern rooms, comfy bed, and lovely bathroom with drench shower head. Just worth considering if you are tall and head room is an issue for you.
Hotel location is very good, there is a bus at the train station, take the 3 road, 25 roads to the hotel, take the three stops, it must be the third stop, or have to go for a while. The main staple of breakfast is bread. However, there are a lot of boiled eggs and scrambled eggs. The waiters are not many insiders or Chinese. Figure 1 2 3 is the location of the hotel, and Figure 3 is the location of the train station in this place. If you go to the train station, it will take 15 minutes.
The hotel is not in the main city, but Salzburg is not big, the tram will soon be able to go to the main city, to the food alley, the fortress is quite convenient. The door is the 1st tram stop, get off at the hotel.
This small hotel is an excellent choice if you want convenience, cleanliness , location and value. We had an early flight the next day so stayed the night before, the airport is literally less than 5 minutes away by taxi which the very helpful friendly staff order for you, the taxi arrived at the hotel within minutes. The rooms are very comfortable and surprisingly well equipped for what is effectively a budget hotel. (air con/ large comfortable bed/ TV / newly fitted bathroom / wet room) The breakfast selection is great and you can eat as much as you like! Despite being in a very central location the rooms are also very quiet, no complaints whatsoever.
