Very good hotel, there is a hotel car transfer at Toba Station, about ten minutes has arrived at the hotel. On the day of the three of us, the hotel has arranged for a Taiwanese waiter, Miss Lu, to introduce the hotel to us. Unfortunately, the hotel was just in the air conditioning, very hot. We asked for a room with air conditioning. Miss Lu was very polite, tried to help us, and finally upgraded to another quadruple room, thank you very much for her help and arrangement. The room was close to the sea, and the three of us had a very comfortable evening. The hotel facilities are very good and new. The three hot springs have been tried and are very comfortable. We also ate the morning and evening buffets, with lots of choices, fresh and rich. Unfortunately, in the pool maintenance, I will have another chance to stay again next time.

It's the most joyful family in Japan when I come back! Although a bit old, hygiene is absolutely fine. There is a shuttle service to jr toba, about 5 minutes by car. The hotel has Chinese staff. Ctrip is not very honest. The so-called sea view room is just a sea view at the end of the view. The open-air experience is very good! Breakfast is mainly Japanese, with many varieties, personally prefer. Check out at 10 o'clock, unfortunately I did n’t enjoy it. If possible, I will go to Toba again.

Very close to Toba Station. From Toba Station to Pearl Island or Aquarium, it is the only way, so it is very convenient. The hotel has natural hot springs. The only downside is that occasionally there will be small bugs in the room. But compared to hotels in the suburbs of Beijing, it is still much cleaner. Good value for money hotel in Toba. The Japanese-style tatami space is quite large, not the 6 square meters reported by Ctrip, it should be considered as 6 posts! About ten square meters. The room is separated from wet and dry. The toilet room is on the left of the door and the bathtub is on the right. Because there are natural hot springs, we did not use the bathtub in the room. The hotel provides disposable towels and toothbrushes and toothpaste, which can be taken away. The towels are thin but the quality is okay. You can’t put your own things in the refrigerator because it’s said that it’s mischarging. To avoid trouble, it’s really useless. Convenience stores at Toba Station close at about 9 o'clock, restaurants generally close at 6 o'clock, other than that, there are no convenience stores nearby. So if you arrive late, you must buy food at the departure station.

Hotel location is good, within a 10-minute walk from Toba Railway Station, within 15 minutes from Toba's main attractions, the price is cheaper than other hotels. However, the hotel's facilities are relatively old, and unfortunately, the sound of the sewer pipe I ordered is relatively large, which will affect the rest. WiFi routers need to be picked up at the front desk, but the connection is simple. There are two kinds of simple meals, Japanese and Japanese, 650 yen, which can be full.

The breakfast and dinner are all buffet meals, but there is nothing to eat, you can eat enough, the Chinese are not much. It is very convenient to have a shuttle bus after getting off the train (although it is not far away)! The hot springs have to bring their own towels in the room. I really don't understand. There is no price/performance ratio. I just want to book the tide pavilion is too expensive. I will try one night, and the hot spring environment in Hakone is much better than the bird feathers.

Booked for breakfast and dinner, is a fixed food package, the room is relatively small, in addition to the Pearl Springs, this price is not worth going. It is mainly known that the 5-year-old child has to pay 2,160 yen, but there is no explanation for not including breakfast and dinner (they know that we adults have a breakfast and dinner). After dinner, I handed a list to ask me to sign a 5-year-old child to pay 3000 yen. Fee, I said how to check with us before the check-in? Then I asked what the 2160 yen contained (there was no more than one mattress, the 5-year-old was a tatami mattress with the grown-up), and the waiter went to ask about the breakfast, I thought I had already eaten it. Don't pay? After the breakfast on the second day, I will take a list and ask for my signature as more than 1,000 yen. It is also the breakfast cost of the 5-year-old child. It’s really angry. About 100 RMB is not enough. The question has already been asked. If a few meals are added, it is already equal to the price of an adult. The price of the adult is still sleeping on the mattress! I don’t know if I’m a supervisor, and the last one has a black face saying it’s ok, it seems that it’s really good for our tone! I went to Hakone last year much better than here. The rooms are big and new, and the room scenery is better than the bird feathers!

Overall okay, Let me talk about the shortcomings. 1. Drive for 4 minutes from Kintetsu Toba Station and call the hotel to pick it up. There are no convenience stores nearby, the nearest one is in Toba Station. 2. The arrangement of serving dinner is not reasonable. It's almost finished, and the rice won't move. 3. There is only one open-air wind, which is rotated every day. This open-air one can see the sea view. 4. Too expensive, the overall cost is not high. advantage, 1. The room has a sea view. Although it is not as good as the sea view of Shimoda, it is OK. 2. The room is quite large and spacious. 3. The hot spring facilities are relatively complete, including towels, face toners and lotions. 4. They have mountain village milk. You must buy this and drink it at any time. On the next itinerary, we only saw three bottles in the convenience store of Xiandao Station. The fruity flavor is particularly delicious.

A family visit to Japan during spring break and stayed here a couple of nights to visit friends in Toba. If you are looking for a traditional Japanese environment. Then this is a great place to stay. Onsen There are 4 separate onsen baths (in the men’s) including an outside deck which was open and looked out to the Sea and the countryside. Really nice facility. closed during part of the day for cleaning so u can use it in the morning and late afternoon/evening Food Breakfast and Dinner was traditional Japanese food, really delicious and there was a lot of it. It was one of the highlights of our trip. My wife and I lived in Japan awhile back and the meals here rate as some of the best we have ever had. There was a traditional Japanese Dancing and a cooking demonstration after dinner. General notes: They lay on a hospitality bus to get to the hotel. Takes 20mins. 3 separate times 2.30pm to 4.30pm. After that get a taxi. Rooms We were in room 103 and had a private bath outside on the balcony. It was a big room with a separate bedroom with 2 single beds. Our 2 kids slept in the main room on futons. We checked out some of the other rooms and they were smaller but could fit 4 people sleeping on futons. But looked snug. Ask for non smoking room. Staff Falling over themselves to help us out. One the the servers was the owners daughter and spoke some English, (we spoke some Japanese) and was very helpful. The owner was walking around at both breakfast and dinner times and was really helpful. The hotel is about 20mins from Toba, but accessible by taxi if you want to sightsee. Hope this helps.

I thought it was a small hotel, but the actual room was a lot. It was a hotel for some years, but it was cleaned very cleanly. The most pleasant surprise is that our room is close to the bay side, where you can watch the sunrise. As a result, I slept too well, and the sun rose when I woke up. Breakfast is more abundant, and people who like dogs can meet a variety of dogs and eat together. Japanese dogs are very clean, have no flying hair, have no taste, and are not very popular. Occasionally, the master yelled and shut up. There is an air purifier in the room, don't worry that the child is not healthy. But the hot water is not hot springs. It is very good to have a dog in Japan to live. We went to the hotel if there is no room in other hotels. It is a very good choice. It is a very special experience. Downstairs is a harbour, there are a lot of fishing boats, just strolling and strolling is not bad.

This hotel is the worst I've been to so many times in Japan. The tatami room gave me the last one in the hallway, and the door opposite the SPA, so I didn't sleep well for the whole three nights. Not a busy day on the hotel. There are so many empty rooms on our floor that we have to kick us to the last one. The next day the waiter came to clean and gave a coffee capsule, but the room did not have a coffee machine at all. Size of the room type: Considering the price point, it can be considered in Shinjuku area. After all, you can't expect a large area of 20-30 square meters for a few hundred blocks. By the way, if the luggage is too large, it may not be easy to expand. Transportation: It is close to the subway station Shinjuku Sanchome, but it is not particularly close. You need to walk a long way. There are various undocumented inside houses. Unfortunately, foreigners dare not look into it. The charm of this hotel is that the service is really good, whether it is the staff at the service counter or the reception staff at the door, they treat any guest with a smile on their faces and politely. I remember when I checked in, the young lady who received me talked and laughed with me with a smile on her face. The service was superb. And there is also a service to deliver food to the room, especially during the epidemic, it is very convenient without having to go out to eat. I don't know how to evaluate this hotel. The good places are very good, and the strange places are also very strange ... The hotel is in a good location, very close to Ginza, the front desk service is very good, and one day breakfast voucher is also presented. There are four restaurants for breakfast, American, French, Japanese and cafeteria, with slightly different opening hours. We went to the cafeteria on the 17th floor. The dishes were very rich. The ending time was a little early, and it ended at 9:30. The room is slightly small and the bathroom is not separated from wet and dry. Facilities are average, and health is good. The overall service is very good, but also encountered a small episode, knocking on the door to clean in the morning, before we go out, we said to clean an hour later. But after a while someone rang the doorbell, and it took only a few seconds. I didn't respond. A guy swiped in directly, took two bottles of water, and stayed in so many hotels. At least make sure that no one in the room swipes in again! I didn't apologize for seeing us in the room! I thought I gave two bottles of water before we went out, so I took the water out. I didn't expect to come back at night and found that there was no more water for cleaning. I did n’t understand this operation ... and we ate the instant noodle bowl Because of the soup in it, it was not thrown into the trash can, placed on the table, and was not cleaned up. Called to ask the reason, and explained that we thought we would eat again, but there was only a bite of soup in the instant noodle bowl. At first glance, it was garbage. Who would eat it? So I want to know where to throw the bowl next time if I eat instant noodles? Or does the hotel's regulations only take away in the trash? Due to the above problems, especially if someone in the room swipes the card directly to enter the door, it affects the check-in experience. Overall pretty good ~

This year it became a global pandemic and had an impact on my work, so I booked a luxury hotel as a reward for myself. The view of the restaurant and bar was as nice as a movie. He always took care of me when I had a meal, and gave me explanations and conversations. Even at the buffet breakfast alone, they communicated until the end of the day, such as "How was it? Did you have anything missing?" Thank you for a pleasant time. I also learned a lot as an edge of the service industry. I also wanted to stay.
