We first came to Pegasus hotel in Dec 2018 during the year end holidays. We stayed for 10 days and it was pretty ok back then. They provided breakfast for the package we bought. Honestly the breakfast was passable. The first two days they put us in a small room that was not clean and made one feel claustrophobic. However they did upgrade us (family with 3 young kids) to a larger room for a small upgrade fee. This certainly improved our stay. Having said that, one has to ignore the barking dogs from the training school next door. Since our first experience in that Hotel was ok given that it was near nature and in a convenient location, we decided to purchase another 10 day package because we frequently come to Singapore. Big mistake! In Mar 2019, we came back to the hotel for 3 nights since we have 10 days from the package. What a disappointment! This time the hotel was under OYO 104, they decided to not honour providing breakfast. It was just a bag of cheap bread and orange cordial drink that was left sitting on the table for show as I saw no-one eating it. It was upsetting that they chose not to inform anyone who bought the package of the changes. The television in the room did not work and almost non of the safes were working. The toilet was very dirty with excrement (previous guest had bad tummy I suppose) all over the seat. Had to remind the front desk to get someone to come and clean the toilets again. Since our stay was just 3 nights and most of the day, we were out running errands doing other things, we only came back to sleep. The barking dogs were very noisy. This time we had our 1 year old with us and he woke up several times because of the noise. Just a couple of weeks back, we booking our next stay in August 2019 as we have 7 nights left in the package. They sent us a confirmation slip and all was good until I called them to confirm the booking. I did this mainly because I heard that the hotel is under a new management now. When I called the office, I was basically told that they will not honour the memberships. So basically, our (SGD148 x 7 = SGD1036) just vanished as we were told that they don't have our booking or will take our booking even though I have a confirmation email from them. Our flights have already been booked for and we will be travelling with our 3 young kids again. I have emailed the hotel reservations department and marketing staff but all they are doing is playing the stalling game. I am beginning to wonder how many more people have bought the package and were told it was invalid after they arrived at the hotel? For the price we paid for this hotel, we could get better elsewhere. Save your money and hassle! This Hotel has gone from OK to worst!

Really enjoyed my stay. Check in and check out was a breeze. Stayed in the hotel during a weekday so its really quiet and had a private swimming time as well. Distance to malls is short so i’m able to find food easily. Overall everything is really good. Just that, the hotel robes were not available and it would be nice to use the robes after swimming as I had to walk up the hotel room in a towel because I couldn’t wear back the clothes i was in. This could be improved.

- The location is good as it is just 2 to 3 minutes walk from Star Vista. You can get food or groceries from Star Vista before heading back to the hotel. - In general, the room is quite clean. There isn't any issue with the bed. However, the sitting area (the chair and the low wall near the curtains or windows) were not clean as my partner and I were bitten by some bugs after sitting around that area. - The toilet's door lock was broken - could not lock the door and the knob actually came off. - The remote controller for the TV has a bit of an issue where you need to press really hard on the buttons to switch on or change the channels on the TV. - Friendly staff to help you with the check-in and check-out process. Unfortunately, there's no complimentary carpark ticket from the hotel. Therefore, you would need to pay S$6.90 for each ticket. If you are driving and parking in the hotel overnight, it is recommended that you purchase the carpark ticket from the counter, which is a lot cheaper than paying for the actual carpark rates. - We stayed for 2 nights. And the first night was rather disturbing as there are a lot of door slamming sound and loud bangs on the wall, which caused quite a bit of disturbance to our sleep. - We went to the gym on the second day. It is a small gym, where it can fit about 7 pax at max. Usual gym equipment. However, not all equipment can be used as some of them are under maintenance (e.g. the running track). Therefore, you need to be patient and wait for your turn if you need to use the equipment. - Decent and clean swimming pool with towels readily available. The changing rooms (toilets) are beside the swimming pool, therefore, there is no need for you to change in your own room before coming down to the pool. - Overall, a rather decent stay if you are looking for a 1 or 2 nights stay in the west region.

This hotel is convenient if you are attending to some events in NUS or the western part of Singapore. A pretty small hotel but adequate based on the price paid. Not recommended for families as they cater to short time booking of the rooms as well; by the hour rates. So I guess many couples visit this hotel for a “happy” time. Many food joints just round the corner and operates 24 hrs. Thus this is a plus point, just a 3 min walk. 7-11 is also close by.

Thank to you to Firdaus, Mariam and Zuraidah ( not sure whether I got the name right) for making my 1 week work-stay trip very pleasant. They are the nicest front desk people that I’ve met and ensure my request are being met. Thank you Firdaus for arranging me to a better room for my prayer necessity upon check in. Your help is greatly appreciated by me and husband. Thanks a lot once again everybody. Ibis should be blessed to have you people serving the customers with all the helpful thoughts.

I had a guest staying at the YMCA for 7 days. Right from the booking to the checkout the team, especially Anne, was very responsive and prompt. Our guest enjoyed the room as well which was clean, open and green. She requested for cooking board, iron and rice cooker all of which were delivered promptly. Bathroom was spacious and all staff was very professional. Special thank you to Anne and the superb team. Will definitely be booking here again! Much better to stay here than some small overpriced hotel room. Recommended for VTL travellers. Overall wonderful! Only wish the restaurant was open for breakfast but if you are cooking in the kitchenette should be ok to manage.

The four of us stayed here on our visit to singapore. The front desk lady charged or room deposit instead of merely taking a credit card number to charge later in case of damages (this was against policy I discovered later). We stayed in a room with a queen bed and two bunk beds, ensuite bathroom, plus a small balcony. The room was clean and comfortable - all features functioned properly. The location is far from the main areas of the city and on the other side of singapore from the airport. A subway station is about 10-15 minutes walk away. A bus stop is directly in front of the guesthouse. It's a solid 30 minute trip away from little india or little china. Being a hostel we had concerns about noise at night but were not bothered by any. We did not utilize the breakfast option but did eat at the restaurant across the street and found it acceptable. On checkout I found that they could not refund the deposit. After working with the manager over the next several days she refunded the deposit to me via paypal instead of a credit to my original card. That was not desirable at all, but was the best she said she could do. On the whole this was a nice stay, I only advise you to be cautious about your room deposit.

The hotel was hosting travellers on VTL but they gave us a room on a different floor. We got a free upgrade to a quad room when we requested to be on the same floor as our parents. The room was very spacious, but had a slight cigarette smoke smell. The sink had some stains, and the towels were old with holes and stains. The service provided was very prompt though, when we requested for items such as towels and slippers.

Check in was smooth, front desk staffs friendly, room is absolutely small, walking distance to Tanglin mall, not much shop available, swimming is big with life guard there. Gym stated there 24hrs. Breakfast is normal. The only thing that bothers me was to be given a seat at the restaurant that was very near to other people, where else there are so many empty tables available. Really don’t understand why there’s a need to squeeze people to seat so close to each other. We would definitely like a-bit of privacy. Other then that, all is good.

Regent is at the end of the busy Orchard road, away from the busy crowd but near enough to all the action. Is a quiet place for you to unwind and relax. While the rooms are a little outdated, the housekeeping team kept them very clean and they are the only hotel that I’ve stayed in so far to include a baby bath tub for me to bathe my baby in! Talk about thoughtfulness! I especially enjoyed the evening drinks at the lounge. Staffs are extra attentive and kept my glasses full at all times. Love that they served pizza from Basilico too! I accidentally ate more than I should. Breakfast is probably their weakest aspect. While it is not the worst I’ve had, it is certainly not what I had expected of them. Not much variety and quality is mediocre at best.

I arrived at Hotel about 03:35 AM. It was the time that all the people are sleeping. I was a little bit confused about my check-in because when I arrived at the counter he didn't ask me about my check in information. He just only asked me that I was paid or not and I said I've paid already then he showed me my room without asking to show my passport or check in information. Did he know me that I'm the girl who booked at 19th and arrived at 20th?? Maybe!!!🧐🧐 Never mind! The room is very fantastic and comfortable. I felt like I was in an spaceship🚀😅🥰. Since I was travel alone in Singapore I was afraid of sleeping at room alone. But the hotel is very safe .I really loved this place and next time when I come to Singapore, I promised that I'll book this hotel again ❤❤❤❤❤

Location is good for no lack of food. Near coffee shops, hawker centres and shopping mall(bugis). Have many selection and varieties of local food. Amenities not so fantastic. Bare minimum and there is no in-house slippers. Only have body towels.Shower area is very small, enough to house a 70 kg adult COMFORTABLY. Air con control is of the old type, non digital. 4 pillows and quite comfy plus mattress is quite firm. Only minus point is that side table is quite far from the bed on one side. The mini sofa is not for lying. Awkward shape (see photo with bag). Though many TV channels, very old shows like Harrison Ford in Indiana Jones and the Net by Sandra bullock. has Chinese language channels and local ones HDB blocks are very close by so need to draw curtains for more privacy. No water heater as hot water is from roof top tank. Have to wait for hot water to come on after switching on like 5 minutes. Reception staff was very polite and chirpy when we checked in. Staff name is Xiao Xuan and she gave us extra room cards when we requested. Didnt spend too long at the counter as she was efficient. Great service!

Finally checked off this pricey but lovely staycay spot ❤️ To be honest, the $700/night range made me expect a lot and I’m really glad that my experience (kind of) justified the hole in my wallet 🥹 The room was fair sized at 39SqM but super classy and quaint, with fancy copper finishings running throughout the space. Very like! 🎉 Though … I wished there was more countertop space and a chilling spot enough for 2pax. 👻 The Living Room provided a very nice respite from the relentless heat and all day refreshments worked as a lunch replacement even though it was just salted nuts for me ☀️ Evening cocktails stole the show with quality bites, fancy tea-based cocktails, and great service. We waddled out definitely heavier but confirm happier 🥂 Super happy that we experienced the same great service as my previous Far East Hospitality stays - Farez and Hafiz were stellar and part of the reason why I’m so smitten by this stay 🎖

As an Ascott group member, there are decent expectations of an Ascott experience in all the properties in which I had once stayed (Ascott, Somerset, Citadines). Citadines Rocher (recently opened in 2020) was one of my top choices in having a local staycation because of its location and price range. However, it was an overall disappointing experience, and here’s why: 1. No daily housekeeping service 2. Our bathroom door could not close. It was completely off the ledge. 3. Reception is busy all the time. Phone calls are often not answered 4. This hotel was most probably a designated hotel used for both Malaysian citizens who were unable to return home due to locked borders, as well as returning Singaporeans to serve their mandatory 14-day Stay-Home Notice (SHN). There were confirmed COVID-19 cases within my period of stay. We were notified by a letter from the management. The least the management could do was to provide a mask or sanitizers to guests. We also chanced upon 2 medical workers fully donned in PPE escorted a guest to the ambulance. Scary stuff. 5. We took our own trash out of the room since day 1 of check-in. It was not cleared even upon checking out. Dear Citadines Rocher, please review your services. I had absolute faith and would like to continue giving my support to Ascott despite this awful stay.

This was the 1st time we stayed @Broadway. Stayed from 27th August 2018 to 2nd September 2018 (7 days). Booked 2 rooms, one for my family (me with my hubby and 2 girls, aged 8 and 12) and other one for my sister. To be frank, I was bit reluctant to book this hotel after reading some of the reviews on web. I'm generally afraid of insects and cockroaches in particular. But I hv not seen a single cockroach during my stay. I must say that I had a great stay there. Room and the bathroom were clean and tidy. We were provided with clean towels daily. We reached the hotel by 9am - they allowed us an early check-in which was very convenient for us. Front desk was really polite. Very helpful & courteous staff. If you want they let you leave your baggages for safekeeping even after checking out too. Water bottles are not provided but there is a tap outside the room with hot&cold water - hence water is not an issue at all. The location is excellent. Less than 400m to 24-hour Mustafa Center. Also very close to Farrer Park MRT which enables you to reach Universal Studio, Sentosa, China Town. At the same time it's just abt 5 min walk to Little India MRT so you can travel to Gardens by the Bay very easily. Delhi Restaurant serves authentic Indian cuisine but there are plenty of food options in this area so no big issue. Very good value for money. Specially when you are comparing with other hotels in Little India. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing much changed in the former Swissotel after the rebranding but still it is a very nice place to stay near the Clarke Quay and it’s countless bars and restaurants. Breakfast and service are still very good, however the interior soon could need a modernization - its not broken or damaged but still very much the same like before (when I first stayed here in 2017) and it feels like some modernization wouldn’t be a miss. However that’s just a minor point to „complain“ and I again very much enjoyed my stay here.

No contact check in/out was easy and fuss free. Though you would have to download the app, the hosts were always online and quick to respond to any needs. Cabin M may be small for 2 pax apart from the bed, but i stayed alone and it was just right for me. The shared baths were mostly kept clean as housekeeping would come by every now and then. Toilets were dependent on whether the other people on the same floor used it responsibly as well. Kitchen had basic necessities e.g. microwave, water dispenser and sink. Well located, really nice staff for everything, including informations. Bed was comfortable, good shower, breakfast simple but ok. The 2 biggest problems are the travellers who don't respect the sharing room after 23h00 (need a corfu or to be advise) and the room on the street side with a restaurant open 24/24, are to to noisy. You just get little sleep. Coming from Airport, with MRT get off at Jelan Besar exit B, turn right, walk to Dickson Road. We were provided rooms much before the check-in time of 2 pm, so , they are definitely flexible. Rooms are very very small , but manageable , as all we had to do in the room was come back after a tired full day trip to sleep. Cleanliness of the rooms was really good. Room was neat and clean, except the TV remote was dusty and the hairdryer was old and had a weird burnt smell coming out of it when I used it - I was worried it would cause a short circuit. I was disappointed the shampoo pump did not work and the mini refrigerator was not cold. The renovation works were quite loud and every once in a while, someone would be slamming the door outside (both in the day and night).
