|2.02km from city centerI woke up refreshed ready to kill the day after getting such a good night's sleep. The beds are amazing here! The rooms are clean. No traffic noice. But . . . I went downstairs to have breakfast only to find out there wasn't one. Yep. No food for you unless you pay. I entered the room where the food was and the lady said, ”8 dollars a person.” I asked to look at the food and it did look good, but it didn't look that good. I mean how good can hotel gravy be? The Bob Evans is just across the way. Needless to say, I passed and finally found the free coffee that they allow the passengers in steerage to have. Anyway, this is a lovely hotel and we'll probably stay here again because of the beds, but it's ridiculous to charge for breakfast. Just saying. Be the better hotel. Be the superior hotel chain. Heck, be kind. Nothing more to add. Well, one more thing. Cleaning staff needs to shut up in the halls outside guest rooms.

|2.04km from city centerOur family has outgrown standard hotel rooms and to get a suite at any other hotel would cost an arm and a leg, so we were pleasantly surprised to find that this hotel hit our price range AND could accommodate our large family. The rooms were clean, large, and well maintained and the beds were pretty comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. We were able to comfortably fit our family of 6 (which included one teen, 2 kids, and one infant in a pack-n-play) in our room. There was no tub, just a large shower which was nice and all sorts of kitchen utensils in the kitchen so you had everything you needed to eat in instead of eating out. The clientele seemed to range from business people and utility/construction workers, to large families and those just passing through. Everyone was considerate and the hotel seemed well suited to accommodate everyone and their lodging needs. The facilities were clean and well maintained—the elevators were quick, pool was clean (though a little on the small side) and the work out room was nice as well. They were back to serving regular breakfast in the dining area which was a nice surprise as they had a lot of great options aside from the typical waffles (breakfast sandwiches/yogurt/etc). Everything was clean in the public spaces as well, with plenty of seating and charging spaces in the lobby to play cards or do some work. The location was about 30 mins from the Ark and just over the bridge from Cincinnati. It is minutes from numerous restaurants and fast food joints, shopping venues, and grocery stores. Overall, great experience—especially for the room price point!!! Would stay again in a heartbeat!!

|2.66km from city centerWe were very pleased with our stay. The hotel was clean and kept clean continuously despite the snow and slush everywhere! The breakfast was good even though there wasn't much for gluten free diet needs. The water bottle filler was a pleasant surprise, too! The room was clean and spacious and the hotel toiletries were actually really nice! We loved the “ come hang out” feel of the Lobby with the couches, games, tv, pool table, and the little privacy nooks! The staff was very friendly and helpful and overall it was one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed!

|2.19km from city centerHaving been in lockdown for two years I finally had the chance to get to Cincinnati again, and this hotel did not disappoint. Despite some poor reviews on this site I found the room spacious and clean and the front desk staff most accommodating and friendly. They full met my Marriott preferences and despite the no room service - I was only there for two nights so was not an issue during my stay. If I had to try and find fault the hotel has yet to return to full breakfast and it would be nice to see the end of the pre-packaged food - but with an abundance of nearby restaurants this was not an issue for me. I will be returning again in 2023 so will have no hesitation in booking this again despite nearby newer competition.

|1.42km from city centerNice and helpful staff. Shuttle service is good. The room contains everything you need. Happy with my stay. Had a great stay there. Location is a bit far from the airport - but what to complain when there is free shuttle? You cannot beat its price, especially when free breakfast is included.

|1.88km from city centerThe only good thing about staying in this motel was finding out that everything else was booked due to a concert in Cincinnati. Thankfully, we had a room reserved, though they made me jump through hoops to pay for it. Our room was filthy: the floor left our socks black, the armchair was in dire need of cleaning, there was trash under the chair, the bathroom floor was yucky, there was scum around the sink (which lacked a plug), and there was scum in the bathtub. The bathroom floor had been ”repaired at”; that is, some tiles had been replaced with mis-matched tiles, they hadn't been properly worked around the toilet, and toilet bolts were sticking up, a clear safety hazard. The shower curtain rod was improperly installed, causing the curtain to slide toward the middle; this, in turn, caused water to spray all over the toilet and bathroom floor. The bathroom door scraped on the floor due to the poor floor repair, and the bathroom amenities were paltry. The laminate flooring in the main room was bouncy, possibly installed directly over a carpet; the desk chair fell over when my husband sat in it (thankfully he was not hurt, but when he took it to the lobby, their response was lukewarm and they did not offer to replace it). The desk was just a small patio table, the fridge tiny, and nothing but a small rack to serve as a closet. NO COFFEE MAKER! Considering they didn't offer anything in the lobby (which isn't very welcoming), the least they could do is put a small coffee maker in the room! And the a/c unit was crappy: to get it to work, we had to keep turning it off and then on again. Outside the room: the place is in serious need of maintenance all over, with tripping hazards on the stairs, stucco on the overhead beam cracking, split fascia boards, and water-damaged soffits (we're retired contractors, so we notice these things). The vending machine had nothing, the ice machine on the first floor was out of order (and appeared to have been that way for some time), the hot tub was covered over such that no way could it be used, and the indoor pool was COLD. We were thankful to have a place to stay for the one night we needed it, but we could not get out of there soon enough in the morning. This wasn't our worst motel/hotel experience.... but it was mighty close

|1.41km from city centerThis hotel is by far the absolute best I've ever stayed at. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff here are top notch and extremely friendly. They are always willing to accommodate in any way they can. I've stayed at at least 6 hotels in the past 2 months and this one is hands down my favorite. I'll never stay at any other hotel when I'm in the area. Thanks to all the staff for making my stay very warm welcoming.

|1.11km from city centerFor the most part the rooms were clean. We did find a fake nail stuck to the carpet. The shower head not attached to the wall so whenever someone in another room showered ours would rattle. bathroon door did not latch either. They say there is a full breakfast ..prepackaged muffins, cereal, waffles and some fruit was all that was available. The hallway and stairs have not been vacuumed in who knows how long. Stairs to our room unavailable from outside because ”that doors hasnt worked for awhile now” The front desk crew were very helpful, funny and kind.

|1.09km from city centerThere's nothing wrong with this hotel... but there is also nothing that stands out. If you are looking for a decent night on the road, this will do the trick. The Days Inn looks very 80s... I think it probably used to be a Fairfield. It has that look. The room was fine. Everything worked, including the heat. hot water. TV, etc. The bed was comfortable. It's just that everything seemed a bit worn out. A refresh is probably needed. The public areas, such as the corridors seemed dingy and dark. Again, easy enough to fix. The check in process and check out were fine. And the people were friendly enough. For now, it's not a bad place to stay if the price is right.

|2.49km from city centerThis was a lovely, clean property in a great location for all of our sightseeing. We stayed for five nights and four days. I’m pretty picky about hotels and really liked this place. There were two things though that didn’t sit well with me: 1) On days 1, 3 and 4, someone brought us clean towels and emptied the trash. On day 2, I had to ask for towels and asked when housekeeping would come in. I was told they would do an entire cleaning of the room on day 3. I was told the same thing when I asked again at the end of day 4. So, in 4 days and (by then) 4 nights, no one ever changed the bedding, made the bed, cleaned the bathroom, or vacuumed. That was odd and frustrating because all of that being done is what makes staying in a hotel a bit of a luxury, and surely must be a sizeable part of the price. We paid a few dollars less than $900 but--in the department of housekeeping--only got clean towels and emptied wastebaskets 3 times without having to ask; and 2) A couple of hours after we checked out and drove on to Lexington, I realized I had left a necklace and earrings hanging on a wall peg next to the bed. The hotel had my phone number and email address, but they never contacted me in an attempt to return them. Disappointing.

It's quiet around, but it's good to shop around the commercial area.
I recommend it.

|1.42km from city centerI didnt get a review via email but I will say there are certain staff members at this hotel that are over the top. Chelsea, Holly, Robert, Danny, and Amie... I grabbed a few names during my stay of the staff that was over the top. It was my second visit to this property for work and the meeting room was taken care of they were great as far as checking in on us and making sure everything was set up. Some other names along the way for great staff members being so helpful the drivers Dave. I watched a flight attendant simply be rude to Tim a shuttle driver and he was graceful about her demanding attitude. Coming from a history as a flight attendant for 13 years I should have gotten her badge number and reported her. She had no business treating your driver like that under any circumstance since she was running behind not him. Other names of the great staff I encountered on my second visit are Lisandro, Zan, Ballout, Edie, Even the breakfast staff was amazing Sharon and Nick. Each morning they greeted me and were so friendly during service. Kevrick is also a driver I encountered at night and very friendly. I travel for work and this staff is what makes this hotel so special and a great place to stay.

|2.59km from city centerI have stayed for 2 nights.I loved my stay here. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was so comfy and came with 5 pillows! The tv picked up lots of clear channels. I didnt get to enjoy the breakfast as I had to leave to work very early. The front desk is friendly and theres ample parking. They have a laundry area and vending area. Included toiletries were complete, not just soap. The heater worked well in my room and the rooms stayed warm even without it on. I had to extend my stay a extra night at the last minute, and they let me stay in the same room.It was good.

|1.51km from city centerMotel style, just pass by and stay for one night. Nothing special.
Environment: Just barely passable, the lobby is small and feels crowded.
Service: There is a tattooed strong man at the front desk, which is quite special. I don’t know if he is ruthless or not, but he doesn’t talk much.
