Great hotel in Pattaya. Located nea near with shopping mall Terminal 21. Not far from city beach, however little far from city center such as Walking street. Nice room with great view of harbour. Room very clean, looks like hotel has been renovated recently, good design. Hotel having nice swimming pool and many amenities for children. Recommended for families. Nice restaurants. Having restaurant on the rooftop floor with amazing view on Pattaya, however have to say that prices quite high and be aware that hotel having zero alcohol policy, so cannot to drink any beer, wine and cocktails in the hotel restaurants. Generally, good hotel especially for families with children.

The room is clean, the toilet cover is old, should be replaced. no hose For Thailand, there should be, if there is, it would be great. There are 2 towels for use at the pool provided in the room, so I'm confused why there is only one towel for use in the room, 2 people, usually in other places, there are 2, not sure if the housewife arranged it wrong or not. Drinking water in the room is given 4 bottles, usually 2 bottles in other places. Breakfast has a variety, delicious, very good value. Near Terminal21, walking distance is not far. Overall, I recommend you to come.

The hotel is newly opened and all aspects are very new. A bit like a parent-child hotel, the swimming pool downstairs is basically played by children. The hotel grade is equivalent to the domestic home-like selection, not up to the luxury standard, and then the luggage has to be raised upstairs by themselves, the lobby is an open lobby with no air conditioning. Check-in is very fast, no deposit. I thought it was very luxurious at first, and I was a little disappointed after entering the room.

1. It is indeed quiet, quiet and a bit deserted. I like the quiet friend's first choice. I thought that there will be more people in the 11th holiday. It will not exceed 4 people in the pool all day long, and the breakfast restaurant is always only 4-5 people. 2. The main European and American guests, I did not see the Chinese, this is why the holidays are so deserted. 3. The room is relatively clean, but it is recommended to stay in the hotel for a short stay of a few days. The hotel is a 2-storey holiday home. The hotel pool is bigger and at least a bit popular. 4. The breakfast is very exquisite set, but unfortunately all Western food, not used to eating. 5. The swimming pool here is not big, but the swimming pool is clean compared to the hotel. The hotel is lush green, and there are always a lot of leaves floating on the pool. There may be bugs. 6. The deluxe room has a swimming pool and a room, but it seems that Ctrip can't fix it. As shown in the figure, there are only 6 rooms. There are large balconies on the upper floors. The only room with a corner on the corner is the smallest. It should be the most inspected type. It is a pity that such a deserted hotel, I believe that the room is not tight, but first gave me the smallest balcony room, not to discriminate against Chinese guests, but it feels bad. 7. The location of the hotel is decent, it is convenient. In conclusion, the hotel mainly accepts hotels in Europe and the United States. In addition, the city of Pattaya needs to be quiet. The middle-aged and elderly people are more suitable. I believe that the young people coming to Pattaya are not quiet. There are many options in this area. Phantom price is almost the same,

The hotel has a lot of greenery. But there is no street light when returning to the room through the garden or swimming pool at night. There are many mosquitoes. The room is exactly as stated on Ctrip.com. The air conditioner in my room is not easy to operate. The aunt who cleaned the room said that the remote control had no electricity. He will not renew it. Just took two shots. Works. Every time you use the air conditioner, you need to take a few beats on or off or the temperature of the bar. It's not about taking the battery out and putting it back in. There is no facial tissue in the room. This time I encountered many Europeans, almost all Europeans. Because it is not English speaking. The location is convenient to pick up food and the convenience store is very good. The room is so clean.

I think the location of this hotel is good, not very far from here to the beach road, it will take 10 minutes to walk. The swimming pool is very beautiful, the bar next to the swimming pool has a variety of drinks, beer, and cocktails. There is a natural environment. I go out to eat every day so I don’t know how the food in this hotel is, but the breakfast buffet looks really good. The room is large enough, clean, and friendly, and the speed of the wireless network is enough for me.

We had a wonderful stay here. We booked for 6 nights. The pool was wonderful and deep and kept beautifully clean. Breakfast was a royal treat everyday with different dishes both European and local. Our bed was a little harder than we are used to but the staff quickly remedied this by making it up softer. All the staff were friendly and helpful especially the driver who helped us with sightseeing trips. It is close to a 7-11, Famiy Store and Terminal 21 for eats and treats and within walking distance to the beach. We will stay here again.

The rooms are large and the double rooms are soft. The hotel is located in an alley in the middle of two streets, with a mini parking lot at the door. The front desk did not meet Chinese. Breakfast is relatively simple, and the variety doesn't seem to be too sweet. Not as good hotel as before. The drinks upstairs are a bit more expensive. You can go to the street and night market on the east side, listen to songs and drink barbecue, and the west beach is quieter at night. The advantage is that the hotel location is very good, not far from the beach, BIG C, Tiffany Show, Terminal 21 shopping, pay attention to the single line, double car and other travel routes in this area. 711 and foreign currency exchange are very convenient. The picture is to go to the sea to play and 21, it is recommended that the 21st floor recharge card buffet, cheap and delicious with air conditioning.

The eighth hotel where I stayed in Thailand. The location is very convenient. The hotel is located at the east entrance of the first lane of Pattaya Beach Road, 5 minutes to the beach from the west, and to the east is Chinatown, the ladyboys, and several famous large baths. Within meters, 5 minutes to the 21st Century Center. The front desk and a security guard can speak simple Chinese. The hotel does not have a swimming pool, no breakfast, the room is not big and complete, complete with microwave, refrigerator, safe, high cost performance, stayed for three days, thank you for being so convenient, highly recommended.

Last time stop here about 5 years ago. Since then made a renovate, add hostel dorm rooms. It look way better now. At lobby have a restaurant with thai cuisine WITH STREET PRICES!!!. If you want some english breakfast or like that - no problem but then pay as in regular restaurant. I've stayed in a single and it was good. Cleaning as regular as you put "please, make my room clean" sing on a door. Furniture in not new but i'm not the person who care about stuff like this. No bugs, no mosquitos and i'm happy. Only 2 things bother me: 8-10 am some works inside a hotel or nearby. Somebody at corridor speak each other like on the street every day. Outside my window was on locals houses and thais wake up when farangs lay down to sleep, so...if you not sleep deep, then you not sleep at all. Oh, in my room air con barely works but enough for me not to feel hot, but for others it can be a problem, so check it when check in. Because of location - there is no problem with anything. It's literally in the middle of Pattaya. For guests ID-card on reception. No add charges. Notice: check in time - 2 pm. I've been lucky they has clean prepared room. Dude, right after me waited 4 hours for his room.

The hotel is in a great location near terminal 21 for food and shopping, service was friendly and good. All staff helpful. The cons are the bbq seafood buffet, the seafood was NOT fresh all of us that had dinner at big fish had the runs. The prawns were powdery the fish and oysters had a slight smell. The hotel is also located across from central marina where has a band, also beside 2 beer bars all with loud rock music which plays loudly till very late. Also house keeping threw away my Starbucks mug which sucks as I paid for it. I informed reception and they smiled and said ok... nothing was done. It was a honest mistake. Also my tissue was not refilled twice.

Rest in April 2018, though for the first time abroad the hotel liked, chose in advance the hotel for newer, therefore and repair, furniture and other things were at the height. At first there was discomfort that only breakfast in the hotel, lunch and dinner are looking where you want, but then they realized the beauty of it that you don't need to run to the hotel by a certain time, but wanted to eat went to the cafe and ate what you want. Prices aren't so expensive. At night, they got a ready hawk in the market and ate in the room. Of course, everything is sad about the beach, the bay is close to the dense pier and the road. , the beach is essentially not only when the water is off the meters on 40-50, you can look on the sand and so on, you want the cheeslongi will have to go about 1 km, or go to tuktuk to the nearest hotels with their beaches. We knew in advance that the hotel is far from all the main night motions of the pattyay but we liked it. Small and comfortable. And forgot about the sea to write: dirty, as everywhere is probably on the coast of Pattaya. Want a clean beach drive to less crowded areas, especially to the islands. We went on a tour to the island of Co-Kut here the water is transparent and the island really like the paradise ... I wanted to stay there, only 2 days paid... it was a pity to leave. Many money spent on tours and other entertainment, but we really liked it. Anytime we go to the islands purposefully, if you want to rest more on the beach, go to the islands.

Rest at the hotel in February 2020. The room was good, with a big bed and a small. Bedrooms don't change, but at home hardly anyone changes their bed every day. Cleaning standard (floor, bed bed and toilet paper with towel), we left the tiny and we glasses washed and a couple of times the ashes washed. Water of drinking battery was at the end of the rest was) On the recession to speak only English, or in the language of money Waifay only on the recession, we in the room on the second floor and near the recession caught, but once a chic pool, very warm water And a lot of chlorine, but it is small and only works until 20:00 Before the sea to go not far, along the way shops, fruit tents, pharmacy, massage salons and mobile shaurmics. The beach is excellent, only on one side, near the Miraj Hotel, after 16: 00 display tables for the hotel guests' dinner and a little had to move(and there was just a shade) Breakfast standard, you can fire the sweets (very delicious dough), delicious coffee. When you get tired you can eat cotton) The air conditioner works perfectly, but noisy, sleep with it is impossible. There is a hair fan, but minus (for me at least) there is no twig In other reviews someone has no clutch in the shower, someone has one chair on the balcony-foot in hand and on recep with questions, it is their job to solve your dissatisfaction Verdict: If I was offered this hotel again, I would agree

First of all, there is no front desk in this apartment. If you come, I suggest asking Ctrip to go to their office to pick up the keys. I just did n’t receive the Ctrip mail and it took more than 20 minutes. But the sister of the customer service in this apartment is very good from Thailand. They will help us store our luggage and tell us some interesting places in Pattaya. The attitude is very good. The location of the apartment is also good. Pattaya Beach can be seen from the window. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach. There are also many restaurants. Overall, it is very satisfactory.

Great room, great location but the staff that worked the early afternoon late evening shift. They were rude, mean and disrespectful. The 2 women that worked at the front desk on 12/9 around 6pm were the most cruel and horrible people i ever dealt with at a hotel before. They were insulting me in thai and english being very mean to me and at one point tried to ignore me because i was asking them questions about what is around the area as i had no idea where anything was as i live in the US. They were very mean and racists, they do not like black people at all. Everybody else at the hotel was very nice and respectful during my stay except those 2 asian women. I travel all over the world sometimes staying at different hotels in other countries and these 2 women were the worst i ever dealt with at a hotel anywhere. I dont advise any minority to stay here as you will be disrespected by these 2 women who work there as they probably make minimum wage. I felt sorry for them. I make over $100,000 a year at my job and i travel all over the world so i felt so bad for them. Hopefully someone there can either put them in line or just fire them asap. Stay blessed.

This place is hard to find and when you book a room here they do not tell you that you have to check in at another hotel. There are no signs for this place and the sois do not have any names on them. I got a large room BUT the toilet smelled bad due to sewer gas so I had to keep the door closed and the fan on when I was in the room. They did not use a cement sealer on the floors when they built this place so there was a water leak on the ceiling from the room above. This left a big stain and mold right over the bed. I booked this place because they said there was breakfast and I paid more per night to get the breakfast. Well the breakfast was noodle soup every day and it was the same soup every day and you could buy it for 25 THB. They DO NOT give you soap or shampoo so you have to go to 7/11 to buy some. The only good thing is this is a quiet place because there is nothing around here...very few places to eat and you are 200 meters from the beach..at least there is a 7/11 at the beach. The traffic is bad so going anywhere can take a long time...this is close to soi 12 and the night market is near soi 8 and it took 30 min on a songtow to get there. There is only 1 tree on the beach where you can sit because all the other shade areas are taken over by the vendors and you have to rent a chair. There is no elevator so you pay more for ground floor room than a room on the 5th floor.

The Zign Hotel is a massive resort on Nakula Beach, Pattaya. However, across the road are the Premium Villas which provide an oasis of calm from the coach load of tourists that are staying at the main resort. Villa guests have use of the facilities in the main hotel including the well-equipped gym and sauna. There is also a small private beach in front of the hotel. Otherwise, villa guests have their own private pool which was nice and quiet. The villa section has its own dining restaurant, called Moods, which served an excellent breakfast buffet. Most of the dishes are Chinese influenced, there is an egg station and the usual pastries and fruit if you prefer Continental fare. Service is very good, staff recognised us and on the second morning, brought us our preferred hot beverage without us having to request. We also dined there for dinner one evening, and the Thai curries and appetizers were excellent! Some advice: 1. Free shuttle to Central Festival shopping mall - the mall operators run a free shuttle that goes round the resorts to bring guests to the mall. When you arrive at the mall, go to information counter to ask about or book the return shuttle. We did not do that and ended up waiting more than 40min for the "scheduled" shuttle to arrive to no avail. When the shuttles finally appeared, the drivers said they couldn't take us as they were off duty (at 8pm). 2. To get to Terminal 21 shopping mall, the hotel advised us to take a taxi limo that costs 300 baht. We ended up walking 3km to Terminal 21 and taking the baht bus back that cost us 20 baht per person. 3. There are various eating options outside the hotel but operated by the hotels. We discovered a little charming cafe just outside the Zign Hotel and it served delicious snacks and Thai food. Also a great place to grab a gelato. We also bought freshly cut fruit for 50 baht a plate from the fruit vendor outside the Family Mart mini supermarket. 4. Foot massage and Thai massage cost 200 baht for one hour at the spas located just outside the hotel. Most are simple and clean.

We visited Pattaya after a very stressful start to our holiday then a lovely relaxing week in Koh Samui. We had never been to Pattaya and heard mixed things about it, as Nova Express had great reviews we were looking forward to our visit. When we arrived we were greeted very nicely and been told we had been upgraded as the rooms we booked were all taken, this was a nice gesture. When we got up to our floor we noticed straight away it was a smoking floor as we could smell stale cigarette smoke but we didn’t let it bother us. The room they had given us was very nice, clean and modern. When we went up to the pool there were only 2 sun-beds which nobody used as one had a huge hole in the middle and the other had seen better day, there were only 3 towels available to use which were tatty and full of holes, quite shocking consider how good the standard of the room was. We ran into an issue with our flight leaving Pattaya as Vietjet air (NEVER USE THIS AIRLINE) cancelled our flight and re-booked the next day without telling us. I started to panic as we had no hotel for the next night and was going to lose the funds in Vietnam for our next hotel visit. I asked the gentleman behind the desk to help us call them as it was in Thai, he took the phone and waited, as we were waiting an Indian family came wanting help, rather than the lady behind the desk helping them our gentleman left us and went to serve them, this was not the 1st time we had been walked away from to assist other ethnics instead so we felt a bit unappreciated. When the call centre answered we had to ask him to help us, he came back spoke with them quickly and hung up saying that our flight was rebooked and nothing they could do. My partner asked if he had asked if we could have a flight from Bangkok instead and he said “yes they not have”. I do speak basic conversational Thai and know that he did not ask anything about Bangkok. He then said we would have to call them back and press English option. After an hour and half on hold I had to go back and beg for more help. He did help but he didn’t seem as though he wanted to, my partner had to take over in the end has it caused my anxiety to go through the roof. The hotel rooms are nice, pool facilities/pool deck need massive improvement, staff friendly to you but will prioritise other ethnics 1st, lady behind reception a bit useless as she didn’t seem to be able to cope with any demands made from guests. Defiantly wouldn’t go back to Pattaya.

The hotels and rooms are very new, the furnishings are exactly the same as the pictures, the bathrooms are perfect, and the entire hardware facilities are domestic 5-star standards, with high cost performance. Bathrobes and slippers are also five-star standards. The pool is very good, not wide, but relatively long. Next to it are high-quality sun loungers and sofas. There are beach towels on the sun loungers, which can be called drinks and meals, not expensive. I plan to lie by the pool every day, read a book, listen to music and drink a day. In our double bed room, there is also a large sofa, and it is no problem to sleep alone. Unfortunately there is no balcony and the windows can't open, but there is a place for clothes in the bathroom shower. Let me talk about the service: it ’s the highest floor for me, but there is nothing worth seeing. I told the front desk in the morning that I wanted to see the room above the pool on the second floor. One week, want to be as perfect as possible. I said that I could n’t see it all, and then I came to me specifically, indicating that there should be a vacant room on Monday, so I will look for her tomorrow. (Addition: It turns out that no matter how many times I find them, they refuse to change my room. Is it because of the epidemic? The ghost knows that their English is too poor to ask any questions.) Let's talk about SPA, in front of the hotel is their own spa. Floor, make a reservation at the hotel front desk, the hotel will send golf carts to the front floor. We tried the cheapest Traditional Thai massage today. The coloring page is 600B per person for 2 hours. When I went to pay, I actually only received 500B per person. It should be a discount for the hotel guests. It should not be too cheap. The price is the same as a broken massage shop on the roadside, although there is no courage to go to the roadside massage. Said it was 2 hours, sitting and massaging the back and head for the last half hour didn't feel good. An hour and a half before, the time for massaging the legs is particularly long. I personally don't like this kind of traditiona Thai massage. Although not particularly satisfied, the tip was 40B per person. Finally, the location, because we just moved from the hotel near Zhongtian Beach, there is no need to go to the beach, so how to go to the beach is not clear, it is not close, but there are double cars seen on the road; out of the hotel, along the hotel and The private tree-lined path of the SPA building comes to the main road. There are a few steps on the right hand side, which is the outlet (there is only one restaurant here). Next to it is the Lotus Supermarket (there are different restaurants on the first and second floors) And food court). The most convenient route is to enter from the main building of the outlet, go down the escalator, go straight out, is the parking lot of Lotus, very close (when entering, it is the first floor of the outlet, the next floor, Going out is the ground floor on the other side of the outlet and the parking lot of Lotus, which is really strange terrain.). The outlet is not small. In addition to the main building, there is a large variety of shops at right angles to the main building. In addition, there are also two cars on the road at right angles to the main road. To the west of these outlets is Pattaya's largest night market. There are various food stalls and shops selling goods in the open air. Last Saturday and Saturday, there were a lot of people, local Thais, foreigners, very lively. Only available for 3 days on weekends. Besides breakfast, most people are buffets on weekends. After all, the price of the hotel is really cheap, not good enough, usually use the menu point, which is not bad, but every day. . I cleared the room in the morning and gave me 2 bottles of water. When I entered the door at night, I found that the bed had been re-paved. I put a cute elephant with a towel on the bed and gave me two bottles of water. Packing and watering twice a day, it's awesome. Because the epidemic is difficult to return home for a while, but this hotel is good, the price is super high, and will come again in the future. Will also recommend to friends!

When I booked this hotel, it was quite uncomfortable to see the bad reviews. I have been to Thailand more than a dozen times. I have lived in many hotels. I still like this Thai-style, garden-style hotel. What do high-rise hotels mean in China? The hotel has been in business for 30 years. The room facilities are old but clean and hygienic. We have prepared baby cots for us. The service is also very good. No one at the front desk can speak Chinese and can communicate in simple English. There are not many types of self-catering at night, but there are The band's performance will sing to every table guests, very warm! The hotel has extremely convenient transportation. It is T21 when crossing the road. You can take a double car to go out and get quiet in all kinds of noise. The sound insulation is not so bad. Most of the hotels are elderly European and American guests. It is very quiet at night! In short it is a perfect experience!

Pattaya Beach Road
It is a budget hotel just a mint walk away from the beach. 7 eleven is opposite to the hotel and the street is filled with food shops, stalls, bars and massage parlours. Though the street is buzzing with activity, we did not find it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The rooms are spacious enough for two and every extra guest is charged 300 Baht extra everytime. The rooms are clean with clean attached bathrooms. The rooms have fully functional ac and fridge. They serve English breakfast which is complementary with the rooms taken. You get clean towels, sheets and a bottle of water for each guest. The hotel also has a pool which is clean. The behaviour of the morning staff is very polite and helpful while that of the night staff is somewhat rude. The cleaning team does a fantastic job of keeping the hotel and the rooms very clean. Overall, I would recommend the hotel to people on a budget and looking for great location. The actual price per night is 750 baht for standard room and 1000 for delux.

The hotel address is remote. It is recommended that you do not consider driving tools. Everything else is good, but the soundproofing is a little bit worse. Hotel is new

Central Pattaya
Pushing this hotel, the hotel is really great, the swimming pool is very few people, just like the private field, the location is next to the super delicious golden mother mango glutinous rice, and there is a very hot red mother on the red book (Wei Lai square). Although it is downtown, it is really noisy. The fruit is bought at the door. The variety of Sakyamuni and Mangosteen are good and fresh. The night market stalls BBQ and 711 have everything. It is especially recommended that the hotel go out and turn a durian stand. My 5 days of durian has been solved in her home. The regular price is 180b and one kilogram. The selection is very fragrant and very familiar. I am not familiar with it. When I went to the airport, I picked up the wrong hotel, and the front desk also called us to call the hotel to pick up the locomotive. Thank you very much!
