Watching the sunrise at Naman was unforgettable!! The facilities at Naman Retreat were good. The breakfast spread was varied and diverse. Lunch at Hay Hay restaurant was excellent. Linh served us breakfast and lunch every day. She was attentive and remembered our room number 1504. Impressive considering that there were 500 guests at the hotel during busy morning breakfasts. BBQ dinner by the ocean was Oceantastic!! Fresh seafood, good variety too. In-room dining options for Supper were awesome too. The massages at the spa are certainly the ”Best in Vietnam”!! Our 2 bedroom pool villa was well equipped and clean. Naman has certainly been an awesome retreat for myself and my family. We stayed at the retreat all day, without leaving the resort. We will be back again, year after year!!

The location is fine and close to the beach, just 10 minute walk and you’re already there. The workers were friendly to us, they tried their best to help and give us what we needed in our room. The breakfast is ok, although it’s always the same everyday and the way they cooked their main dishes are always spicy which are not very kid friendly if you have kids traveling with you. Also we have experienced some power cuts that happened mostly in the evening, and it took hours to come back. The roads near them were being repaired so expect some noisy machines that start from the morning. Cleanliness; if you are a neat freak, then this hotel is not for you, they don’t really clean up the room well. Just a bit of a bed fixing. Overall, if you’re just for the beach, then this hotel is fine for you.

Good hotel with cheap price as compare with surrounding hotels. The price is very attractive considering that the hotel has just renovated and rejuvenated in 2023. After the renovation, the standard has gone up many notches. The hotel location is on one of the busiest street and within walking distance to My Khe beach. Also very near to the city and Han river. There is two swimming pools at the top floor which also gives you an open beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding city nights light. These makes for good instagrammable background photos. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. It would helps in communication if you could use Google translate to Vietnamese to communicate with them. The front desk and receptionist can communicate in English and the bell hop can communicate with a bit of Chinese. The hotel also can arranges and provides tour bookings to all the tourist attractions as well as transportation booking, which would be helpful for non-local tourists. Laundry service is available and good. The clothes when collected before 9.00 am in morning, it will be sent back to your room in the evening. Buffet breakfast for two is included in the hotel rates and the food is good.

Thank you for changing the shared shower room to the individual shower room free of charge. It's a good system to carry the key with you, and it's nice to be able to enter and exit from the side passage without passing through the lobby. The only problem was that the air conditioner didn't work. Well, even if it was 30 degrees during the day, the room was comfortable, so it might not be necessary all year round.

It's a pity that there's no room, bathroom, veranda slippers, but Bathroom water temperature, water pressure, cleanliness very good! Netpl on TV, it's very nice to be yuu-kun! TMI but especially the room bathroom fragrance smell so good I went to Lotte Mart and bought the same thing. It was so good to have a washing machine and a dryer on the veranda! It's 10 minutes walk from Myke Beach nearby. There is a cheap local spa shop, hi mart, 1-2 minutes away! There are many Korean sweets, ice cream and food, such as Korean cup ramen in the mart!

It was great to stayed in such a beautiful hotel like Chicland. The receptionist in charged on Night Shift on 28th & 29th May was really helpful. He was always be ready to support us, to talk and to share many things with us. The housekeepers was great and understand thoroughly the guest. The only thing that made me a bit felt inconvenient was lacking of bidet sprayer 🥹. Please let them as well as the other employees know that their efforts do not go unnoticed. I can't say that the staff were helpful or unhelpful as we didn't speak each others language and no amount of sign language enabled us to tell the receptionist that our safe was locked when we entered the room, therefore rendering it useless for our 4 night stay. The room we had was huge with a large terrace and a fabulous view of Dragon bridge, sadly that was the only positive. The mattress was absolutely rock hard and the room felt dingy and depressing. As I said, we were there for 4 nights and no attempt was made to clean our room until the 3rd day of our stay. We were out for hours each day so I have no idea why it wasn't done. We had to go searching for toilet rolls etc. Most of the furniture in the room was in an okay state, apart from the fridge which had definitely seen better days but the bathroom was awful. Dirty. I really didn't like the fact that every time we entered or left the hotel there was somebody sitting at the coffee table in reception chewing on sunflower seeds and discarding the skin/peel whatever it is all over the coffee table. A disgusting habit anyway but we were there during the coronovirus scare and to have people's spit all over the table is a health hazard as well as being generally revolting. Needless to say we will not be returning.

The overall environment of the new hotel is okay, but the service details need to be improved. I remember that I still didn’t wake up after nine o’clock the next morning, so the hotel called me to ask if I wanted breakfast! 😳I understand that the hotel wants to be enthusiastic about its customers, but this will affect their rest! continue to sleep Then, after 11 o'clock, the hotel called again to remind us to get our room card and refresh it. I got up again and ran to answer the phone (I had a room with a swimming pool, and the phone in the room was not beside the bed, but in the dining room, so I was very annoyed every time I answered the phone). There were some problems with this design and it was inconvenient. When I returned to the hotel after drinking in the early hours of the second night, I specifically called the front desk to tell me not to call me that night as I needed to sleep. I have a flight at 5pm and I need to delay check-out until 2pm! The front desk asked me to apply, but I said there was no problem, but please do not call the room before 12 o'clock! Unexpectedly, around 10 o'clock, the front desk called again and said that I could delay my check-out until 2 o'clock. I was a little unhappy for a moment! Because he disturbed my sleep again. 20 minutes later, I got up again and walked over to answer the phone. The hotel called again to see if the rental motorcycle key had been returned to the front desk. I had already left it at the front desk the day before. I was really angry! I understand the hotel's original intention to provide better services, but the service details need to be improved. Contact the replacement training team! This does not look like the management of a five-star hotel! Also, let’s talk about the room environment. The room is okay, but the design of many locations is unreasonable There is no trash can in the bathroom. The trash can is placed in the toilet, and the toilet paper is fixed at the very back. It is very inconvenient to take the paper. I just mentioned that the room type I stayed in did not have a phone beside the bed, which was inconvenient. The elevator looks like a freight elevator and is completely undecorated. This is the first time I've seen the lights in the lobby at night being white, not warm. It didn't look like a hotel last time. In general, the service is warm, but the details are not taken care of. Hope there will be changes next time!

We booked for (a) one triple room with 3 king size beds (b) one apartment with one room come with 2 king size beds and another room with 2 single size beds. However, we were provided (a) 1 twin sharing king size beds (b) 1 apartment with 1 room with king size bed, 1 single bed and another room with 1 king size bed only. Thanks to the one staff that managed to provide us the correct room finally after checking although the hotel was full on the day we checked in. 2. One lift was out of order but was quickly repaired

My suite was G2. It was around 350~400 per night. The Pleasantries: The Outdoors: The public pool was a sight to behold, and the proximity to the beach was most convenient. One could spend a rather enjoyable afternoon by the pool, sipping a fine beverage and overlooking the ocean. Privacy and Convenience: The villa provided a good level of privacy, and its location offered convenient access to both the Da Nang city centre and the charming town of Hoi An. Staff Deportment: Though understaffed, the personnel conducted themselves in a professional manner, and their handling of complaints was quite civilized, I must say. The Unpleasantries: Absence of Amenities: It was most disconcerting to find that the rooms were bereft of televisions and that the air conditioning system was inoperative. For the rate of 400 USD per night, one would reasonably expect these basic amenities to be in good order. Inefficient Procedures: The necessity of waiting for staff to check in and out was an irksome inconvenience that could have easily been avoided with proper staffing or organisation. Disrepair: The villa exhibited a rather rundown appearance, with appliances in various states of disrepair. The fan, the hair dryer – all seemed to have seen better days. Design Inconsistencies: The logic of the design was puzzling indeed. Providing but one cup, yet two sets of toothbrushes, left us quite perplexed. The safe was curiously placed atop the closet, and the water pressure was disappointingly weak. Furniture: I would be remiss not to mention the furniture, which appeared rather worn and past its prime. In Conclusion: Ocean Villa, despite its appealing location and outdoor amenities, fell short of the expectations one might associate with a venue at this price point. Whilst I extend my sincere appreciation to the staff for their professionalism, I cannot in good conscience endorse this accommodation without significant improvements. Though our stay was not entirely without merit, the aforementioned shortcomings led us to seek a refund for one of our nights. It is my earnest hope that Ocean Villa might address these issues, for the potential for a truly splendid getaway does indeed exist.

The exterior of the hotel is very difficult to understand, but the interior was very beautiful and very satisfied. I visited before check-in time, but I also took my luggage and gave me water. The guide to the room was also polite, and when I met each other, everyone greeted me very warmly, so it was comfortable. The room is luxurious deluxe room that is not worth the price of about 4000 yen. It was a great hotel without complaints, with a large bed, a spacious shower, and a small terrace, which might be perfect for reading books. By the way, for some reason, I made a reservation with breakfast in Japanese notation, but I stayed without meals, but it seems that there are all basic plans. me and my family went to vietnam to travel and stay at eden plaza hotel danang from June 30 to July 3 and received a warm welcome from people here, entered the hotel space is a large and clean campus, the hotel has a very spacious and clean outdoor swimming pool in addition to a children's swimming pool that is very suitable for families when coming here. We booked a superior room and wanted to upgrade the room, the hotel side supported and gave us a very good price, the breakfast food at the restaurant is not diverse. This problem needs to be overcome by the hotel to be better. They did not clean the room for 3 continuous nights even if we requested. The reception never be there cos they have to move among 2 other hotels. When you need them have we ride a bike to your property ~ 10min. We come from gas station and waited at the gate for 15mins for him to come over and open the door. They did not know where the towels are when i come to ask for some and there is no housekeeping for 3 nights (my family made a mistake extended 2 nights). The trash bin is full my mother have to empty it herself. In short, there is no-one there, it is all self-service! The manager whose name is Ngan Katy never apologised which means this is their standard. I did not even see her cos she never showed up just texting and i cant even call her. She said will meet the when check out to settle down but she did not showed up even i called her number many times. All she did is telling us they are not wrong and we must made a mistake. The first one I met there ms. Duy told lie that she did informed 2 days per clean up which they could not even did. Not to mention the policy said daily housekeeping on booking.com there were no compensation no face to face apologise and no towels. Bonus: there is a bar booming above your head at 3am!

The room and the hotel looked like the photo. We had deliberately chosen a larger room without a balcony but with more space. The staff spoke a little English. It was clean. Everyone was super friendly. You can get to the beach quickly. The bathroom was very nice and it smelled very good. We immediately felt at home! On the beach you should walk a little further to the right - we liked it better there. We tried out a few cute cafes in the immediate vicinity. The restaurants in the area are more upscale and offer a lot of fish. With the Grab you can quickly get to the Dragon Bridge for around €2. - There seems to be a lot of construction going on everywhere in Danang at the moment, we saw a lot of construction sites and one right next to our hotel. It doesn't look nice and can also be quite loud (during the day). We didn't think it was a bad thing but it should be mentioned that there is no breakfast in the hotel. In general the house/room is just as soundproof as we experienced everywhere on our tour ;-) Small drawback: there are no bedside tables/wardrobes. You can see that in the photos, but we only really noticed it when there was no shelf next to the bed and the light switches and sockets were in other places.

I think I'll go to the pool again next time I think it was a good place to stay before going over to Hoi An Resort.

The triple room is made up from a double bed and a super single bed. The double bed is overly too small to accommodate even 2 small-medium size ladies- 150cm(51kg), 156cm(53kg). The bath room shower is rusted and water leaking everywhere, there is no hand towel on second night stay. The breakfast is terrible, the coffee taste like Chinese bitter medicine tea- look very black, u can taste the power and extreme bitterness. Very amazing and totally brand new taste for me on Coffee . The toaster need to manually control with your own timer in order not to burn the bread, after u pressed the switch down, it won’t jump up automatically . Moreover, there is not much choice for breakfast. Basically you can ignore the breakfast offer from the hotel and look for ur own choice of breakfast. I can hear the sounds at next door (my cousin is staying besides of my room) and even 2floors below. The sound from street is also very noisy at night. We are happy to move to another hotel in next visit.
